I got the room close to the ice machine. It was noisy when someone was using it sometimes very late at night. The show head got very weak water.

This was an older hotel with nicely updated rooms. Very quiet considering it was right on the freeway. Lovely grounds with lots of trees, plants, and flowers. Large space for parking our truck and trailer.

My grandbaby spilled Cheerios so we asked for a broom and she didn’t acknowledge just came stone faced and rude to sweep up. Check in was rude …. Same lady. Man yelled at my nephew for turning volume down on TV in main area. He said it’s his show and not for customers! Just a very rude and ugly experience!

The room was spacious and clean. The hotels location seemed a bit sketchy at first but I liked that there were many near by restaurants.

I had to pay for another room that same night. The most frustrating part is that I have been waiting a long time for a refund decision, and the hotel has not responded to Booking.com’s requests promptly.

We did not have working AC and had kids with us. No sort of accommodations.

Breakfast area very small, long wait for waffles, need to get there early to avoid the lines and wait especially if you have family.

THis property has large rooms that are well maintained and cleaned. Property was quiet while I was there and staff was helpful that one time I had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

The AC was noisy and after use it was leaking. So we did not use after used. Didn’t realize our room is in front of the freeway you can hear cars and loud motorcycles passing by. Other than that the hotel is alright.

My family and I have been staying at this location for years. We never had an issue until this last week. We had many issues and management didn’t resolve the issue other then give us towels. I shouldn’t be asking for towels and toilet paper when I am already staying there for 5 night! Additional things I am not happy about it. 1.- first room I received, the main door lock was broken. It was so late that we were very tired and we had to use a furniture to block the door. 2.- I added an extra night for day 14 to 15th. I was asked for a second deposit. Now we are in $200. 3.- we now have the actual checking 15th to the 18th. Another deposit was asked…Why??? I am the same person and we are keeping the same room. Now we are at $300 deposit. On top I was charge and extra $250 but my credit card company kept an eye to make sure only one was posted. 4.- lastly and very very unhappy, the house keeping was not doing their part in cleaning the room and filling the towels and toilet papers. Housekeeping did take the tip we left! and they left the room a mess, see the pictures I attached. We came back to our room with the garbage still full and we had to go to the office several times to request for towels and toilet paper.

Great for the price

The room was huge, with very little furniture. The Bed was very uncomfortable for me, kind of foam but not memory foam. The front door was difficult to shut, so when I went to get dinner, the room was not secured. The Breakfast was mediocre, the usual continental fare of bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, and waffles.

Dumpy and not well-kept property. The back rooms are literally steps away from the (loud) freeway. Breakfast was poor-not much food offered. The room was spacious and felt fairly clean.

The room is very spacious and tidy. The bed is clean and equipped with a bedside lamp. The shower has strong water pressure, which is very comfortable. All kinds of facilities are available, and the room not facing the street is very quiet. Breakfast includes coffee, eggs, milk, waffles, etc. For a budget hotel, both the facilities and breakfast are quite good. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Very disappointed The first room we were given wasn’t at all what we expected. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the room itself felt dirty. We voiced our complaints and were given another room - the bed in this room was extremely noisy due to the bed sitting on a metal bed frame.

Our room had someone’s fake eyelashes on the counter. The restroom had hair on the shower wall, and the breakfast had some expired food . The staff was nice though.

We stayed here for one night to be close to a local soccer tournament. While the location is convenient for the fields, the experience was a major letdown. The Good: The room itself was modernized and very clean; no complaints about the housekeeping or the staff, who were all very friendly. The Bad: The Noise: Our room was steps away from the freeway. The doors and windows do nothing to seal out the sound. Between the constant traffic and people revving engines all night, it sounded like we were sleeping at an airport. If you stay here, do NOT get a room on the freeway side. Management needs to invest in better door seals and soundproofing. Safety Concerns: There is heavy construction from the freeway right next to the property, which made me feel like my car wasn’t safe overnight. The "Top Rated" Breakfast: Expedia lists this as a top-rated breakfast, but it was a huge disappointment. For a family prepping for a long day of sports, we expected more. It was just waffles, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, and muffins. This was easily one of our worst hotel stays. Unless they fix the soundproofing and the breakfast variety, we won’t be back.

We made a mistake choosing this property based on the pictures provided on their website. Bed was uncomfortable, bad pillows and barely any water coming of the shower. The floors were so dirty and one of the towels we got stains. The room we got was also across the freeway and that’s all we can hear at night! Windows need to be replaced and make them dual pane to help with the freeway sound. I cannot recommend this property.

Needed a room for 2 nights unexpectedly. This location (Diamond Bar) is conveniently located near shopping and dining. The gentleman at the front desk(evening) was professional and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are spacious and bed is crisp white and clean! Sink and shower clean! Floors were not swept and there was hair around the edges or outside shower and around restroom and floor. It smelled clean but floor was not clean. Staff are very professional.

Took too long to recieve the room! Check in was at 3pm and the room was received at 4:30. I had an event and was running late due to the check in time being pushed back twice.

price everything from the beginning to the end, our room, nothing like the picture after checking in drove around trash all over the back right when walking in the hotel we got some one asking us if we needed a pill, some stuff to make us have a good time , we left to eat came back. and the same guys sitting in is car asking us again wen to the room the pillows were not even pillows they look like couch pillow small n squared missing towels we open the window because the ac was not cooling we hear people out side then you hear the laughing loud n they you smell the smoke marijuana they are drinking been loud I close my window and they say we will be louder bitch they were there still 2am nobody answered the front. waited till the people left try to sleep then you have people coming slamming the ice machine tropin stuff laughing say you been loud them responding I don't give a fuck. @330am left my room n slept in the car. at checkout they said how was everything I said horrible and the answer I got was. sorry maybe next time you will have a better experience and walked away

The room was decent size, the bed pillows were very small, the bath towels were small and thin and the sink faucet didn’t work well the water dripped very light. The landscaping was very nice with lots of palm trees and paradise type flowers and had a very large beautiful pool. The comp breakfast was somewhat small and didn’t have an attendant in there so there were dirty tables. The place overall wasn’t terrible but I would probably stay somewhere if ever in the area again

Nice sized room mostly clean room with some dust but it didn’t take away from the overall viewpoint of the room. Air conditioning worked great !! Breakfast was so so and we loved the pool! Checked all our boxes and for the value you can’t really beat it.

Staff was helpful and friendly when arriving and throughout our stay. Very spacious rooms. I love that the sink was in the room, separate from the toilet and shower area. That way I can do my hair and make-up while my friend showered. From my understanding there was only one ice machine which was a little far from the room we were staying in. The AC made a noise while it was on, and you can definitely hear the cars zooming by on the freeway side that we stayed on which wasn’t too much of a big deal to us. But something to consider if you plan on staying on the side facing it. Overall a good hotel! Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends/family.

The hotel asked for a deposit of $125.96 on Feb 14, 2026 and has not refunded it. Additonal to the payment for the room which was paid in advance on Feb 10,2026.

Very quiet and clean.

We had bugs in our beds, they were larva, and the manager said it was our fault. He became extremely hostile and said he wouldn’t compensate us even though we couldn’t even sleep in one of our rooms. The other room had roaches, that the manager said we had to have evidence for. We actually took pictures when we got back to the other room since there was a new roach in the room. I honestly would give this no stars if I could.

The AC is so loud that its hard to sleep when its on. Water on the shower is very slow cant even take a shower properly. The pool is not pleasant.

I like that the housekeeping staff cleaned everyday and made sure we have clean towels, shampoo and sheets. They made my stay better I didn’t really like where the hotel was located, it was a bit sketchy but overall manageable

nothing Me and my family stayed for two nights, after the 1 st night a very rude housekeeper knocks on our door , I asked if we may have" new towels she with an attitude said "give me the old towels" i said sure of course" I was charged $50 for towels!! , we cleaned our room spotless! however they charged for "stains" you can tell they just want to charge you for any little thing to get money out of you when I called front desk questioning these charges front desk man said i will send you pictures at my convenience lol never again Unprofessional . Overall the room was clean which is the important part for me. The location was not too bad either. There is a Sprouts within walking distance and other shops. I would consider staying here again.

I liked the set up of the room was probably all I liked The room has a lot of flying bugs, the bed made so much noise you couldn’t even move at night. Also never received my deposit I had to call my bank for it back. They kept telling me they send it but it was already 2 weeks and nothing. Parking lot is sketch, people outside their cars just waiting doing nothing. It’s dark.

The room I received did not match the room type I booked online. As soon as I noticed the difference, I immediately returned to the front desk to explain the issue. The staff told me she could not change the room because I had already entered it. I explained that there would be no way to verify the room type without first going inside. I showed her my reservation confirmation and the room photos from the booking, but she still refused to change the room. She also claimed that all the rooms in the hotel were the same, which did not match what I saw. Another concern is that the photos online suggest the rooms and bathroom have been remodeled. However, bathroom fixtures were old and worn, and the condition did not appear clean. When I asked if a manager could assist, I was told the manager was not on site and that a note would be left for the next day. Since I was only staying for one night, this did not resolve the issue. No alternative solution was offered. The room did not match my reservation, and the situation could not be resolved. I checked out within about an hour of checking in. Travelers should be aware that the room they receive may not match the photos shown online, and the front desk may not be able to assist if there is a problem.

This hotel is not well maintained and to top it off, the staff is quite unkind. “Mayer” is very rude and I feel like he really needs to take a nap. This hotel has regular activity of people bringing street walkers to room. Which is odd, because it’s in a good area. Cold, dark, and dirty rooms. Motel feel.

They claim to have high speed WiFi and that is completely inaccurate I called to ask if the WiFi was working and the staff was super rude. I went to walk to get ice and there was so many bees it looked like they had a bee hive. Do not stay here.

Pros: 1. Convenience- we were going to the Pomona area, so it is very easy accessible. There are lots of Asian food fusions around. 2. Accessible from freeway, and very easily to find. Cons: 1. we have the Freeway side, so our first night was full of freeway and constructions sound. 2. Bathroom ventilation was super loud. 3. The room itself was clean, however, the sheets and the bedding looked dated and needed to add bleach. 4. Parking lot was sure very dirty. 2. The bathroom

There is no dresser so I cleared a shelf where the coffeemaker was -- it was caked with dust that I had to clean off in order to put my clothes there.

Upon arrival a drunk man approached my family and I in a very aggressive manner after the encounter we noticed the front desk as my children were extremely scared to the point they didn’t want to stay at this property we tried to get our money back although the staff was extremely rude showing no empathy towards the situation they said they could not authorize a refund till the next day when the manager was back in office. Extremely dirty rooms don’t waste ur time

This is a PARTY Hotel…be warned and ask if anyone is having a birthday party. I was able to hear how the neighbors bragged how they had permission from the manager so they should not worry about the noise. Im sure they are good kids, just there to party and even though I talked to them, it did not help. Neither did management when I complained. Of course they spoke to them but it didn’t work. Even when the cops showed up as soon as the cops left they were back causing noise problems. Things didn’t quiet down until 12:30 am. If I could’ve slept in that would have been nice but I needed to be up at 4. Defiantly not a place to stay if you want quiet and rest. Hopefully they washed down the visit on the sidewalk left by the neighbors of mine

This is a PARTY Hotel…be warned and ask if anyone is having a birthday party. I was able to hear how the neighbors bragged how they had permission from the manager so they should not worry about the noise. The rooms on the side facing the freeway were very noisy and you kept hearing a humming noise all night I asked could I be traded to another room they want to charge me $24 did not like that

Guests were loud but property not in control of that. Beautiful and well-kept garden area near pool. I did not look that I was very pregnant and the room was quite a walking distance. Convenient to dining options like burger chains and Asian cuisine. Breakfast was tasty

I paid in full on Friday it’s Monday and the merchant still hasn’t released my deposit. I returned the room to them on the day of check out, they have had 2 days new renters in the unit since then and I still haven’t received my money back. It doesn’t take two days to check the room for damage, especially since it was placed in service to rent the same day. What is the hold up

Room was clean and ok. Pillows were small, kinda like those square pillows that goes on sofas. I was excited for the continental breakfast and there was barely anything. No scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, there wasn’t even water to drink.

The room was remodeled only good thing. When I called front desk for tp at 7/am she saId I would have to wait until 9 am. I find that hard to believe she had no access to fresh towels and tp. Breakfast old muffins and fruit and dirty. I don't recommend this place

I like that the room is spacious and new. But it's not well sealed from next door noise. I can hear the people next door to us talking through the connected doors. I don't like that the shower water flow is really weak.

The sheet and towels were filthy. Towel had dirty footprints on it. Bed sheet looked questionable. In light of the dirty towel felt very uneasy about the cleanliness of the room and steps taken by housekeeping to ensure cleanliness. When reported it to front desk with pictures. Was told manager was not in to process a refund. And we were told to all back later. No follow-up by management to rectify this situation.

Good but the bed base is aluminum or metal and it sounds a lot when I'm riding my wife. They should change them

The ocean view was perfect as it described. Location was great as steps away from the boardwalk. But the room had a strange smell so we had to keep the windows open and the fan on. And the toilet ballcock valve was broken. Seems like not unknown issues as a “ maintenance guy” tried to enter the room without knocking just before the check out time, he thought we had gone.

Lots of restaurants within walking distance and easy access to highways. Only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the toiletries seemed cheap and the towels were hard and old. Standard bagels, waffle, cereal, oatmeal, muffins for breakfast but all looked packaged. Cant complain because its free.

Hopefully you’ll get a room on the inside of the building. If you’re facing the freeway, you’ll be up all night. It was constant traffic noise all night. That said, the room was nice. Staff….checkin guy was not the friendliest, but he did his job. Would I stay here again. Probably. The saving grace is as a Coffee Bean right across the street.

We checked it the lady was very nice and helpful. At night all you can hear is the free way. In morning we asked for late check out without even checking the guy was like no then When asking manager something said no since we booked with 3rd party so we ended up checking out at 11

It was okay. Pictures make this place look a lot nicer than it actually is. It is a flipped motel. Breakfast option was horrible. The beds/sheets were not comfortable. Doors need weather strips.

Worst experience had a horrible stay I was profiled heckled and than denied my because I informed the lady that people have pet allergies and dogs do not belong at work with you let alone walking the dog in and out of the rooms of people staying there my grandma has serious pet hair allergies and she would be hard at breathing if she stayed there I just let her know and she proceeded to lie and say never to come back lied and said my room smelled like marijuana clearly a lie I’ve stayed there three times before never once has this occurred

We enjoyed our stay. Recently remodeled rooms (new comfortable beds, modern bathrooms), spacious and elegant... Well kept grounds, warm pool... The room was very quiet despite the highway nearby. Simple, but nutritious breakfast included in our price. We will be back...

It would be nice if the single beds weren’t in the back near train tracks and freeway. Satisfied with visit.

Everyone here was really friendly. I had my service dog and everyone was really welcoming. I checked out early and they had to check my room to give my cash deposit back, but it wasn’t an issue. Everything went smoothly.

Half of the hotel with yellow tag (abandoned) and dark. Unoperated and abandoned vehicle in parking lot. Not enough lighting all over the property. Feeling unsafe and uncomfortable to stay. Paid a night but decided for not staying.

Checked in around 4om dis overed bathroom trash had 2 used condoms, called the front desk and the young lady very professional btw switched us to another room, however I wanted to cancel the 2nd night but was inform by no means the young lady's fault thatbit is none refundable, and no other incentives were offered or given but just a switch to a new room next to the dirty one that was originally given. For the price it was not worth it at all. Will not be back to this location or any other BW branch.......

It’s convenient and easy access to nearby businesses. They did not have hot breakfast.

Facing the highway, cars are extra loud when entering the tunnel. Being a car enthusiast myself I can understand but it is still very very noisy. The tap water had black tar that came out and often stained the paper cups I used. I ended up brushing my teeth with my bottled water. The breakfast selection was quite disappointing. It was affordable so I guess you get what you pay for.

I came to stay here for a festival and i loved it! The only thing i will say is that check in is 4:00pm and check out is 11:00am not check in at 3:00 and check out at 12:00 other than that it was very clean and a great place to stay! I would be back!!!

Very poor service attitude

The room was nice and clean. The air conditioner was old and didn’t work very well. The staff took 30 minutes to check me in and ended up charging me 2 times for the same reservation. Then after I checked out I didn’t receive my deposit back on my card that was charged for incidentals. I called them a week later and they just gave me the run around. Never going there again.
