I stayed at the Seagate for a girls weekend and it was perfect. We typically rent a house, but not having to worry about anything at the hotel made the trip so relaxing. The shuttle to the beach club was so quick, and we loved having the shade of umbrellas and comfy lounge chairs set up on the beach that we didn't have to lug. The two pools (beach club and at the hotel) were great and we enjoyed lunch at the beach club on the shade of the patio. The room was clean and bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed the fitness center too. We couldn't have had a better stay!

Sadly I was given a lower category room than what I reserved.

Always ready to assist. The Club house and the private beach excellent, Daniel our server at the beach club house was very polite and great server. In general I will give 10 of 10 to the Hotel.

Very large room with two queen beds and wrap around sofa, balcony. Two pools, and beach club awesome!

The car service is not organized. There was a wedding at the hotel. Many amenities were shut down because of the wedding. For some reason staff members knew nothing about the closures. There was mold on the water coolers at the pool. There was a 5 foot drop from the beach to the ocean. How do they expect elderly guests to get to and from the water.

So first off I stayed here last year for 1 day and loved it. I decided to come back for my bachelorette and was beyond disappointed. First of all we arrive and my girls and I were put into an accessible room that we did NOT request. These are rooms that are made to accommodate certain needs. There was a large chair in the shower a certain a very difficult shower head etc. this made showering very difficult for us and not to mention the curtain kept touching our skin which we hated. We told the front desk and because they were overbooked they could not do anything about it until the next day. Fine. We were not offered ANYTHING for this inconvenience. The hotel comes with access to the beach club which has pools and chairs on the beach. The towels were filthy and hade strong various colored stains. The staff left on days that it rained even though it only rained for maybe an hour and the rest of the days it was sunny. Because of this we were not able to be in chairs on the beach. Meanwhile this was the whole reason why we stayed there. I found this extremely well dissapountkmf considering how much the hotel costs per night. What was meant to be a fun relaxing luxurious experience, was absolutely the opposite. As someone who comes to Delray multiple times a year I will never stay here again.

Everything was great, the only thing I would recommend is to update there tv’s so you can stream Netflix or Amazon video, they do not have smart tvs

Love this hotel for the amenities it provides, such as beach access with umbrella and chairs as well as transportation within a 3-mile radius. The only downside was the bathroom shower with a small tub and only a hand-held shower nozzle.

Waiting hour for shuttle - was told I would receive call back. Didn’t. Bummer because we stay here every year and look forward to it each time.

Rooms not ready on time (4:00) because they are understaffed. Limited food options. Most of the people who work there have a bad attitude (front desk, restaurant (not the steak house - which is a dinosaur). No one smiles.

Hotel was really nice. Staff was great. Unfortunately you have to take a shuttle to the beach club. When we did have service on the beach it was great, but one person serving drinks to an entire beach was not efficient. I will not fault the server for this. The pool at the hotel is lovely but it is 100% shaded. I would go back.

Pleasant, helpful staff and a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious with plenty of storage. The spa and lap pool were lovely with comfortable lounging areas. The only drawback was the construction across the street, which made the area a bit noisy

I had late check out and hotel staff attempted to enter my room multiples times between the hours of 8-11am, unannounced. Really frustrating, and even after I called 5 times people kept trying to come in my room unannounced. Not a Marriot experience :(

I will say the food at the beach club feels like it’s gone down in quality a bit. Sushi was awful and the main dishes were nothing special. Which is a bummer because they used to be more of a foodie spot, now it’s just typical beach food.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Although we did not get the room with the “Pool View” as we had paid more for it, and housekeeping was not always doing a very good job in cleanliness , the room was very comfortable, the a/c unit was quiet and the room temperature was excellent. The shuttle service was an amazing plus. The location was great!!

Staff were amazing at the bar, coffee shop and manager Austin was always available. Housekeeping was super fast. Rooms are immaculate and the beach club and pool the same. Will definitely be back.

The room was extremely clean and the staff was as good or better than anywhere else in the world. Our shower got warm but not hot and they were doing construction at the beach club pool that was less than desirable, but would not hesitate to visit again.

There is also a hotel shuttle for short distances. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed, with comfortable beds. Most rooms have a street view or no view with a few having a pool view. This is a great hotel, in a great location. It's newly remodeled. Excellent restaurants. Unique beach club. I had only one complaint...the pillows are terrible. Way overstuffed and they offer no other options. This is poor for a hotel of this level.

Pool itself was very nice. Room was great but the hotel was not full at all and yet we got a room that was near a noisy maintenance elevator. It didn’t keep us awake, however. The hotel has great amenities and is very beautiful!

This was our little getaway—our 3rd time here—and once again it was wonderful! Everyone is exceptionally kind and helpful, which makes the stay even more special. We live in Fort Lauderdale, just 45 minutes away, but a weekend here truly feels like a vacation. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where we love watching the sunrise in the morning. Wonderful restaurants are also within walking distance. The Beach Club is our favorite spot, and the shuttle service every 10 minutes is so convenient. We’ll definitely be back!

Very disappointed in some aspects of our stay. The room was nice but not what was depicted in the photos. We exclusively book with Expedia and the extras we should have had were completely overlooked. Front desk staff was rude and quite unhelpful. Would not book here again.

1)The rooms were quite small- I booked the deluxe Queen based on the big beds and the couch that was in the pictures. However, the beds felt like queen beds, no couch, and was wondering If I had the wrong room. I didnt want to stress anyone out during 4th of July weekend, but can you confirm I was in the right room? 2)We waited close to an hour at the bar for our food 3)Cleaning during service 4)

They have a great beach club with a fresh water pool, restaurant and bar. Their shuttle bus runs all day to and from the club and hotel. Excellent spa although a bit pricy.

Check in service was horrible. Did not have interface with expedia reservation. Charged my card for room even though Expedia had done so already without telling me they were doing it and still has not refunded the money. Keys to room did not work and had to make two trips back to front desk unitl they did. Check out was at 11am and keys were turned off at 10:30am

I love how all restaurants and bars and shopping were so close to the hotel. Our shuttle driver gave us beast digressions on dining and entertainment. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

The Seagate absolutely lived up to my expectations. It’s a true five-star property with pristine amenities and a beautifully maintained private beach. Don’t let the shuttle to the beach deter you—it runs constantly, and the beach club is the perfect place to spend the day. I especially enjoyed returning in the afternoon to relax by the main hotel pool and hot tub. One of the unexpected highlights was the shuttle service itself. Not only does it take you to the beach, but the drivers are happy to drop you off anywhere nearby. Downtown Delray is vibrant with lots to see and do, which was a big plus compared to other resorts where you can feel stuck on property. I can’t wait to come back!

Austin and Abbie, at the front desk, made us feel so welcome and the rest of the staff that we encountered during our stay, were equally impressive! Beautiful hotel with exceptional hospitality!

The staff was amazing from Austin the General Manager, Glenn and the valet team, Juan in maintenance, food service team and the front desk team were so helpful. When I arrived the internet was down they got me up to my room in a timely manner and even sent up a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area of Delray Beach and I could not recommend it enough.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. We really appreciated the shuttle service to the beach and anywhere else we wanted to go.

The Hotel was outstanding from accommodations to service. Every employee I encountered from valet, to front desk, bellman, room service, security were all top notch professionals and very friendly. I’m going to recommend this hotel to any friends or family who are planning to travel to the area.

Great spot

Excellent property and friendly staff.

Hotel was nice, very clean. Staff always friendly. Could use better mattresses and pillows. Most uncomfortable sleep for myself and husband. We paid $40 a day resort fee, hotel pool was under construction which was literally under our room, I had to call and ask them to have it stop at 8pm at night. The shuttle is free back and forth to the beach and within a three mile radius. We saw it once our whole stay, ended up ubering everywhere. If you want to spend most of your vacation waiting then sit out front and wait for the shuttle.

This was a nice hotel, and the people were kind. Our room keys didn’t work twice and that gets really annoying very fast. The new restaurant is delicious.

It is a very convenient location and the hotel and the rooms are lovely. This was our third time staying there. Upon arriving the valet displayed an attitude. Our room was located above a highly travelled street with loud vehicles traveling all night. We had to notify the front desk about our tv not coming on twice before it was fixed. We called for a porter and waited 20 minutes and finally just carried our bags down to the car. Out of our 3 stays this was the first time we had issues.

The property itself was lovely. The room was in great condition; very comfortable. However, the Seagate seems to be poorly managed and staffed too lightly. As an example - the beach club had 3 guys yucking it up at the valet. However, they didn't have nearly enough servers. The valet team is not filled with terrible people, but Glenn, one of the worst valet team members I have ever met, may have also been one of the rudest. Staff members admitted they have had problems with him and immediately tried to rectify the situation. If you have an employee that is known for being rude in the service industry, it might be time to cut bait. It's a shame too because the area is beautiful, the hotel is in great condition, but everything else was so unimpressive.

This was a beautiful hotel but unfortunately, we only stayed one night!! Close to shopping, dining and beaches. We loved dining at the Beach Club, and we took the shuttle service to get there.

Aleay service was grate and each stay was unforgettable.

Seagate is great - walking distance to beach/stores/dining and frequent shuttle to their beach club- been there twice

Great staff, location and well maintained property.

Room and hotel were beautifully decorated. I was thinking the resort would have more activities for children, but I did not find any during the week. The pool was 98° and we were told by the staff that they would turn off the heater. Unfortunately, this made the pool unenjoyable. Loved the food and margaritas, sitting by the pool though!

Attitude of front desk staff at checkin and checkout was condescending. Even though hotel was not crowded, we were assigned the worst/smallest room on the property. Someone charged drinks to our bill we did not order. Hotel cleaning staff made a lot of noise in the morning which could be heard from our room. We stayed there multiple times prior to renovation and had great stays, but renovation seemed to downgrade look and fell of the property and service and attitude were not good this time. We lilkely won't go back

I really love this property and I used to work there. I was just disappointed because they assigned me to room that I already had a person in it. Then when I called for a late check out, the woman at the front desk was so rude and wouldn’t let me have a little bit more time. Then when I ordered breakfast with a gluten allergy they delivered my food with English muffins, which is a massive, no no!!! And I actually ended up vomiting and had to leave the Beach Club early
