    Property was clean and very safe. Room was also clean but did not have a coffee machine and sofa was very damaged and was peeled due to overuse. Property did not have an ice machine but good value overall, would stay here next time.

    Very nice, professional staff. For the price, it was probably what you expect. The location was beautiful. It smelled very strongly of marijuana and the AC was so loud it was impossible to sleep. It wasn’t super clean. But for the price it was better than expected.

    We stayed for one night while passing through Orlando. Our room was clean, staff were professional however, the hotel is lacking in toiletries such as: shampoo, conditioner, soap. I did not see a blowdryer. There was only one hanger. And I did not see a coffee pot. Otherwise, the basics were available.

    From the moment I arrived, there were issues. The microwave in my room did not work, and even worse, the stove stayed on for an entire day. I contacted customer service multiple times, but nothing was done. I was told that only the morning staff could fix it, even though it was nighttime. This meant I had to spend the entire night in the room with the stove on, which felt very dangerous—especially because I was there with my two young children. I asked to be moved to another room due to the safety risk, but my request was refused without any real solution. The situation became even worse the next day when the room next to mine caught fire. Smoke spread into my room, and the smell was overwhelming. After everything that had already happened, this was terrifying. This experience was unacceptable and honestly felt like a nightmare. I hope management takes responsibility and improves both safety and customer service so no other family has to go through something like this.

    paid $596.87 for 4 people and 1 dog for 3 nights, room and bedding was clean, TV worked, water was hot BUT no coffee maker, no plates, bowls or cups or silverware, even though had a 2 burner hot plate and microwave, no shampoo or conditioner, 4 people stayed, not enough towels had to take the used ones down to front desk to get fresh ones, i roll of TP had to go get another one😳. will find something else next time.

    The building looked good on the outside, but inside was a different story. The building contained a constant smell beyond explanation, the room was serviceable with a chair that was peeling and a bed that allowed people to lay in it. The fire to the bathroom had some sort of damage on the front and we had roaches and assorted bugs as roommates.

    This is an acceptable option. My room was clean. Updated quartz counters and new fixtures. Full size fridge, short walk to food and services. Two burner cook top, and ample storage for food items and clothes. Its not what I didn't like, but try to temper your expectations. There are families who live here. So you may smell their dinner being cooked in the hallways. Its near a highway, so you can hear emergency vehicles. If you want quite & a resort feel for Disney this may not be your choice.

    Booked this knowing it was cheaper- we just needed somewhere to sleep. Didn't need anything over the top. But never again...WiFi you have to pay for.. room was ok but furniture was pretty rough. Blankets were awful. Staff was a little standoff ish. We were locked out of the building because someone burnt food and the whole floor filled up with smoke. No hand soap or toiletries. Not even a hand towel. The signage said if you wanted to exchange towels you had to pay. No housekeeping.

    The room, bed, bath and kitchen area were all in great condition. The lounge chair had areas in the leather that were peeling off so we felt uncomfortable sitting in it due to potential inability to clean the chair. Also, Wi-Fi was not available without paying a fee so had to go to my car to use the internet. Both issues were manageable and would not deter us from reserving a room in the future

    We didn’t stay. The television didn’t work, the air condition sounded like there was a cat caught in the fan, the telephone didn’t work. The maintenance people were gone by 4:00pm. They didn’t have another room to offer us. It seems there are a lot of subsidized housing people staying there.

    Worse experience ever!!!!, I had booked 3 rooms for my family arriving from nyc for NEW YEAR. Our flight got delay serval times due to a snow storm in nyc , I had called the hotel & explain the situation to make sure our if our late arrival wouldn’t cause any inconvenience, also to see if we can add an extra day, with whom i had spoken to told me & assure me everything will be fine for our check-in and the extra night was added. Traveling from the mco airport to Davenport FL was almost a 2 hour ride, with our family, small kids and pet.     Worse experience ever!!!!, I had booked 3 rooms for my family arriving from nyc for NEW YEAR. Our flight got delay serval times due to a snow storm in nyc , I had called the hotel & explain the situation to make sure our if our late arrival wouldn’t cause any inconvenience, also to see if we can add an extra day, with whom i had spoken to told me & assure me everything will be fine for our check-in and the extra night was added. Traveling from the mco airport to Davenport FL was almost a 2 hour ride, with our family, small kids and pet.     They charged for everything and my microwave didn't work if you wanted dish wear, you had to pay $35, they only do housekeeping every 14 days. And if you want your towers changed, you have to go-between 3 and 6, if you want toilet paper, you have to go to the front desk. And I had roaches crawling in my bed. I will never stay here again. And someone came in my room and stole my phone.

The floors were dirty, and there were kids playing and screaming in the upper floor and hallways until very late. Also, the bathroom door outside was broken and had patches.     The hotel was clean, I’ll give it that, but it lacked basic amenities The room didn’t include complimentary shampoo or conditioner, and there was no iron or blow dryer provided, No ice machine with in the hotel. On top of that, turning on the heater filled the room with a foul odor. (I usually run the heater for a few minutes to warm the room before showering.) I don’t think this hotel would be ideal for a family stay, so I’m glad it was just my husband and I.

    The staff was nice and helpful. However this was the worse stay ever. There were roaches in the two rooms I stayed in after I reported a roach in the first room. If you want change of towels you have to bring the dirty ones to the front desk with $2.00. You’re also responsible to take out your own trash. No complimentary soaps in the bathroom. Never again.

    I liked the area the Hotel was in. The publix was in walking distance. Chick fila and other food places were very close. What I did not like was my first room was a King size room. The bathroom had dead bugs on the floor and live ones crawling in the shower and on the floor. They did switch my rooms they didn’t have a king so I had to get a room with double beds. It no bugs but had a little smell, the bathroom wasn’t very clean I had to clean with my Clorox wipes. I feel like i should get half my money back that was not very sanitary.

    This place doesn't tell you until after you book a room that the kitchen area is empty. No cookware, no paper towels, no silverware, nothing. You can rent some. $25. If you want a fresh towel you need to pay $2. They expect you to bring your trash to a dumpster in the back. There are no coffee machines in the room but you can rent one. There are no ice vending machines anywhere. It is listed as a no smoking hotel but marijuana smells are prevalent throughout the hallways and when you walk outside. The furniture is beat up and the bathroom mirror frame is rusted. The shower glass has not been cleaned. The tv worked. The a/c would not shut off unless you turned the whole unit off and it was excessively loud. Lastly instead of putting a $100 hold on your credit card they actually charge you.( it is posted not pending) Now I have to wait for them to issue a credit.

    Let’s start by saying the room and beds were not clean, I asked for another room and also asked front desk does the staff change all sheets on the bed and was advised yes and I stated that could not be true if my 1st room is dirty and filthy with crumbs and hair in the bed and on the floor and sink fill with hair like someone just washed there hair in the sink and walls with hair on it and at this point she offered another room. I went to check the next room THOSE BEDS WERE DIRTY with stains as well under the brown covers and mattress covers plus hair all in the beds and bathroom was dirty as well as tub and counters.. back to the desk I go to complain and finally the 3rd room was clean. To be visiting for the first time it was poor services. The property did not have a swimming pool, no ice vending machines, no complimentary breakfast, you only get 2 towels and rags per room. You do not have any extra toiletries as well as ONE roll of tissue in the bathroom. The hotel gives off extended stay vibes. Last but not least once I arrived at the hotel I was informed I had to pay a $100 deposit effective that day ALTHOUGH I booked my room a week or so prior and the website does not state anything about this deposit so I was a little irritated with that and the fact they had hand typed papers around the hotel about that but not on the website during the booking process. I will not be revisiting this hotel. I will stick to my Hilton and Marriott club where it’s comfortable and clean.

    They don't have a pool the lady char6my card for 137.00 dollars that she shouldn't have and my husband was sitting in the lobby area from his beer and one of the staff said she usually doesn't let people drink in here I wasn't aware that you weren't allowed to drink but the hallway smelled like weed. I want be staying there again because I have my grands and they like to get in the pool.Plus it's nothing entertaining for small kids to do there.

    AC was not working, very hot and humid, room didn't have anything, no ice cube trays, no hairdryer, no extra linens, only half the TV stations worked, freezer didn't freeze, bottom of tub feels not properly supported, no black out curtains, the elevator took forever, not enough parking, cover on AC was falling off

    I found this property to be odd. The facility itself was fine, with updated LVP flooring and new paint, but the room had a kitchenette without any kitchenette supplies. That is, a two burner stove, but no pots/pans. No dishes or cutlery or utensils. No coffee pot. Although these things could be rented from the office for prices ranging from $20-$25. There was no ice machine in the building and also no ice cube trays in the full-size refrigerator. There was soap in the bathroom, but no shampoo. Shampoo was in the list of things you could request from the front desk, but it was not in the room. Two towels and two washcloths, but no hand towels. The list of rules included being terminated for police activity and no fire-arms even if you have a conceal carry permit. It made me wonder at their usual clientele to have these type of rules. As I said, odd. - The bed was comfortable. There is coffee in the lobby in the morning. There is a Publix right across a non-busy road.

    Our room had live cockroaches and we immediately checked out. Front desk person didn’t care that we were leaving due to the cockroaches. Will never stay at this hotel again. Expedia should remove this hotel from the listings

    The hallways and room smelled bad. The elevator smelled and had a torn up rug. The room was infeated with roaches everwhere. I told the girl at front desk about the roaches and she didn't look surprised. All she said was didnt have another room available. So i asked for a refund and left.

    I just can't say enough of how much my husband, and I love this place!!! We been coming here for over a year was every other week and now monthly due to him getting treatments at the hospital in Orlando. Our room is always sooooo clean and the people are just welcoming to us! We really appreciate our little home away from home. Thank You All at Woodspring's Suites Davenport Florida :-)

    Our room was on first floor. Walking down the hallway you could smell someone smoking mj in their room. It stunk up the hallway. Walls are paper thin. I got no sleep. Bed is hard. Found a dead "bad bug" on the floor in the bathroom in the morning. Was glad i kept my socks on. Needless to say the socks were tossed. I was glad to get out of there. Needless to say it was a one and done for this place. Would not recommend.

    Rented two rooms with queen beds, one of the rooms was king bed with sofa bed, smh, first night around midnight police were present and in there morning, second night one of the rooms we found roach near the bed. The next morning we left hotel, front desk stated that they have cleaning service come in everything few days. So what happes when the guests leave the hotel?

    You know, this wasn't too bad at all. It was nice to see someone at the front desk all the time. There was a gentleman who also checked in at the front desk and helped out the ladies at the front from time to time, always asked how our room was. I liked the space in the room, even the small sofa although it was worn and in patches. My husband didn't care for the shower as there wasn't any real water pressure. The bed was extremely comfortable and so much better than the Pop Century bed we've stayed in before. This hotel was superbly located near a Publix and right of I-27 and very close to 192, so it was near everything that we needed on our trip. I didn't like the internet restrictions - only one device? And you have to pay for the other devices? I don't like that at all. I'm very used to the other hotels we have stayed at where the internet was available on all our devices as guests. And paying for a coffee maker? When the one at Walmart, same one, was $10, this place was charging $25? I'm glad we didn't need to as the people we visited had one. Other than that, we slept well and it was a very quiet stay. Lots of dogs in the hotel, and my husband and I thought there was a competition of some sort going on which is why the place was full. I would recommend this place with caution for those that depend on internet access and have a lot of personal devices. Otherwise, This was just a very pleasant stay and I'm happy for it.

    This property is not a place for families. We did not feel safe in the facility, the refrigerator didn’t work, the television didn’t work, there are zero amenities, including an allotment for one roll of toilet paper. The staff were all nice eventually, but not initially. There was an overwhelming odor that included bodily fluids and illegal drugs. The furniture in the room was filthy and all torn up. The elevator, refrigerator and television did not work. The property is issuing us a refund because we could not even stay there a full night. I had to book a new hotel close by last minute. My children did not feel safe there and I did not feel safe there.

    The room was clean, but the chair and ottoman was really worn out, and needed to be replaced. The kitchen was not stocked with anything, not even a coffee pot. Overall the room was ok, some upgrades are needed.
