Not friendly staff at front desk.

It does have a typical free breakfast offering but a little better quality than many similar hotels. Our room was lovely and quite comfortable! It was a very nice place to stay, especially for the price. It was perfect.

This was an excellent hotel to stay in while in Dripping Springs! The rooms were so clean & the staff was so accommodating! The morning breakfast was excellent too!!!

The hotel was acceptable for our needs. While it required driving to anyplace in the area other than the restaurant next door, it was in a good spot between Austin and Dripping Springs.

They need to get everyone's license plate number. An alarm on a truck went off 6 times from midnight to 3:00am. If they had the license plate number, they could have waken up the owner instead of me.

The room was very nice and comfotable. The handle on the toilet needs to be replaced. You had to flush the toilet at least twice just to get the paper to go down. It was wasteful. Other wise it was a great stay.

The staff is great. The location is great. The rooms are always clean and breakfast is always good. It’s my go-to place to stay when in Dripping Springs.

We were told bfast was free but we needed to pay gratuity. Bfast ended up being 12.99 per person. Information we received said cooked to order and it was continental bfast.

Bedsheets were dirty in our room when we arrived. Other than that it was okay.

Very clean, great breakfast, kids loved the indoor swimming pool, staff was so helpful and nice, in a great area and always felt very safe.

We never got breakfast because there was no water. This was probably not the hotels' fault. But we couldn't even flush the toilet, forget about taking a shower or making coffee in the room. The next day there was a letter under the door saying this might happen, so we didn't know if there was water or not. We had to go buy bottled water to flush the toilet and brush our teeth. I don't think this was the hotel's fault except that we didn't get warned until after the fact and there was no discount to cover our water purchases. Other than that, it was a nice hotel in a good location and I would consider staying again.

Our room was clean and fresh, parking is easy, and the staff was wonderful. The hot tub and pool area was clean, and everything worked! (Also, thank you for the help on the computer!) My compliments to the breakfast staff, the biscuits and gravy were excellent! If we were back in that area, would be sure to stay there again. It's a great value!

No water in the morning, so no shower or teeth brushing before our international flight. No juice or coffee at breakfast. Wrote a complaint, and the reply basically said we were lying, that there was no water outage and someone was always at the desk, which also was not true. There was only a note that said they knew the water was out and they were hoping it would come back on soon. Apparently, whole area was out, because nearby convenience store had no coffee, either. Having no water was frustrating, but being told my complaint was lying means I will never use the company again.

Awful. No clerk at check-in hadt to call the hotel to get someone to come for the line of people waiting. The clerk appeared to be the only staff member in the hotel on a Friday evening. Hotel not updated, carpet disgusting. Unadvertised pet fee made the room over $300/night. Went to roon, toilet running, pulled off the back and water sprayed everywhere but managed to get it to stop running. No TV remote. Called fornt desk, cleark brought 2 that did not work. Went back to desk he had to print out a paper to find what room was empty he could get a remote from. Hotel smelled of vomit. Never saw a clerk at the front desk except when they were actively checking people in. Bed was uncomfortable and creaked everytime you moved. Sink plunger didn't work, had to remove it complete to let the sink drain. No water pressure in the shower, couldn't adjust flow on showerhead. Definitely not worth $300/night. What I would expect for a $70 motel in the deset somewhere.

Flapping (roof) vent in the bathroom. Shower could not be adjusted to a hot shower. Handle on the toilet was worn out. Pillow options did not include a flatter option. Mattresses too firm. "Pay at property" by Expedia was deceptive. Not true at all. Son was charged for his room after I had reserved the room with my credit card. Third and fourth parties involved are AWFUL AND DECEPTIVE. NEVER AGAIN.

Super staff, everyone was ultra-friendly. Property and room was spotless. We asked for additional room service one day, they refurbished our room gladly and in a first class manner. Free breakfast was very good, items were refreshed regularly without fail.

The only real complaint and it is valid. The breakfast is pretty decent for a limited service hotel. But the coffee machine they have and the only coffee provided is pure crap. It is horrible, and such an easy fix. Making your morning coffee a priority will be appreciated by all of your hotel guests and start their day off correctly. Do better please.

The elevator was not working and carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs and back down again was very hard on me and my husband as we are seniors. There was no help available from the staff. I feel the hotel should have offered discounts for the $329/night charge. Very doubtful we will ever book here again.

The smell in the hallway and in the room itself was off putting. The mattress was curled up on bottom left and right. There was a loud dripping noise in the bathroom.

After a 13 hour drive I was welcomed with a smile. Check in was quick and I was off to my room to rest. Got a sandwich at Pizza Cabe which was next door and enjoyed a quiet much needed night of sleep. Breakfast the next morning had multiple choices. Did wish the coffee cups could have been bigger and some more options for creamers.

The shower had a ridiculously low limited water flow. Washing off shampoo was a major painful task. No restaurant at the hotel but there was a pizza place next door. Otherwise, hotel was decent and comfy.

I was in area for a wedding of which the inn furnished transportation to the venue. Wayne was an excellent driver and so helpful. He had patience to help this older woman get in and out of van. Room was clean and comfortable. Employees were helpful and nice.

We loved this hotel for our wedding stay. Breakfast was provided, rooms were clean and staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend and will be back to stay

Everything was nice.my only complaint would have to be for breakfast. The bacon was under cook and no choice of flavor coffee or creamer, but that is so minor. Theres a grocery store down road the that I was able to get what I like. I would difinetly stay at a Sleep Inn in the future.

After rustic cabins that we completely enjoyed, this hotel stay provided all the comforts as we road-tripped thru the farm roads, highways, and byways to our destinations. Friendly staff. And the breakfast was great!

Great stop on the other side of Austin, worth it to drive a little more to stay in Texas Hill Country. Close to wineries and distilleries. Hotel had a great selection of food for breakfast.

Our stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites in Dripping Springs was below average. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but when we arrived around 4 PM, our room still wasn’t ready. It took them another 15 minutes to get it prepared, which was frustrating since it should have been ready an hour earlier. Throughout our stay, housekeeping never came to clean the room, and the staff wasn’t particularly friendly or accommodating. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless improvements are made to service and cleanliness.

I received an upgrade on my room which was nice!

WE enjoyed the much better than average breakfast and the spacious room. We were not able to find television channels we have come to expect; we were unfamiliar with Spectrum TV. The employees at the desk were available, pleasant and helpful, something hard to find these days. The only downside was housekeeping. Perhaps it was a language barrier. Because we were staying four nights we didn't require daily cleaning but did need daily towels and trash pickup. We had to track down the maid to drop off our trash and dirty towels and get clean ones. She knocked on the door only once, on day four.

The sleep inn was a perfect place for my wife and I to spend the evening after a night out for Valentine's Day. The hotel was conveniently located and the cleanliness and the pool were most enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning was very good with a wide variety of food.

This was the first time staying in Dripping Springs. The property was in a convenient location with great parking. It was clean both inside and out and the staff very friendly. A special thank you goes out to Owen the general manager who was very accommodating. He went out of his way to make our stay warm and welcoming.

There was not hot water. They did offer to move me to another room but I had to go to an event. The problem was not resolved and they did not call maintenance to investigate. They just left it as is. It is not worth the money to stay there if over $200.

Slept well, quiet despite the thunderstorms. Shower worked.

Also, get a bell for the front desk. I understand the staff can’t be out at the desk at all times, but another guest and I were left waiting for about 5 minutes at the front to check in.

Neat and clean

We stayed at the Sleep Inn in Dripping Springs for the eclipse in April. They made it easy for us to check in late, and when we arrived, there were eclipse cookies, glasses, water, and a handwritten note to welcome us! The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was great, our whole stay was fantastic. Beautiful hotel. The Sleep Inn helped make this trip amazing.

Nice stay but very expensive

Overall great property in the Dripping Springs area. We got 7 rooms for a wedding and the property did a nice job with the accomodations. Positive comments from all the guest.

Easy to get to

Everything was clean and quiet. Breakfast was filled with variety and fresh. The location was perfect for my needs. Lovely sunset view from my window. Staff and manager all friendly and helpful. I did not use the pool, but it was nice to know there was and indoor one in cold weather.

Showers were clean and okay but needed an update to more modern or more luxurious.

Noisy room next to the ice machine. Bring ear plugs, just in case.

Very close to the venue. It was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was good. Housekeeping was very friendly. It was an enjoyable stay and would go there again.

My only disappointment was the 'fitness room'. There were 3 'walk' machines..?.. Free weights take VERY little room. That is a big must for me to use a hotel. IMMUNE protections were in place; immune health begins with EXERCISE/rest...just saying.

Rather unkept and placed me in a room next to an exterior exit door that slammed every time someone exited, kept me up all night! Paid a high price for a cheap hotel, not worth it!

Breakfast was non existent they handed you a piece of paper which stated do you want a piece of fruit and something else tell them your room number and when you will pick up your bag ? The juice and coffee and tea was great. they skimped on breakfast !
