Nothing was unique about this property, kinda looks ran down. Rooms are not the best, younger girl staff working the front desk was Rude and none helpful, the ok and kitchen had the small infested roaches and I didn’t even inquire about a breakfast. Definitely on the scale of a Motel and not Hotel.

Toilet didn't work the first day. I booked for three nights only spent a few hours on my first day. Had to get a new hotel. The room need to be updated that's stovetops cabinets tubs, floors everything

The AC kept turning on and off by it self, it woke me up because I was hot….tried to change it but no buttons were working.The TV is in front of the only big mirror that you can see your whole outfit.I won’t stay there again…

The rooms on the website and the room that was given had at least 50 years of difference between them. Going to the front desk to ask for plates forks and pots and being denied was absolutely wild and defeated the purpose of booking a hotel with a kitchen. The bathroom was digusting and the fan over the stove and grease and mold all over it. Just felt like i was in a squatters space.

Hotel is in very bad shape. The room was dirty, the toilet was clogged when I got there, the sheets were dirty. my flight was late so I tried to check in at a late hour. They said their computer resets at one in the morning when and that we had to come back 45 minutes later. Give me a break. This place needs a total makeover.

The check-in was very poor. The desk person didn't speak, even when I said hello, except to ask for credit card for the deposit. She over-rode something on the computer, as she said, while she was checking me in, to put me in a different room. The steps going upstairs to the room was fills with water ( without rain). Unsure from where the water was coming. But the steps and landing was wet and I had to try to avoid it. 2. The entire 1st floor seems to have permanent residents. Who would sit and block parking spots so I couldn't park in any of the spaces. Those same residents smoked anywhere they wanted, which was offensive to a non-smoker, and they just stared menacingly at me when I asked them not to smoke and blow the smoke in my direction, as I tried to walk by them. 3. The room was fairly clean, but I observed cobwebs in the corner over the refrigerator. 4. Check-out was a bit better, as this desk person spoke, but, barely so. I was very happy to leave, and checked out at 7am. I would not recommend that place, and will never return. 5. It was not worth the money.

It's disgusting in there. The minute my boyfriend and I walked in it was a dead waterbug in the kitchen. When I booked this I didn't know it was a nasty place like that. No free breakfast as advertised, oh they said free breakfast was cereal and bean muffins and she pointed. I wouldn't eat from there anyway. I checked out 2 days early. No blow dryer, black stains in the tub ewww just nasty. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Currently waiting for my return for am early stay

free breakfast is non existent. they said they would have coffee and some granola bars. not a breakfast but a snack. keys repeatedly did not work and had to be recoded. thankfully I was hardly at the hotel, just needed aplace to sleep for 2 nights for a few hours. would never come back here again.

I had a very uncomfortable stay at this Holiday Inn. The AC in my room did not work at all — only the fan would turn on, so the room never actually cooled down. Because of that, the room felt damp and muggy the entire time. It also had a strong carpet/mildew smell, which made it even more unpleasant. Overall, the room did not feel fresh or comfortable, and it really affected the quality of my stay.

We stayed overnight. Breakfast was insufficient. B the time I got to the frpnt office, breakfast was over.

Good location. Clean although I stepped on a shard of glass by the bed in the carpet. Definitely NO FRILLS. No paper towels at kitchenette area. Loud people outside our room at 4AM I asked the desk clerk for a couple clean towels. When I got back upstairs she had disabled my room key. I was forced to go back to get a new door key.

The microwave in my initial room was rusted and not in usable condition. Upon reporting this around 2:00 AM, I was moved to another room. However, the microwave in the second room was also not functioning, which was quite disappointing—especially given the late hour. Additionally, there was no electrical outlet conveniently located near the iron stand, making it difficult to use basic amenities comfortably. Overall, this experience reflects a lack of attention to guest comfort and operational readiness. I strongly recommend that someone take a more proactive and responsible approach to ensure rooms are properly maintained and fully functional before being assigned to guests. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to immediate improvements.

The staff threatened to charge me extra for arriving later in the night though check in is through 12am.

There wasn't a hand rail in the tub either. My bed frame needed to be tightened. The bed rocked when I got in it Additionally, there wasn't an ice maker! This property definitely needs an upgrade and major cleaning.

The room my husband and I were given was in a corner area and difficult to reach. The room had a strange odor; it was very worn and old looking. The cord for the bedside lamp was worn and twisted in an unsafe manner. The inside door handle came off. In the room next to us was a man who wandered around outside and we could smell the smoke from his cigarette. We heard a child crying about midnight which seemed very odd for that area and made us concerned and wonder what was going on. We would not recommend this hotel.

Room was filthy and outdated, no light bulbs in any of the lamps, phone did not work so I could call the front desk, desk clerk had an attitude because I had asked for a first floor unit in advance, I'm handicapped, she did not accommodate me. No smoking hotel and next door neighbors were burning pot all night long which permeated into my room. This hotel is actually being used for housing the Brevard county homeless according to clerk. A lot of transient people were lurking around the halls and parking lot. I would never go back there!

When we arrived at the front desk, the clerk refused to let us in the lobby stating we would have to sleep in our car until they received from hotels.com our reservation we set the reservation at eight pm.It was midnight now and we arrive by Uber. Upon entering my room, I was hit with the worst smell of cigarette smoke and nastiness. Went to the office to complain was told.There were no more rooms available, and I would get refunded in seven days which was totally unacceptable.But I did cancel the reservation for this nasty smell.In the room. I will not be returning ever to an extended stay america. I travel often and that was the worst travel experience of my life.

It had visible dirt, unclean bedding, and felt completely uninhabitable. The overall environment was unsafe and poorly maintained. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful when I brought these concerns to their attention. They showed no urgency or effort to resolve the issues.

Sorry, Urgent line for emergencies is not available, they never picked up. Keys deactivate themselves and I had to go every single day to activate them. I spent 3 hrs in my car at 2am because my husband was sleeping and i had no key. So I went to the lobby to get another key, but no one solved the issue. I slept in my car!!!!! Dont stay here. I'll file a formal complaint with their corporate offices.

It was like a little home, they have all your basic necessities, even kitchen supplies that you’d need for a longer stay. The only thing I’d fuss about is the condition of some of the things inside the room. You can just tell nothing has been updated for a while. Other than that, it was really convenient as far as money and driving.

The room needed a lot of fixing. The cover for the a/c was hanging loose, the toilet was hanging in the air, you sit on it down to the floor, you get up it bounces up behind you, the bath sink was so clogged it took 15 minutes to drain. The fan under the range hood was grouse. Told these problems at check out.

Room was ok, bed was comfortable, but exterior of rooms was not kept up. Cigarette butts and even a condom was seen in the outside area of the rooms.

I kept having to bring my keycard to the front desk each and every single time I needed to get into my room. Didn’t expect a super clean property but the shower was unacceptably disgusting to the point it was unusable.

The room was dusty, dirty and infested with cockroaches.

It’s an old hotel but the room not clean properly there where spiders, dust, hair etc. Breakfast was coffee & cupcake 👎👎👎

Luckily I brought something that made the room smell better! We sprayed then went to dinner and when we got back it wasn’t too bad! They gave us a small discount when checking out! On the good side it was a convenient location!

I didn’t realize that homeless folks use extended stay often. My wife and I wouldn’t use the tub/shower. It was cracked and falling in. Rusting shower head and other parts. Red paint (?) splattered all over bathroom vanity. Rusted old microwave. Remote didn’t have a back to hold in batteries. Rusty old lights. One by bed stand didn’t work. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable and clean. That’s the only reason we stayed the night. For 30-50 dollars more a nite, we could have had a normal comfortable stay. We’ve started at extended stays before. Very disappointing. At least the Rod Stewart concert was great!

The bath tub was dirty, the room smelled like cigarette and I couldn’t breathe in there, there was “construction” being done and no where to park. The staff at check in was nice but in the am the staff at check out were speaking about other guests in front of me and ignoring the fact that I was right there.

Property in good location, but has not been maintained in years. They are renovating the parking areas, making access difficult. The common areas are filthy. Rooms are very small and VERY basic (one chair, one nightstand and a double size bed with no blanket). Though they tout they have all the necessities for longer-term stays, the kitchen is useless as there are no plates, utensils, pots, pans, soap or even paper towels. There's no ice available, and we had to change rooms because the A/C was inoperative, TV inoperative and a spill of Coke on the nightstand, never cleaned. Some lamps had no bulbs and all lamp shades were bent, broken, dirty or otherwise unattractive. Area felt generally unsafe (fighting "guests" on the walkways). All for a "bargain" price of almost $160 on a midweek stay. Two stars is generous.

The property is a bit shabby away from the main building. The toilet had a "sensor" that allowed the tank to fill but several times, there was no water in the tank. I thought it was broken, but the maintenance man explained that it was a water saving feature. The shower had such low water pressure, that should have been enough in savings! The most popular Cosco in town was just across the street, so traffic was very heavy day and night. I killed two German Roaches in the bathroom, a dog in the next room barked continually when his people where away and there was no loaner hairdryer. The nice front desk ladies were pleasant and one did loan me a coffee maker, but a person would assume there would be one provided in an "extended stay" facility. Sorry, for the prices, I certainly couldn't recommend this place, except that there are restaurants and shopping nearby.

After a four-hour car ride with exhausted and hungry children, this was the worst experience ever.

Was very upset with the choice of this property. For $240 a night I expected more. Very dirty and room was old and dingy. Should’ve been $50-60 a night for condition of this property and room .

This place is fine for a person just needing a place to sleep. However, I was disappointed bringing my two small children here.

Nothing special about this location. Didn't find a garbage can until the last day. Under the bathroom cabinet. Can tell this location is high traffic from the mars on cabinets/ counters and stains in carpet. No continental breakfast. Only coffee, tea at the front. No juice for people like me who doesn't drink coffee or tea. A few junk food type grab and go foods. Only needed something for 2 nights.

I picked this location for the price and have never stayed at an extended stay before. This place needs a serious uplift. The staff were alright. I was worried about bugs based on reviews but didn't see any myself.

I unfortunately had the worst experience at this property. I booked this extended stay while transitioning homes and having a gap of time in between. The room where we stayed at smelled like weed every single evening upon arriving from work/school. My asthmatic daughter developed Asthma attacks while staying at this hotel due to the strong odor of weed and cigarretes. The staff were beyond helpful to try to provide an odorless room however it was only one bed instead of 2 bc they were sold out. I paid for a room with double beds, and half of my stay was actually a room with only one bed. I was forced to split my family and look for further accomodations. People who lived or stay there throw garbage everywhere and they sit and smoke on the stairs next to the sign that clearly stays "no smoking." In addittion, ramdom cars are always parked in the parking lot with people which is very suspicious and feels somewhat unsafe especially at night. I do not recommend spending a dollar on this property. The keys will continually get deactivated and you were forced to go to the lobby upon your arrival daily. The ladies at the front desk are sweethearts "Alicia and Delvah" but unfortunately they really try to make magic to make their guest feel comfortable with the conditions and many issues this property have.

Awful dirty sleazy unprofessional and was oversold and threw my husband out on the street with no place to go. The front desk person was the loundry person and the breakfast was not real. It was granola bars and coffe pot and off brand orange juice that was on display in the lobby. The door is locked at 10pm so you can't just walk in and the hotel is way too cold.

Where do I start?? The hotel had german cockroaches, it smelled very bad of cigarettes and like the Goodwill. It hasn't been updated since the 80's. The bathtub filled up with water past my ankle. Had to get services in there to unclog. There was a profalatic wrapper on the bedside. This place NEVER gets cleaned. The bathtub also had hair and debris all over. The janitorial staff do not clean. This place is a nightmare and absolutely disgusting. Should be condemned. The appliances were full of rust and baseboards were falling off the walls. There are creepy vagrants and drug dealers offering drugs throughout the day/night. This place reminded me of a horror movie. NEVER AGAIN!!

There was a roach dead inside the fridge and breakfast was supposed to be included but it was mini Mifflins and granola bars. That is NOT breakfast. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Tardaron para entregarme el cuarto por que segun habian arreglado algo y estaban termiando cuando llegue al cuarto lo primero que vi que estaba sucio lleno de polvo y bastante diferente a las fotos que publican estuvimos cerca de 3 horas solamente en el cuarto y no podia estar mas ahi todo lleno de cucarqchas y olia tambien mal en fin nos salimos de ahi y tube que irme a otro hotel

This property requires renovation…noisy at night due to other guests not considering others, smell or urine, rooms smelled and had a moisture issue…carpet had a damp feel to it with mold starting to take hold, outside areas require cleaning/pressure wash. I will never stay at this facility again.

They say breakfast only coffee muffins no breakfast I would never go back and charging for Internet no good.

This hotel is not what they advertise. Our door didn’t open or close properly. To be honest it is very sketchy. At first they said breakfast included. It’s cold small muffins. Room is not clean. I have taken pictures and want to talk to someone about this

Walls were sticky, killed a roach, smelled moldy, mold on refrigerator sides, trash under bed so was not vacuumed. Will never stay again, breakfast packets of oatmeal, packaged muffins, coffee like drinking hot water. It was just nasty.

The room reeked with an indistinguishable odor and smelled of smoked even though it was a no-smoking room. My daughter with asthma was highly affected by this.. The beds were filthy, I slept on top of the bed coverings considering they had stains on them, I had to put a towel on my pillow because it reeked, one of the lights had sparked fire when I turned it on and started making sizzling noises, the in-room sink and fridge were dirty, the bathroom sink and counter were filthy and had stains and markings on them, the tub had mildew and mold, the TV didnt work, the lists goes on.. needless to say, I am highly disappointed as I expected more from this hotel.

Front desk staff that we talked to initially were very rude and unprofessional. They refused to allow checkin before 3pm even though lots of rooms were ready. Room was carpet smelled and was not clean. Property was not kept up.

They charged my stay twice

Went due to hurricane evacuation. Glad to have a place to stay with kitchen, although we only used refrigerator. To use kitchen you need to go to office to get dishes, pans utensils etc. room was very basic and full with other evacuees. Fairly noisy due to many families, understandably. Reasonable price

Great customer service

I booked this place because it’s convenient to a lot of stores like Costco and Trader Joes. The downside of this hotel is not very clean. We see cockroaches, and that’s not something people want to see in a room. I wouldn’t go back next time.

Room 204 needs a thorough cleaning especially under the bed. Mold and other dirt looked like. Last minute option and price okay, being that events were happening.
