This hotel is undergoing remodeling on the ground floor in the lobby and hallways. Overall, this was a good stay. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very accommodating.

The rooms were clean enough and quiet, which was our main priority for getting some rest. Check-in was fast, and the staff was professional. As for the breakfast, it was a standard hotel spread—nothing fancy, just the basics, but enough to get us started in the morning. Overall, a solid and reliable place to stay if you're passing through the area.

Staff was amazing and pleasant to speak with. Issue namely was the toilet in our room was clogged when we went to use it and the maintenance man wasn’t in. While it was disappointing the staff immediately helped by offering another room (which I didn’t take because we checked out that day anyways). So while facilities were lacking due to the rework it was under the staff was fantastic and truely made the stay pleasant.

It was clean and, the rooms are newly renovated. They’re still renovating rooms too so it’s not completely finished yet. They offer continental breakfast serving potatoes, omelets, turkey sausage, and all breakfast offerings. The bathroom vent wasn’t working but I cracked the door to keep the mirror from fogging up.

The staff forbade me to stay. When i balked at the idea of paying 50 dollars extra for booking through hotels dot com. The staff said i had an attitude and told me to leave the hotel. I went to another hotel.

Very functional. It was clean and quiet. Everything worked. The breakfast was good. Manager stayed on the phone and was not very friendly.

I loved our suite. It was very spacious. I didn't particularly like that the lights outside the windows were so bright at night. Also there should have been a notice that there was construction on the fourth floor because I stopped there for ice and it opened to a construction zone with no warning signs.

First of all I would like to say that the room was immaculate. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with what we needed. The air conditioner worked perfect and the shower tub combination….let me just say that was the best shower and bath I’ve had I know in 10 years!!! Now they do have a breakfast for your convenience in the morning and let me tell you something about that it was the absolute best most incredible food ever!!! it was fresh had a wide variety everything from fruit juices to fresh friut, pancakes eggs sausage and gravy biscuits, bacon and cubed potatoes, a little omlet...yogurt cereal oatmeal with all of the fixings for everything! they have plenty of silverware plenty of napkins etc it was clean and well thought out with the guests in mind and like I said they had butter sour cream peanut butter they had granola for your cereal they had syrup for the pancake machine, bagels, cream cheese…. I think that’s all it probably not!!! Also one of the nicest touches I’ve ever seen in a hotels free breakfast were the individual salt and pepper shakers on each table. now this is the most important thing about the entire experience when it came time to enter the breakfast area the lady I wish I could recallher name she was so nice greeted has we came in had a great big smile on her face and said welcome welcome hope you enjoy your breakfast let me know if there’s anything you need!!!

The front desk lady is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I waited 45 minutes for her and she was sitting there picking her fingers. I have never met such an awful front desk lady and I went through the complaints and all of them are about that specific front desk lady so that location needs to see what’s going on. Never ever staying this hotel again!

My friend and I stayed here for 3 days while we were in town for an Ateez concert and we loved everything about this place. Very clean, rooms were very spacious, and the free breakfast was very delicious. I would definitely come back and recommend this place in the future.

I was on a business trip. I was so amazed how clean the rooms were. I had everything I needed and they will provide any toiletries that you may have forgotten. Breakfast was a plus. Definitely will book again. Location was great too!

The property was overall clean and nice The beds were comfy our only minor complaint is that the washer in the laundry room was broken the entire time so we weren't able to do any laundry before we went home. I would highly recommend the cinnamon rolls and the breakfast they were excellent.

I tried to clean it with wipes, but it would not come off. Same with the tub Dont blame housekeeping, this room is damaged.

The customer services isn't good, the guy on front desk charged me .50 cent for a normal water just because he dont look what water i taked and then the next day he talked to us so rude.. just because was ask about creamer and kitchen stuuf before they opening up ..

From now on, I'll just book this hotel when staying in Atlanta area. Suites are excellent, bed is very comfortable, room is clean, staff are attentive, and breakfast is included. I don't need to go anywhere else when I stay in Atlanta, I'll just book here. One less decision to make!

The room itself is fine, but I am disappointed that I had to wait at the lobby for about an hour before I was able to get into my room. I regretted booking the room through a third party (I used Expedia) as it did not allow me to cancel the booking when I got upset with the long check in waiting time. I wish Expedia had the option for customers to cancel the booking when they experience unsatisfactory check in.

I love that they had breakfast every morning! But for me it really was housekeeping. Ever since COVID a lot of hotels don’t clean the room daily or change the linens. That was not the case here. The towels were replaced daily and the sheet was actually changed (I accidentally spilled some soda on the sheet). Definitely will come again!

Waited in lobby for over an hour for room to get ready. This was unacceptable. The desk clerk gave us the room number and had us sign in but did not give us the room key until housekeeping checked in. This was not an isolated incident as friends we were with waited even longer for their room key. The third couple with us arrived after us and checked into their room within 15 minutes. We were all on the same floor. Our group left to have dinner before all of us had room keys leaving one to wait on their key. Otherwise the stay was great. This should not have happened. Totally unacceptable.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel was clean and updated. Beds were a bit too firm for me but pillows and bedding was nice. Breakfast was decent. Pool was pretty cold getting in but after a bit it was comfortable. One drawback was about 9am it sounded like there was a wrecking ball in the next room. I was trying to rest before our road trip but no sleeping with that noise. I would stay here again if I was in the area

The Supervisor that I spoke with during the night shift was rude. She advised me that I should be happy that I received the room that they gave me instead of the room I requested due to it costing more. She proceeded to speak to me with an upset tone of voice and an attitude as if she was the person with an issue. They provided me with 1 bed instead of the 2 beds I requested. My children were highly uncomfortable and we got no sleep. Horrible customer service and no consideration for guest.

There was an issue with the room across the hall from us. The were screaming and yelling for about 3 hours. Called the front desk 3 times and no answer. We called the police which they said it had already been reported. The police came we checked out and left. Very unpleasant experience. I would like a refund.

the hotel was in a safe area. the service was okay. the breakfast was good. however, we woke up with blood stains on the sheets (presumably from bed bugs). we are now in the process of literally decontaminating everything that we had in the room. the hotel could also be cleaner. there were random stains on the blinds and stains on the sofa and sofa bed mattress. the curtain and blinds also let light in all night from a street lamp.

Don't think I would opt to stay here again if we came back to town. Room wasn't ready when it was supposed to be...and we arrived much later then when our checkin time was. Room was not super clean, specifically the bathroom. And the front desk guy on the second day wasn't the best. Our key card stopped working and when we went to get it corrected he saw there was some issue with our reservation. Anyways, he talked poorly of other employees and that just doesn't sit well with me.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed the hotel. Only complaint is not location related. We stayed in 3 different Holiday Inn Express hotels in 4 nights and they all had the same soap dispensers. The only issue was that the dispensers don't always dispense downward as expected. When I pressed the dispenser for hair conditioner, it did not release downward. It shot out two feet and up and went straight into my eye, and I had to flush it for about a minute to be able to open my eye. I noticed the other hotel dispensers not releasing liquid downward also. This dispenser needs a slight modification to keep this from happening.
