    Bathroom smell was horrendous, like wet dogs and sewage times a hundred. Couldn't shower because it was unbreathable. Went to bed without showering which I hated, pulled back the sheets to at least go to sleep and saw some crumbled toilet paper. Not worth the money I paid, and it taught me a lesson to never again scrimp, even for a one night stay.

    Nothing at all besides been a couple minutes away from the airport. The place was not comfortable, the room had a weird smell, the bathroom was not clean to expectation, the wifi was terrible, the iron board was broken when we tried to iron our clothes, a good thing we had our phones and labtop as well because the TV was not working, unfortunately we couldn't get our money refunded to go to a next location because we definitely won't ever be going back there again... I am so upset I forgot to take pictures of the room to post it back. I am sorry, but I really couldn't leave this slide

    Given the price it was okay. Yet, I found management to be a bit short-sighted in not recognizing there might be return customers. I requested to check out of my room at 1pm and was informed that I would need to pay a $30 late fee for that. That left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth given my time stranded there due to a NY Snow storm that kept on canceling my return flight home.

    Cleanliness was in-between emoji 2 and 3. (exceeding expectations) Value was emoji 2 because it was a holiday weekend. (Grateful that there was room at the Motel where travelers lodge.) Bathroom had visable mold stains in shower. Face basin was dirty as well. So many other things were wrong here. Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

    Nothing - it was just a roof over our head when stranded in Ft Lauderdale We should have paid at most $60 for this room - were charges $385.00 We had no options - they knew it and took advantage. Adding insult to injury, they charged $50 for their shuttle to the airport.

    I liked it when we got out of that dump of a motel. The lights were like night lights, you could hardly see, and several light bulbs were burnt out. TV didn’t work. Had to go ask for towels and wash rags because there was none in the bathroom. Looked like the ceiling was patched by a five year old. Dirty and run down overall and would never recommend staying there!

    Convenient location The room was filthy, sheets looked like they had been slept in, refrigerator had mold and stains, only one towel for the two of us. We complained and the manager kicked us out, refused to give us a refund, said we had to get it from Booking.com. Do not send anyone here ever again.

    Location to the airport was convenient. It was not too expensive. Lots of decent restaurants near by. The room was clean enough, though is definitely a bit worn. The bed was comfortable. The walls were pretty thin, so we could hear things outside and from other rooms. I wore ear plugs. This motel has definitely seen better days and could use some updating. Caulk coming up along the bathtub, the bathroom door looked beat up.

    Our biggest issue was the guests in the room beside us kept there thumping music going on all night long. Needless to say, we got no sleep at all. Just when you think they are finally done the thumping would start up again. My husband just sat on a bench outside our room and read for hours because he couldn't sleep, there were people coming and going from that room throughout the night. Finally around 4:30am, when we'd had enough, I tried calling the front desk from the room phone but it didn't work so I just banged on the wall. The thumping music finally stopped. Since checkout was 11am, I went to the front desk around 10 & asked if we could have extra 1/2 hour. I was told yes, for a fee! I told her their guests in the room next door kept us up all night & she told me I should have called the front desk. I tried to call and the phone did not work. She said she called our room in the morning and the phone worked. She did indeed call the room but the phone was dead on our end. I told her she was not authorized to take extra money from our credit card and just left at 11am. All this could have been avoided if they didn't put guests next door to whatever was going on in that room next to us. There were several other vacancies in the hotel that night.

    It stunk of cigarette smoke, was in total disrepair and hadn’t had repairs or maintenance done for years! Cigarette burns on blanket & bedspread, drops of blood on bathroom floor, no lock on bathroom and security bolt was missing from front door. This was a disgrace to the Wyndham name!

    The stay was okay for what I needed the problem I experienced was that the WiFi didn’t work is was terrible so forget about the free WiFi then when I arrive back after picking my kids up from school there was no water that day we couldn’t even use the restroom or shower or even was our hands that sucked. The lady (wife) seemed to have an attitude problem for no reason. There isn’t always someone present at the office I stayed at the door for 5min before just leaving from being tired of standing at the door waiting for someone to let me inside.

    The stay was okay for what I needed the problem I experienced was that the WiFi didn’t work is was terrible so forget about the free WiFi then when I arrive back after picking my kids up from school there was no water that day we couldn’t even use the restroom or shower or even was our hands that sucked. The lady (wife) seemed to have an attitude problem for no reason. There isn’t always someone present at the office I stayed at the door for 5min before just leaving from being tired of standing at the door waiting for someone to let me inside.

    Our group of 3 arrived for check-in after 7pm and I was very upset with the condition of my room when we first arrived. Apparently, hotel/motel management was unaware that someone had used the room earlier that day as the room itself was in disarray. One of the 2 beds was used (made obvious by the used and ruffled sheets and pillows). There was trash in the garbage can and the floor needed to be swept. We had to leave the property for 25 minutes while "housekeeping" cleaned the room, which was the only one available. This was a GREAT INCONVENIENCE as my daughter needed a place to rest after having 2 surgeries earlier that week and needed to be near the airport. However, when we returned after 8pm, the room was clean and she was able to rest. So yes, the initial contact was much to be desired, but in the end Super 8 served its basic purpose.

    got nowhere the super 8 said they were going to cancel my reservation the hurricane coming i had to dash out and find shelter i pray i would get a refund but i see the full charge on my credit card this hotel should br removed from the website i have used expedia 2 times ripped off by the hotels twice the time before in bartow florida the hotel had me place a 100 dollar deposit on my credit card at checkout the hotel had no power the hotel guy said the charge would be removed once they gad power that was a scam never refunded to my card that was he deluxe inn off bartow that was filthy and old furniture and bedding and blankeys were discusting

    There was mold on the ceiling, it looked like someone had tried to kick the door in and it wouldn't close all the way at the bottom. And because of that, a lizard came in the room. There was no fire escape plan on the door (but i know to get the family the heck out), peeling paint everywhere, and the border around the mirror was falling off. Dont stay here. Theres WAY better out there.

    The room was clean and comfortable. But the woman at the front desk was nickel and diming us. We arrived early around 10:30 AM. It was too early to get a room, so I asked if she could hold our luggage so we could get something to eat. She said she had to charge us $8 a bag (we had 4 bags) to hold for us. And if we wanted a room earlier, there was an extra charge for each hour we were early for that as well. We didn’t rent a car to put our luggage in since we were only staying overnight to take a cruise the next day. When I complained to her that I never heard of any motel or hotel doing that, that it’s usually a courtesy to hold luggage until the room is ready so we could go out to eat while waiting for a room. And if a room is available, it’s a courtesy to give it early, she got mad at us and kicked us outside with our luggage until a room was available. We wound up paying an extra $40 to get the room earlier. So because of this, I will never stay at this motel ever again.

Neighborhood is a bit sketchy and grounds could use a good clean up, lots of litter around, including cigarette butts, and even a broken bottle in the parking lot this morning. There are restaurants around, but I’d hesitate to walk around at night. Weather was humid and room retained that damp feel even after trying to adjust AC, which looked pretty new, to run enough to remove humidity without freezing us out. There is a breakfast, but it is just coffee, juice and granola bars.

    We just needed an overnight room. The property looked fine, a little dated. Our room was second floor, elevator access. Front desk on entry was questionable, I had to be let in by the desk clerk, otherwise the door was locked. The room smelled funny, not pleasant. The bed was hard and the 2 pillows were uncomfortable. Coffee in the room, yeah. Not terrible by any means but could be better.

    The location was the downfall for this hotel. Being on Federal highway in Ft. Lauderdale it invites a certain clientele that we were not. The hotel was clean and mostly, the manager very kind. But it had people roaming the grounds who resembled drug addicts, hookers, homeless, and so on. After a sleepless night with the broken door lock barricaded with all the furniture in the room, at $200 a night by the way, we cancelled the remaining two nights with only one night refunded.

    We only picked this hotel for a single night as our flight arrived late and we needed a quick and easy access hotel near the airport. While the room was generally clean, the ceilings had mildew stains and the shower had low water pressure. I had to get the card for the door replaced, and even then it took multiple tries before it would finally work to access our room (every time). Sorry, but we would not stay here again.

    I called the hotel desk to switch the room from 1 bed to 2 and I agreed to pay the charge extra. I knew they had rooms available so that was not the issue. I was told that this was not an option, which I understood per the policy. I ended up booking another room instead. Upon checking in the front desk did not have the room reserved ready and give me a room with 2 beds for the original room I had booked, not knowing I had asked for this to begin with. I was disappointed that they could do this switch when it was convenient for them, but not to help a customer. So I had to wear the cost of the second room.

    This place is FILTHY. Cigarette burns in the sheets. We had a foot print on our sheet as well. Fire sprinkler was duct taped off because im sure it didn’t work. No hot water. Stain in the shower. Missing drawers. The night stand looked like it was chewed up by a dog. Just terrible You name it and it was there. And BEWARE! They are con artists there. We booked for one night thru Expedia. When we got to the hotel we. Heckled in and got out key to find out the room was disgusting. When I told them I would not be sleeping there and I wanted a refund, I was told that only Expedia could give me a refund (which made sense). So I called Expedia and the tell me they have to contact the property for confirmation of cancellation and for the property to approve a refund (which is also a terrible system by the way). Needless to say these people at the hotel were never going to give us our money back. Thankfully Expedia understood the situation and gave us a credit voucher.

    This one night stay before leaving on our cruise was a night from hell. We arrived to find no free shuttle service although there was a shuttle van parked in from of the front desk area. We were told we could not get the room we had confirmed. We enter the room to a smell that was unidentifiable and very foul. We had no working alarm clock. Microwave was unplugged because it was sharing one outlet with a refrigerator. The road noise was so loud, due to no weatherstripping on the door. It appeared there were drug transactions occurring, because every hour we heard loud talking above us or next to us, many times there were arguments and swearing and screeching tires in the parking lot. I thought the Wyndham name would be safe, but will never stay at a Wyndham property ever again. I would like to be reimbursed for my cab fare of $40 for falsely advertising free shuttle service from the airport (according to the person we talked to on the phone, they hadn't had shuttle service for several years). That would have been plenty of time to update your website info.

    The had the most minimal amount of towels (not even a hand towel). I accidentally spilled a cup of coffee and had to use one of our only two washcloths to clean the spill. Only to find the floor was dirty filthy. Pretty sure I cleaned the floor better than it has been cleaned in months. 😡

    We wete assured that a room would be available when we arrived at 1150 but when we arrived there were no rooms available. It was EXTREMELY frustrating.
