Everything was at or above our expectations. Perfect location for our event; extremely kind and efficient staff, particularly the check-in/front desk host. The breakfast is first class (we all likely liked the Omelet station), the grounds are nice, and of course the room itself was spotless and comfortable. It would have been nice to be able to leave our car at the hotel while attending the event at the Gas South Arena, but we understand the situation that prevented that.

The complimentary breakfast was just okay, but I still appreciated having it available for guests. My only small complaint was wishing the room had a stand-up shower instead of a shower/tub combo. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

The staff was exceptionally nice, the room was great - efficient layout and clean, the breakfast was top notch and we were within walking distance of the Gas South Arena for our concert. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Love this Hotel with the kickbacks they have in the afternoons. The room was very clean everything was work bed soft. This is my new go to hotel when down here in Atlanta..

The staff was probably my favorite. Carlos, the desk manager made an epic lasting memory for my son for his birthday. A small request that they didn't even have to do, turned into a forever memory of kindness and love for my kids. I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer lol

Nice hotel with easy access to everything we wanted to do in Atlanta without the danger and crazy traffic. Pool was open late which was great for kids. We didn’t care for the orange water in the lobby. Wish they had just plain iced water to fill our bottles with.

I don’t like the firmness of the bed, but that’s a preference thing

The hotel was a 10/10 experience. The two complimentary drinks were a great bonus. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the staff—they checked in twice during our two-day stay to make sure everything was going well, which I truly appreciated. This was our second time booking with Embassy, and it’s definitely become my husband’s go-to. We will absolutely be booking again!

I liked that it was close to where I needed to be I didn’t like how Hot the lobby was.

The breakfast was excellent! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was kind and helpful. We stay in a lot of hotels for dance competitions and as an airline family. I’ll be booking Embassy suites from here on out. View was of the roof but I wasn’t there to see a view.

It was a problem because I had an appointment and was checking in with my kids and my 73 yr old mother. Finally, we were able to check in and all was well.

The pool was just ok. I mean it was a pool but the room was so loud. Even if you weren't talking very loud it sounded like screaming and when there are multiple families in there it can get way too loud. Also there was a hot tub in the online pictures but there isn't one at this facility that I found.

When I visit again, I’ll definitely have to try the wings 😄. I believe the bartender’s name was Sarah, though I’m not completely certain, but she was great. On my way out, I was greeted by Ross, who asked about my stay and was very friendly. I mentioned that I couldn’t get my coffee maker to work, and he kindly provided me with coffee to go from the snack store, which I truly appreciated since I needed caffeine for the drive. I stayed in a two-room suite, and the spacious room was lovely. From the window, I could see a beautiful lake and lights outside, which made for a great view at night. Housekeeping was busy but still managed to clean my room during my stay and offered water and anything else I might have needed. I was initially skeptical about staying here because pets are allowed, but I’m really glad I gave it a chance. The experience was great overall, and I would definitely stay here again.

It was a surprise staycation for my husband’s birthday and all he wanted to do was swim and enjoy his cigar in the nice courtyard and neither were accessible when we arrived so I was very disappointed. Saturday morning when going down for breakfast I checked and the pool was still out of order. Later the front desk clerk asked if we had gone swimming and stated that the pool re-opened that morning. Our plans were definitely altered.

However...room 225 has a doorknob that does not lock leading to the bedroom and the bedroom door leading to the sitting area, does not close. Its also a terrible policy that food is not allowed in the rooms. It's an inconvenience to guests to have to go downstairs to eat breakfast when there are limited seats, you're traveling with children and some guests are trying to limit their walking. Please update this or let guests know before staying.

I would definitely stay here again. The room was great. The staff was great. I gave 4 out of because there toilet paper dispenser was halfway off of the wall and we found a small spider on our pillows. Both are seemingly minor when considering the conditions of most hotels.

Unfortunately, on my last visit, the room iron ruined my white shirt when the steam vents in the bottom deposited brown matter that I could not remove. Another disappointment was the change in menu at the hotel’s restaurant.

It’s good overall. Just the air conditioner sound is loud. And there were guests beside my room talking and laughing loudly at 11:30 pm ,can hear too clearly. Also if there’s hand-in shower will be better .

There was an attendant at breakfast name Maya that was SO NICE and super attentive. She was THE most helpful person I encountered at this hotel. The men at the front desk were not welcoming or friendly. Maybe it was because I had kids with me, I’m not sure but Maya saved this review. Honestly. The omelette cook made a smart remark to my 7 year old about having his plate up on the counter. I just don’t think this is a family friendly establishment. So do with that what you may.

This hotel was amazing! It was a freezing weekend for competitive gymnastics. The weather, roads, and my early travel landed me at the hotel earlier than intended, but due to the circumstances, everyone was so accommodating. In addition to the great hospitality, the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautiful. It was within walking distance to our venue, which worked out because of the icy roads. We will definitely keep this hotel on our list for future gymnastics meets.

For the majority of our 4-day stay, the keycard reader for the guest rooms was inactive. Each and every time we wanted to enter our room, we had to have security let us in. I was informed on the 3rd night that the reader was active, and it was not. I understand the holiday on 12/25; however, the reader was still not working on 12/28. There was never any mention of refunding any portion of the stay and we were made to feel as if this was a normal occurrence.

It was wonderful no complaints

It’s hard to get sleep because of noises from other rooms

Clean. Quiet. Friendly service. Ample parking. Safe area. Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Ckick-fil-let in walking distance. What more can I say?

Amber at the front desk was very nice and our room was very clean. If we are in the area again we will be back.
