Window in the room didn't seal properly and the noise from outside was very loud. The faucet in the bathroom dripped all night. And there was a flashing green light coming from the smoke detector the entire time

It’s in a good location. They clean the room well and big towels. I had a little trouble with my early check-in paid process but it got resolved (paying extra). The black out curtains and ac need upgrading. Also one day the elevator didn’t work and I saw older people with luggage struggling.

I have stayed here a few times now. The hotel is nice, clean, a good breakfast included & well maintained. My only issue is that they NO LONGER HAVE AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE after 4:00 p.m. All the websites said they ran until 11:00 p.m. We took an Uber, so it was not that big of deal. But don’t advertise it if you don’t have it. The night lead person said they have asked the third party sites & Marriott to change it but they have not. It is a great place to stay just expect no shuttle after 4

I like everything about the property. It's located near the airport and shopping area. Clean room, loved the breakfast area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Any time I come to South Florida this is where I stay. It's convenient. I recommend this hotel. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Everything was okay until I paid for an upgraded room and extended and the room that I paid was available because I came back in late to check in. This is the second time I have booked this room with a kitchen on Expedia and it was held and manager clearly stated that I booked on Expedia or 3rd party app so it’s not guaranteed. Super disappointing and I needed a fridge to store frozen meat to carry home only reason I paid for the upgrade.

Was not impressed by my first stay here. We were "assigned" a room appropriate for someone with disabilities, which we did not request nor met the criteria for someone who needed handle rails in the bathroom. When we inquired about a room change on the night we checked in, we were told that they did not have another king room, but the request would be sent to the day staff. That apparently did not happen, and on day 2, the a/c went out. We requested new accommodations again, and at 12:45 a.m., a couple of hours after speaking with a front desk representative, we were offered a new room. Needless to say we declined and checked out early that morning. Would not stay here again.

The bathroom was just as nasty. Other minor disappointments. We were offered breakfast for our inconvenience, which we had purchased breakfast with our room cost. Terrible! Room on the 5th floor wasn’t great (smell+). Dinner in the bar wasn’t great. Breakfast was fine. Arranged shuttle transportation to the airport. Pickup was 45 mins. Late. Wasn’t advised that there would be a $10 charge for each person +tip. Made other arrangements the following week.

After returning from work late at night, I specifically informed the front desk that I would need a late checkout and asked that housekeeping be notified in advance so I would not be disturbed. I made this request especially because I had experienced an issue during a previous stay with housekeeping repeatedly knocking on my door. Despite my request and the assurance that it would be communicated, housekeeping knocked on my door the following afternoon and even attempted to open it. Thankfully, I had the safety latch engaged. This situation was extremely concerning and could have easily been avoided with proper communication among staff. When I contacted the front desk to express my concerns, I was simply told that they would “have a talk” with housekeeping. In my opinion, this should have already been addressed, especially after prior complaints regarding the same issue. Unfortunately, due to the lack of accommodation and repeated disturbances, I do not believe I will be returning to this hotel in the future.

The staff and property was nice. By using the 3rd party website, booking.com the hotel would not honor the free airport shuttle advertised. Upon arrival I called as indicated in booking details and was advised shuttle was not available and to taxi or uber to hotel and they would reimburse the cost and to get a receipt. When checking in I provided the taxi receipt and was then told they could not reimburse me as I book through a third party and not directly through hotel. It has now close to 3 weeks weeks and still do not have it resolved.

Location is close to airport. Can't find anything else that I thought was good. I did not check in until almost 1 a.m. due to travel. Front Desk clerk was neither friendly nor welcoming. I was not welcomed as a Bonvoy member. Lobby was filled with some very loud guests who were drinking and were asked by the clerk to quiet down. My room was below par- lumpy bed and flat pillows. Very disappointing ! I normally stay at the 4 Points on 17th Street but thought I would give this one a try. Never again. I expect more from the brand.

The shuttle to the airport was very nice. The driver was great. The check in and check out was fairly straightforward. The location was good. I needed to go shopping for clothing as my suitcase was misplaced earlier in the trip. There was a group of strip malls that had stores like Marshalls and Ross Dress for Less within walking distance. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work with the coffee pod holder provided. I took this issue to the front desk in the morning and was told that there was coffee in the breakfast area. Therefore, I was unable to have any coffee at any time in the room. We were told that we had to call when we wanted a pick up from the airport. We didn’t bother as we have foreign phones and it would have cost extra money and possibly a long wait. Therefore, we chose to take a cab. In the very early hours of the morning, before 6am, the noise of a rubbish pickup disturbed our sleep. The window was not in any way sound proofed. Additional noise also came from the road from noisy cars in the early hours. Breakfast was ok, but not much for a person who is gluten intolerant and avoids dairy.

The breakfast was nice and the food workers were very pleasant. This hotel advertises that it has an airport shuttle. We factored that into our decision, taking into account the savings of supposedly not having to use an Uber/Lyft/Taxi to get there from the airport. We called from the airport and they informed us that they only offer a shuttle going from the hotel to the airport. That is quite different from offering a shuttle from the airport. Since we and a lot of the others staying at the hotel were boarding a cruise ship the next day, the airport shuttle was of no use. I think this is blatant misrepresentation! There are a lot of hotels right in this area and the competition is probably fierce. This misrepresentation is not a minor one because we did take the savings of the advertised shuttle into account when making our decision to stay at this hotel. The staff could have cared less about this misrepresentation and were not very nice when we checked in, either. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed here with friends the night before embarking on a cruise, we were picked up at the airport after a short wait and scheduled a paid shuttle to the cruise ship the following day. We weren’t expecting the added cost for the cruise terminal shuttle as this wasn’t stated in the initial information. After registering and paying for the shuttle for the following day, they got us to the Ship and all was well. The location was good and the room was comfortable and clean!

I enjoyed my stay, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. They even called up to my room in the evening to check if everything was OK! They have a happy hour with drink and food specials on the main floor of the hotel. They also have an available shuttle to take you to the cruise port for a fee, but very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay there again.

I came across Four Points by Sheraton Dania Beach on Booking.com after a long road trip when I decided it wasn’t worth driving back the same day and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, the front desk employee was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference after a tiring day. The hotel and our room were extremely clean, and the entire staff we encountered was pleasant and accommodating. Traveling with just my daughter, it was very important for me to feel safe, and this property absolutely provided that peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again if I’m in the area.

The hotel was nice, bartender was funny, and never had to wait for a cocktail, even if it was busy. Did not have breakfast, only coffee. Restaurants were in walking distance also, a lot of stores. The only thing I can complain of, is there were not enough chairs around the pool area. Asked for more chairs, and was told what you see is what you get. We were able to make do with what we had. Will stay there again!

The staff were very personable and helpful, and the room was clean. The wings and “loaded” fries in the bar were excellent, and the included breakfast was very good. THEY NO LONGER PROVIDE AIRPORT PICKUP—only drop off. We received an email reminder two days before with the number to call when arriving at the airport for pickup. I called to reconfirm the reservation and indicated that I had received the email but was not told about the change. When I called the number from the airport, I was told they no longer pick up and we needed to call an Uber. It worked out, and we were given vouchers for food from the bar and extra points, but it was very frustrating and time consuming. They should definitely change their email message and tell guests of the change if they call. The bed did not have a mattress cover—only the light “fitted” bedsheet that kept pulling off the mattress, which was black. The hotel is in an odd area with mainly hotels and residential areas. There are several restaurants but no drug stores or shops to pick up any last minute items.

We were there for an overnight stay. They advertised Happy hour cocktails and wings. That was a nice offering in the area. We didn't do that or the breakfast offered. Was so tired when we got there, just wanted to rest. However, they must have deep- cleaned the carpet in the room which was still damp and really needed to have time to dry(We used towels placed on the carpet to get to and from the bathroom. I did let the front desk know the next morning about it. This location is nice, so no need to get upset about and we've stayed here a couple of times. Great location if you're going to Port Everglades.

There was a wait to get into our room because we arrived early (came from the cruise port at 11 and check-in was at 4). Staff were able to get us in at 12 so we didn’t have to wait and come back. We booked a 2 nights stay via Expedia. I cancelled the second night because the room is not cleaned well, with a moldy smell and the hotel needs updating. I tried to get a refund for the second day through Expedia and Sheraton. A lot of back and forth and we didn’t get the refund. I will not book through Expedia nor go to that same hotel anymore.

The staff that we met first on entering was very rude and uninviting with giving out less information. She didn't even give me a AAA discount. And I am still calling that hotel to award me one. The breakfast was good but while booking it said that it will be on purchase $32, so was confused on that. It is very busy hotel though, and lot of them are people who are heading to a cruise or returning from it. I was not sure how would we like this hotel next to busy freeways but noise wise no problem, but we couldn,t take a stroll outside because of its location. It says Dania beach as its address but it's no where close to a beach. You need to take a ride to it. This was confusion too as we just went by the name and haven't checked the location and distance to the beach. Only if I could get my AAA discount of 15-20% as other hotels are awarding nearby.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. We were told there is a free shuttle from the airport, just call when we land. The front desk gal simply said “there is no shuttle available tonight.” Wouldn’t even give an explanation as to why. I feel she was very unprofessional. So, we paid $25 for a Lyft from the airport to the hotel. They have a service to easily book a for-pay shuttle to the cruise port. Do that when you arrive. The King with a couch bed is extremely spacious. The bathroom is large and the shower is huge for a hotel shower. Very clean room. The on-site restaurant has pretty good, basic food fare. We had cheeseburgers and fries that were very tasty and the service was excellent. Free breakfast was pretty good. Continental plus eggs, meats and fruits. A decent value for the area. Only real complaint was the airport shuttle issue.

This hotel was nice and clean. Bar in the lobby, which was also a nice addition. Only stayed to sleep for a flight. The issue arose from after my stay, I got charged for long distance phone calls that were made from my room phone, which I did NOT make as it's now the digital age & I have a cellphone. Upon checkout please ask for an itemized bill. There were $24 in charges that I did not get made aware until after I had checked out and an invoice was sent to my email a few hours after my checkout. To get this situation sorted it took about 4 phone calls to speak with different staff members, which when I asked to speak with the manager, I was informed that she was there but was unable to speak with me at that time. It was finally fixed 4 days after checkout. Hotel was fine, after was the issue

Convenient location for airport. Great size room with a couch . Happy hour at the bar 5-7pm was great. Fish and chips wasn’t great, definitely not home made and probably bought in a supermarket so I wouldn’t recommend the food. Food wasn’t great which is disappointing as we were tired and didn’t want to go out to eat. I saw some people got food delivered to the bar area, and probably should of done the same. Also there was two of us in the room and we only received 1 bottle of water a bit stingy.

Bed and room were perfect. Breakfast was no better than any included breakfast in many hotels, yet this one was $16.00. Both in the evening and morning there was not enough help. The NOISE. Couldn't sleep. It was a terrible long night. No one told me there was a noise machine next to the bed until the following morning!

No communication. I repeatedly checked on hotel transportation from the airport. Was told it was free & just call after we land. I did so, only to be told that they wouldn't be able to get us due to the time. It was 8 pm on a Saturday. They said we had to get a taxi or uber. $50 (to go 3 miles) that i wasnt planning on. Hell of a way to start vacation.

Shuttle service from the airport was a disaster. We were first told that there was no shuttle, then were directed to the wrong location for pickup. After finally finding the shuttle we found that all the seats at the front of the shuttle were used for luggage and the seats at the rear of the shuttle did not have functional seatbelts.

The room was clean but the bed was bad. My husband I both have sore backs today. The pool wasn’t clean and doesn’t really get any sun and there weren’t enough towels or lounge chairs. The breakfast was $16 each for what is usually a free breakfast at other hotels. The elevators smelled like burnt rubber and made bad sounds.

There was a large noisy air conditioner unit outside our room that made hammering, noises several times each minute, the whole time we were there. We didn’t notice it until we turned off the TV and went to bed.

The hotel wasn’t clean. The room smelled moldy. The check in process was absolutely ridiculously complicated. They charged $433 per night and then we had to pay $15 per person for the shuttle to the cruise port, which we declined to do. Also we requested a shuttle upon our arrival but no ind was there. Turns out shuttle ended at 11:00. Who knew! Generally the worst, most overpriced hitel experience we have ever encountered. Absolutely terrible!!

The room and hotel building itself was fine. I chose this hotel for 3 reasons - the shuttle to the airport, shuttle to the cruise port, and it had a bar. We stayed two nights before our cruise. We utilized the bar and shuttle from the aiport. The shuttle was good and good to work with however he made the people with children had to sit on the adults lap to squish everyone in the van. Kind of unsafe but we made it to the hotel. There the bartender was crabby and very unfriendly. The bar only had beer, wine and very limited spirits. I was disappointed but the men were happy to have beer. We stayed another night after our cruise. The issues were when we went back to the bar. They had no beer and no vodka. WHAT! So we ordered food and beer from outside the hotel. Then I went up to the fron desk to shuttle a shuttle for an early morning ride to the airport. They told us not available until 5 am and our flight left at 6am. So we had to make other arrangements for a shuttle. I was very upset and I told them about all this. The gal just said ahe was sorry and thats about all not manager involved or anything. The next morning we come down to go to the airport and the shuttle van is sitting right outside the hotel door. Then I became angry. This hotel did not care about its customers, the bartender also did not take care of its customers. If you run out of beer and alcohol, go to a liquor store to buy some alcohol and take care of your customers! That would be GOOD customer service!

I expected much better for a Marriott/Sheraton. The carpet is very old and faded, warm, tattered. The walls, windows, and floors are dirty. The hallways have a funky smell. Someone from corporate needs to go in and inspect the property, it really is a stain on the Marriott reputation.

Be careful when you book the room with breakfast, at the time when we were making the booking, it asked us to select the refundable booking for extra $10, then we can have the breakfast selection for 2 for C$65, which come up to a total of $75. Glad that we didn't book it, because we only paid US$16 per person for breakfast at the hotel.

The highlight of your facility by far, was the friendly, upbeat man working as bartender and waiter on the evening shift! He was wonderful under pressure dealing with a lot of people - many disgruntled because of trip interruptions. Kudos to him (I hate that I forgot his name).

The room was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly. I was disappointed in the airport shuttle. It did not begin until 5 AM so I had to take an Uber. Do not plan on getting food at the happy hour bar. I had to wait in line for far too long. I took the food to my room. I took a quick shower and sat down to eat, but the chicken smelled quite bad. I ate a protein bar and went to sleep.

When we arrived at the hotel. We found out that it had been overbooked and they cancelled our reservation. They booked us into another hotel 30min away from the area we need to be (cruise ship terminal). There were few rooms available at last notice but we did find something (poorer quality and $100 more per night), but at least we found a hotel room

I would like to give a shout out two allison , higgins made our trip from hell so much better. She really stepped in and went above and beyond.Helping make a terrible trip a little easier. She\nHelped range transportation for us to get something to eat.She let us check into our room a little bit early. She's actually an excellent representative for your hotel. The one thing that I would like to note and I was a little disappointed in was that the staff was parking in the handicapped parking spots right up front by the entrance to the hotel. Was housekeeping and front desk personnel. Being a little disabled myself and needing assistance.Most of the time is very difficult when you cannot park in a handicapped spot to be able to get to easy access to the hotel. Other than that are experience.Here was delightful , and we would definitely come back

The rooms were clean but the toilet did not work that great in any of the rooms i was in. We rented 2 rooms the 1st stay and 2 rooms on the return trip. Overall stay was fine but annoyed that the cleaner/hotel staff stole my tortilla chips. I left one morning and told a cleaner who happened to be in the corridor outside my room that there was no need to service my room. I took almost all my belongings with me (which I always do to avoid tempting thieves). When I returned that evening, the room had indeed not been serviced (trash still in the bin/next to the bin etc) but a card was left on the floor to say they tried to… and a bag of tortilla chips I left on the counter had been taken. Just why?! I wonder if I had left my actual belongings and valuables what might have disappeared.

Firstly , the bathroom was too small and had an odor in the original room that we errr in. Secondly this place was far too pricey for the way the room looked. Thirdly , the day we came back to the hotel we had a major flooding by the foyer area which didn’t seem to come from the bathroom or the fridge. We called downstairs and no maintenance worker ever came to we were switched to another room. This was supposedly a “suite” but was just as small as the regular sized room, with no view 🙃. Lastly , the biggest inconvenience is not being charged the full price right away. The first night was one bill , the third at night was an addition because they didn’t charge the right price the first time around , and almost the last night we were charged the 100 for incidentals , which should always be charged the say of checking in! I would never stay here , or refer this place to anyone! Finally the bathroom in the room we were swapped out with , had mold and mildew on the tiles. I don’t recommend this place to anyone! The ladies at the front desk were great though!

Overnight Staff ( front desk ) was very rude and not the least bit helpful! Made this one night stay very unpleasant. Now the morning front desk staff was a totally different story. They were very polite, accommodating, and kind, which is why I gave the hotel three stars, instead of one or two!

The best part of this hotel was the gentleman who worked in the bar/dining area. He didn’t have any help and went above and beyond to help everyone. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and had exceptional customer service. He needs a raise!

Long wait time for Air Port shuttle

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. However, the blanket was not much more than a sheet and the pillows went flat once you put your head on them. Called the front desk to ask for actual blankets and more pillows but couldn't get an answer. Went downstairs and asked about getting this stuff and the front desk person took a note and said she will have the items brought up. However, after more than 30min, I tried called again to get an eta. She then informed me that hoisekeeping had left for the night and couldn't leave the desk so we would have to come get them. Not a big deal really but was annoyed that she didn't bother to take 60seconds to call our room and tell us. It was late at night and we had an early flight. We just wanted to get to bed. We also tried to sign up for the shuttle in the AM but the tablet said there werent enough spots for our party of 4. No biggie, we will get an uber then. Only for the shuttle to have next to no one on it as we went out to meet the Uber driver. Can't comment on breakfast because they wanted $31 more to include it and it would have only been for 2 people. Overall, an ok stay for a last minute reservation due to our cruise ship not getting back in time for us to make our flights.

The room was nice although the bathroom was tiny. The website led me to believe the breakfast was an amenity included in the stay which it is not. Breakfast is $15 per person. Standard eggs, cereal, yogurt. Coffee is very good though. There is a bistro bar restaurant but food was terrible and there was only 1 guy (who deserves a medal) tending bar, waiting tables and serving. He was amazing. Never stopped moving but still, food not worth the price. Very disappointing.

Room had trash on the floor and opened water bottle on the coffee bar. The room was also very noisy, we listened to 95 traffic all night outside the window. Needs to be sealed better to help with the road noise. Also, room wasn’t ready when we were slated to check in at 4. Had to wait.

When arriving to check in at 4pm we were delayed an hour due to management making a list of others who had tried to check in earlier in the day before check in time and allowing them to check in first. There was approx 30 people in the lobby that were very upset so anyone checking in at the correct time was delayed due to this process. Agents working were very rude and not explanatory of the reasoning for the process. The room was not cleaned properly. Trash from previous people was found in the room and mattress was dirty

i booked a king bedroom and they sold it. i had to stay in a queen room. the first room toilet flooded out and we had to change room in the middle of the night. that room did not have any drapes either. It felt cold and the morning light came straight in.

The TV in the room would not turn off properly and the backlight stayed on and made sleep every difficult as it lit up the whole room!! We arrived late so just wanted to try and sleep and wasn’t able to call reception for them to try and sort. Ruined the stay as was not able to sleep properly. Told reception on check out but they didn’t seem too interested just that they would get an engineer to check but that doesn’t affect a ruined night sleep.

Was clean, staff friendly. Good free coffee. But for breakfast you have to do the buffet can’t just pay for bagel. The printer was broke and unusable which made challenges. Staff was helpful though in getting me my documents. The only bad thing when arrived at airport called for shuttle at 10PM was placed on hold. At 10:22 pm no one got back to me and I was told shuttle only runs to 10:30 pm which I was given incorrect information it runs to 11 pm. I found the shuttle are the driver was pleasant and helpful. I was not on his list of pick ups but he took us anyway

The staff is AMAZING! The hotel is clean and comfortable, we had an early flight but the woman setting up the breakfast made us fresh coffee an hour before they were opening. The shuttle is the best hotel shuttle we've ever had, you set it up at a terminal in the lobby they send you an email confirmationand the vans are new, clean and comfortable.

My stay didn't get off to a great start. I called a couple of weeks in advance to line up the shuttle because my reservation stated I needed to do that. When i called I was told all I needed to do was go to the pickup area and call when I got there. I did that and was told they would be there in 15-20 minutes. So 30 minutes later still not there. I called and they were surprised it wasn't there yet. I ended up waiting 1 hour befire they showed up. I said something to the driver and he said that was on the hotel aa they only pick up on the hour. Not good after a flight. They need to get together. Other than that and it being somewhat dated and the elevators being slow, not busy, it wàs ok. Bed was comfortable and return trip to the airport was good.

Staff at check in were rude...One was caught throwing my delivered packages into the hallway from the storage room. Which was appalling since she could have broken items and I paid for them.The hot water was hot, the fridge and microwave was plus. The Tv had limited channels especially when it was raining out nothing to watch...I work remotely the wifi was appreciated but had no table and chair area to work from or eat in the room...Additionally, nothing aboutbthe hotel was explained 🤔 like what time was breakfast was breakfast was paid or grab and go-never had any breakfast on property had no information....or that there was a fee for packages...what time was check out..that ice machines are only on even floors...also at check out I was not emailed a bill or given one so I know what was charged to my card...overall mediocre stay..won't stay again

I stayed at this property in July 2025 and the front desk agent was personable and inviting. This trip the gentleman at the front exuded a calm demeanor. The room was not a clean as the last time I visited. The ac was loud and no attempt to adjust the thermostat proved successful, so I froze the night. Additionally, in July I was able to get the shuttle to the airport by asking at the desk. This time i came down to get the shuttle and was told that i needed to sign up. Sure, no problem. Its 845am. I need to check in for my flight by 930. The shuttle leaves every hour on the hour. I sat in the lobby and waited. At 905 i ask about the shuttle and was told whomever came into the lobby and asked who needed to go. NO ONE EVER ASKED. The front desk agent was very nonchalant, said he called the person, they said they made the call. NOTHING. I had witnesses in the lobby who confirmed that no one even called for persons. I am writing this as i sit in the lobby at 930 still waiting to get to the airport. If this is an amenity of the property. THIS SHOULD BE COMMUNICATED. I chose this property for proximity to the local shops and airport. But it is not the only one in the area.
