The entire room was not clean. There was a small bug on the bed. The sheets were not clean and the pillow had old blood stains on it. The worst experience by far. To make matters worse, the lady at the front desk admitted the room was dirty. She offered to transfer me but yah, no thanks I’ll take my business elsewhere.

AC kept the room cool. Came w microwave and refrigerator. Big barthroom not claustrophobic. For a not so high end and not on the bottom of hotles , this place was good.

I loved that they let us check in a few minutes early and the room was amazing. I liked the location and ok sure once road construction is done it'll be even better. Close to a mall and many restaurants that are walking distance. The breakfast wasn't breakfast. I had pop tarts already in my room for the kids and if I recall a coffee maker. Nice place to stay just don't go looking for hot breakfast. No toast, Danish, oatmeal, bagel, orange juice or nothing. Also disliked the kids running from end to end above us late night after a long day in the heat and trying to rest.

Arrived to the property and they said they only take $100 cash even though I paid in full online. I understand the cleaning fee or hold fee so I had my card but they wanted $100 cash upon arrival and didn’t say anything about getting it back. So I left

During the stay they were doing some work at the hotel and we were woken up early due to the noise. Also i would of rated it better if the cleanliness of the room was more appropriate. Looks like the people that do the room service half ass the cleaning.

The location was close to the Downey Theater. We were attending event there. And close to some eateries. The room was fine. The bathroom faucet needs some maintenance but the shower put out great flow.

Room was not very clean (hair on the floor and in the bathroom sink) upon arrival but they did replenish towels after two days. Breakfast was a disappointment, all three mornings we were there it consisted of only pop tarts and bananas.

What I didn’t like about the property is that the air conditioner barely worked so it was stuffy and hot and the people above us was stomping so hard

It’s a clean place location is good got a lot of near by stores and restaurants The whole stay the cable didn’t work they said I would be up and running 2/3 hrs never worked called and said it was an issue they had so no tv the whole stay plus you can’t even connect your game station to the tv cause they blocked it off

Then sitting a the desk and the arm pad on the chair completely falls off and hits the floor. Turning on the tv was a little chore with having to use two differant remotes. Then to my amusement, the led screen is cracked and the visual distored. Then you really start to see all the other imperfections in the room and furnishings. The room was clearly a suite with 3 beds, and I only booked a single bed. The front desk clerk said they were sold out and could not move me to another room. He offered to refund my order and to hit the road to find another place to stay. I scheduled this reservation having work in this general area. I drove over a hour to get to the the location. I guess I was shafted with the one fix it room. Let this be a sign when a hotel asks for a cash only deposit on the room.

It was local and very easy to check into My husband found poop on the bathroom wall , the next morning I asked for a towel and I was told there was no towels available and I seen fresh towels on one of the house keepers carts . The husband was nice but the wife was very mean and rude . I was here with my 2 daughters and husband for one night an the couches were dirty

The first day we arrived there, there were people smoking pot in the parking lot. They never cleaned the room even though they promised to have it deep cleaned the second day that we were there. I hate to break it to you but a pop tart and a bamana or orange isnt breakfast. Plus orange tang disoensing out of the orange juice faucet was a huge disappointment. Loved the coffee however. Just expected more after such a pleasant experience thus far. Wasnt enough to ruin my stay but it was a bummer i had to go out n find breakfast someplace else [wasnt too hard with a dunkin donut. Staff aren't cooperative. I asked them 3 consecutive days to clean the room but they didn't. On my 6th day while I was checking out they just said sorry for the inconvenience—poor cleaning staff and management.

Very disappointing stay. The rooms were dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. There were no bulbs in the lamps, which made the room even more uncomfortable. Overall, the place felt unprofessional and poorly maintained. I would not recommend it.

The standard room was spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful during my three-night stay. Everything was fine but sadly in my hurry to get to our port for our cruise i forgot my gold chain in the room. The staf deny seeing it but i know it was left there. i am dismayed in the lack of integrity. That chain is a family heirloom that is worth far more in sentimental value. i offered a reward but have not heard anything yet.

This property was nothing like it says it is. The pictures online are not updated pictures. the room we got obviously was not cleaned the way it should be. the bathroom had mold all around the shower and on the shower walls. the floors were grimy like they have not been mopped in a very long time. The bed linen was dirty and one of the pillows looked like it had blood smeared on it. the floor in the whole room is laminate flooring and by the time we left there the bottom of my wife's shoes looked like she was walking on asphalt all weekend and her slides were only worn inside that hotel room. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff they really did not seem to care about making things right. We most definitely not be staying at this hotel ever again. Also the website says they have breakfast the only thing that they had for breakfast was Pop Tarts and coffee, definitely not worth staying at this place. Very noisy place people outside yelling and partying late at night and not once did I see the hotel staff tell anyone to keep the noise down. Do not waste your time renting here go somewhere else. I feel that we should have had our money refunded to us just for how unsanitary this room was if i could upload the pictures you would see what I am talking about. But I will be warning people if they are in the Downey area do not stay at his place.

stay at this location was OK. The real problem that I found were one. Our room was not available upon their check-in time. Had to wait. About 30 minutes more. Parking lot is very small not very accommodating for larger size vehicles.

This motel was extremely dirty. The toilet was not working. The floor made my kids feet and hands black like cold and the AC was not working. I called them for all the issues, and they wanted me to wait until the next day or leave and cancel the reservation I would highly recommend not to stay at this location, it was the worst hotel I have ever been into

After 10mins of staying on the room me an my family started to itch all over. We had bed big bites threw out our body i told the front off girl which she had a.very nad attitude. She did refund me back after i showed her our bites on our back an stomach and buttocks..

Lovely Lisa let me check in earlier than scheduled-accommodation was perfect for a two night business trip. Very clean and comfortable room. The floor was a little sticky from cleaning supplies but other than that, very clean and comfortable!

The hotel was ok. We had to change rooms because of traffic noise, but it didn’t really help. Hotel is on the corner of two major streets with lots of traffic - quite noisy. Two arm chairs weren’t comfortable. We were busy which was good. Not a place to relax in the room.

If that is all there is to offer might as well not have it. When inquiring about the safe in the room was told they are locked because they are discontinued and not being offered anymore… kinda odd. Our first day they took the dirty towels but did not replenish them, so we had to ask for some late at night. On the first day we managed to clog the toilet twice… found a plunger next to the stairway conveniently. (The trick is to stand there and hold the handle until the tank is emptied and we didn’t have a problem after that) All the staff that we dealt with onsite were helpful and friendly. The service desk is rude especially Brenda. The room included some amenities that were on the website but not in the room. To not apologize to guests at least shows how horrible the training is at Wyndham & this establishment. I will stay away from this brand going forward.

Guest agent was nice at checkin, the room smell was really bad the cleaning solution was so strong it was hard to sleep, and the noise from the room above was horrible kids we stomping and running in the room you could hear everything, they had no respect kept on running and stomping till 2am. I’m sorry but I would not stay here or recommend to anyone.

There was a problem with the toilet , the toilet was stopped up and was not flushing right. Also the linen on the bed that you supposed to cover with meaning the white sheep was not clean at all. And had a Horrible smell to it. Also the color of the sheet it was supposed to be white which it a dirty white. It was not clean it had a bad smell to it

Coffee Maker, Fridge, microwave.. Fantastic. VERY Clean, and that BED,, so comfortable. Value priced., I will stay here again. I can't remember the name of the lady who checked me in., but she was lovely and helpful.

Huge rooms compared to others. Newly renovated, like that it's floors instead of carpet, rooms were too small, only double and King choices. Parking is limited. Got the last spot by the entrance. I have a truck, had to park at angle to stop from blocking entryway.

Overall, not a bad place to stay, however, it may not be necessarily all their doing because they are next to a mall and restaraunts, but there are huge rats in the parking lot. Other than the vermin, it provides clean rooms and semi modern amenities.

This location was close to shopping and dinning.

I had to reuse the towels 5 of them for my 5 children. According to the day-shift staff lady, the towels weren't going to be reused, and I was charged a $30 fee for the towels I had to use during my 2-night stay at this place. I have not ever experienced any hotel or motel front desk and overall, a horrific attitude, and I have neither been denied receiving clean towels or room service even if it's due to short staff. Management shall consider this, because if this hasn't occurred to another guest, then I definitely take the day-shift lady from the moment I checked in to checking out as a personal/racism discrimination for my appearance. Not good for business to have a front office representative of your company while discriminating a single mother with 5 children under 18 years of age, and denied a clean set of towels in addition she charged me for reusing the towels two-nights? Customer service management please contact me, because I am not convince that this kind of treatment is okay, nor for myself or anyone else.

I don’t recommend this place to stay first it is very dirty specially the bathroom and also they did not change the sheets they were nasty with blood and hairs everywhere I talked to the lady in the office she got mad and said she couldn’t do anything because the housekeeper was not there and had really bad customer service.

The front lady was rude

One thing to note: because it’s so close to the mall, you might hear some racing vehicles and loud engines at night. If that kind of noise doesn’t bother you, you’ll be fine—but if it does, it might affect your sleep. Unfortunately, the front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming—it felt like we were interrupting her time rather than being guests. We visit LA often and really loved the room, but the lack of friendly service might make us think twice about staying again.

There was mold in the bathroom and the receptionist lied about room availability. I needed a first floor room. The receptionist lied since the first floor was not clean. The corner is noisy also.

Although the room had an overwhelming smell of cleaner it was not clean. Would not stay here again.

Our stay was very uncomfortable. once we got there we noticed many things seemed to be damaged and not working . It’s very concerning how unsanitary the place was, and the hazards endangerment that was involved in our stay . Once we were ready to go to bed and unfolded the bedsheets we noticed blood stains , pee stains , hairs all over the bed sheets and other stains not sure what they were . We ended up just sleeping in a single bed when I had purchased a 2 bed room because of how dirty the other bed was . We had noticed that most of the lamps / lights in the room were all damaged and broken and outlets were exposed . We tried to turn the lamp on not only did the light bulb almost fall but a spark came out of the exposed outlet which I believe that should be taken very seriously especially for the price payed making our stay not pleasant at all.

Young lady at front desk was excellent. (helpful, courteous). The mattress was very uncomfortable and should be changed. The room was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom floor and base of toilet. The toilet had a water leak and was running all night. The wall unit providing heat was quite loud and it did not feel like the thermostat was working. It's an older hotel and probably needs updating.
