I went to Dallas for a work trip and I’m very happy that I chose to stay at the Westin. Super friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and probably the fastest room service I’ve ever experienced. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Dallas.

Staff were all lovely but Autumn at the reception desk was exceptional. Helpful and caring. Location is very good. We had a twin queen bed room which was a generous size. Would certainly recommend this hotel, with a note that the pool is indoor just in case you wanted to grab some sun.

I like how the valet was prompt and attentive. When you first walk to the lobby you smell a pleasant scent. All the staff were kind and helpful. The room was a nice size and it I like the robes and slippers! The sliding door to the bathroom didn’t close all the way on the first night when it was fine during the day. Only one of the shower glass door opened

Wasn’t near as nice as the pictures made it seem. It wasn’t a bad place overall to be fair, but the rooms were really small and unimpressive. The parking/elevators/lobby situation was quite confusing too. I probably won’t stay here again.

The hotel is very clean as you would expect. Finding the actual lobby on the second floor was a little hard to find. The hotel breakfast buffet was good. We had drinks and food at the bar as well. It was good, but over priced. Room was very nice, clean, great bed, bathroom was large and clean. Nice TV. Overall nice hotel room. $20 drinks at the bar was excessive. We spent $90 on a drink, a beer, a chicken sandwich and chips. Self park was $38. Downtown Dallas after dark is chaos and out of control. Cars racing everywhere, crazy homeless wandering around yelling at people for no reason, odor of marijuana everywhere. Reminded me of going to New Orleans. Not necessarily a reflection of the hotel but very typical of a blue run city nowadays. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend walking outside after dark unless you have your CCW.

I arrived for my reservation, and I requested parking because I drove to Dallas, they did not advise how much parking was in the parking structure is horrible.There's no one there to guide you and tell you how to park. My hotel stay was paid with afterpay and at 2 AM in the morning, they are deputy.My credit card for two hundred and eighty seven dollars. I had quesadillas and a drink comma my husband had a bloody mary and hey , quesadillas , and our bill was a hundred and twenty eight dollars. I believe they are over price.\nAnd the customer service is horrible.I will not return to that hotel.

The Westin downtown Dallas is in a great location..super close to everything in walking distance…plenty of good restaurants and shops to visit…I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

Amazing front desk people very helpful! And our bartender that night AMAZING ♥️! Should work on there valet personnel, we had a young valet person to check us in. Short tempered and was rushing everything didn’t like the attitude or side remarks at all. I understand when they are busy and need to rush 100% get it but when we arrived only one more car arrived and had a rushing attitude for no reason.

Indoor pool & very well equipped gym on the 32nd floor with incredible views! Close to everything downtown but near the interstate for easy access in and out. Irish pub in the lobby had great drinks and food! Elevators were a little confusing between which ones went where. Parking garage was validated and convenient.

Autumn checked us in and answered any questions we had at that time, and later on in the evening when we were trying to find our way around. The bell service was phenomenal!! I had to go to work at the crack of dawn at the hospital and they were so amazing!! The room was luxurious and I loved having my own fridge to store my drinks. The view was spectacular. 10/10 even during a winter storm

I really enjoyed my stay here. I feel I got the most out of my buck. I had a beautiful view of Dallas from the 31st floor. I loved the pool. I went mid January. I had a heated pool all to myself both mornings I swam. Pool is located on the 32nd floor, so also a beautiful view! The location was perfect. I tried to stay in the area as much as possible. Overall great stay. Our rooms were not ready when checking in at 7pm but only had to wait about 15mins so that was no big deal. Easy to walk to several attractions and easy to park.

The property is in the heart of downtown with many restaurants, entertainment, businesses, nightlife and courts in walking distance. Parking on site is very expensive, regardless of valet or self-parking, but is your best option for the downtown area.

Very nice room. Check in was a little confusing. We arrived on one level, check in was on another. Then the escalator going down was out so I had to take the elevator. That put me on yet another level! I finally figured out where I was and made it back to the vehicle. Would definitely stay here again.

The only complaint I have, put a do not disturb sign out and housekeeping still went in our room while we were out. Also, at 9:30 am, housekeeping knocked on our door. Checkout is noon.

Overall, this was a great experience. The hotel was close to several of the downtown sites and we were able to walk to some of the historic monuments. We also loved the restaurants in the building. It was perfect for our date night getaway. It gave us ideas for hospitality and downtown development in our own community.

Arrived an hour after the 3pm check-in time. Purchased room was not available. Front desk said they would hurry and get a room cleaned. An hour later we finally got a room. Room was missing trash bags, and a few other typical items in the room/bathroom. Outlets next to bed were not working. Toilet wasn’t filling with water correctly. Parking online was stated as a cheaper price in comparison to the charges received in the email statement. Also, I was told my truck would fit in the garage. Unfortunately, when you pull into the garage it seems the initial overhead height limit is a lot lower than stated, so it’ll scratch the paint on top of your truck. On a positive note, the cowboy valet guy was awesome and very helpful. The views from our room were amazing!

TV is archaic no ability to sign on to own Netflix, Hulu, etc accounts and TV guide completely inaccurate - station listed incorrect and program listed incorrect. Also, no microwave in the rooms. Staff was great - very helpful and accommodating.

Fire alarm went off at 3am, after evacuating from floor 27th nobody was at long to talk to us and reassure us what happened. If it was even safe to head back to room er . Very disappointed

The location was perfect for shopping, dining and sightseeing. It was also closely located to a park with water fountains. Very nice and relaxing.

Exceptional place!

I am in a customer service-oriented profession myself, and I cannot praise the Westin staff enough. From the time I drove up and met Basile at the valet parking area and Angela at the registration desk, my stay was excellent. Basile is one of the nicest young men I have ever encountered and when I complimented his service, he replied, "my job is easy because I love people!" Now that's the perfect employee in my opinion. Angela, as well was more than accommodating at the front desk. The only negative I have is having to swap elevators to get to the parking garage was a little inconvenient, but not nearly enough to keep me from staying with the fine folks at the Westin Dallas Downtown on my next stay. May God bless them for their exceptional service!

I only stayed for 1 day

Only downside was the experience with the overnight valet staff. The woman working late that evening came across as less than cordial, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise friendly and professional service I received throughout the hotel. Still, the upgrade and quality of the accommodations more than made up for it. I’d absolutely stay here again — just hoping for a better experience across the board next time!

My husband and I visited Dallas to celebrate my 41st birthday. It wasn't our first time staying at The Westin, which is why we chose this hotel again. We are always pleased with the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. Upon our arrival, our room was upgraded, which was a delightful surprise. The next morning, we received an early phone call from the valet parking team regarding our truck. I want to express my gratitude to both the valet staff and the hotel staff for helping us resolve the issue. We are truly thankful for their assistance.

Such a wonderful staff! Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful.

Great stay

Valet was very nice and so was our stay. The staff gave us nothing but helpful info and the bar downstairs is very nice. Bartenders are great.

Hotel is a little dated, but room was perfect and good location for downtown Dallas area. Underground parking garage was needing a good scrubbing but no bums living there. The onsite Irish pub Kennedy's was amazing.

Everybody was accepting it's was one of the best experiences I had since I been traveling Iv couldn't ask for anything better

Weston was great I can’t help it’s in the middle of the downtown area and all of its protests

Check-in was seamless, and the valet team stole the show — funny, personable, and still professional. My son’s favorite? "The Sheriff," as he called him, who turned a simple arrival into a highlight of our trip. (Ask him!)

The staff was very unprofessional, and seemed to be horribly trained. The room was filthy and not to mention half of the stuff didn’t work. This was the worst hotel experience I had ever experienced. Will not be returning to the Westin!

The interior was dark and dingy. The staff was friendly. The maintenance director should be fired! The room door electronic lock was missing the face plate. The bathroom sink stopper would not stay open. We had to hold it open to drain. The room safe had dead batteries. All of this can be easily corrected/prevented with a little attention to detail when preparing rooms before customer arrival. Very disappointing. The front desk staff were quick to address our needs but again, this wasn’t their job. Our entire stay would have been 5 star rating but attention to detail is clearly not a priority.

Loved our stay. Breakfast was mid but i ate the Buffet, kids ordered off the menu and said it was good. Several dining options nearby that were pretty good. The valet service was excellent. Those guys worked really hard. Rooms clean. Elevator clean. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was amazing. The surrounding area is a typical downtown full of flavorful characters. You just need to have a friend with you
