One of my best staying

Had an amazing time at this hotel. The female bartender was outstanding and extremely friendly, a well compliment to this hotel. We will definitely use this place in the future. Highly recommended

The hotel was beyond impressive; the attentive staff were incredibly gracious and helpful! Kudos !!! Every question - answered; every referral to neighboring food spots - top stars! Great spot to come and get away from a hectic schedule for a few days. Well-worth the stay. This is our 3rd time and it’s better each time.

The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to stores, shops, restaurants and bars. The room was clean and quiet. The pool area was well maintained. The parking is on site and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was very nice. Hotel was ok. Water in bath was yellow, elevator was broken part of time… we were not impressed.

I absolutely love this hotel. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Florida not always the same standards as other places in the country. This place was beautiful and modern. Had a huge outdoor sitting area. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Loved the poolside bar that would deliver food and drinks weather permitting. The Restaurant/bar was amazing. Food was very reasonably priced and top notch. They offer happy hour from 4 to 7 daily. Service staff was amazing. Very reasonably priced for location just a three block walk to the main strip where we spent most evenings. Beach is just a five minute drive and is two dollars an hour for parking. The only thing that was kind of lame was the fact that they charge $25 a night for parking. There is plenty of un-metered parking on the side streets, but we wanted our car close.

Great location. New and modern. Great lobby area. For the price the rooms were pretty basic. Also we had an issue with the room we booked. It was not the one requested and the front desk person at check in was not helpful. The manager did give us a refund the next day so the issue was resolved.

I felt very comfortable here. I liked that I was able to borrow a bike and ride down to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The exercise room has a variety of equipment (cardio, weights, mats, etc). I would definitely stay here again.

There was literally no room service. You irfer on line and go down to the bar and carry two drinks in your two hands while struggling to swipe elevator card. There was virtually no closet except for hanger space. It was inconveniently licated away from the beach while the website gives the impression that it was next to beach. It is precisely a 1.2 mile from the beach. Please make it clear on their website. I believe I paid way too much for suite whose patio opened in the back of swimming pool,creating privacy issues. It was the my worst hotel experience. Staff was over worked despite having no room service. How can you charge clise to 500 per night where you carry your iwn lunch and drinks up to your room. It beats me.

A great experience at the Aloft Delray Beach hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The gym and pool area were very well kept. All staff were polite, professional and helpful. Perfect location - close to shopping and restaurants but far enough away to preserve a quiet atmosphere.

Our check in with Alison was perfect as well as the cleaning staff! I liked the pool area and the walk to shops and a few blocks from the beach.

The hotel is in a great location! A few blocks off Atlantic and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are large with extremely comfortable beds, and everything was very clean. The pool area is large with a seperate sitting with tables that I used every morning to do some work. Lovely, quiet time in the beautiful weather. My critique of the rooms is there is no where to put your stuff. The night table is small, the hangers are very high up in the open closet (I'm 5'5" and had trouble reaching them), and there is no real drawer or shelf space. Not the worst situation but with 3 of us sharing the room, it got annoying to live out of the suitcases for 5 days.

Our experience with staff and room was overall very good. the room lacks adequate lighting and needs more towel holders in the shower area and the vanity. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

Fara and Jason at the bar/restaurant were AMAZING! The bed was so very comfortable. The location was central to everything! They were doing some work in the room next door and across the hall, so there was some sawing on the balcony kind of late at night. But not a deal breaker

Pool, bar, & staff was wonderful. Room location to pool very convenient. Reception staff Allison was a doll. Very helpful & pleasant. Food was pretty good too. Pool bartender Fara was very sweet & friendly. Felt cold, not warm/homey. To modern for me- Refrigerator broken, replaced w/a dirty moldy one & then replaced again immediately. Security guy who delivered it tried his best to be accommodating. Body lotion lil bottle empty. No iron, steamer sucked. Five plugs in 6 outlet adapter-to many.

Love Aloft Delray Beach. Second time staying there. Location is great and mostly quiet (except for loud guests in the hallway at 1am, but that’s not the hotels fault!) The only complaint we had was how loud the AC units were- a couple of us in our group had problems sleeping due to the noise. That aside, the staff were great and I would stay there again.

It’s okay. The room was pretty basic but clean with modern looking but minimalist furniture. Lobby was much the same but with nicer furnishings. There is a small bar and kitchen. Paid parking exists at the hotel.

This place we loved couldn’t find anything wrong with it except one thing and that wasn’t a big deal, but the balconies should’ve been more private. Other than that the rooms, the service the bar everything was great. The food was delicious.

The Aloft was just wonderful. I had a super late check in and the person at the front desk could not have been nicer to get me situated. Throughout my stay the whole experience was just wonderful - exactly what I needed. Super comfy bed and big walk-in shower.

Stayed for the weekend. Pretty well kept and good location close to the beach and downtown. My only dislike was the breakfast not being included and all the upcharges for snacks. But overall it was a good experience.

The pool area was nice but there were dirty towels all over and no new towels to use. We brought our electric car and the charger did not work plus we had to pay a steep parking fee for parking in the garage after already paying quite a bit to stay at the hotel.

It’s so easy to stay at A Loft. The garage is fairly priced and convenient. It feels safe. The rooms are fine—clean, and the bed is comfy. The soap and shampoo is good quality and smells good. Will come back!

Definitely do not like the idea that we have to pay an additional $22 a night to park to stay at your hotel that needs to be changed quickly so I should just erase this.. we think the best way to solve that problem is to adjust your rates so that it’s included in this stay no it was on hold out see you look at that differently

Great location. The room had plenty of space and we enjoyed the pool. We drove to the beach and walked to places in downtown Delray at night. You can also use the Freebie app for rides if needed.

The outside pool area needs a major upgrade. The bar was supposed to be open at 12:00 and no one showed up for 20 minutes. The location is good and the staff was very friendly. Would not stay here again and can’t believe this was a Marriott property. Very disappointing.

Friendly welcome and great room. Spacious and great location for enjoying the area. A 15-18 min Uber to see our daughter at FAU as well. We didn't have a chance to use the amenities, but everything looked nice.

We always have the most wonderful experience when we stay with Aloft ,each year. Everyone was nice from front desk, to house keeping and the kitchen staff. They made sure we are taking care of from arrival to departure.

It was a comfortable room, except air conditioning not great. There was a wedding reception on Saturday night and I could hear the bass when I tried to sleep. But nice place iverall.

Four times in the three days that I stayed at the hotel the lights in our room did not work. There was a party at the pool that was supposed to end at 10 but the music went on until 12am. It was so loud that my family could not sleep. We called the front desk who said they would ask them to lower the music but it did not get lowered.

Hotel is awesome in every way. First the parking was easy and not overly expensive. The check in was first class and I would like to commend Stephen at the front desk. He, like all the staff was kind and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable and like all Alofts the place is trendy and fun. Location was excellent. Off the main street but easily walkable and safe. It was a bit further from the beach, about 15 minutes, but you will love the walk.

Must go, live plants and trees.

Staff (Love, Steven and Jose) were very helpful throughout our stay. The Hotel is clean and close to great restaurants and beaches.

Room not cleaned called desk said housekeeping there until 5 asked if they could come at 4:30 so we could get cleaned up 10 minutes later they came sent lady away told to come back at 4:30 left a bottle of water in room no mention of it not being free. Got charged at check out House keeping did not restock our coffee and tea either

Convenient. Nice pool and bar outside pool area. Nice lobby and bar. Good breakfast.

I love that they are Dog friendly, I just wish that they offered free guest parking.

My room was dirty with trash on the floor when I walked in. My door got jammed on Saturday night. They opened it but it didn't solve the problem of being able to open the door. It kept getting jammed so very inconvenient. And i am sure this is unsolvable but the elevators are way to slow.

The property is very clean, the area is quiet. The staff was very nice at checkin. Our room is large enough and the bed comfortable period. It's just a few minutes walk to dining and shopping.

My daughter and I had a great time during our stay. The staff was very accommodating and the facilities were clean and well-kept. Would definitely stay at Aloft in the future.

Place was ok. Close to everything in Delray. Staff was nice and place was clean

Room is so uncomfortable, fan is making noise. In the middle of the night we had to call front desk to come turn off the fan it was too much. Room is not that comfortable, the closet is while open no microwave in room.

We will totally book here again! Bed is soooo comfortable
