We loved this hotel! The staff were top notch. When the hotel receptionist, Fatima, learned we had an early fight and couldn’t take advantage of the buffet breakfast she packed a bag with various fruits, muffins, yogurt etc and delivered it to our room. The shuttle to the airport was on time and very convenient. The room was spotless! We will definitely back!

So this is a great place to stay - as long as you don't need to be physically at the airport. I had a 24h layover, so it was perfect. As described, the hotel is embedded within a local shopping center with supermarkets, restaurants and other retailers. Perfect for an afternoon / evening stroll. Pickup from Dulles is easy, it's probably a 15 minute drive to the hotel. But I really want to highlight the friendliness of the people who work at the hotel. They are perfect. Clearly a lot of effort has gone into selecting the right people, and then making sure they are well trained and happy. It really shines through. The room was super spacious, had everything I wanted and then some. But for me, again, it really was the people. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in staying again. Not one thing

The staff was amazing although the property is showing signs of aging it’s still kept as well as an be expected. I stayed on this property when it was fairly new and can see signs of aging and needs Fir upgrading however the staff makes up for the lack of new upgrades !

The breakfast was ok. The people who drove the shuttle were very nice. There were 2 bottles of shampoo and a bottle of conditioner in the shower looks like they made a mistake and didn't put body wash, I let the front desk know but they didn't take care of it. We spent 3 nights and we used face soap.

The staff was friendly The price of the room The breakfast was good The hot chocolate bar The first one we stayed and was dirty… the sleeper sofa head in discernible stains on the sofa and up pun initially complaining a front desk person said you can put blankets on top of it, which was absolutely disgusting given the stain size and what it looked like it was. We asked for and received another room… that was also dirty. There was pet fur everywhere. There was so much on the office chair that we put it in the hallway. Dust and dirt on the counters in the kitchen and on the refrigerator. The bathroom wasn’t clean either. We ended up just cleaning it ourselves because we didn’t want to change rooms a second time.

We needed a nice place near the airport and this Residence Inn didn’t disappoint. Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport was excellent. Other than an elevator that was out of service, the property was in great shape and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I booked their full kitchen and at first I was placed into a room with just the stove top ,but when I call down I was easily transferred to another room without any problems. And that was shuttle to take you to from the airport or the Metro or even Walmart .

The staff were super kind, helpful and accommodating! The facilities are well maintained and they even have shuttle service. The only issue I experienced was with my toilet, anytime I used toilet tissue, it clogged or overflowed. So the toilet needs to be replaced or pipes cleared.

The value for money was unbeatable. The three ladies running the breakfast were the friendliest you’ll ever meet. The location was phenomenal with regards to accessing the main roads and Dulles Airport. Very happy that we booked our extended stay there upon our return to the area.

Stayed for one night with family if 5 - before flight from Dulles. Had 2 bed suite. Sofa bed is only a single which was fine for us. Very clean and very good breakfast - not too busy. Lots of parking and hotel located at Dulles 38 centre which has Target, Old Navy , Ulta and lots of eateries. We walked over to Chick-Filet. Had a pool but we did not use and kids played out on the putting green at front while we sat out and had a few drinks in a seating area. Lovely hotel for a stop over as 10min drive from car rental return in Dulles Airport we saw a hotel shuttle parked out front also so that is an option if you don’t have a car)

One complaint, we asked for King size bed and they insisted there was one in our room after we questioned it. After two nights, we questioned again and found out it was Queen size. So don't take room 135 if you want a larger bed.

Indoor pool... but it's not heated, so may as well be outdoors, was very cold. No restaurant/bar/room service. Fireplace didn't work. Game room was just a pool table. Couch in living space of suite was very uncomfortable and creaky. Beds were comfy. Showers were serviceable. Everything else about the room was great. Breakfast buffet was decent, nothing to write home about. Even the bold coffee was weak and awful. I would stay again as it's good value and convenient but just know it's very middle of the road overall.

I loved every thing about the Residence Inn. I was bothered by my Expedia search, that listed the price at $88 dollars. Said I had $59 dollars in points to use, and I still paid $107. There is a lot of number manipulation going on here.

The property was clean and beautiful. Staff were welcoming. The location was centrally located to shopping that was within walking distance; other shopping was close by, within a 10 minute drive. Great Falls was about 25 minutes away. Will definitely stay again.

This Residence Inn was everything that I needed, making it perfect. It's close to family, easy access from Dulles, a short walk from Wegmans, the best grocery store in the country. Amazing service and a lovely stay. The pots and pans were adequate (not great), but overall the little kitchen served us very well. And the entire hotel was absolutely SPOTLESS; we were impressed. (BTW: The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable, but that's ok.)

Amazing service and a lovely stay. The pots and pans were adequate (not great), but overall the little kitchen served us very well. And the entire hotel was absolutely SPOTLESS; we were impressed. (BTW: The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable, but that's ok.)

Very polite and courteous staff! Multitude of amenities to be enjoyed. They serve excellent breakfast, fun resident meet and great events. Rooms are spacious clean and feel very open. My wife was so happy with lit light up vanity mirror as well as the cozy atmosphere. Overall it was an excellent experience I would definitely stay there again when I’m in town.

Awesome hotel! It’s tucked away in a convenient mall with an extra-large Wegmans, shopping and restaurants. The suite was gorgeous — even had a fireplace! Service was also outstanding. They gave me both early check-in and late check-out with a smile.

It looked very fancy and was super clean. The room was very nice and organized.

We stay here while passing through, and couldn’t have had a better experience/time. Jay at the front desk is simply fantastic! A great guy! The room was clean & comfortable, and breakfast exceeded expectations..delicious. Thank you to all the staff. We can’t wait to return😊

For a budget motel, it's exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well managed. The rooms are spacious and well lovely; the breakfast generous and fresh. Pet friendly, too.
