The first night we stayed, we were in the first building. It was beautiful and clean. I was traveling with a service dog and the next night, we were moved to a “pet friendly” room. What a downgrade. This room was located in the 2nd building. It smelled horribly of dirty dog and there were only what I could assume to be long term residents out working on their vehicles in the parking spaces right next to our room. The breakfast is literally packaged muffins and bananas. The upside was each room had a nice hot shower with great water pressure and it was in a location convenient to what we were visiting for. I would probably not stay again.

Got up, went down for breakfast at 6am, mind you and there isnt coffee and there is two stale muffins and NOTHING ELSE.

It’s convenient for work is why I stay here.

The room smelled funny and when I turned on the AC I immediately started sneezing. I kept hearing loud noise throughout the night like someone’s AC was loud

Small muffins for breakfast. easy parking. If you are looking for a shower and a bed, this is it. on the plus side, the shower is great, almost like a firehose, great pressure after a long day.

I like that it was close by stores. It was very affordable. Staff friendly. The walls are very thin. The first night didn’t get very much sleep because the guest next door was talking very loud in it was at 2 am in the morning. Then next thing they did was turn on a loud speaker. Being just driving from out of town was trying get rest.

I only liked that it was a good area and I know I wouldn’t be harmed here because I’ve lived here for so long. But for the good price I expected better. There was stains everywhere and it stinked in ever place that you would walk though. Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice room but not when you’re paying $200 for a room that has blood stains and the quality of everything is just not what you pay for. But overall would just never come here or spend my money here again.

The staff here is always very nice and accommodating. This is my go to spot when I visit my family. It's super close to the interstate with a 24 hr gas station on the way! A few nearby food options, 😜 including an Arden's Garden so really it's perfect for me. For the price, it really is great. Plus my dog can stay with me there when he travels with me.

When we checked in, the room it was dirty bathroom smelled like urine. There a guy creeping around the cars, and the staff tried to come in my room early before check out. Location was good just everything else was not so great.

This property was okay the room we stayed in was okay the only thing i didnt like was that the sheets and towels all had stains on them and when we got to the room the air wasnt on so it was hot but after a while with the air running it was good. They should prep the room for arrivals and invest in new sheets and towels.

The older Caucasian man at the front desk was very rude. My room was dirty with cobwebs and dirty sheets of someone’s butt prints. The phones were dirty and toilets.

The room was very clean and nice but the remote to the tv didn’t work neither did the air conditioner. I went out to eat and got back to the room and it was still warm. I could have called but it was late and I’m sure no one in house keeping or maintenance was working. So I just managed it. Also another guest was working on his car and was very noisy.

I made hotel attendant aware of these things and was told they do not have anymore king rooms. I am requesting a refund but the attendant says they cannot.

I slipped on some jogging pants and a top and told myself to leave early as possible in the morning. I couldn’t sleep I slept on top of the covers with my thrower and my guy friend called me and I told him what was going on. So I basically left Douglasville early this morning around 5 AM going back home. I couldn’t sleep and I couldn’t take the room. Not to mention they have the nerve of asking you to do a $25 deposit. For what!? I don’t think too many people would wanna stay there wants what’s in that room.

People running around yelling and cussing all hours of the night, the outside is rundown and gross and the inside is worse. Traveling with my family and I barely stepped in the room and was immediately disgusted by the look and smell. The manager on staff that night also refused my refund.

For a Wyndham approve hotel. It sure did not live up too their standards. Breakfast was a joke. Grits, oatmeal and cereal. The apples was the size of a over grown golf ball. The shower floor was stained and look like it has not had a good cleaning in several years.

Staying in the jacuzzi suite was an absolute delight. The highlight, of course, was the private jacuzzi – a perfect relaxation spot. Impeccably clean, the suite offered a tranquil escape, and the soothing jets in the jacuzzi melted away any stress. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. It's a perfect choice for a romantic getaway or simply unwinding in style. Highly recommended.

It was nice. We had a newly renovated room. The pool was clean. And the staff was nice. I haven’t gotten my 15.00 fee that I was charged on the day off checkout back though. I asked what the charge was for and the man at the front desk said it was a deposit. I wasn’t told about a deposit at check-in

The first hostess was nice & changed our room due to a wasp nest right outside but later in the 2nd room when I discovered the fridge wasn’t working (and the drier by the pool didn’t work…after I spent $4 on 2 cycles), the host then just laughed & didn’t compensate whatsoever. My son and I had no clothes whatsoever. Also, breakfast was only cereal and muffins & an empty milk jug.

We did NOT check-in and I would appreciate a refund. When we arrived, there were police officers all around that area. It appeared that they may have been searching for someone on the loose. It was too unsettling to check into a hotel with outside entrances. I had my young granddaughter with me and I didn't even want to unlock my doors to get her out of the car so we just left and drove on.

The room was worse than an ashtray. It was dirty, sticky stuff all over the tables and cigarette holes in sheets and bedspreads. If I weren’t scared to go back to the office at such a late hour, we would have left. There were prostitutes in the parking lot too.

the property isn't kept. they have loud music and people just hanging around. i didn't feel safe. worst experience i've ever had

Not too busy of a area you felt safe you didn't feel like anyone was going to harm you always was very clean the maids that came to the room made sure that everything was nice and stuff for secure

Property didn't look like pictured. The pool is very small. Very old facility in poor industrial area. Not family friendly looking area. Rooms very small and bathrooms even smaller. White linens were dull and stained. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Upon arrival I had to not only put my credit card down for any damages, but there was also a $25 cash refundable deposit I had to give. Good thing i had it on hand, but normally i dont carry cash with me. Throughout the night there were gunshots closeby that could be heard and overall creepy people hanging around. There were junk stored under the stairs throughout the property. The rooms looked like they tried to update the decour, but overall still looked outdated. Not worth the price at all when you are scared you might not wake up to a full functioning car.

The hotel was a great place to stay. So glad we chose this hotel instead of 1 inside the city of Atlanta. The traffic is crazy in ATL. Douglasville is less congested and Days Inn is surrounded by everything you will need.

The room was very clean and the staff was very pleasant and professional. Kind of far from everything but well worth it.

We enjoyed the quietness of the property. The room wasn't throughly cleaned, microwave, sink etc. The internet never worked.

This “motel” is not worth the price. Rooms smell like cigarettes even though I got a non-smoking room. Rooms were not very clean and beds were not comfortable. Customer service is absolutely horrible do not expect anything different. If you have the money to stay else where please do.

It was filthy and disgusting, I always bring my own sheets, lysol and lysol wipes. I used the whole container of lysol wipes. When I asked about a refund I was given a card for the manager. I couldnt stay to dispute anything because i was due back to Chatlotte the following morning. The manager refused to refund me because he said i shouldve mentioned before staying in a filthy room. I did say something but was only given a card to speak with the manager about a refund. I took 10 minutes of video and pictures of me cleaning my room. The tiolet had fecal matter and blood along the sides and there was a lot of dirt and grime everywhere. I was also charged twice. One processed the other is an authorization that is stil processing after 5 business days. I was told by Diane when I called that I need to call Expedia. She was VERY rude and snarky. I will never stay at a Days Inn again. What sucks is theyve always had my business.

My room smelled of cigarettes and the fridge was not cold. It had a a build up of ice on it too. I also had to kill a roach

They didn't have the room I wanted. I had old matresses in front of my door. I wouldn't recommend nobody to stay there.

Love staying here just wish the staff are more friendly.... other then that everything is good

It was fine. Walls are a little thin. Served its purpose for me.

The property needs better maintenance the doors shut and lock but any insect and their tribe can crawl in the wholes and cracks

The room was fairly clean. I run Clorox wipes on all surfaces to use before I set my thing. The wipes turned out real dark with hair on it

Unkept establishment. You had multiple cockroaches in our room.
