Clean room ,staff very nice and had no issues checking in, water wasn't hot ,but no bugs , smoked good ,no bothers and gas station in 2 minute walking distance

That it had a mini mart across the street. And close to many fast food places. And stores. Not to lie and say you get a free breakfast. And they don't even have a coffee maker in the room false advertising.

Good place to stay for work for a few days, but any longer no good. It says that you get Breakfast that no true. Plus, we seen 2 to 3 roaches. That was no good!! The roaches that will turn anyone off. Not having breakfast; when it says that you will get breakfast.

I didn't like that they didn't have a coffee pot to make coffee and I didn't like that they only had 3 pillows instead of 4. But other than that everything else was great.

Location The towels and sheets had hair on them. There was no breakfast even though they advertised it being offered daily. The front office is locked and you are only allowed in a small hot glass window for transactions.

Property was run down, outdated and dirty. Rooms was very dirty and stunk. The carpet was nasty and very old. Bathroom was nasty . I mean nasty. Tiles had black dirty grout and tub was cleaned just looked like someone just rinse water on it. I watched as they clean another room and they only used chemical air fresher in the end and they didn’t change that rooms sheets just re made the bed. So that made us very scared to sit in the bed. Microwave was broken with no glass and cracked door. Fridge was grimy. Walls was very dirty especially behind the bathroom door. No coffeee in rooms and only 1 towel. They tried to cover the smell with some type of odor ban which took your breath away and to make things worst. Between the head board and mattress was dirty socks from who knows and appear to had been there. We just needed a place to shower and wait for a few hours. We didn’t stay the night due to the conditions of the room.

This hotel definitely does NOT HAVE BREAKFAST! They dont even have lobby acess. You have to deal with someone through a window. The room was clean & at a very reasonable price

My husband and I, 51 & 55, are currently traveling cross country for professional marching band competitions. We are not expensive hotel people. We just need a clean, safe place to lay our head preferably for $100 or under. We are not ones to just throw away money. This hotel was perfect. It was clean, quiet, the staff was friendly, and check in was easy. Who cares if the lobby is closed because they want to be extra safe regarding COVID. That certainly is not a reason for a bad review. Even at 2am they were friendly. Sure everything is not brand new and full of frills, and there might be some peeing paint on the baseboard behind the bathroom door, but who really cares. It’s a place to sleep. We would certainly recommend this hotel for those travelers that don’t need Hilton style extras and fluff, or who justo believe in saving a dollar. We had no complaints at all.

It's an older motel but is in nice shape. Room was clean and fresh smelling. We were very comfortably here. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here for a night again.

I was appalled to have been told to use the restroom outdoors after asking to use their facilities while I checked in. The clerk was not accommodating at all. There was no coffee, no breakfast, and no restrooms. They cited covid as the reason, yet, still advertise all their amenities.

There were Bugs all in the room. They were crawling all over my tablet and the bathroom counter, it was gross. We almost left it was so bad.

The hotel was clean but I booked the room with a Jacuzzi and there was not one in my room so I went and ask about it and the lady lied to me and said they took them out of all the rooms but yet the room right next to me had one in it. The surfaces in the bathroom were dusty. The table and in tables were dirty and had sticky substances on them. If it hadn’t been so late when I got in, I would have left. The hotel is older and could use some updating.

I paid for a jacuzzi suit and the front desk put us in a standard room i had to go back to the office then he put us in a room with just a king bed then i went back down to the office and had to argue about what i paid for and showed him my reservation and he still said he was not giving us the room until i said I'm requesting a refund from Expedia and getting a cheaper room he said no no her you go and gave us the correct room it was a big hassle and the we had to clean the jacuzzi tub before we could use it just overall unsatisfied

This Inn is just not in the best of shape. Old and not kept up well especially outside. Our card readers kept messing up. Eventually quit working altogether. The staff had to call a locksmith to get us into our room at 9:30pm. Took over 20 minutes for us to get in. Didn't seem worth the price they charge. Lesson learned.

If your looking for a 5 star hotel this one is not for you. However, for a one or two night stay, worth the money. AC was cold, room was clean, beds were a bit small and mattress was firm...I personally didn't mind a firmer mattress. Microwave and fridge in the room and a nice large TV. We were pleased with our stay, even though the ratings don't reflect our experience. Not a large variety for breakfast but plenty of breakfast options very close to hotel.

The woman front desk worker was pleasant. The breakfast area was locked at 7:20, when breakfast was supposed to served. The selection was really poor (2 kinds of cereal, waffle mix, and oj only), and wasn't stocked up, so it ran out after 2 people.The place looked dingy, but it didn't appear dirty.

Very misleading. I made reservations for 6 people. The room was designed for 5. Two double beds and a pull out twin. How can they expect two people to sleep on a twin bed. We had to book another room just to get another bed.

Not good. I am disabled and booked because said coffee maker in the room on line. Of course no coffee maker after I asked once checked in said had coffee but only in the lobby. The staff was rude about checking out late due to my disability slowing me down that day and we were trying very hard to go as fast as possible.

The pillows and beds were hard and uncomfortable. The rating on hotels.com was very high but this hotel failed to meet those expectations. We booked a king size bed with a pull out couch. Upon arriving we were informed that they have no king size beds or rooms that matched what was booked.

Continental breakfast was a joke. One day Owner turned off waffle iron during breakfast hour. So I thought I'll just have some juice - Ran out of juice. Every morning I had to go through the drive through at McD's for breakfast.

Parking lot was under construction. Lobby smelled horrible. The service person was cooking some Indian food omg it smelled awful. Not familiar with direct tv channels so I asked the desk if they had a TV Guide or a channel lineup and they did not so I didn't even get to watch any program that I liked

The sign said free breakfast, but there was no breakfast. There was never anyone at the front desk when I went to get help including checking in and out.

Hotel was fine for the cost. No extras...cheap continental breakfast (one table in lobby for guests), very close to a convenience store/gas station, police presence at hotel for safety. The refrigerator did not get cold, and the AC unit was extremely loud but worked just fine. Hotel staff very polite and professional.

The staff was friendly and helpful. But the continental breakfast was lacking. The only protein offered was milk and they ran out of orange juice when we arrived at 7:00am. Someone finally came back with some by the time we finished making our waffles and were ready to leave.

The carpet, flat screen TV, and paint were all new. I never saw a single bug and the bed was perfect for my tired back. The staff was very friendly and handled all of my needs quickly. The location is a couple blocks away from the highway so there was never any traffic noise. I felt like a guest in someone's home.

First the price they gave me was cheaper than what it was online. I had to go with the online price to avoid the hassle. The bed are very hard the rooms out dated. The breakfast consists of stale cereal and one waffles maker. No other choices. Towels are limited. It doesn't deserve 3 stars. Maybe 2 because the customer was fine. The problem was with the quality and appearance.

A great stay. I've been coming for the last 3 months and have saw them doing great upgrades in those 3 months. New carpet, new paint, starting to upgrade the old tv's. Staff was friendly and very accessible .
