    We checked in pretty late though, but the receptionist at the front was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the property and everything around it. Breakfast was amazing the ladies who cooked it did it a great job and they were so welcoming. The pool was fabulous. Good amount of tables and love that they had towels out there. The pool was half shaded, which was really great as well. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and it got so hot. I love a good steamy shower. The room was very cozy. Had a lot of space. The air condition was fabulous. We even noticed while we were gone throughout our busy day. They came in and gave us new towels and picked up little trash here and there which was super great after a long stressful day. I love that there’s a gas station right down the street and a grocery store about four minutes away. Altogether we loved it and definitely if we ever visit again will be choosing this hotel. I think the only downfall is this hotel is about 30 to an hour away from a lot attractions. But also good cause once you get down there, the traffic is crazy and it is very noisy so I’m definitely glad we pick somewhere kind of far because it was so quiet and the scenery was beautiful.

    We enjoyed the free breakfast. The staff was friendly. We booked a king room. They gave us a queen instead. Asked to be moved but said no king was available. They did offer a room with two double beds that we declined. There was a roach crawling on the wall in our room. We asked for an extra pillow, the staff said they didn't have any extra available.

    All the staff was so helpful and nice. But Tangie and Celene at the front desk were incredible at answering questions about the area. The hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast was also tasty and not boring like normal hotel breakfasts.

    I have never been so disrespected by a hotel staff in my life. After driving for 9 hours with my family, we arrived exhausted, starving, and desperately needing to lie down. Instead of a smooth check-in, we were forced to wait for over an hour. To make matters worse, the staff looked down on us and treated us like we were homeless just because we were tired from traveling. The front desk lady was incredibly rude, spoke to me with total disrespect, and then just walked away mid-conversation. After she left, a male staff member came over, but instead of helping us, he walked outside to sit down and chat with a girl. They claimed they were making us wait because they were still cleaning our room. That was a lie. When we finally got inside, the room smelled absolutely terrible, and the shower gel was completely empty. We were so exhausted and drained from the awful treatment that I didn’t even have the energy to call management and complain. I just went to sleep, woke up, and left immediately. I will never step foot in this hotel again. They took our money and treated us like garbage. I deserve a full refund. Avoid this place at all costs!

    Our biggest issue was showering in ice cold water. I told staff during check-out and no compensation was mentioned. Breakfast was baasic hotel breakfast not extravagant hotel breakfast. Staff was good until checkout when i wasn't even given an apology for the cold shower.

    Furniture was beat up and falling apart. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. Worst of all, our carpet was wet around one bed and along the wall where the bathroom was located causing a moldy smell in the room. Guess it was due to a leak coming from somewhere. I wound up with bad sinus issues after our one night stay due to this.

    The lobby was clean. Although my room wasn’t the greatest. The hinge to the door that covered the fridge was broken. The sink stopper in the bathroom sink was broken. It drained very very slowly. Also there was some mold in the corner of the bathtub. I ordered Door Dash, the driver left my food in the lobby and someone stole it when I went to pick it up. The front desk clerk honestly looked guilty when I asked if he seen anyone take it as he was the only one there. Just kind of sketchy…

    Unfortunately, we won’t be staying at this hotel again. We booked a one-bedroom king suite, but the experience was disappointing, the bed was very uncomfortable and constantly squeaked, and the toilet didn’t flush properly. Additionally, there was no dresser available to store clothes and housekeeping was every other day. The only highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which was excellent. Aside from that, the room itself was quite poor for the money paid!

    The suites were spacious and well equipped, full fridge, cooktop and even a dishwasher. The pull out couch also had a nice size lounge on the size large enough to sleep our youngest. Breakfast was great! Funny smell in our room, sticky tile floors and not as clean as we expect for the price. The room needed updating and maintenance, lights weren’t working and could see visible damage in the unit.

Day 3 - there was no hot water in my room to shower in the morning; and the hotel later discovered that the hotel water system was faulty. The water was restored around 3.30pm that Friday. This made me to miss my appointment for the day.

    Chicken patties and cheese omelettes for breakfast? COME ON!!!!! Where’s the biscuits and gravy with sausage and grits? All the money you pay for these rooms you would think Hampton Inn would do better with their breakfast food. I would expect to get a southern breakfast from this Hampton Inn since it’s in Duluth, Georgia. Even the hard boiled eggs where cold YUCK!

    I stayed at this property for a couple of days. Apparently they only service the room every other day. So we had to ask the front desk for some fresh towels and toilet paper the next day. I was in my room the second day when it was supposed to be service but, no one came to do it. I was back to the hotel room around 3pm. Nothing was service or changed. We didn’t get any new towels or restocking. So nobody ever came to do their job. I told the front desk about it and she didn’t say nothing.

    The facility was incredibly old and smelled rough. The door to the bathroom looked like someone broke in and out of it with a machete. The decades old fan was covered in so much dust it was hanging off the ends of the blades. The mattress was old and awfully discolored. It was the first Hampton Inn room we have ever experienced, by far.

    Nothing and this is coming from a long time Hampton fan The property is a ruin and no one care to upgrade it. Apparently they didn’t care it enough that they block all entry except one tiny entrance you have to try very hard to find it and now imagine it is dark at night. The most ridiculous thing is that they don’t even bother to alert you or put any sign to guide you. The property is filthy with garage on the floor. As a honor member I have been using Hampton for so long, this is the worst I have ever experienced.

    We went to our room after getting back from visiting my wife sister who recently is a double i amputee in the hospital. Open the hotel room door there was bug in our bed, i took it to the clerk at front desk. Who stated nothing he could do since we booked with a third party. I took picture of front desk sign, next thing 3 police officers knocked on our room door saying we have to leave the hotel. Bad experience middle of night new in town no where to go horrible experience.

    I’m sure they could not help it but our room was full of lady bugs- kind of humorous. However I can over look all that - the biggest problem was there wasn’t curtains - just a sheer window covering that let all the street lights in and made our room so super bright at night.     I’m sure they could not help it but our room was full of lady bugs- kind of humorous. However I can over look all that - the biggest problem was there wasn’t curtains - just a sheer window covering that let all the street lights in and made our room so super bright at night. Thankfully the air worked amazingly and our room stayed cold! That was a huge perk

    The first night we were there, there were ants in our room and we were told maintenance would come by the next day. They never came so the front desk moved us rooms. We didnt really have an issue until we checked out then checked back in because we added two nights. The first night of the extra stay, we got locked out of our room because the battery in the door died. The front desk lady wasn't sure what to do if the master key worked. Thankfully the master key did work because she had said if that didn't work she had no idea how to get us into our room where all of our personal items were. Again maintenance was supposed to come fix it but they didn't until we had to complain a third time. We kept the "do not disturb" sign off the door and no one came to get the dirty towel and replace them the entire week were there. The bathroom door hit the bathroom light Everytime you opened the bathroom door and the light in the living area would not stop flickering. We probably will not stay in this hotel again.

    Spent a short night for some rest. The room and hall area were full of ants and ladybugs. We got there around 4pm and my babies were tired to we rest up and went for dinner. We came back after dinner and the whole bathroom was covered with ants.

    I’m not sure if management has changed, but the quality is not what it used to be. My family and my sister’s family booked separate rooms, and her room had a serious ant problem—ants were crawling everywhere, especially in the bathroom. On top of that, their air conditioning was not working. When she spoke to the front desk, the only solution offered was switching rooms at 11 PM, which wasn’t realistic since they were leaving early the next morning. We paid a lot for our stay, and everything just seemed to go downhill from there. It’s disappointing because this hotel used to be reliable and comfortable. They really need to have pest control come in, and while I understand they’re in the middle of remodeling, guests should be notified online before booking. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially considering how much we’ve trusted this hotel in the past.

    My first time stay at the Hampton Inn was ok, hence I booked it to stay the second time. I had a terrible experience. When we arrived to the hotel to check in , we were informed that the hotel has ran out of keys and we had to wait for 20 mins before the front desk checked everybody in, so he could take us to our suite. Once we got situated in the room we noticed lady bug infestation in the room, they were all over the place, crawling on me. I called the front desk person Shawn and informed him about the problem. I was told that there is no maintenance people on site to take a look at our room. Shawn told us that he can give us another room with queen size bed, switching us from the suit to a 1 queen size bed. I asked if he could give us at least the room with king size bed. He responded back- saying ' you can leave and we will refund you the money'. It was 12:30am and we had a long day. It felt like an ultimatum, either leave ( in the middle of the night, being out of state ) or suck it up and stay. I have never experienced being so dismissed and poorly treated. Very poor customer service, never returning back and will not recommend Hampton Inn to anyone. We decided to leave and went to City Express by Marriot, which was way newer and better.

However, the initial response I received was that the issue with the ladybugs was “nothing.” It may not be an issue for some people, but it was not just one or two — they were present in the room, and even after asking for cleaning, the room was still not properly cleaned.     I do not have enough nice things to say about this hotel and it's staff, especially the ladies at the front desk. Due to traffic and the drive into Atlanta, we were running late. The minute I got there to check-in, I felt like home. Both ladies at the front desk were kind and actively seemed interested in my conversation (even if they weren't) and went above and beyond their job duties to make me and my daughter feel welcomed, understood, and cared for. 10 out of 10 without a doubt would stay at this hotel again just for the front desk ladies! Oh, and the hotel was nice too. :)

    The front desk staff seemed short staffed but he was friendly upon check in and got us checked in relatively quickly even while dealing with phone calls and maintenance workers. Our room had an unflushed toilet upon check in, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were dark hairs on the shower wall, and a missing curtain in the bedroom so it felt like sleeping with a light on all night. Breakfast wasn’t awful, about the same as any hotel but the staff checking the breakfast to refill was walking around checking it with cleaning solution in her hand. It was enough to manage for a night trip away but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again unless some major cleaning staff upgrades were made…

    This hotel is HORRIBLE!! I DONT recommend ANYONE to stay here. Our first day we drop off our bag. We arrived to our floor & the lobby smelled like cigarettes and pass guest left their belongings in the hallway just full of clothes and bags. The smell of the cigarette went into our room. They change our room but later on the night there was no cold water only hot water to shower . They change our room AGAIN . The last room housekeeping didn’t bother to clean the refrigerator which had pass guest drinks and spilled liquid inside the refrigerator it was completely dirty. As well the microwave was dirty. I called downstairs front desk to tell them whats going on and all they said was we will write it down . We stood there 4 days and they only change the bed sheets and clean the room ONCES ( but never cleaned the microwave and refrigerator) . NEVER EVER AGAIN !! For it being a Hampton hotel if was a complete disappointment.

    The staff was not friendly at all. The hotel was dirty and falling apart EVERYWHERE. tgere was food left on the floor of the breakfast area for two days and it was still there when I left! My car was broken into and it was parked right in front of the main entrance. When seeking assistance from staff to help cleanup glass in the hotels own parking lot of the hotel, they could not have cared less. All around one of the worst hotel experiences that I have ever had!

    The place does not represent Hilton well. Though the rooms themselves where clean for the most part, the actual hotel was dirty. The elevators, and walls, baseboards were full of stains. The pool, ice maker, washers were all broken at the time of visit. The AC is very loud and unable to sleep good. Also can hear when other rooms use the facilities. The blinds had gaps, so the exterior parking lights would keep the room bright at night. Not very happy with this hotel.

    Room was cleaned one time on a Thursday. Check in was on a Tuesday (every other day did not apply to my room. Second time cleaned I had to put in a request which did not happen so I had to track down house keeping myself so room could be cleaned). First room cleaning no fresh towels were left. I had to call later in the evening and was told to come get the towels myself. No tissues left and drain in shower tub did not drain properly and backed up nasty water in the tub while showering (I had an infected toe and now concerned about the affect of the dirty backed ip water. Request at front desk ignored on a Wednesday. Second request on a Saturday put in and maintenance responded saying drain had an issue draining properly. Chain on dark shade in bedroom broken and had to be repaired (it was). Slept with bright lights outside window from Tuesday until Saturday. Also, room door did not close properly and had to be repaired. Overall, felt Tamara, Janet and Nyeema were very proessional. However, other service received was not welcoming.

Two things that need improvement: The room had NO drapes- just a white shade and thus the room was pretty bright at night due to street lights at night- not great. Also the free breakfast REALLY DOESN't go until 10 AM. We arrived at 9:40 and many items were out. The woman in charge of it did not refill ANY of these items. So, for example, no eggs of any kind, most of the bread choices were gone as well. This was really crappy in my opinion. If the breakfast is advertised to run until 10 am than all choices should be restocked until that time.

    I hate to say it, but this Hampton Inn was not on par with most. Check in/front desk was ok and the area was good. Quiet and close to tons of shopping and dining. The bad came from the room conditions, Although it was clean, it was literally the darkest hotel room we have ever stayed in. Just not enough lighting in the rooms. We came back in that evening from a long day of shopping and going to the Duluth Fall Festival wanting to watch the Bama/Georgia game and there was no live tv working. Went down to the front desk and the gentleman gave me some troubleshooting instructions that I went back up and tried but no luck. Then when we tried to start taking showers, the water would only be super super hot, no cold, no warm. I once again went back down and requested to change rooms. The gentleman told me that the system was rebooting and when it did he would assign me another room. 20 mins went by and no call. So for the third time I walked down and he got us the room across the hall. This room had a good TV and shower...BUT the tub drain was not working unless you manually held it to fully drain. Disappointing for a Hampton for sure. A little maintenance and updating the rooms could solve most of the problems. On a good note the breakfast team did a great job the next morning! Food was good.

    This stay was a nightmare. We had 2 separate reservations and when we checked in, we asked if we needed to re-check in for the 2nd night and we were told as long as the room was the same type, we did not need to. Agent checked the res. and said we were good for 2 nights, enjoy your stay. At 1am on the 2nd night, someone tries to come in our room and later the front desk calls and asks who we are and why were we in the room. We told her we had a prepaid res. She said she didn't show the res and to come to front desk. We declined because it was 1am and told her we would resolve in the morning. Shortly after, we get hard knocks at the door. It was the police. We were advised that we were trespassing and LaKeisha, front desk, felt threatened by us so wanted us escorted out of hotel. We were furious. She would not look at the receipt that I had for the prepaid night, she would not listen to what we were told when we checked in, she merely wanted us out, now 2am. The hotel was overbooked and people waiting for a room. We had a choice to leave or be arrested and were given a warning for criminal trespassing never to return to the property. Why? Because LaKeisha was on a power trip and rather than admit the staff made a mistake, she chose to pull rank and remove paid customers from the hotel. We had to find another hotel and did not get a refund on the night that was prepaid. Wrongful trespass will be pursued. Lakeisha should be fired.

    Our experience here was a nightmare. We made our reservation for a Friday night through Expedia. We decided to add Thursday night however to add a night in Expedia we had to revise and rebook however there were no rooms for Friday to do so therefore we booked a second reservation for Thursday night. At check in we advised the front desk person that we had 2 separate reservations and asked if we had to recheck in the next day. Her response was let me check the room type you have and if they are both the same, you don’t need to. She checked and rooms were same so she said no worries, you are good for 2 nights, enjoy your stay. Saturday morning at 1am we hear someone trying to come in our room. Thank goodness we had the bolt on the door. Then we get a call from front desk asking our name and who we were. We told her our name and that we had 2 nights reserved, which by the way, Friday was prepaid in full when booked. She said I don’t show you in the system and you need to come to front desk. We said it is 1am, we have a paid reservation and we could resolve in morning at checkout. As we were speaking to her, she hung up on us. We went back to sleep only to be awakened shortly after by hard knocks at the door. It was Gwinnett County police advising they were advised we were trespassing and needed to get our things and leave. As you can imagine, we were furious.     We had such a great experience, staying here and mo, The manager made it so much better. She always had a smile on her face and always made us feel beautiful. one night. My daughter was not feeling well. I needed some water and cranberry juice. Keisha went out of her way to help me get that for her And I am so grateful for that! definitely will stay here again because of them.     1725 Pineland Rd, Duluth, GA 30096, with two queen beds, a sofa bed, and a kitchen — essential for our family of three (my wife, our 12-year-old daughter, and myself) for an eight-day stay. Upon arrival on Saturday evening, the front desk informed us that our reserved room was “unavailable” due to a broken air conditioner and attempted to downgrade us. I insisted on having a kitchen, so they offered a king bed with a sofa bed and kitchen, saying they could not guarantee when (or if) we would get our original room. The next morning, another staff member told me we might be able to switch that evening. We returned from our day’s activities only to be told — again — that the room was unavailable. This time, after calling Expedia to intervene, the hotel promised we could switch on Monday at 11:00 a.m. When Monday came, we were told to vacate our room and leave our luggage at the desk until evening, even though we had specifically waited until 11:00 a.m. to make the change. I was extremely frustrated, as our schedule was again disrupted. Moments later, the front desk called to say we could move immediately — which we did, finally receiving the room we had booked from the start. This ordeal consumed another three days of our trip. There was no apology, no offer of compensation, and the entire process made it feel as though we had to fight simply to receive what we had already paid for.

    The hotel looked nothing like described online. Property was unkept debris throughout. Cleanliness of room was not up to par. Telephone in room didn’t work so we could call down for maintenance because the sink was backing up and overflowing into the dishwasher all over the floor. The bathtub would not drain properly. Went to the front desk to let them know about the sink and tub they stated that they would take care of it waited No one ever showed up. The next morning we called them from our cell phones. No one still showed up had to deal with it are entire stay there we asked if we could switch to another room. They stated that they were booked.for the third time they said they’ll send someone no one came again. the room started to smell because of the back up in the dishwasher. Property stated it came with full amenities in the kitchen only one spoon two butter knives, one fork one plate, three glasses, one sauce, pan, one frying pan. The hallways were extremely hot.website stated washer and dryer on premises washer on 6th floor worked but the dryer was broken, went to the 3rd fl dryer was broken but the washer worked. Number one thing waking up each morning with the worst backache felt like sleeping on the floor. The beds were so hard. Advil wouldn’t even take the pain away.

    We arrived late evening because of the stormy weather. Check in was very quick. We got to our room to discover we had a suite with everything we needed to relax and feel at home. Made all the difference for a rainy weekend. And the breakfast was delicious. This is where we will be staying when we are in town.

    We had a two night stay and had to move rooms three times because the air conditioner didn’t work. Then, they downgraded my room with absolutely no rebate for the downgrade. Then they made us move again to a suite, but we were already tired of packing and moving with two small kids in tow. It was very inconvenient and stressful for my entire family to have to pack and move three times. In the last room we were in, the air conditioner had a terrible loud rattle sound when it kicked on, but we truly couldn’t face moving again, so I slept with earplugs in. The front desk was kind, but was unable to help which was very frustrating. I didn’t understand why a manager wasn’t in health on a busy weekend to handle situations like this.

    Upon checking in, requested to change to a different room due to strong smell of human urine and because it was a holiday weekend, agreed to switch in the morning when other guests checked out. Second and third night same thing, staff seemed they did not know what I was asking about every time I inquire about a new room switched, until the last night, they finally switched us. I really was disappointed about the way this went, I had to escalate the issue, since this was unacceptable because i booked it via third party? Every one should be treated fairly, it’s still about the service they provide to their customers.
