No microwave, table, chair or light's. One lamp. The room was so unsettling. I declined housekeeping services and was told my son and i had to check out, the best thing that happened there. False advertising because the pictures gotta be from a different hotel. Charging way to much to take a suitcase full of bed bugs and roaches. I will never look this direction again.

First of all stuff tried to charge me twice, even though it was charged before I got there, the room was so dirty and smell horrible, I got headache couldn’t stay there so I had to check out at the middle of the night, I don’t recommend anyone to go there.

Filthy grounds outside. Something that looked like blood stains on the curtains. Baseboards caked with dirt. No dressers or closets. Showed me the smoking room. Only checking for smell. After checking in I noticed all of the flaws. Checked out fifteen minutes later out fifteen minutes late and they charged me for a day. I could go on forever!

The lady working the front desk The man when we checked in was rude. Even though we booked online, there was a $50 charge when we got there for “damage deposit” which we did not get back for whatever reason. They also charged a $5 cash only fee for out of state purchase. The room was disgusting. There was visible damage to almost every piece of furniture and wall there. Mold was on the ceiling from water damage. The location had nothing around it except homeless people. Would not recommend.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am not here to complain, just to state what to expect. The entire back side is the smoking side, filled with roaches in every room. I have stayed in 3 different ones. There is ALOT of foot traffic, noise and disruption at all times of the day. Each room is equipped with already broken items such as lamps, drawers, refridgerators, etc and then the front office will attempt to blame these things on the guest. Room service is unfriendly, pushy and do not respect personal space when they are doing morning rounds and will enter your room even if you are there and have asked them to wait. Overall, it is a $45 motel for the price of MUCH better extended stay locations.

Nothing The owners children were playing by my suv and hit my car with a baseball. There were holes in the lamp shade. Bathroom had hair on the toilet and in the bathtub. It smelled really bad as soon as you go in to the office. The lady at the front desk had a bad attitude.

We had been to this property several times in the years before the pandemic. This was our first time back. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a free breakfast, which they used to have previously. Also, the room we were assigned was not in very good condition.

My only concern was the bathroom door locked itself (if door fully opened, the push mechanism on the door handle was compressed against the wall and locks the door if it is closed) and my husband and I didn't realize it till 1:30am, the staff came to unlock it so i appreciate that. It Didn't look too clean or safe from the outside but once in the room i was pleased.

The advertising and advance photos and information did not fit the actual facility and condition. It appears they had just recently changed management or were lacking in training of the hospitality industry standards. I assign some blame for this to the Expedia site and how it vets and monitors the sites that it lists. Do people actually ever go out to these places?

The only thing positive about this place is probably the low rate but take my advise and go somewhere else better.. the place is very old and run down. Everywhere smell like weeds and smoke. The paint was peeling off and the street is under construction so super loud at night. Staffs were nice but that was about it. The next day I went to midtown instead.

Her reasoning was "that's not my problem, you stay outside" to that I checked out and vowed of I ever saw her on the street id give her the same treatment and see how she felt about being in that situation.

The bed was was absolutely uncomfortable even my 2 year daughter had trouble sleeping on it. There was no nice restraints close to it to eat at you had to drive atleast 20 min to eat somewhere nice. The hotel was clean and the bathrooms as well. However there was no breakfast available at all and was told in the lobby that it is not provided. Being new year's eve, there were firecracker sounds all over the place from the hotel at night. Overall the hotel was ok for a night stay that we did but was really looking to have breakfast the next morning.

The worst experience I've ever had, when i checked in the attendant was obviously in an altered state of mind, when i entered the first room #109 , the ceiling was partially falling off, there were stains when i pushed the bed covers back and what seemed like small moving bugs, there was multiple food spray stains on the only lamp and all over the walls particularly next tothe bed. The phone was a shell with no cord or plug cord. I returned to the front desk and asked the attendant for a different room because of the filthy state of room 109. I asked for a second room that was not in a horrible condition. The attendant took me to room 111 it was in a slightly better state but not by much. The door lock and handle were barely on it didn't close correctly so i had to sleep with the chair and dresser pushed against it so no one could just push the door open while I slept,. The room was also filthy, the mattress was molding so i had to bring a blanket and sleep on my own blanket because the shhets and mattress were disgusting. I also found a soda bottle in mini fridge which shows nobody really took anytime to clean after the previous clients. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ECONO LODGE IN DECATUR GEORGIA, the almost 92.00 i paid for this HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE was not worth it.

Some of the guest that stay there are EXTREMELY LOUD. They wonder and prostitution with lingering females or trans asking for money. The ONLY thing that kept me their was bringing my own air freshener and towels. Thank goodness I listened to my gut instincts which I Lysol that room down. Rm# 214

First, there were loud parties each night I stayed with blasting music past 11 pm. I get up at 430 am and didn’t appreciate that! The house keeping staff choose to peek in the window instead of knocking. There was no breakfast as advertised, only coffee and maybe juice. Front desk was helpful when I needed them.

The room was simple, clean and sufficient, but the building was very old, staff were indifferent and the environment was not a welcoming place at all. I was just passing through, so it was enough, but I definitely overpaid. I will not chose them again.

I booked two hotels that charged my card but did not have rooms available when I arrived, I booked a room with this hotel last minute and they actually had rooms available with no problem . The room was clean the staff was amazing I was very pleased with my stay here ! I’m super pleased with the service at this hotel compared to others in this price range .

Sink toliet and shower have probably been there since the 80's. Towels werent thoroughly washed at all! Bed cover either. Attention & upgrade is all this place needs but good tv channels so ok for a night.

The place was dirty, the bathroom shower had a big hole in the ceiling where brown water was coming out I couldn't shower. I asked for another room nothing was available, I ask for a refund and they would not give me a refund. I contacted my bank.
