Arrived early from a Cruise. We were asked to wait and after 1.5 hrs we were given a room 1 hour before check-in time. Lobby area was filled with people waiting for rooms and shuttles. The dining area we waited in was dirty, chairs had food and stains. Our room was on the top 7th floor and was nice. We liked the 3rd floor outdoor pool. it had plenty of loungers and room. Pool was big and clean. Airport shuttle was great. On time service. Didn't like that the breakfast was not included, $16.00 was too steep for what you would get.

Great spot. Night life is about 40 minutes away. Breakfast was available at the exact time they said it would and for being a breakfast buffet it was ok. I stayed on the 4th floor, and the one thing I noticed as soon as the elevator opened was the distinctive smell of moisture, following with sticky and slippery floor. Bathroom was clean.

The shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port is also $15 per person. It was helpful for first time cruisers, however, if you are an experienced cruiser with small luggage it is unnecessary, an uber would be cheaper. Additionally, Expedia was misleading with the hotel’s tags. It claims to be close to the beach however it is close to the Casino at Dania Beach, not any real beach. You will have to uber to go to a beach. Staff was kind and helpful as well. The hotel is safe and secure. The pool is very clean and well-kept. I would recommend for a night stay before and/or after a cruise.

I watched elderly people struggle with those ramps just walking from their cars. Carpets were stained and in general it looks dirty an unkept.

When we arrived we were waited at the counter for the lady that looked like she hated her job to acknowledge us. We then found out that our room was ready, but if we wanted to check in early it would be an additional $50.00. This is absolutely ridiculous and we refused to pay on principle. When we did check in later, a different lady was nice (unlike the first lady). The room was okay, however the bed was horrible. It was so worn out we both had to sleep on one side, as the dips in the right side made you feel like you would fall off the bed. The carpet section in the lobby was disgusting and needs replaced and the furniture needs a good cleaning. We have stayed here in the past, but will not stay again as they have not taken care of the place.

Was one of the best Wyndam hotels we have ever stayed at. Only drawback was the charge for breakfast if you wanted it. Had a choice at booking for no extras or breakfast if you choose. Was $11 but the principle of it since I have never been charged for it in the past at any Wyndam hotel. On the pluse side they had beer you could buy 2 for $7.50 wasn't bad.

We arrived after a cruise rather early. We were thankful to have been granted an early check in. Front desk was exceptionally nice that morning as well! Very informative as well. Hotel was rather complicated for us to figure out where to enter at first. Pool was really nice. We could see the air show from out window, super cool! Rooms were clean and nice. Great for a one night stay. Free shuttle to airport was a bonus!

Sam, Samantha, and Crystal, were all amazing! I wasn't feeling well and I politely asked for a later checkout and Crystal was considerate, compassionate and sympathetic. At checkout, Crystal extended her concern. Sam was perfessional, courteous [with the blanket], and knowledgeable in his position. The noise of the street felt like it was inside the room, as if a window was open, but it wasn’t, just poor design. Our room had a door that communicated with another room. The guests in that other room were trying very hard to open the communicating door! It was close to midnight and they wanted to get in. We thought it was children being children. The next morning we saw 4 adults walking out of the room. Never again we’d choose this hotel.

This wasn't the first time I stayed at this hotel but after this stay it will be the last. The staff was NOT accommodating. My room wasnt cleaned for 3 days even after requesting my room to be cleaned. Check in was a disaster... With one person trying to check in based off a list and skipping people. With this hotel being a cruise stop you would think it would be more organized and sufficient staff to accommodate but no instead you get greeted by a flustered front room attendant who is writing your name on a note pad. I waited 2 hours in the lobby to get a room that was already booked and paid... When they attendent got to my name he skipped it because he didn't find it in the system the funny part I pointed out my name 3 times with him even telling me 'almost' to your name but when he got there he skipped it and it's a good thing I didn't move and I had to tell him he skipped me and he could have asked me my name because the previous attendant wrote my middle and last name instead of my first name. It was a disaster that ruined the start of my vacation

The room appeared clean at first glance but the floors were filthy - had probably not seen a mop in weeks. The bathroom had splashes of something on the walls and door. The tub had a bunch of leftover hair and the water appeared yellowish. The heating/cooling unit rattled every time it turned on and off and we faced a busy street. It was very loud at all time and overnight. The staff was a bit dismissive but it was very busy at the time. The pool is nothing special. On the positive - it was very close to the airport.

The hallway to the room smells absolutely disgusting. The room had a weird smell. The walls were marked up. The parking garage was covered in trash and doesn't have stairs or an elevator. You have to walk the whole driving path back down. I felt dirty staying there. Never again.

We asked twice how long the shuttle should take and got no answer, simply told where to wait, and ended up outside in the windy cold at the airport waiting 45 minutes. When we got to the hotel we were told that there would a $50 charge for checking in early. We chose not to check in yet and asked about the hotels restaurant. The restaurant doesn’t open until 4pm. (It currently was approximately 11am). We spent time in the only restaurant in sight a couple blocks away and afterwards went back to the hotel to “wait it out”.when checking in I was asked for my credit card and Id. He proceeded to scan my card without explaining what he was doing. After apparently reading the question on my face he said “oh you will get this back at the end”. I have yet to see the reimbursement. One of the amenities listed for this hotel was breakfast. It was NO amenity…it came with a $15 charge. We were finally pleased to walk into a nice, clean room. Unfortunately, when I crawled into bed, the bed felt grainy on my feet and ankles. I turned down the sheet to find a crumbled cookie. NOTHING about this place was positive!

No one was at front desk when we arrived. Guy who came was not friendly at all. He kept leaving the front desk when people were coming in to get checked in. Restaurant closed early so cook could clean kitchen, then work front desk! No place to get food & drinks after 9 pm. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff was okay but the minute we stepped of elevator the hallway smelled like damp musty carpet. Our smelled ok but you could tell floors had has water damage at some point bathroom door dragged on floor so hard couldn't hardly open and shut it. Wouldn't recommend staying there.

Reception desk staff were excellent before, during, and after our stay. Due to winter storm Fern, we had to change our return flight home. We originally booked through Expedia, and Miguel and Asandra were very helpful in working with us and Expedia. We look forward to visiting again.

The room smelled like milldrew. The bathroom had hair on the walls. The halls were dirty and not vacuumed. The bed smelled like someone pooped on the sheets. Our reservation show breakfast included but we were told it was 15 dollars per person that morning after we had already made our plates. We will not stay at WYNDHAM IN THE FUTURE.

It was a convenient option for all of us. We were taking a cruise and landed at Ft Lauderdale. This hotel offers a shuttle from the airport to the port (for a reasonable fee). The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, offering multiple dining options and public transportation, including on-site facilities. We had a room facing the street, and it was a little bit loud; the windows don't provide good soundproofing. The staff was cordial, and they have a virtual kiosk for check-in and check-out.

The Hotel's common areas are in need of a deep cleaning. The sofas and chairs all have stains and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. We spoke with the front desk and they offered a partial refund, but then they scolded us for not booking through a hotel directly and said that I would have to go through you for any type of compensation. We get there and the TV would not work so they set maintenance up to try to fix it. And finally said they couldn’t. Then they tell us they are going to try to find another TV but do not return until an hour and a half later now it’s past 11 PM and we are exhausted and have to get up to leave for a cruise early the next morning, they come back trying to replace the TV get it. Houng spend another 20 minutes in the room and cannot get it to work so we have no TV for our entire stay and we both fall asleep to the TV at night and watch the news in the morning so it was a horrible stay. In addition, the room was OK, but seems somewhat dirty with a lot of paint peeling in the bathroom and a stained tub. It was kind of disgusting.

Room was clean and very roomy, worked well for us being in the middle of a two week trip with a lot of luggage. We used the laundry facilities (one washer and one dryer), luckily others were not trying to use them at the same time. The front desk clerk who checked us in was very friendly, helped my with laundry (coins, soap, etc.). There was also helpful maintenance staff who brought extra requested items to our room. We ate at the restaurant and grabbed a drink for dinner, food was good, service was odd. Server/bartender Steven couldn't look less interested in being there. Overall a good experience, I was nervous about using their free airport transfer based on reviews I read, but they are so close to the airport that our Uber was $13.

Great staff and great location if you are cruising out of Port Everglades. A couple of good restaurants (Jewish deli, bakery and a seafood place) and well as a Walgreens and Dollar Store if you forgot something at home.

This property looked nothing like the pictures. There was mold in the shower, and the carpet in the hallway was heavily stained. There were also noticeable stains on the walls. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and courteous, but unfortunately he could not help the overall condition of the hotel. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the property were very disappointing.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The most satisfy me was the free shuttle bus to airport. It came on time and the driver was very helpful and polite. Location is great (near the beach), room is clean and helpdesk people were helpful. However. I prefer them to be more cheerful😃. Booked this room for one night after our 1sr disney cruise! Originally booked at grand hotel ft lauderdale due to pricing and reviews on expedia. Only thing decent about the grand was the lobby, the rest of the hotel was super old and dirty, didnt even make it into the room, lost the one night plus 45$ early check on reservation had to find a spot and booked Wyndham immedialty! For the one night, maybe overproced like everything ins this current economy, but it was clean, staff was friendly!

Room had a funky smell - it was either from the A/C or the floors or what they were “cleaned” with. Floors in the room were not well cleaned as I made the mistake of walking for a few minutes in the room barefoot and my feet turned black. Cleaning staff also always forgot something. One time it was hand towels, the other time they took away the soap bar but didn’t replace it with a new one. Good size room with a small refrigerator and small microwave.

When we arrived, the front desk said 'we are not doing check ins now'. He could have said check in is at 3pm or you can do an early check in for a fee. No explanation was given. I then stumbled on the virtual check in and started asking question. He started processing my check in. Which is why I was surprised why the front desk person wouldn't accommodate me but the virtual guy was. Virtual check in guy was misleading and didn't say there was an early check in fee (which I didn't ask for) until after he ran my credit card. The whole process was just disorganized and the front desk could have been more helpful but he was not. Will consider other hotels next time.

I thought I searched for hotel with a free breakfast filter but it turns out their breakfast buffet was $15.00, so we skipped it. Airport shuttle driver was very good and we had very short wait. Hotel front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Only two ice dispensers was a bad feature. Mattress and pillows were not to my liking. No side support on mattress and pillows too big. Toilet seat in room was loose, which I reported when I checked out. The housekeepers were friendly and hardworking, as always.

This time around I was not impressed with the hotel. The parking lot was dirty and with drug paraphernalia, at one point both elevators were broken and everyone had to go up stairs in my case I had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with luggage and just recently had double lung surgery. Everything was fine, except for the parking, it is a little complicated to park and get to the Hotel if you arrive after 8:00PM when the pool is closed. Still happy this hotel provides free parking and not charge at extra cost for parking.

Room was clean, beds were good No hairdryer in room, had to borrow from another room (traveled with them) Restaurant bar in lobby is convenient- no free dining options for breakfast Can’t beat location: 10 min from airport 10 min to cruise terminal 10 - 15 min uber to hard rock casino Onsite- Bartender enjoyed a few too many and couldn’t make a mixed drink but overall a good stay and can recommend

Hotel has a bar and also sells lots of snacks and drinks. It also has a restaurant, gym and pool. It has adequate parking and also has a car rental concierge in its lobby. Very clean hotel not far from Dania and Hollywood Beach

I would not stay at this hotel ever again. The parking garage is very uncomfortable, if you park on the upper floors you need to go down the stairs which get flooded and are in terrible condition. Our room was not cleaned throughly and all carpets and floors in the hall were dirty. For the price it was understandable but cleanliness 1/5. It is close to the airport and has free parking and breakfast

I like the fact that there is a little restaurant. The food is not that great and then there’s a bar and the drinks aren’t that great now if they can upgrade that that would be wonderful. I did not like the fact that my toilet got stopped up.

The lady who checked us in was amazing as usual. The hotel is decent. Pool was WARM , bed was comfy although the floors were extremely dirty.

Overall the property presented well. We arrived after a 3 hours delayed flight at 1am and the children were half asleep and cranky. Shuttle arrived promtly and night staff was pleasant. One bed was broken but by the time we realised our little ones were sound asleep in the other bed. Front desk offered to change rooms immediately but after thinking about moving five suitcases, five backpacks and three sleeping children at 2 am we opted to ride it out til morning. The Children slept very well although we barely did. We were given a 20% discount at checkout and housekeeping was notified to remove the bed. Overall this is a good hotel if you have to sleep between flights. They also had a nice family swimming pool.
