This property AND the management are TERRIBLE! The staff refused to let us have extra pillows even though we had three very small, flat, square pillows on our king-sized bed. The couch in the room was filthy and stained. And this property charges a $50 CASH deposit at check-in which they refused to refund us over a very washable "stain" on the sheets. Then there's the cockroach's....

The headboard was covered in finger prints and other things, and there was dust and grin everywhere. I had to ask them for a rag and spray bottle to clean the place myself for which they called additionally 2-3x within an hour of me borrowing. And only way to get to lobby was through one elevator. You could do use stairs to enter any other floor including lobby or fire alarms would go off

I liked that the property was in a convenient downtown Dallas location and made it easy to get around. The stay was comfortable for the week, and I appreciated having a place that was accessible, affordable, and useful for my needs. The staff was respectful, and the overall experience helped me manage my stay while I was in the city. The property could use a few updates and improvements in certain areas to make the guest experience better. Some parts of the room and property could be cleaner or better maintained, but overall, I was able to complete my stay without major issues.

First of all arriving there it was soo hot in the lobby , hotel over all was not in good shape .. only reason we stayed there because it was last minute… there was a full size refrigerator in the room which was odd to me never seen that before none of the plugs were working as soon as we walked in the room it was super hot in there we had to turn on a/c it wouldn’t go lower than 76 it was hot in the room .. my husband dropped a box of air Jordans we asked to see cameras to check and they didn’t show us they said they would call me and never got a call at all … just over all it was a bad experience it I guess it’s the saying they say you get what you pay for … Never Again

Well…I can say we have been catfished with pictures on this one,you are better of staying in any ibis budget,air conditioner it is super noisy,this place it looks like a motel from the movies they murdered someone and dump the body…no exaggeration.

But when I chose this place it did not say motel six I did not like the way it look and you had people that was out side smokeing weed they also had a baby that was wondering the hall way looking for his father the place is where drug dealer check in to I will never go back there.They have wrong information on line.

They provided new towels each day There were a tons of bugs in our bathroom. Bedframe was dirty (handprints), crumps on bedsheets - in general the room wasn’t cleaned properly. Mirror was broken too

There was a mix up with room numbers and I woke up at 1:30am to front desk staff trying to get into my room. Apparently someone needed help with their bathroom and had given the wrong room number. I think it was an honest mistake but as a woman traveling alone, my adrenaline was too high to go back to sleep for hours. Not even a knock, just woke up to a banging on the security latch.

Parking was easy, they were dog friendly in downtown dallas, and the check-in staff was very nice.... and those are the nicest things i can say. There was a stranger's hair in the bathtub, floor of the bathroom, and in the bedsheets. There was trash piled in trashcans and the "dog walk" area needed attention. The exterior door in our room had, clearly, previously been kicked in and then repaired. This was the second worst hotel ive ever stayed in.

The location was ok The room was not clean, had roaches and the entire hotel smelled like onions. The towels in the bathroom had stains and hair on them, and there was a pair of dirty men's underwear behind the trash can, which the staff never came to get or do anything about. The staff stated that they could not bring up towels or toilet paper that we had to go to the desk to get them. Staff stated that they would spray the room for bugs and never came up to spray or clean. The room or pool looks nothing like the pictures.

Staff was very nice. Bathroom door stuck. Had to slam it hard to shut all the way. In the mornings the water pressure Must have been very low as it took very long to refill toilet.

During this stay I went to a concert at American Airline Center, this hotel was about 7 min away so it was really convenient drive back. The value the the stay was great nothing to crazy for 2 night stay. As an old motel it comes with it wears and tears and sadly there was part of the room that is dirty but nothing the staff can really do unless they do a deep clean. Also the bathroom door 116 does not close unless u smash it and the restroom is not big enough to have the door open.

The Room smelled like Smoke and it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The bed pillows were terrible, they were not a standard size pillow, very small. I asked the Front desk for an extra pillow and they couldnt provide one. Very sad.

none When my friend and I entered the room, we discovered silverfish crawling on the fridge and the floor. We took pictures and promptly left, asking for a refund from the front desk because we could not stay there. The front desk said there was nothing they can do because we booked through Booking.com, so we started a free cancellation on Booking.com, and it still has not gone through. Both Booking.com and the property itself have been astoundingly unhelpful throughout this entire process.

The bed sheets were dirty. A/C was not in working condition. The refrigerator felt like was going to take off. If you are running out of options, and this property is the only option you have, take it for one night. At least you will have a place to stay.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The reception was terrible. Very defensive and aggressive when asking to not stay in the building but the back portion closer to the pool. The room was disgusting. I didn’t even stay the night.

Let's just say, as someone who is not from the US and not familiar with this brand of hotel/motel, do yourself a favor and AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I walked in, the "front desk" was behind full plexiglass and there was a dr** deal happening in the lobby. I got out of there and never went back. Not worth it!

Sheets were stained, water pressure was low, there was no ice machine or water fountain. There is NOT a continental breakfast. Fridge had a rotten odor, furniture was dirty. They did however have hot water and a smart tv. That was a plus.

Room is as expected, bathroom is super small and barely navigable and is overdue for an upgrade. Beds were not that comfortable and were basically roller beds on a metal frame with wheels that moves easily pushed up against headboards on the wall. For the price, it is as expected, but is clean and feels safe in an excellent location.

As soon as we walk out of the elevator it smell like weed like sooo... bad! Two mights in a row 2 different strangers nocking at our door. First night around 2am and second night around 11pm it was scary. Property was dirty. Bad experience over all. The only good thing was the Denny's across the street and the easy parking.

Would probably stay again for TFF, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. It's easy to get to the con hotel via the Dart or a quick drive. (Just park in the of the garages downtown.)

There is no shampoo provided, so if hair washing is needed provide your own. Towels and wash cloths were not great and had stains. I stayed 2 nights and was not happy that they came into my room after the first night to make my bed and mess with my stuff on the bathroom counter-not necessary! Really do not like the idea of them touching my stuff! Pool is definitely not ready for people to be in. Filthy furniture and sitting area. They do not offer morning eats-they have a coffee dispenser but who knows how long it was sitting there. Not a very clean area. We arrived and the reception was basic but clean. The employee checked us in and we proceeded to our room. The smell of tobacco and marijuana is everywhere on this property. The room was small but adequate. The walls are very thin and we were well aware of the arguments and conversations happening around us. The hotel seemed to have some pretty rough people staying at the property as there was loud music playing in a couple of the rooms. I was awakened to a fight in the hallway at 4:00 AM and several people arguing and running up and down the hallway swearing and banging into things. I am pretty sure a fight was breaking out. This lasted off and on for about a half hour. I was waiting for the police to arrive but never saw any lights outside. Either someone won the argument or they got bored and gave up but eventually it quieted down. This is a motel 6 in its purest form. She is an old rundown property with a little lipstick on her so she looks presentable at first glance. You will not have a pleasant stay here. There are no amenities and the motel needs to be demolished and reimagined. There is nothing wrong with a Motel 6. There is just something wrong with this Motel 6. You have been warned.

Advice for travelers staying here- bring a power strip because the plugs in the lamps don’t work and bring your own toiletries because they don’t supply them, only soap.

Staff attempted and kept insisting to change my booking from non-smoking to smoking. Facility was gonna charge me extra for non-smoking room $20/per stay. Room did not come with microwave for convenience also, they are construction in from of the area building leaving noise and lack-of parking spaces.

The first room we were given smelled heavily of smoke. I understand that they have a no smoking policy, but the smell was very noticable. The second room smelled of mildew/mold. This was better for me, but my friend really struggled with it. Most things were otherwise clean. The amenities, like a fridge were good. The bed was not comfortable and only had three pillows.

The room was reasonably comfortable but in pretty poor condition, curtains were ripped and the balcony door would not close properly. The bedsheets and towels had yellow stains all over them and we found roaches in the bathroom. If you can afford to go anywhere else, I recommend that you do.

It was ok coming to the hotel. Once you get upto the room it has a bad odor. You get in the room the same way. My first room the sheets were nasty. Move to another room. On my last night there roaches start coming out they need to have the whole hotel sprayed each month to get rid of the roaches and the idor that the floor has. In the restroom part of the wood was missing not sure what happen inside that room, but repair was made in there. Im sure you got to see it you come and clean it so you should have had it repair as soon as you new it.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The rooms are really worn down looking and we saw multiple cockroaches in our room. The parking area felt a little sketchy too.

None of the outlets worked in our room. The next mor i g on check out i informed the front desk and he said i should of just found the breaker and flip the switch.

This place was not clean. Odd smell in the reception area, mold in the bathroom, bathroom door did not shut, AC was cool, not cold. I could hear the tv in the room on the other side of the wall. All together, I'd never stay here again

Staff was not extremely friendly, while the room was clean there was definitely some repairs needed to the ceilings and walls, and our room had fleas in it...i guess that come with a pet friendly place though.

And there were hair in the sink by previous users You have to ask upfront for restroom essential upfront… There was a pair of socks from previous owners…

Loved the price, but naturally lower cost comes with poor quality. There were two cockroaches in our room and the sheets were itchy as soon as we laid down. Got breakfast from Denny’s across the street, so that was an upside of the stay.

Caught two little cockroaches in the bathroom. Rainwater seeped into the room and the carpet got soaked.

If your standards aren't too high, this place is adequate. Smelled of decades of smoke despite supposedly being nonsmoking, maintenance issues everywhere, coffee maker broken, one cockroach observed. But it genuinely seems like the staff are doing their best to keep it clean, and I must admit I slept long and well.

DO NOT STAY HERE! There were cockroaches in the bathroom and LITERAL broken glass under the mattress between the mattress and box spring. Then they ACTUALLY CHARGED US!!! Disputing with my credit card and calling the health board.

The first room that I had in this building, literally smelled like there was a dead body in there, and I also found a giant dead roach on the floor. The staff, however, was very nice and understanding, and gave me another room, which was better to a certain extent. The closet door wouldn’t stay shut and there were a few stains on the sheets. The energy in that building was definitely off even my dogs felt it.

Our room had roaches. For the price of the rooms it’s hard to expect much but definitely not pleasant to be killing roaches when you’re there for a cheerleading competition. There’s a lot of folks loitering around the property so it does make it feel a little uncomfortable.

THIRD...Let me start by saying never in my life have I ever been asked if I want to see a room before staying. That question gave me HUGE red flag, so of course since Im being asked Im terrified, but also very curious as to why they are asking. So I confirm I want to see the room. To cut to the end, I was shown 3 different rooms (hotel staff had hopes I would change my mind) due to the fact that every room was SO DIRTY, and there were ROACHES EVERYWHERE. They scattered when I opened the door; Im talking on the walls, the floor, bathroom...after a late flight and checking in at 10/11pm to be met with that.... You could not pay me to stay there. Thank god I had selected pay at property on Expedia. My full refund was not going to be an issue. Do not stay here. Its not safe, and it is unclean.

Absolutely disgusting. Smells like someone urinated in the hallway, our bed still had handprints on the headboard, and the room was overall just gross. Not worth the money you save to stay here

Ownership at this property has a tough gig as they are located close to a major city center. They have ABSOLUTELY no clue what the HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY infers. Rude. Hateful. Business Policies that make no sense - unless they truly want nothing more than bottom end clientele. Not a good look for the Corporate Name.
