Exceptional

The place was under a complete remodel inside and outside (that was not in the description!). There were bare studs in the lobby. The windows were tarped over, loose nails in the parking lot. There was noise from above our room starting at around 9pm (sounded like people running across the ceiling and furniture sliding) went to front desk at 11pm, the lady said she would quiet them down. The noise continued until 5 am. I hardly got any sleep! The person checking me out could care less...

It has no microwave it has no refrigerator and ac did not work

Nothing I had to cancel and every time I got someone on the phone they would hang up it never told me they were in the middle of remodeling So miss leading sheet rock dust everywhere building materials stacked up everywhere it look like a damn haunted house i couldn't even go through the front door had to find my way from the side bookin.com never told me this on line

Hotel was under construction which was no known until arrival. Woke at 5 am for shower there were no towels soap or was cloths in room walked to front desk received shower stuff returned to room then no hot water for shower

They had a room It was dirty and very out dated The beds are totally understand comfortable There were stacks of renovations everywhere making it hard to navigate through walk ways. Dust was on everything outside room Holes cut in ceilings for sprinklers or something no cover. No continental breakfast or fruits/cookies/ mints at front counter Not welcoming at all. Just pay and stay and leave

Major renovation, it was a construction site. Outside doors not secured. Condition of the room was really bad and there was lots of noise in the walkway at night. They should probably not be accepting reservations during the renovation

Nothing, it was absolutely a waste of money Everything…we needed up leaving and having to get another room due to the condition of the property and the active construction taking place. We tried to get a refund through Booking, they said we had to go through property. We attempted to contact the property, the first time a gentleman who said he was the manager said he would refund us $170 because we checked I. To the hotel. After a month, we never received the refund and ended up having to call our bank to dispute the charge.

Good stay

I feel completely defrauded by Expedia and like they stole my money. I booked trusting Expedia, but the hotel was under construction, dirty, and unacceptable. Neither Expedia nor the hotel mentioned the renovations in the listing. Unfortunately, I arrived at midnight with no other options, but I had to leave the next day feeling sick and allergic. Now they refuse to refund me. Either the hotel or Expedia must take responsibility. Thieves

And the stale water smell is very off putting while me and my fiance’ stayed there for that weekend…and just overall need new beds they where not very comfortable…but overall it was cleaned nicely…they just need to rush the repairs/ constuction and make rooms feel more “roomy & at home”

The hotel was remodeling ( beginning stages ) the bed (king ) needs to be replaced asap.

His stay was better I see the upgrades happening. I will stay again. The you man at the desk when I arrive was not friendly at all. Seems to me I was bothering him. Had same room I had last stay before being move to another one. Room 220 was better this time no smoke smell and I can see out the windows. I love the upgrades though can’t wait to see what it looks like when done.

We asked for a non smoking room, the whole building smelled like cigarettes and more. The building was also being remodeled, we were not told and our room had holes in the ceiling. The bathroom tub had mold.

It was so BAD, we stayed less than 30 minutes in room and decided it was disgusting and unsafe. There was major construction going on, you could literally see stud walls in the checking in. EVERYTHING

The hotel was under construction and we were not given no warning. It was a mess. We checked out a day early and tried to give them a heads up the day after we checked in to see if we can get a refund for the one day and they said just tell the person tomorrow when you check out. The staff has the personality of a rock! This was our 2nd stay and won't be coming back. They should let guest know about the mess they are coming too.

Booked a double queen room. Upon arrival, was told there was not a queen double available. All that was available was a king suite, or king bed and a pullout. We had 3 adults who had been driving all day and tired. But since I booked with Hotels.com, I knew I wouldn’t be able to get my money back from the reservation. I paid way too much for a room that looked like it was from the 70s. Renovations were happening all around the hotel, but our room was horrible. Pullout couch was nasty, but the bed was comfy. When we walked into the room, the shower was on. Even with adjusting the shower, it dripped all night. Hotel wasn’t able to fix it.

Location Location,and due too the fact that the hotel was under construction un safe for my 3 yr old daughter so we left and booked another room acrossed the street better quality rooms and way better customer service now I can say when I went front desk offering 5$ off 90$ room with no TV very bad experience very bad never again was very disappointed ☹️

It was NOT disclosed that this hotel was under complete construction. We had to enter from the side which was NEVER locked as it was also under construction. Pool was open but had a lot of debree floating. The hallways stunk! Staff was nice. But everything else was old dirty and smelled bad!!!

got to be kidding! I would not spend the money on remodeling this piece of crap. Now I see why its is the only “Motel” that had openings for the night in the area that it is located. Pretty bad when the bath tub is in such bad condition (12” area on the bottom of the bath tub that had all the surface of the tub removed with the fiberglass portion of the surface “worn” or chemical removed. Could not get nerve to bath in it. No breakfast or even coffee. No soap. Room had an odor and air system made noise and did not really cool. Bottom line is my fault for waiting so long to make a reservation. You should consider tearing it down and building a new motel. Location is very good.

Nice front desk workers It had stains on the walls that the housekeepers were just to lazy to get off because i sprayed it and it came right off, so roaches in the bathroom, tv didn’t work the whole stay called for a new remote several times they finally came and it still didn’t work, the floors had white paint chips everywhere again the housekeepers r lazy

I liked the Jacuzzi tub THEY WHERE DOING HOTEL RENOVATIONS AND I WAS UNABLE TO SLEEP!! The took no value in the guest! The website did not inform me that there would be hotel renovation! Also, as soon as I opened the room door, a horrible smoke smell hit my face! It was supposed to be a non-smoking room! The sent flares my allergies up really bad!!

It was disgusting furniture ripped, dirty walls,no hardware on nightstands, bureaus. We left the property and went somewhere else. And smelled like Marijuana. We didn't take pictures just wanted out.

Location Door key kept breaking, I was charged the same for staying 3 days as I would for 5 days because I checked out 2 days early.

I was ao disappointed. Breakfast was not offered as advertised. I told the office that there was broken double payned window that had mold in it and i have breathing problems. I found out later from another customed that she had also been put in the same room and was having difficulty breathing .

Rooms were outdated. Carpet was filthy. Pool was dirty. Beds were atrocious!

To bad that reviews require you to give a star instead of negative stars . This hotel was so bad that my husband and me ended aleeping in the car . Traces of bed bugs , a roach ran across the floor and dried blood spots and p. Hairs on bathroom floor . Tried to get a refund expedia did what they could i think but due to the front desk at hotel lying saying we were there over an hour and we were not it was only 30 mins at max

When I made my reservation, I booked a room with two queen beds. The room we were given only had two double beds, definitely not queen. The smell in the entire building is horrible, the bathroom in our room smelled like straight mold. We did not sleep at all, with the people in the room next to us arguing and slamming things around all night, and the people in the room above us stomping around until 2 AM. We usually choose EconoLodge when we travel because it was the one place we’d never had a bad experience. This location however was one of the worst places we have ever stayed.

This is somewhat like an extended stay. I paid for non smoking with clearly everyone and their mother smoked I that room. A lot of cigarettes burned marks on the spread, sheets and tub. When the a/c went off you can smell it and the moisture. There were weekends of the floor in the hallway, side door was never locked, marijuana smell. The only good thing was that it was quiet thank goodness it was an only 2 night stay.

First off the whole 3rd floor smelled like a zoo literally !!! Like cow poop or something . They allow pets so probably why .. The tub had a crack in the middle of it , the air kept cutting off it was hot as heck , housekeeping came in took out wash rags and didn’t replace them I had to go get more they didn’t clean anything nor make up the beds, the listing said breakfast but they didn’t have any .. the tv hdmi didn’t work I brought my fire sticks and PS5 I couldn’t use either one .

Marijuana use was prevalent on my second floor and in the parking lot. My clothes upon return home needed to be immediately washed. Smoking is occurring in the rooms. Disgusting smell that permeates your belongings. Do not bring kids

I only have one complaint can you please get some new bedding these are done and they hurt very badly but because of the convenience of the hotel overalls and the especially great service people that are at the front desk I will continue to patronize this establishment until my back gives up 😂

Felt unsafe coming in at night. A bunch of people having a party in the grassy area. Looked like it was a usual spot considering there was stuff there that they sat in. The beds were loud and squeaky. Just a place that wasnt all that great

Doesn't show the trailer park in the back. Thin walls. I was awakened by constant head boards banging. My final straw should have been the one roach. To their credit they did act swiftly and get a gentleman on it but then it was like a party. Where once there was one was several

Ive stayed at this econo several times....ive never really had a complaint.... my only issue is the lady that works during the day is very very rude. She has a nasty attitude. My first encounter with her was a while back when i went in to try and get a room and couldnt because she said they didnt allow big dogs which i know isnt true because of the amount of times i had already stayed there with my fur baby and it was never an issue

Walls are very thin and you can hear everything from other rooms and in the hall! Saw multiple cockroaches in our room and in the facility! The people above our room were very loud and inconsiderate and the staff told me I had to deal with it when I got woke up at 230 and 3 am! The whole location smelled like marijuana! Will never stay here again

Started out great. Staff was friendly until I noticed the room Infested with roaches, did not feel comfortable leaving my suitcase in the room, They deactivated my room card without my permission and they were rude once I complained about the infestation instead of offering a reasonable solution like a refund.With that type of infestation , they are fully aware of it. . Would not recommend.

One night and half day (checked out) with no air circulation. Should have been a non-smoking room but very bad smelling room. Tried to get room change but wasn't available. Smell was so bad it made my kids nauseous. Shower was very hard to operate - not user friendly.

Between the moldy carpet and the cockroaches, I was pretty disappointed.

My reservations were for a king size smoking room and that’s what I paid for. When I got to my room it was a non smoking room and the lady at the front desk had an attitude and told me she couldn’t help me. THEN I took a shower and come out the bathroom to 2 men opening my room door!!! They sold my room AGAIN and I had complete strangers standing in my room! I again contacted the front desk and was told it was a computer glitch! She was rude and short with me! Cannot believe this is how Choice runs things!!!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!

Checked in for 10 minutes and my family and I left. Roaches. We killed 5 and more were crawling around in the bathroom and on the TV. The whole hotel smelled just terrible.

The motel was an excellent value for the price that I paid even though the room heating unit was somewhat noisy.

Low frills property but very comfortable. Convenient location and friendly staff. Only issue was the room key kept demagnitizing. Otherwise a great stay.

Most of the staff has been very friendly, except there was one receptionist that was extremely rude. Checking in was a breeze, but once we made it to the room there were bugs in the bathroom. The first night the bugs were really bad. The cleaning lady came in and sprayed but we were still seeing bug. I went and bought raid to spray myself. Other than the bugs I’d rate this place a 4 out 5

This is a Roache motel. There were roaches all over the room. There were dead roaches in the bathroom and roaches crawling all around room. When walked into room saw one on the bed. Had to fight them off in bathroom.

Check in was not good because I had paid in full for my reservation and the lady started telling me someone canceled my reservation. Then just happened someone card declined and she gave me a a room.

Like they had a pool.... Well until i seen the water close up was greenish and the fact of really big piles of dog poo was in all the grass around the parking lot i did not like that.

My time at the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites was a pretty chill experience. The staff was nice and very helpful. When I was told my room was ready there was a housekeeper still cleaning my room, but I just left and came back so it was all good. I had a good experience, and I'm considering going back.

There was blood on the toilet seat and in the lounge chair, roaches, open trashbags in the hall way, and the fridge was disgusting. NEVER AGAIN

Filthy room. Roaches , torn curtains , old creaky beds , late night prostitution, staff were friendly. This place was borderline flophouse. All kinds of late night visitors to the lobby area , Avoid unless on an extreme budget.

This property was easy to find but needs love. I did have a few bugs in my room, the bedding and curtains were in poor shape but clean and the tub was cracked on the bottum. One great plus was that the bed was VERY comfortable. It’s pet friendly so be ready to have dogs barking during the night. Both the ladies I dealt with at front desk were amazing and sweet. They don’t offer breakfast even if there was a room marked breakfast 6-10. My stay was for 8 nights…will I stay here again when I come back to see family and friends…not sure

The front desk employees were kind and friendly, however, the cleaning lady knocked on our door everyday to ask if we were cheking out. One of those days, when I replied "No", she told me that i needed to go up front because they said I didnt pay. That was quickly resolved but still inconvenient. There was no breakfast and the vending machines were near empty.. The pool was filthy which really upset us because that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, to be able to go swimming. We could not do that due to the condition of the water. I also asked for a smoking room but was put in nonsmoking, again, inconvenient. Other than the friendly front desk attendant, this stay was unenjoyable. Definitely overpaid and completely disappointed.

The staff is very kind and cordial and always present. Hate not having access to the pool especially for the 4th holiday, but otherwise extremely comfortable. Glad I came.

It was clean and quiet

Lady who checked us in was fantastic. I believe her name was Dawn. Everything else was terrible. TV did not work. Roaches were crawling on the walls of our room. Breakfast that was advertised was closed. Bed felt terrible. The internet did not work. Shower head looked like it was about to fall out of the wall. This hotel is the worst I have stayed in. If the price had been $19.99 I probably would not complain but all this “loveliness” was $120.00. Don’t waste your money.

Well we asked the manager accommodating us and he act like he couldn't at first he said he could then he said he couldn't. He took our money even when it was the wrong rate for weekly rate. It was supposed to be 495 weekly not 5 something not 610 not 622 non of that.its not right at all. The people are rude
