Both of the rooms they tried to give my daughter smelled like cigarette smoke and their signage specifically states that if they even smell smoke, they keep your deposit. It was a pit, she stayed at a different hotel and we got a refund.

I met the cleaning lady. She does a good job with what she has to work with Beware! $50 security deposit that can only be paid in cash! I watched several guests have to leave and go find an ATM. The room was clean, but old and poorly appointed. Guests are locked out of the lobby and have to go to a room that reminds you of a prison check in.

liked the trees there was a security light flashing into my window and they said there was nothing that could be done about it. went for a walk at sun set and had 3 cars stop and ask if i was selling my body. mind you, i had on a head scarf and was covered head to toe in baggy clothes.

Masters inn gave me a refund for the second night because I complained that that the room was to dirty. They said booking would have to process the refund. I never received it. And it is so hard to get in contact with booking. You just go through prompt after prompt of AI. So basically booking. Com kept my money Room had roaches. Room was smelly and the floor smelled like it was mopped with dirty water l. They were nice enough to give me a refund. Booking never returned my money

Not safe area for young children. Booked this room because of price hotels.com star rating but I would not recommend this place unless you are single and confident in defending yourself. If you are traveling with young children I definitely would not recommend. Ended up leaving and going to the Hilton which was close to the same price but in a much better area.

There was no way to lock the dead bolt on the door. The bathroom was coming apart. Also found out when we got there that we needed to give a $50cash only deposit. We did get the cash back but neither my husband or I actually felt safe. Every noise carried and you heard every car or person walking by

The location was great because there was absolutely NO vending on the property. It was a quick drive to a gas station to get a snack or some ice water. The signs and policies about parking made me feel very unsafe, and it was very loud at night. Grateful my car was still there in the morning! 🙂

So when I arrive to check in the dates were incorrect, I attempted to make the correction online, but the system will not allow it, and there was no phone number provided to make a direct call so the hotel provided me a number that I called and after holding for 20 minutes, discovered that they had given me the wrong phone number so I had to start all over so they gave me another number and I called it and once again that was an incorrect number and I wasted another 20 minutes so then finally I googled and searched all over the Internet until I found a number on my own and called it and finally reached hotels.com or Expedia What I got the live agent online he was excellent and resolved the issue in less than five minutes, but getting the phone number and getting a live agent was a horrendous experience hotels.com and Expedia needs to make it easier to reach a live person for the issues that their virtual agent cannot resolve

This hotel is a cover for a brothel! Prostitutes in and out all night kept me awake. The bathroom smelled like a pee covered gas station bathroom. I tried cleaning it with my Clorox wipes but it didn’t work. Gross

My family is traveling to FL and needed a plac to stay on our way. The front desk staff was very kind and friendly... and this is where anything positive ends. When we arrived in our room, I pulled back the comforter to check the bed, this is something I always do. One bed was clean, however, the other bed was not. It was apparent the bed had been slept in, there were food crumbs and lots of hair. I immediately went to the front desk and requested a new room. In the new room when it was time to bathe there was only 1 washcloth. The one washcloth was folded on the side of the sink with a new bar of soap placed on top of it. When I touched the washcloth it was damp, and on the inside it was dirty and had pubic hair on it. At this point we decided not to shower and to just tough it out. Then the noise began. They were apparently remodeling some of the rooms, and we had to listen to hammering and construction noises all night, literally all night. Do not stay here.

My stay was excellent. The upgraded rooms are really nice. I choose this property every time I go to Atlanta. The staff is cool and the rooms are comfy. And the price is reasonable.

Property is very secure. Cameras around the whole property which is nice when traveling to unknown areas. We needed a place we could just drop in for the night to let 2 kids get out and stretch and this was perfect. Room was clean and bug free! Beds soft and heat worked great. Hot water was a little ify had to let it run for a littlw to get it warm but other then that no complaints.

As always Ken, the owner, is amazing as well as the rest of the desk employees. Theyre always friendly and welcoming. They have 3 day specials during the week that are unbeatable. Housekeeping is always polite and friendly. If you've srayed at this hotel before and had a bad experience, I recommend giving them a 2nd chance because it's like night and day. They are accommodating and are investing in making an economically friendly, safe place for people lay their heads.

Only downside was the need for pest control. Saw a few roches while there. I kept my suitcase and stuff in the car only took in what i neeeded each night ❤️

When you go to check in, you only can feed your information through this little slot. There is no breakfast. It’s convenient along the highway. If you’re on the backside, you can hear the traffic .Bed and shower was great. They did not sweep, however

When I got there the lady said if I don’t have cash I can’t chicken in , I told her I don’t have cash she can use my card , she said no I have to drive a mile to get a cash because no atm around. She was rude and in her phone FaceTime entire time. I got horrible experience.

The first room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being a "smoke free" location. The second room was overly humid, and the floor was sticky. I saw a few bugs, too. It was quiet and convenient, but we wont be back.

The room itself was basic .. I had to change rooms because there was a huge roach crawling up the wall. The second room was decent however there was poop smeared on the bathroom door.. very displeased with that . They came to clean no problem. Second night in the new room and there was another roach , huge roach .. I’m extremely concerned that if I get another room the same thing will happen . I booked this room for a week , such a shame ..

Very comfortable beds, clean room, good price, I didn't expect the look of the room, I can say, very nice to stay.
