Very clean, smells great throughout the hotel and staff is generally above average friendly and helpful. Pool on the roof is nice, but crowded and full of kids, would be nice to have adults only area. Live music, corn and spacious room, plus nice bathroom gives this place a really good rating and we’ll be back!

We didn’t like the pizza we ordered by the pool. We waited for 30mins for it to be served.

This property has everything you need: well-equipped gym, amazing rooftop pool, luggage storage at the front desk before/after checkout, great proximity to public beach and food/drink options, large rooms and bathrooms, fast elevators, and food/drink options in the hotel for convenience. My only complaint is that the shower design lends itself to a wet floor and the vanity had no shelf storage below the countertop which felt like a poor use of space and made for a cluttered surface.

The hotel was very clean and smelled soo fresh! We ended up staying at the pool for almost 4 hours because of the drinks (pineapple margaritaa yummm!!) and steel drummer playing! The view was great as well.

The roof top bar was delightful except the bartender kept leaving the bar and the drinks were watery. The view is excellent and the pool was warm. The bed was very comfy. Excellent hotel and even better staff. The girls and manager on the front desk were amazing. Natasha, the guest room manager was amazing! They were having some problems with the AC in the building, she went out of her way to accommodate us. Even sharing a fan that another guest left behind. 100% customer service. Roof top pool and bar were amazing. Only problem was 35 degrees outside and high humidity. Which we expected considering the time of year. Overall, Delray Beach is a great little city with a wonderful beach, lots of shops and restaurants. I would highly recommending checking it out and staying at the Courtyard!

Maintenance was being done to the AC and it was freezing in the room. Had to get extra blanket from front desk. After a complaint to the front desk, they extended my checkout as a courtesy. They will try to nickel and dime you to death.

The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working, and the heat made it nearly impossible to sleep. I spoke with the front desk twice hoping for a solution, but nothing was done. No follow-up, no offer to change rooms — just empty apologies. Miserable experience and a completely ruined weekend. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

When we arrived at the hotel after a long day of travel, despite the fact that I had confirmed my check-in at noon that day, the hotel informed us at 9pm that they had given up our room and there was not a single room left in the hotel. They offered a hotel down the street and said come back tomorrow for the remainder of your stay?..no help getting to the new hotel, no other option!

First time at this property.. just a short walk to the ocean.. restaurants, bars, shopping all just a very short walk! Love this location. Roof top pool with bar. We will definitely being going back!

The property was well located close to Atlantic Avenue with plenty of restaurants and shops. it was also a short walk to the beach. The hotel has a lovely pool with plenty of chairs and a small pool bar. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant, and everyone says hello to each other . There was very little I didn’t like, however, since you asked, I wish our room had a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and also the pillows were very flat. I would have liked a more firm pillow.

My family of 5 stayed for a couple of nights while visiting my inlaws. My kids are late teens and early twenties & this location was great for them. The rooftop pool and bar was a great place to hang out and the hotel was close enough to the bars/restaurants on the Avenue to walk. I noticed the cleaning staff constantly cleaning something, & everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful.

This was a great hotel close to Downtown Del Ray Beach. Walking distance to many restaurants, Cafes, Bars, and the beach. It is a pet friendly hotel and made it easy to bring our dog along with us.

The location was great. You could walk to the beach Atlantic Avenue bars and restaurants. I never like it when hotels tack on a parking charge. We were lucky and found street parking for all but one night.

The scent of this property as soon as you walk in says a lot about the place. Very nice and clean. The stuff is extra nice.

The only misstep was the Bistro breakfast. I would NOT recommend it. We had the avocado toast (completely flavorless) and while I expect the hotel food to be higher priced, 13.50 for French Toast with strawberries ( 2 thin slices of white bread) is bordering on criminal. Challah or Brioche are far better choices. However, we did have tacos and fries on the rooftop, which we enjoyed. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel and still rate the hotel, our stay, the cleanliness and staff 5 stars.

The front greeter spoke in a dialect that I did not comprehend and kept asking her to repeat herself. Just too curt to a point One just could not comprehend and rushed. The Breakfast for 3 was over 80.00, and was included with our package, but was worse than the Quality Inn/Comfort Inn breakfast I used to have about 20 years ago. The bacon, one can see was microwaved. This was so sad for me. The house Keeping staff was great great great!!!!
