    Staff was very helpful in bringing extra towels, soap and coffee as needed very quickly. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would highly recommend staying there if you’re ever visiting Dallas.

    Didn’t really explain parking to well, but figured it out and accidentally paid for a parking spot. elevators broke or system went down and we had to walk up 15 floors which was horrible

    Location, bed was comfortable, cookies at front desk was an added touch, we asked for a later checkout at noon which they were willing to change. The staff. At the front desk Sunday the woman who did my checkout did not offer me a copy of the bill for review. So I asked her for a copy of the bill and she said she had already closed the screen so I had to tell her I want a copy to review anyway. It was then she pulled up and printed me a copy. In the dining room at breakfast on Sunday I asked the waiter if he would make me an omelet and the guy said ‘no’. A few minutes later I saw another diner with an omelet When we were ready to leave our room 1124, I called the concierge to ask if they could bring up a trolly because we had a lot of items. The guy’s answer was “We don’t have the staff to bring up a luggage trolley but you can come down and get one yourself. When we got down to the lobby, it was practically empty and there were 3 bellmen in the front standing around. In all three cases your staff was just lazy about taking an extra step to give us quality service.

    The breakfast with fresh cranberries and raspberries was excellent, and the connection to the Market Hall where fencing events take place was convenient. I appreciated the staff lending me an umbrella for walking in the rain and resolving my Booking.com issue. I highly recommend this perfect hotel.

    Check in was great, the staff who checked me in was phenomenal. Ordering room service was terrible. The app never worked to order, there was no QR code in my room to even order. I had to call several times to order then once I ordered, I had to call back and the receptionist at the front desk had to bring it up which was cold at that point. At one point we had broken glass and the staff said she didn't speak English and walked away versus helping to clean which she was already doing in the hallway.

    I did not get to try the breakfast. My husband did and he liked it. We noticed that housekeeping did not change our sheets for a couple of days. We saw a couple of stains on the sheets and could tell that they had not been changed.

Was efficient in getting us checked in so we could get to the convention center before the registration closed there at3:00 on the 4th of July. Thanks! The food was a little pricey.     Nice hotel but we requested they make up the room on the second day and we were told it would be done. They did not do it. I called back and they said that they only tidy up the room every three days. So tired of hotels, not cleaning the room every day. Next hotel we book, we will confirm the rooms are made up daily. If not, I prefer to stay at a vrbo property.

    Property is slightly on the outdated side. It was clean but there was a little mildew in the shower which made me uncomfortable/avoid using it to shower. The front desk representatives during the day time were very friendly and attentive but the night/overnight were not. I had called the hotel front desk hours before our check in to let them know we would be arriving late after 10 PM. I reminded her of the crib request that I put in and to ensure it would be ready in the room so baby can sleep right away. She said no problem and documented it. We arrived at the property around 12:30 AM. The front desk person said there was no notes on the reservations from the prior person I spoke to over the phone. Basically there were no cribs available after we had to wait 20 mins for her to call around and check. The only solution she offered us was to cancel and refund the reservation and call other hotels to see if they had availability with a crib. She called around and told us there was a hotel farther out that had a crib but cost more to stay per night. This was ridiculous and unfair. I went out of my way to avoid this situation happening and the person I spoke to on the phone clearly LIED and didn’t do their job. When checked out at noon I made to sure to take the managers information and will be calling him tomorrow. We will never stay here again. There are plenty of newer, cleaner, more reliable, professional hotels for $300 a night.

    The hotel was fine but ai was charged twice for the same stay and any attempts to contact the hotel remain unanswered so far. Obviously, my next step is the credit card charge back but it is unfortunate that the hotel isn't responsive even though I'm Bonvoy Gold tier.

    On the morning of check out, I called the front desk for a luggage cart. She was very rude. Then I asked if there was a valet charge because the man at check in told me just let them know and they would take it off. I saw other guests that had difficulty getting out of the limited parking garage - the card the hotel provides doesn't work all the time. Staff were rude and not willing to help after i told them about the predicament. Avoid this hotel that is overpriced for such limited services and outdated design.

    It was nice and the room was clean. The hot tub on top was pretty dirty. At about 10:30pm the fire alarm was going off for about 30 minutes and then they told everyone it was an accident. The wall as were paper thin so next door to us there was a party going on and we couldn’t sleep until they quieted down around 1am. Overall the hotel is nice but those two factors made our stay pretty bad

    Our bathroom was dirty when we arrived. Hairs everywhere. Urine stains on the toilet. But they ended up cleaning it. The restaurant was incredible. Last time I was here my room was bigger, with a better view and not as loud. Still probably my go-to stay for Market!

    When I called down to order food for pickup they said it had to be charged to the room when the paper I was ordering from clearly stated that I could pay however I wanted to if I was picking up the food. I asked for a late checkout at 12pm like I had done before and they said it would be an additional 25 dollars. I will not be staying here again. If I’m paying 268 for the room I don’t expect to have such a hard time with things
