It was fairly clean. Plenty parking. The mattresses are a little hard for me, but I slept well. I prefer to stay on the top floor due to some noise that occurs on the bottom rooms.

When I check in and went out and came back, the door was locked. I don’t know when they gave me different key from the room that they gave me the room was smell Someone was there smoke. and that happened twice for the luck you know, I have to go downstairs for they have to and then they keep on saying they’re sorry Mission breakfast that was in the breakfast they gave me juice and an apple and the apple was rotten. I spent three days tonight and the breakfast. I was just only once that’s horrible. That’s horrible.

Location , Everything else was a dump, I couldn’t get an extra blanket, the bathroom shower was awful did not work properly and have this screaming noise right through the shower. Asking for extra towels was like pulling a tooth , I didn’t stay the whole time I left a day before I was due to check out. I would not recommend this dump to anyone. I also saw crawling insects. Real dump. Didn’t like the room it was dark and dingy

We got two rooms. There was an old stale smell in both. One of the tv’s wasn’t working but the staff on duty was very helpful.

Young man Caleb knocked on my door after 1a.m., and when I politely explained why he was inappropriate he stated that a coworker told him to and proceeded to tell me that he was doing his job making rounds, but a person doesn’t make rounds @1a.m. And I was thankful that a family member had come to visit me before leaving town because he witnessed the whole experience. Caleb then tried putting my name on a list to not rent to again and I too had to double pay for a room because another worker was honest enough to tell me that he didn’t understand how to handle the problem on his end but I definitely handled on my end and actually showed proof of the error,screenshots and an email from booking.com stating that they informed the hotel but I was told by a staff member that they didn’t know anything and refused to look in the system when it showed payment and it was actually a desk worker that made me aware of the mistake initially because I frequent your hotel when I come to your city. I’m owed a refund from you all because I paid twice the 2nd payment was paid at the front desk.

The room was terrible. Paint peeling on the ceiling in the shower, to neglected grout around the bathtub to a bed with broken springs. Two bath towels provided only… No wash towel no face towels. TV didn’t work and only employee at the front desk seemed perturbed when I asked for help. Somebody was sleeping in their car outside my first floor room and there was noise all night. The room smelled as if it had been smoked in and then covered it up with a terrible smelling cleaner.

It was mediocre at best. What made my experience better was the staff, mainly Carlos. He was a one man show at the time of my arrival and went out his way to accommodate me with the change of rooms, etc. Hats off to him....

We had the king bed and my wife and I found it quite comfortable. Room was clean though couch had a few stains on it and the comforter had a couple holes in it but the sheets were fresh and clean and the AC worked incredibly well. We had it like an icebox in there. My biggest complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was terrible and it made a squeezing noise as it ran.

So we left and went outside waiting for our Uber driver and he came outside fuss that we can’t be out there that we had to leave. The worst experience very.

- The (bagged) breakfast is too simple with only one bottle of juice, one apple and one small sweet snack. - The room condition can be improved. Somehow I got a smoke room (#218) and my body got very itchy during the two nights. Several wall power outlets are very loose to stay connected to. I saw a roach-like beetle in the washing sink area.

The bathroom were not cleaned correctly. I had 2 different men knock on my door looking for someone one knocked in the middle of the night and the other in the day. I didn’t feel safe too much traffic meaning people in and out I had my son and daughter with me also

We requested non smoking room and was told the room we were given was non smoking. Our room stunk of cigarettes and our bedding had multiple cigarette burn holes all in it. Desk was unable to switch rooms.

I love the staff, definitely the best Super 8 in Atlanta and maybe even hotel in Atlanta. The rest of the hotels are often trashy and treat you like another dollar instead of another customer.

The room was dirty, there were burn holes in the blankets of the “non smoking” room. There were weird stains everywhere. The mini fridge was dirty. Quiet hours were not well enforced. The “hot tub on site” is jacuzzi tub in a room that was $200 more a night. Overall just not a great experience.

During my 2 night stay I had to call the front desk 3 times to ask that they ask people in the parking lot to lower the music. Sunday night when I called at 1:30am I was told by the desk clerk to stop being a baby that this is Atlanta. The staff here was incredibly rude with the exception of the Sunday afternoon security officer who was very friendly and made for good conversation . There's a lot of weed smoking that goes on here and I constantly smelled it in my room. Unsafe, not family friendly Hotel. I wouldn't advise anyone who's not into late night parting stay here

Although I was there for a unforseen circumstance(death) in my family.The whole check-in process was good and the overall stay was very pleasant and I was very pleased & satisfied!! Also shout to out to one of your staff at Super 8 indicator for calling me about item that I have left in the room. She didn't have to do that but she did and I'm so grateful and apprecitive she did. Kudos to her but unfortulately I don't have her name but I'm grateful for her & her kindness. Thank you again very for a great stay!!

Front guest guy ALWAYS have an attitude when I check in. He throws my keys and CC at the window and have the most condescending demeanor. I point asked him “why are you always so rude?” He gave me a blank look and snapped back with “I’m just doing my job.” I replied “Your job is also to be courteousness.” He got angry. I told him to calm down. He walked away. I can tell underneath he’s a nice guy, but I just think he is a little arrogant. It should be OUR pleasure to stay at HIS hotel. Good luck with that.

The room was dirty and I had a 2 night stay and was woken on the first morning by housekeeping trying to get in and coughing outside of the door

It was a good clean place to stay overall I would recommend this place only complaint my bed sheet had a cigarette burn in it

This was the only place that had the Jacuzzi tub in the room the only downside is its a queen room.
