    Finally a manager came in and said just to pay $14. It was so late we had no other choice except to pay the demand. A bullet vested security guard led us to our room after we went back to the front because our key did not work. Again the security guards key did not work so then we were told to call maintenance and have them lettuce in once they determined that he did not work for them also. Is persistent knocking on the window resulted in resulted in no reply from the inside managers or night shift. This hotel needs to come off Expedia's list it is unsafe it is dirty it is incompetent people and we want our money back.

Roaches in the furniture as you can tell roach infested. I don’t understand how that place is even open to operate for business. Definitely was false advertisement when I was browsing online.     I booked the hotel for Saturday June 27, to leave on June 28, when I got here they told me that all the rooms were occupied and that they couldn't do anything, I traveled from South Carolina and I had no place to stay here, I need my money back , it is a terrible service in this hotel

    As I always requested for a smoker room this time I was charged for something I had nothing to do with because how I checked in. I was not honored by the request and sited of smoking in my room. I don’t know how to explain what my request was but I’m not sure if I should rate it well.     Place was dirty, unsweept, there was even an earring on the ground, and a bag of fast food stuffed into the entertainment center. Didn't have trashcans or soap. Only two pillows, thin sheets and everything was broken. Bathroom was stained, door wouldn't even close. Looks like it was improperly installed and it's angled off to the side. Headrest was split, the sink had a huge crack in it, the vents that are supposed to be over the air conditioner are missing, toilet seat was too small for the toilet, chain lock for the door was missing. Nothing redemable about this place

    I checked into the hotel and got to my room to notice I had no remote for the tv. I went to the office and got a remote that didn’t work. I took it back and was told that I would get a new remote, I got it at 1:30 am. During my visit to the office to get a replacement remote I pulled in front of the hotel and security made me move my vehicle. Umm excuse me but I wouldn’t be here had the room cake with a remote.

After 15 minutes waiting outside I was informed they were doing shift change. Never experienced this type of delay. Staff insinuated this type of thing happens all over.     The room had nice wood floors and nice tile work in the bath area. Those are the only good things about 1st Place. The mattress was “crunchy”, the TV remote could only turn the TV on and off, and the A/C never got to the desired temp. I paid for the room in full while I was many miles away. Upon arrival an hour later, the hotel did not have my reservation. The clerk took my phone number and said she would call when they were notified. I returned to the hotel two hours later, without receiving a phone call, and was able to check in... so long as I paid an additional $27, after having paid for the room in full online. I will never stay here again!

    The security was literally harassing guest. Guest had to call police to intervene. Once arrived, I was charged in access of $50 additional to want your site already charged. I would not advise anyone to come to this place to stay because I would hope no other hotel could be this bad.

Veldig ubehagelig opplevelse, og masse halv skumle mennesker som gikk på utsiden av rommet. Sjekket ut kort tid etter vi sjekket inn, uten å få noe form for refund tilbake.

    It was not safe. Needles and syringes in the parking lot. Loud people everywhere. Even in the middle of night .I could not stay people asking for money. i had prepaid they would not refund me. Expedia would not refund me. I even paid for the ins in case it was not good. They said is not a natural disaster. ,no one had died. I knew nothing of this place. I live 4 states away. My uncle was in ICU. Never go there unless you are looking for drugs
