Clean and good price

Our family has been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years due to its proximity to Gas South Arena where my kids compete for District Championships in taekwondo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always clean and neat. I guess it’s our lucky hotel every year my kids win! Hopefully see you again next year!

Nice friendly staff. Quiet, clean peaceful area. Pulled out sofa bed it had crumbs on it and trash under it. Thespace between the bed and the bed side table hadn't been dusted in a while. Some of the utensils in the silverware draw was dirty with food particles still on them.

Stay was a good one. I didn’t like the fact that they don’t have ice buckets and vending options weren’t as of a variety as I would have liked. Breakfast spread was pleasantly surprising and staff was super helpful with any questions I had.

Love this hotel!! Staff is so nice and recognized us from last stay. Made us feel at home and appreciated.

The staff was so nice, the room very clean and the breakfast wonderful! We did not use the pool but it and the area looked great and even had a big grill. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The maintenance of the room was very bad. the shower did not drain the water; the flooring of the shower tilted away from the drain. The bed quality was the worst that I have seen. we were two. every time one turned, the other woke up. it was like riding a boat in a sea storm. the breakfast was really bad too: overcooked and overheated food. Coffee was cold and tasteless, hardboiled eggs look like they were here for months.

The place was perfect for our quick stay and sleep need. Oatmeal for breakfast was excellent.

I didn’t like the check in process. The clerk wasn’t available when I came to the desk I stood there for about 20 minutes before she came out. I didn’t like that breakfast ends at 9a not 10a. My room wasn’t very clean very dusty and refrigerator wasn’t clean.

Very clean and great location. Booking. com didn’t send my second room information and the staff wasn’t helpful except for Donyell. She was very pleasant. I spoke with someone on the phone from the back office and she wasn’t helpful at all. Kind of rude and she only transferred me to the front desk.

Issues. Include parking. The additional parking cost to park outside in un secured lot is not ideal.

Location is convenient. Staff was friendly, informative and helpful. First room assigned to me, room 117 had strong stale food smell. When I requested replacement, room 521 was readily available within 5 minutes. I appreciate that. However, we have mechanical grinding noise from the refrigerator and sanother fan that came around 3-4Am intermittently in my 2 days stay there. Side table had residue of some kind of liquid. Shower pressure started off weak, improved after I moved it to hot but then it was too hot. HVAC was inconsistent as well. I didn't complain because I happened to wake up due to jet lag in those 2 days of stay. Another odd experience was at breakfast, the wait staff told me to clear the tissue/napkin that I was using. She must have thought that I would leave a mess, a poor assumption. I cleaned up after my table and ended up bussing the plates myself. I'm not a slob, but it is probably not a good idea to assume that I would leave those mess behind.

Needed a room with a roll-in shower and it had plenty of room, and full kitchen! Also breakfast was outstanding, and multiple hot options from scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, egg bites, etc were continuously placed out. Coffee was great. And real plates and silverware were a choice along with paper. Upscale compared to most. Will stay again.

The suites was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. They really understand hospitality and went above and beyond. The location was perfect. We went to a concert at Gas South Arena. Maybe serve the continental breakfast a little later. Like 10 am. Check out isn't until noon and some people like to sleep in.

We had an excellent stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast team went above and beyond. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and in a perfect location—close to the Gas South District, restaurants, and shops. We also loved having The Bistro and Starbucks right next door. The noon check-out was a great added convenience. Highly recommend! The only issue I can think of is that the Internet TV was very slow and would pause over and over during a show, making it hard to watch anything. One of the lights beside the bed didn't work, but that wasn't an issue. We had plenty of light.

ALL the staff there was very courteous, respectful, efficient and professional. The room was clean, up to date and comfortable. Great safe location as well with ample parking. The fact that they charge $10 to park and make you use a QR code.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay on a daily basis for parking at a hotel, especially for the amount that I pay for the room. Parking should be included should not be a separate charge.

Very clean, had everything I needed. Staff friendly, good breakfast choices. Only suggestion is a larger coffee area, only one person can get coffee at a time. And one complaint- parking at a suburban hotel should be free, no competition for space like a city

For $200 a night, do better. From piss poor service and attitudes checking in, to PAYING to park , to the room, an $80 room would have made us happier. Paying to park was to "protect" guests. BS its to take more money. Anyone could have walked up and broke in the cars. King room with pull out bed, where are the blankets for the pull out? Oh " you can come down and we can give you a sheet". Back pain from the crap bed. Full price for half amenities. I dont care that i used my expedia credits for this stay and dont care that it was one night, we wont be using this place again. BTW breakfast was crap

Great room but asked for double beds and had to get a single bed with a fold out couch. My daughter who was in cheer competition had to sleep on the couch. Room was hot when we walked in. Other than that great rooms and service. Bfast was amazing.

It was a pretty righteous stay, I found 1 cockroach ( already dead ) but other than that the cleaning was excellent! Very quite. And their breakfast was very good! I’d definitely stay again.

We were there for two nights, and I was very impressed. Our room was comfortable front desk staff was great. Loved the workout room and the breakfast fit our needs.

This was our first time staying here. Mostly it was great. The closeness to Duluth (Asian Community) was great. The only complaints were the noisy pipes every time you turn water off and on. The shower head had no pressure. The showers floor was pitched wrong to where the water flowed to the back of shower instead of towards the drain at front.

It’s always nice to stay in a place that feels like home

My family stayed here and the kitchen was dirty and the plates and cups were all dirty too. The carpet wasn’t cleaned well at all. We have stayed here before and it was very well kept and cleaned. The service here was good though! Just very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room.

The hotel is easy to get to from I-85. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was high pressure and plenty hot! You won't be disappointed. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The breakfast host always had a beautiful smile and kept the eating area clean as well as all food items fully stocked. Overall, a nice, clean, and hospitable place to stay. I'll be back!

It was easy to locate and the staff were nice. My only complaint was parking. There were trucks with large trailers taking up parking spaces that should have been parked in the overflow location

Had to wait for a while upon arrival for someone to come to the front desk, but the front desk staff arriving and leaving were kind and knowledgeable.

The service was great but I was a bit sad that the room did not have an oven despite the pictures of the room showed it having one for the king suite. Also the room could use a thorough cleaning there's a smell in it that's slightly off putting and makes me feel like there could be a mold problem. For the price we paid I expected a bit more

I had an amazing experience the staff was amazing and everything was clean and the breakfast was awesome great vibes

TV in the bedroom did not work.  None of the wall outlets work properly, unable to charge our phones, had to charge in the living room.  Ironing board legs was broken, asked housekeeper replace, never came back.  Toilet was broken upon arrival, had to call maintenance.   No extra towels and wash clothes in room, only two wash clothes and and three towels for two adults to use for a weekend.  If more than my wife and myself would have been in the room, no sheets/comforter was left in the room for the sofa sleeper.

By far, the very best accommodations I’ve ever reserved on Hotels,com…Justin and Manny at the front desk were amazing. My check-in process was very friendly and took only 5 minutes…the rooms are extremely clean and up to date…it’s quiet and peaceful—definitely worth the money unlike the others I’ve paid for on this site! Will definitely come back.

The stay was ok, semi quiet. I was supposed to be staying at the end of the hall for a quiet stay however it was right next to the stairs where I could hear the door small closed the entire time, and there was a family with very loud kids next door; so much for peace and quiet. To top it off they charged me for a smoking fee when I DONT smoke. I didn't as much as eat in the room for there to be a smell of any kind! I was only there to try and get some work done.
