    Nice place, clean around the complex, NO noises from neighbors ❤️, and lovely delicious breakfast to our service. I like to walk with socks, but turned dark brown. The carpet was dirty and a strong smelly bad odor, and the bed was so hard and no comfy. The company need to improve and take action in taking care this issue. I will consider this for next choices before booking again.

    A lot of details showing age- drooling exterior condensers, door paint, panels missing veneer in elevator. Pay for parking - I missed that one- $6/day. Security people walk the site. Easy access to interstate, but surrounded by parking garages. Had to ask for hair dryer 3 times over 2 days. Breakfast ok and staff there kept things in good shape. Never again.

    The room was dusty on some surfaces as well as the curtains and there were no towels upon check-in. I was asked to go to the front desk to pick up towels rather than them bringing them to my room. There was a separate daily charge for parking which just felt like a nickel and dime tactic.

    Stay was horrible i arrived at the property at 7 pm and was not able to check in until after 8 pm! Due to expedia not sending over the virtual payment card and going through multiple agents to get situation taken care of all agents were not only rude to me but also to the lady at the front desk! The front desk agent tried to be as helpful as possible though. But more issues occurred once i was in room, the room was not properly clean nor did the room bot have pots or pans as stated aswell as the pull out couch had bed bugs!!!! I checked out shortly after horrible horrible horrible! I understand the propert isnt a 5 star hotel but come on BED BUGS VERY UNACCEPTABLE!

    After reading all the reviews I was confident I'd chosen a great hotel. Outside was beautiful and clean. Our room was big but after inspection we found mold on the shower curtain and blood on the sheets. While in the middle of a shower the handle randomly fell. Honestly don't trust the reviews praising this place.

    The breakfast was amazing, pool was clean, grills were clean, Well the outside of my refrigerator had rust spots, the microwave wasn't clean, my shower curtain had a spot that was either dirt from the last tenant or it was mold, I was there for 5 or 6 days and tried to get the house keeper to change my sheets vacuum my floor and I ordered something off of Uber that made me sick to my stomach so my toilet needed cleaned, I didn't have a full roll of toilet paper when I got in my room it was at a quarter of a roll. Also I think the housekeepers need to understand English because whenever the housekeeper knocked on my door I would say hold on so I can put my two miniatures in there containment so they wouldn't harass her and when I go to open the door she has left. So I wasn't happy that I had to sleep on the same sheets for 5 or 6 nights (can't remember). Now the front desk lady that was there when I checked in was amazing I also think she was the one that I talked with when I extended my stay the first time BUT the black chick that I dealt with the last time I wanted to pay for one more night was RUDE for no reason. Because the first time I extended I was a little late getting down to the front desk to let her know that I was wanting to extend my stay for 2 nights and she had already extended it for that day and added the other day and since my card was on file it just automatically charged and it was paid but the black woman had called my room and I was explaining to her that I'm thinking about extending because my sister hadn't mad it to pick me up so I can check out and the black girl says "WELL YOU NEED TO MAKE UP YOUR MIND ON IF YOU'RE STAYING OR NOT AND NOT DO SO IN THE ROOM!" "YOU NEED TO GET YOUR STUFF OUT OF THE ROOM NOW!

    Upon arriving we got into the building and it smelled horrible. It was a mixture of marijuana and moldy wet carpet. Then the room had no air conditioning besides the window units in the rooms and the living room was warm. The windows were not secured and opened because they were unable to be locked due to window unit hose. This did not leave us feeling secure went we laid down. The showers were horrendous. One had the shower curtain barely even on and the other looked as if it was going to fall in on you. The bathroom door in one bedroom had the door broken and so you would get stuck in the bathroom due to the door coming apart. Its been screwed together but still gets stuck. I unfortunately ended up stepping on one of these screws. Also, one of the bedroom doors was the same and wouldnt close or lock. All in all the stay was unrecommendable. I expected more from Marriott and was very disappointed.

    When we entered our first room we realized the tv in the living area didn't work. Also, a large ball of hair was on the floor. The receptionist came to room to try and fix TV. She was so nice and sweet, she even picked up the hair from the carpet. After speaking to her manager we were moved to a larger two bedroom. We had a pleasant quiet night and enjoyed our stay. Also, the breakfast was wonderful, probably best from a hotel stay. Will stay again

    We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, and the next day, I came to ask if there was a chance we can change up the mattress…it was old and dingy (there was a very hallow spot) I woke up the next day with a horrible back pain…She told me that she will see what she can do but never got back with us after our four night stay…in our first night we asked if the grill can be used/turned on, the same lady said she doesn't know how it works and that the maintenance crew leaves at 3pm - we’d have to wait the next day. At check out I asked if Bonvoy members at provided parking she said no and its because we booked through a third party. I would say that the cleaning staff is amazing! No matter how old the property is, its evident that they do an amazing job cleaning the room and the facility. Breakfast was amazing, lots of healthy options and the staff was quick to refill empty plates - kept the area extremely clean!

    We were checked into our room. Once we entered the room, we found 5 issues with the room. The next morning before leaving for the day, we reported the 5 issues that we couldn’t tolerate. The other issues we just accepted. When we returned to the hotel that night, the staff person who we reported the issues to did not resolve any of our problems. Nathen next morning we reported the issues to a different representative and she moved us to a new room. Once we took possession of the new room, we discovered that it had a very slow bathroom sink drain.

    On check in I told the person at the desk that I have a service dog. I have all the paperwork for him and he is not an emotional support dog. I ended up having to pay another $100 for him. I have stayed all over the country and NEVER had to pay that for him to be with me. The room was ok. Nothing to get excited about. Could have definitely been cleaned better but I made do. I will definitely NOT be returning to this location the next time I’m in Dallas.

    Night 1: After unpacking everything, ( Fam 4 and 1 pug), we discovered the microwave shorted out while we were trying to use the vent hood for the stove. Called the front desk and due to limited staff were moved to another unit. Packed up everything, got to the new unit and discovered one of the bathroom sinks was clogged so bad that the debris and prior residence’s hair was grossly visible wrapped around sink stopper. But since the front desk said she is the only person present, Ok..not a problem. Night 2: After a long day, we got back to the unit and wanted to make the kids some dinner, looked in the cabinets and no frying pan. Called the front desk ( BTW can only call via cell phone because the room’s phone is disconnected/disabled) and again will call me back because no one available. After about an hour, no call back so we decided to get Asian takeout. Which was productive because I ended up using the chopsticks to unclog the sink because it was one of the reason why we rented a 2B/2B. At 3 am: the fire alarm went of and continued ringing for about 10 minutes and finally went off by itself Morning of day 3: at 9 ish am, fire alarm went off for about 5-6 minutes Night 3/Morning 4: alarm went off again at 5:14 am, called front desk, this time for over 15+ minutes , went off. Around 6:30am, Fire alarm went off again for about 3 mins, called front desk. More details but limited characters available

    I was told I had to pay extra to check in before 11 AM and I was in town for business. So I could not wait until 11 to check in. When I did pay the extra money to check in, the employee did not give me back my drivers license, and I did not notice, because I was handed several things. When I got back to the hotel, after concluding my business at 4 o’clock, the room phone rang, and I was informed that my ID was at the front desk. Had I been stopped by the police for any reason I would’ve not been able to provide ID. The overall condition of the building was slightly rundown and the bathroom was sorely in need of an update.

    Customer service was nice. The hotel itself is outdated, my family can see dust, the door does not look secured (I put a chair by the door at night, didn't want to change room for the second time), toilet has water coming out, and there are no sheet cover for the sofa bed as you need to ask the receptionist. Seriously, this is the first time I had this issue. Not sure how they have these ratings. The good things is their location were closed to where I want to go and they are a few minutes from In n Out. Will not be coming back.

    The Expedia reservation was a problem for them. Took long time for approval. Elevators dues not work. Bath tube dies not drain the water . Hotel smells bad. Never come back!

    The front staff was amazing!!!! Ellie was amazing and so so sweet and help helpful!! We will definitely be back. Everyone that worked there went out of their way to help you in anyway you needed ! Great people ❤️
