The room was spacious and clean!

Nice room layout, they had internet issues so we had to be escorted to our room every time we needed in. We decided not to swim because of that issue. Things happen so we just tried to roll with it but it was inconvenient and disappointing. It was resolved about 1.5 before check out.

Most everything was nice. The parking garage entry and exit was a bit of an adventure. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Will not be returning due to the $25 a day parking fee and we had two vehicles to pay for…be up front and say this in your listing

The people in rooms above me were making so much noise stamping on the ground also and slamming doors. At breakfast, a lady only questioned me on the room number I was in and if I’m the only person there. The other guests heard and questioned why they weren’t asked yet I was. This was very unsafe for me and disappointing as I was solo. Especially choosing to take a trip after my dad’s passing. I won’t come here again.

Very nice property, clean , great location to eateries and shopping, highway, and Walmart. Staff was great! The breakfast was good, slight difference from weekday menu compared to weekends. We prefer weekday.. with bacon and waffles. One side is AC hotel and the other is Residence Inn, each had there on side for breakfast. Great experience. Only downside is there a 24 dollar charge per night to park in the gated garage but there is parking on the street. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean room with included parking and easy access to North & South Dallas via Toll Road. Room had a full size fridge and large walk-in shower plus a comfortable bed!

Everything. It was extremely beautiful. There was a fire alarm that woke everyone up at 1am and didn’t stop until after 2am, which interrupted a lot of travelers sleep.

The rooms are spacious and feel new. The common areas are very nice. Free parking can be found on the street or you can pay for the parking garage. Easy 5 minute walk to the Galleria or to Target. Staff would not allow me to check-in at 2pm. Told me I had to come back after 3pm. When I arrived again at 6pm, the computers were down. Once in the room, the refrigerator was so loud that it sounded like I was in a factory. I had to turn the cooling function off in order to sleep.

The rooms are exceptionally spacious, filled with natural light, and thoughtfully designed. Having a fully equipped kitchen creates a sense of autonomy and comfort — you can live here, not just stay. At the same time, the breakfast is absolutely wonderful: generous, fresh, and genuinely enjoyable to start the day. The location is ideal. Being right next to the mall adds convenience without compromising the calm, elevated atmosphere of the hotel. What makes this place truly special, however, is the people. The housekeeping team deserves particular recognition — everything is impeccably clean, fresh, and maintained with care. You can feel the attention to detail in every corner. The front desk team is exceptional. From the moment I checked in, I was met with warmth, genuine smiles, and an energy that is rare to find. I want to give a very special thank you to Rick — unforgettable, charismatic, with long hair and a unique personal style. His presence, his jewelry, his personality — every interaction with him was a moment of joy. Mornings felt brighter because of those small conversations. There is also something deeply memorable about the scent of this hotel. The moment you walk into the lobby, you recognize it instantly. It creates an emotional anchor — a sensory identity that stays with you.

Was charged $100 for parking during my stay when I didnt request parking as I never had a car. Hotel refused to remove the charge.

Condition of property.. MC your brand is being tarnished! We have stayed at many RI and been very pleased this one however I would not recommend. Furniture dirty, torn/damaged, staff friendliness missing, pool area dead shrubs, broken chairs, towel size slightly larger then a hand towel. Positives breakfast & location!

I will leave this review with room to edit. I left a very important item in the room hidden. I offered a reward so I will see if the housekeeping people are honest. I hit it under the mattress tucked under the sheet. My flight became earlier, and I had to leave quickly, and I forgot it. We will see Parking is limited if you have a Mercedes sprinter due to the height restrictions of the parking garage. I left a very important item in the room and I am six states away, but I will return in a couple days. We will see if the housekeeping are honest people I offered a reward for the items returned. To be continued

Coffee unavailable before 6:45am except in room which is nasty.

The $19 breakfast buffet was very much worth the price because I woke up extremely hungry and love eating charcuterie & fruit in the morning. The only recommendation I can make is that they get shower doors that close completely.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was warm and good.Customer care was excellent. Parking is charged by the day unless you want to park along the street.

Staff provided superb service. We kind of messed up our reservations and there were delightfully helpful with all of that. Rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. The Residence Inn is attached to the marriott AC property, which is a little confusing. And they separated the breakfasts between the two hotels which made us feel a little "second class".

And on the tv in the front room some of the channels weren't working. Other than that everything was great. Hot water in the shower. Comfy bed. Full size fridge, silverware and dishes. Loved my stay there, would definitely stay here again. The pool is great, breakfast was good. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Only two complaints: the fee for parking and the way the shower is configured. Water sprays all over the floor because half of the shower is open. But other than that, it was great!

This was hands down the best Residence Inn I’ve ever stayed. It was clean, had upgraded amenities and the staff was absolutely wonderful! We will be staying there again on our next trip to Dallas.

Hotel was great, check in was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Only turn off was the pool surrounding area was dirty with garbage and smelled like cat urine (which could be out of their control)

This was a very nice hotel and the customer service was excellent. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars was because the bathroom was one of the worst hotel bathrooms I’ve experienced. Having to fight for street parking after paying upfront is not ideal. It left no room to enjoy the city with the fear of not being able to park and none of the guest left so imagine being at the hotel and stepping out at night for a bite to eat or what not and come back to have to pay $25 for a few hours just to wake up and have to pay another $25. The parking ramp sits empty nightly due to the price. Parking needs to be included and not additional. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed that does not offer their guest after traveling a place to park included with payment. Majority of guest were walking from Target just to have a place to park. Also security falsely accuses guests that are checking in, of parking in the entrance by manipulating the parking signs with pictures.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. She helped me get an UBER on my app to get to the airport on time at 300 am. I would have been lost without her! Thank you so much 😊

Residence Inn was super nice. We walked in and immediately felt a luxurious atmosphere. The clerks were friendly, and had smiles on their faces when we approached them for check-in and check-out. Our room was top-notch. The king bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were super soft and supple. The bathroom was modern and sleek. However, the shower was a bit leaky. My friend and I had to put multiple towels down right under where the door opens, because the water kept seeping out through the glass. I’m not sure why that happen, but we made sure the door was shut all the way before taking a shower. Overall, our stay was very nice. We were both pleased with everything The Residence Inn king suite had to offer. 10/10 would recommend to a friend, and would come back.

The room size was great. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. We did have issues with low water pressure in the shower, the curtains in the bedroom were broken and didn’t fully close, and the ac unit in the living room made a really loud, rattling noise. That being said, service was great, the room was still cold, and the bed was comfortable.

Basic hotel - charged $10 for two small waters in room. In the hallway is a small print notice saying there is water available at a fountain! Check in was not forthcoming with any info- average service. I would not book this place ever again.

Very well cared for property and service was attentive. The room was spacious and clean, would definitely stay here again! We loved that it was walking distance to the galleria as well.

-The room was a little more spacious than typical non-suite Marriot studio room. -The kitchenette Cons: - We switched rooms initally because some items were broke and it was an ADA room. The 2nd room we were in we had to physically push the door close as it never shut completely on its on. Also, later that night, we realized the deadbolt lock didn't work, only that latch thing. -TV was not on a 180 degree lazy Susan -As of Feb 2, 2025, Hotel parking was $25. I don't understand why that price given the area, or even why there was a fee. However, there was plenty of street parking, which we did. -The shower is one of those walk-ins with a partial/half glass wall. So it is impossible to get the steam effect from a hot shower. I couldn't adjust the position of the showerhead which was pointed partially toward the fiberglass shower wall, instead of centerd. And the floor outside the shower was soaked after each shower even with a towel on the floor. -We stayed over the weekend and didn't realize breakfast ended at 9:30am -Lighting in the bathroom is horrible for applying makeup Indifferent: -Other than the mall, which we weren't interested in, there wasn't much to do in this area. -The immediate area was very quiet, and the hotel was next to a lux apt complex. -This is a dual hotel - AC Hotel and Residence Inn with shared ammenities. Check in occurs via the AC entrance. -Other than breakfast, I didn't see any staff on the Residence Inn side of hotel.

Gorgeous, clean, great breakfast and friendly staff. A little confusing with which hotel/restaurant is which.

Breakfast was great. Disappointed the restaurant wasnt open our first night.

Stayed here many times before and this time wasn’t great. Dirty room (graffiti and blood on bathroom walls) and the dishwasher STANK as did the closet. Even the staff made a grossed out face. Booked last minute and had an additional $125 in parking and pet fees .

Very large, quiet and comfortable rooms with a kitchen. I will come back here if I come back to Dallas.

I loved everything about this hotel except having to pay for parking. I probably won’t stay here again because of that. But other than that, it was amazing!

Nice place

This is a dual-use property. It was more prominently labeled AC which caused me to circle and circle because I was looking for Residence Inn. There are people who actually live on the property rather than just hotel guests. I think there must be a college campus nearby. Two different areas for the complimentary breakfast though no sign clearly said such. There was a smell to the room, like dirty gym socks. I used my travel can of lysol to try to get rid of the smell. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.

It was the perfect room for a family with a toddler.

Great property i just had one issue with the air conditioning breaking on the first room. It was frustrating to have to move rooms but other than that i enjoyed my stay.

Check in was the quickest I’ve ever experienced! The staff was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect and safe! Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable! This has been one of my best hotel experiences. Not to mention the cost as well! Will definitely return in the future.

The room was nice, didn't like the shower, the water ran out the door. It looked cool with a half-shower glass door, but having all the water on the floor seemed weird. The hotel had a different smell when you got off the elevator. The fridge made a ticking sound, so when you are sleeping sounded like someone was at your door.

The hotel ambiance was immaculate, the rooms are updated and comfortable. Pillows and bed were awesome. Breakfast was great. 10/10 experience, will definitely go back.

Clean and average room. Free breakfast was good and definitely the highlight. Pool needs updating and better cleaning. Location is walkable to main attractions in the area.

Super clean, quiet and home like stay for a few days away. We love having kitchens in rooms for stays over a few days. Galleria within walking distance was a huge plus.

Very clean nice hotel. Note-you will check in through the AC Hotel-there won't be a Residence Inn sign that you'll go in through. And the free parking is on the street and taken very quickly. Garage parking is not free (but very affordable). The room was very clean and updated and comfortable. We'd definitely stay again.

The parking lot was far away from the front desk.

The room was very clean but the condition of the room was not the best starting with a very old tv and ending with a restroom door that was hard to open/close. It feels like the rooms are outdated. The breakfast was also not the best.

The staff was very kind and friendly

Friendly staff, clean, fairly quite and decent atea of city. Hotel is easily accessible. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need for a comfortable stay...you dont have to leave the room if you choose to cook in....bar, and breakfast are at cost..also can oder off hotel menu for other meals...restaurants nearby. Family and couples Friendly. Variety of different age groups. Pool and gym are nice things to do while visiting. All and all if was a comfortable stay for a fair price and i will go back again.

Westin: urine smelling lobby and clear evidence that dirty mop water is used, my hotel room looked barely clean and cause unknown allergy flairs vs. clean linen smells floating through the lobby of the residence inn… when we got to our room that level of cleanliness was observed throughout!! I couldn’t find dust❣️❣️❣️❣️🙏 I had to compliment the gentleman on duty from 7/5-7/7 yeah that level of clean! Keep up the great work and the only disappointment was that I didn’t book this location for my entire duration in Dallas😭 the location is great, free parking king available, great customer service and did I mention the housekeeping is awesome and truly the reason this place excels they know what clean is. Bittersweet moment was on Saturday July 6 I was happy their bar was closed because in my kid it showed they valued their employees (it was strategically wise, most hotels don’t generate revenue at their bars during holidays) however on this day I didn’t want to leave the hotel so selfishly didn’t want to go out. However, I don’t think they should change their practices… there are too many nice places and even within walking distance. I appreciate that they gave their staff the time off and closed the restaurant and bar during this holiday❣️🙏❤️

We definitely got the value of our money for the hotel. The room and entire hotel was super clean, quiet family friendly and access to shopping and dining. I will recommend it 10/10

Beautiful hotel. They didn’t have the room we reserved but was able to make accommodations that worked out even better. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was nice. My only complaint was the pool furniture. It’s pretty worn and mildewed. Definitely time to upgrade it. Overall I plan on staying again.

Room was ok

HIGHLY recommend this property. It met all of my picky criteria: extremely clean, spacious, great furniture and layout, comfy bed, amazing shower and water pressure in bath.

The area designated for free parking was littered with trash, unless guests opted to pay $25.00 per day for garage parking. Hotel customers were observed smoking marijuana outside. The refrigerator in my room was dirty, and the staff, particularly an employee named "Jas" mentioned on the receipt, was unprofessional, rude, and belligerent. Jas argued with me at 6:30 am when I requested a checkout receipt, even resorting to cursing. After she proved me by cursing I cursed her back, which is a normal response when someone acts the way she did and I do have a voice recording of the incident. Her behavior was entirely inappropriate. I would never stay at this property again and cannot comprehend how it is rated as "wonderful." My experience was far from it.

Close to the mall

The pool was dirty lots of leaves, hair and just dirty. There was a party going on so that limited us to swim since it was full. I really expected more from this hotel.
