    The second room was not much better. There was a hole in the floor, the AC unit was extremely loud so we could barely sleep, and we even found bugs on the bed. We ended up having to go buy bedbug spray ourselves. When I spoke to the front desk employee about the issues, his response was basically, “you get what you paid for,” which was very unprofessional and disappointing. The replacement room at least seemed cleaner, but it still had mold on the walls. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience, and I would not stay here again.

    Terrible, customer service. No towels available. Very bad odor thru the hotel. Wall's paint bubbling and chiping off. Elevator floor title cracking and coming off. Smell of burnt marijuana above. Noise came through the windows. Terrible experience.

    i travel for work usually i prefer stay close to airport and breakfast included so i can have a meal and get to wor in the morning. the world class breakfast claim fell flat once i woke up to go it was waffles and juice coffee no bread no eggs nothing just empty table though it had the hot plate and other appliances sitting with nothing in or on it. i asked the front desk, the answer was, sorry sir we didnt get the delivery”. nothing change the next day except there was cheapest white bread. front desk personnel change every 4 hours i noticed. i guess some cheap labor on part time schedules. overall i wud say the motels industry have lost their edge and american charm. long gone the days. it feels like this motel industry is taken over by some alien entity and it aint good old american charm. its something else definitely. lesson learned next time pay some extra money and or compromise on distance from airports but definitely will rent a room in HOTEL.

    The door has so many screws on it like someone knocked the door down before and they just put a bunch of screws on it even like the little metal lock on top of the door (the gold one) was broken and they just put it together with a bunch of screws.

    The bathroom doesn’t look great and the worse part is the food. Coffee was so cold and eggs and sausage are only available on a weekend. You can’t take food out to the room and cleaning is also on a request.

    We liked the waffle bar and the variety of breakfast items available in the morning. Location was also good, and staff was consistently very cheerful and friendly. For a one-night stay, it just about met all of our expectations. The room was too small, which made it difficult to move around for a family of three. More surface area could've greatly benefited our experience, and more spacious rooms could be worth investing in.

    the hotel was nice, the room was very comfortable. Coffee was GREAT. My only complaint would be that they offered more protein at breakfast. I had an issue with trying to sign up for Rewards program and it wasn't resolved. Going to try to call and get the situation remedied, if possible.

    I literally saw a big roach in the restroom as well as the AC conditioning was not working nor the TV the TV had white dots on it and the TV was very dim There was a very bad smell I was exchanged to a better room for no extra charge so I'm very grateful for that but very inconvenience for the first night. I was told to let the AC cool down the room, but it never did and I have to wait till the next day to get a new room

    mold, big holes where its was obvious some one punched through the closet door, stains on towels,and lampshades black stuff on ice tray broken ice machines hot tub was about 1 foot low on water and theat the counter said " he didn't it know how to turn the water on to fill it and wasn't going to call anybody because he didnt want to pi$$ anyone off first 2 rooms where still dirty from previous people. The entry doors on both ends of the hotel had completely broken off.Door handles was very hard to open .Kids woke up on 2nd night with bites form something .I dont know how this hotel is raited at a 7.5 plus i definitely do not recommend!

    The clerk did not i for us of breakfast times or location. We had to figure it ourself. It was a non smoking but there was a lot of smoke smell. We only got one key for the room and when i asked where the room was at it on the third floor and that was it. Breakfast was decent. No shampoo in the restroom and the bathtub was very slippery. The hotel is old.

    In my room the air conditioning did not work and they did not care, they did nothing to fix it, I had to leave at midnight because we could not sleep all the facilities in poor condition, I definitely did not recommend it.

    Called before booking hotel and asked if pool and hot tub were in service. I was told pool and hot tub worked. Pool was VERY dirty and hot tub was filled half ways. Hot tub was cold and never got warm. It was basically swimming in bath water. Late check out is not an option here either. Beds we’re comfortable but I would not be back.

    The bed was very comfortable and loved the sitting area was separate from the bedroom. Where to begin? The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was lack luster past the 1st night. My husband and I tried telling the staff how to fix the hot tub and the staff member was not listening so hot tub did not work. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and fixtures need updated. There was a literal hole, at least 2 foot by 2 foot, in the floor covered by carpet and we were on the 3rd floor! Also, super noisy.

    The hotel and the room were very clean. The staff was friendly. Everything is fairly close. There are restaurants and stores close. The pool and the hot tub were also nice. The daily breakfast was very nice too.

    From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out everybody was so nice so welcoming it was very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Everybody was sweet and understanding and very helpful and every time we stepped in the elevator, it smelled clean. There wasn’t nothing that we did not like everything was great and amazing

    I isn’t really have anything I really liked bout the hotel the only thing that really looked good and put together was the outside of the building! I did not like the fact that i did not have any hot water the whole trip, when i first walked into my room there was urine all over the toilet and inside the toilet not flushed, the bathroom was horrible and unclean!! The bed was made and sheets were white with no stains or anything just had a lot of hair in the bed which tells me they didn’t clean that room at all and I lost definitely did not get my moneys worth out of this hotel!! I paid a $100 deposit for a shitty room and also three cars were broken into with the time spans of me being there only the first night and the elevators moved slower than molasses

    Worst hotel ever, especially for a family with kids. The staff at check in was really rude. I checked in around 9:55 p.m. and asked him what time the pool closed and his response was "its already closed" I said okay so what time does it close? And he said 10. I asked if there were any other entrances or if we needed to enter there through the front he said theres no other entrances. But clearly there were side doors. The hotel stunk horribly throughout. The pictures were probably taken when it first opened and nothing has been repaired or cleaned since. Our kids were so happy to finally have an indoor pool option but when we got in there it was extremely dirty that a state health department should consider closing it down. None of the handicap chairs operated and were all rusted. The doors to rooms have wide gaps in them to where they are not sealed so you hear everything. We were woken up by a female crying and screaming to get her stuff from the male and yelling back and forth. Theres a gentlemens club up the road and this is the location they come to when its closed. Dont waste your money, hot breakfast is disgusting. Definitely will not be recommending or returning to this location. It should be shut down or quality inn should remove their brand from them! Very disappointed for a traveling families first trip to dallas!

    This hotel is run down, dirty, in poor repair, and in an awful location next to a row of strip and nightclubs. Very noisy all night. The carpet was so dirty I wore flip flops in my room. Very cheap, but this is a hotel to avoid.

    Breakfast was great. The hotel, although “non smoking” reeked of black and milds. Our room- furniture looked unclean, even after wiping them down, there was still a residue. Bathroom vanity was partial board and broken in places. The tub looked and felt as if it was going to fall through the floor. Mold was present on the ceiling and there was about an inch and a half of caulking to “hold” it to the wall. The air conditioner had obviously leaked as it looked like it was falling off the wall. Beds were hard. Our neighboring hotel guests had an entire night of “adult red light activities” which was heard loud and clear and everytime their bed moved, ours did as well. Finally about 4:30 am I banged on the wall and screamed at them to knock it off. Thankfully we only slept there, we were out and about during the day, so overall, it served its purpose but for the price- it sucked.

Housekeeping never came and cleaned our room even though we were gone all day (she saw us leave) and there was not DND sign on the door. We asked for extra blankets but they wouldn't give them to us. We weren't allowed to eat our breakfast in our room. There were several signs in the breakfast room talking about not wasting food or taking it to your room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Ever.

    Booked a suite, then found out the heat didn't work so we were given an electric heater! Then get to the room unpack only to find out the ac also didn't work! Asked for another room and we're told the central air didn't work in any of the suites! So we were downgraded to another room. Then get to that room and the hair dryer didn't work! Our last three stays at this hotel have been horrible! We will not be going back.

    When I entered the room I was struck with the heavy smell of cigarette or cigar smell. I also saw two women who were prostitutes leaving the hotel. I ate breakfast after my first night and all I can say is that it was filling. My second morning before I left the cook/waitress told me they didn’t have breakfast. Overall I will never stay in a Quality Inn because this visit was disappointing to say the least.

    The overall condition of the property looks like everything needs updating, no smart tv to plug into streaming channels. The location is less than perfect to say the least. The hotel was in the Hood, less than desirable neighborhood. The day before our check in three cars were broken into. Also two topless bars were in the same block of nieghborhood. We were in a room were a jacuzzi tub was in the same area as the bed. Just seemed like a good like atmosphere was always around the hotel. Very bad experience

    We came to Irving for a concert at the Toyota Music Factory and the hotel itself is great— but the surrounding area is dookie. Me and my girlfriend encountered a scary man who catcalled us on our way to the car and the surrounding area was in construction and just, in general, ghetto. The roads are also notably awful. But other than that, I recommend. I don’t fault the hotel for it, but felt it was worth mentioningz

    The room smelled of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. The AC/cooler was leaking water on to the carpet, amd it was not sufficient to cool the room. Slept hot for 3 days. The area is unsafe. Somebody's car parked beside our car had a window smashed in the morning. We left early after all this and instead drove all night to return home. Would not recommend this to anyone.

    Rating: 1/5 Stars "I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, and the smell of mold and mildew was overwhelming. When it rained, the windows leaked, and water poured into the room, making the smell even worse. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, seemingly unconcerned with our discomfort. To make matters worse, the lights were out due to a storm, which was the reason we booked the room in the first place. You'd think they'd have a backup plan or at least apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, we were left to suffer in a damp, smelly room with no light. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable, and the poor customer service made it even worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it at all costs unless you enjoy moldy rooms and unfriendly staff."

    The hotel is surrounded by topless clubs and we saw prostitutes walking around right outside of the parking lot on multiple occasions. The lobby was badly in need of painting and the furniture in the lobby was very worn out. Our room had not been cleaned properly before our stay, and there was a dirty washcloth draped over the top of the shower curtain rod. There was an unidentified pill on the floor in the room, and when I picked up my towel off of the floor after drying off, there were false eyelashes stuck to it. Neither me, not my wife, wear false eyelashes. The buttons on the hairdryer in the bathroom did not work to turn it on or off or to control the temperature settings. The hairdryer turned "on" only when plugged in, and only on a singular heat setting. One side of the toilet paper holder in the bathroom kept popping off the wall. There was a rotten portion of the floor under the refrigerator. There seemed to be black mold inside the unlocked utility closet of the room. There were holes in the caulk around the bathtub. There were stains on the ceilings from obvious leaks. This was absolute trash. The front desk offered to have a cleaning lady come in, but this was not an acceptable solution for us.

    There was mold along the bathtub. The door handle to the bathroom was loose and came off. The pool and hot tub were clean, but the sides of tile need a good scrub. The upkeep of the small details have obviously been neglected. There was a visible hole behind the light in the bathroom. Lots of paint chips, damage to trim, etc. For the price of $188 a night, it was not as nice as it should of been.

    The hotel needs minor updates to make it look clean. Newer curtains without stains. The lamp shade had stains all around it. The doors to the rooms had several screws in them...like they drilled 8 screws in the door. They only give you a few towels. Other than that the bed slept well. It's just it needs updating.

    My room was dingy, dated, and felt unclean. The wall next to the coffee pot had what definitely was mold growing all over it. The bathroom door could not be closed/locked. The shower curtain was barely attached to the wall, and could not be situated in a way that actually held the shower curtain up. That didn't end up mattering as I couldn't even take a shower to begin with - either low water pressure, the clearly broken shower head, or a combination of those two pretty much made showering impossible. If you are considering this hotel because its great proximity to Club Colette do not bother. A sign as the front desk says "no guests allowed", which seems like a poor business strategy given the clientele this hotel attracts. Apparently it is well known for this kind of quality, as conversations with many at Club Colette lead to multiple other testimonies of similar stays. This is the kind of hotel that you would expect to get bed bugs from. Do yourself a favor and look into the La Quinta down the street.

    This has to be the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. The man who text me in was polite, property was clean. The only thing I will say is the breakfast was not over the top. The waffle maker is cute it's a shape of Texas and tasted fresh but there were no other hot items and I saw toast no bagels or muffins. The cereal was okay too. But if you're looking somewhere quiet to go and sleep I heard no other guess at any time and other people were in the building.

    Hated the homeless people bothering me when I came or left the hotel. Staff allowed a white charger to park in the handicap spot for three days with not handicap tags or placard, I told front desk - he said he did not know that.
