Hyatt Place Delray Beach

Staff was super kind, especially the front desk.

Just wished they had microwave ovens in the rooms. Last time we stayed they did. It was a pain too have to go to the lobby every time to nuke something. The breakfast every day was great, Staff was awesome. The house keeping staff was also fantastic.

The breakfast was good. The location was decent. The parking is horrible. The pool has mold in it. And they will double charge you.

Great hotel with horrible parking, especially with an Suv. Stayed 2 nights and the second night I had to park next door for $30. My family and I were out majority of our stay so I can't give my opinion on other areas except for the breakfast which was pretty good.

Parking in the garage is very tight so if you have a larger SUV it will be a bit of a challenge

Overall had a good stay, only negative is the $40 per night parking and $50 per day resort fee charges, which to me I feel are unreasonable

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this property, the decor the hotels and location it’s proximity to the Ave and restaurants was just perfect. It’s a simple five minute drive up to I-95 to go wherever you want to go. Breakfast is included. We had nothing to complain about. It was a perfect stay.

Our first stay at this property was better than expected! It is an open Lobby and Dining area with lots of light and in the heart of Pineapple Grove, just off Atlantic Ave. It is walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and more. It was a very enjoyable stay and our room on the top floor had a wall of windows that allowed natural light to flood the room. Definitely worth a stay again on our next trip.

I was very happy with my visit from Connecticut. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was about average but no complaints. The staff were very kind especially there was a deaf lady that worked in their facility department. She was so nice and always saying hello and tried to communicate with us, we understood. As for the parking they charge $27 a night additional which I think should be included.

Place was great!! Front desk, house keeping and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I won’t sit at the bar as long as that tall dude is bartending. There’s plenty of bars in the area with cool ppl behind the bar.

had the room with the pool outside. was woken up at 5:30 am with the music from the pool on constant feed. called down to reception area at 6:30 am and the music wasn't turned off until later in the day, luckily the following night was not a problem. Otherwise hotel was good value for the money and location was great.

The bar/lounge/breakfast room was comfortable and roomy enough to accomodate a lot of people. The breakfast was so-so. Decent options but the eggs were cool/cold on 3 of the 4 days I ate breakfast there. Wifi was terrible in the room. Both my husband and I repeatedly lost connection on all of our devices. I was eventually able to get online on my phone each day, my husband had to either go down to the bar area or leave the hotel to get online.

Everyone, each and every staff member, were so friendly and helpful. Our room was awesome so large. Cleanliness was such a dream there I am a Marriott Bonvoy member but I will forever stay at the Hyatt. we had the greatest stay

The shower dripped all night. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The shower sliding door would not stay closed. I was told there were no additional rooms to move to.

We had an excellent first visit at this property. It was beautifully decorated with unique features for its class, such as ample lobby seating, hot breakfast with fresh fruit, oversized roofdeck outdoor pool, and extremely friendly and attentive staff. Our room was oversized and the bathroom was modern and well lit. The HVAC system was quiet and cold, perfect for hot days and warm nights.

Wifi was an issue at times, but apparently this was an unusual problem and management was dealing with it.

Just location Room smelled like bleach, my girlfriend, and I literally caught a headache from the smell of the bleach after almost 30 minutes in the room. Decided not to stay and left immediately and then staff was not friendly or helpful to take any action necessary.

Location was excellent. Very much in the center of things. Glad to have breakfast included. The room was in good shape, clean, and the view was not bad. I can't really answer whether the value was there - it was expensive, but I didn't do significant research to determine whether it was a good value for the location. The parking situation is not optimal - the hotel apparently has only a limited number of spaces, and they utilize a lot across the (back) street from the property as well as spaces in their building. They indicated that a reservation was necessary to ensure a space, but I received no reply to my request. The cost was close to excessive - while I don't drive or rent a car when visiting a city, it really does seem like an unwanted addition that nearly every guest would pay in any event. I would rather have a choice between a free breakfast and free parking.

The Issues: • Zero Housekeeping: We requested room service/cleaning, and it was a complete disaster. They didn't clean the room at all. We returned to the same mess we left with, which is unacceptable for a multi-night stay. • The Shower: If you enjoy washing your hair with a light drizzle, you'll love it here. The water pressure was non-existent. It felt more like a leaky faucet than a hotel shower. • The Lighting Situation: This was the most frustrating part. The room had two sets of curtains, but neither of them actually functioned to block out the light. There were no blackout curtains, meaning the Florida sun was streaming in and waking us up at dawn. It felt like sleeping in a greenhouse. Bottom line: Between the lack of service and the broken room features, I won’t be staying here again. There are much better options in Delray where you can actually get a clean room and a decent night's sleep.

Spacious and clean room; great breakfast and perfect location. Easy parking on streets nearby. Super choices of restaurants nearby. Price was higher than I’d like but not a surprise given Delray is a very popular Spring break destination.

Excellent location, super nice staff & really a nice place to stay short term. I believe it was “ updated” not too long ago & you can feel it. The included breakfast is a total bonus. The vibe walking in was that I was not in a luxury hotel, & since I booked through Booking.com, I couldn’t get “Hyatt” points. I chose Hyatt bc that usually is my go to choice. Elevators felt “stale.” I had to change my room bc the a/c was beyond loud & you could even hear it outside the room, however; the hotel accommodated my request & it was a huge difference. Although breakfast was a total bonus, it ended at 9:30 AM, the breakfast area was still very busy at 9:30 & I think it could’ve went on til 10AM for those that were there on vacation. Not “complaining,” just “suggesting.”

Excellent staff, especially Dillon on the front desk, Darius who helped solve a maintenance issue and delightful Colleen at breakfast who was amazing every morning. Would suggest more variety at breakfast especially as we stayed there for 10 days. Hopefully kitchen reno will be completed soon. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance.

Last minute stay and love the walk ability to shops and restaurants. Front desk gentlemen were very nice and helpful. King bed room was clean and comfy. Would definitely stay again. There is a fee for parking but if you are lucky there are a few spots out front (street parking) for free.

I was a little disappointed after checking out that the attendant at the front desk didn’t acknowledge the emergency that we all experienced on my first night at the hotel. Luckily everything turned out to be ok but after an hour and a half, I didn’t receive any communication between myself and the hotel. It was extremely hard to go back to sleep after the emergency sirens went off in the building and startled myself and all of the other guests and I could not fall back asleep. Sadly I was so worked up I could not get comfortable and fall asleep my second night at the hotel. I know this was out of their control, but the lack of acknowledgment was very disappointing for a Hyatt hotel.

I really like the hotel. It’s in downtown so it’s very convenient to everything. We can here to celebrate my father in laws 81st birthday and he lives nearby. Aside from that, the hotel itself is clean , good amenities and very kid friendly. Shout out to Dylan who was very welcoming.

The cleaning staff never filled our shampoo or body wash. It’s really annoying to find that out at the last minute when I already got in the shower. Told the front desk and they barely even cared.

Everything was fine except my room was so cold and even turning the thermostat off, the ac kept running. I complained at the desk and no one did anything about it. I had to get a third blanket from housekeeping. I will say the woman in housekeeping on the 4th floor was great.

Just the overall experience was nice.

We arrived super late however the staff greeted me by my first name, which always makes me feel welcome. The rooms/amenities were mostly clean. Beds were comfortable but not if you try to use the sofa bed…unbearable. The pool area was also nice, water was warm and the pool deck was clean.

The team at the desk were awesome! Noisy at night and across from the ice machine so until around 11 pm people were getting ice. Sounded like a pellet gun. Minor incidents so will definitely visit again with a room down the hall from the ice machine.

This place was really nice, great pool, great breakfast. House keeping was always nice and did a great job. It is truly a beautiful hotel. Would definitely recommend. Very walkable, has many restaurant options around, malls, close to the beach. Honestly i loved it. Highly recommended this place.

Excellent accommodations

I enjoyed my stay with my two dogs. The room was large, clean and very comfy. The beds were perfect; the right firmness and comfort you need. The free breakfast every morning was something to look forward to because of their delicious selections. I also tried the wings and a personal pizza after a day out and it they hit the spot! Lots of other restaurants options within walking distance as well. Will be returning to this hotel in the future.

We loved this property! It was walking distance to so many things. The morning breakfast was a great way to start the day. The pool area was nice. The location was the best part.

Very clean and modern. Attended a show at Arts Garage a few steps away. Definitely will stay again!

My room was not the cleanest especially in the bathroom. The area of the hotel was nice and convenient. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice location, great check in

First impression of the hotel is very good but one step into the elevators and you realize the hotel is lacking. Frankly it was fairly dirty. The hallways again needed to be vacuumed. There were food crumbs on the floor along the hallway. The room we were in was clean but pretty sparse. Good for one or two nights and that’s it.

Everything was good, except for the air conditioner (it works very noisily). 👍 The rooms are clean, the restaurant is excellent.

The staff at the hyatt hotel are very helpful but the people that clean the rooms barely clean up i had to go to guest services to request the floors to be mopped and to remove trash

Great place, close to all in Delray.

The front desk manager is always a delight to talk to. She needs a raise and a promotion. We always stay at this hotel. 2-3 times a year.

Nice Boutique Hyatt Property a few blocks off the strip of Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach. Walkablity was great, place was clean, nice staff, good morning breakfast included. Secure parking for a fee. We liked the place and will return.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice and close to everything. Will definitely stay again.

We only stayed one night but it was very nice. The staff was friendly, the room spacious and clean, and the amenities were great. Our only complaints were the bathroom sliding door would close loudly and the refrigerator did not get very cold. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Staff responded quickly to an issue with the bathroom when we arrived. I also heard a guest at checkout reporting a problem. The checkout staff immediately requested a repair.

Some of the receptionist are going above and beyond to make their customers happy. This was my second stay there. Hotel is nice and location excellent.

The pool area was nice and perfect for relaxing. We also loved the location — just a short walk from good restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We’d love to come back!

Would like to have free parking but it as very convenient. I was here for the night with my 88 year old mother. She loved it too.

*The air conditioning did NOT work properly. It said 70 degrees but felt more like 85. We did NOT sleep! *The hotel itself was warm.

Beautiful decor and very clean

The hotel location is perfect to attend events at Arts Garage and to walk to Atlantic Ave where the restaurants are. Check-in and check-out are quick, the staff very efficient and the hotel has parking.
