Omni Dallas Hotel

Was here for FIFA game and enjoyed friendly staff, great food in the restaurant and comfortable rooms. Loved the pool and workout facility.

It was my daughter's birthday, and they brought her a dessert and sang to her in the spa. Wonderful staff!

Our stay exceeded all expectations. From our initial arrival every single staff member we encountered were polite, friendly, happy & helpful. Our room was gorgeous, amenities were great. We ate at the restaurant and ordered room service and it was DELICIOUS! 10/10 will definitely be coming back.

Very disappointed upon walking in hotel. It smelled like a sweaty locker room. Thought it was initially maybe a temporary thing, but sadly every time we walked through lobby it smelled bad, even the next morning! Rooms were clean but dated, especially the shower. Won’t be going back to Omni again.

We absolutely LOVED our valentines weekend getaway. Beautiful decor our room had an amazing view and the room was beautifully decayed with class in mind.

I liked the location, right in the middle of everything and not to close to the business but not to far from where the stuff is happening in downtown! Not really anything! It was great area!

While staying at the Omni Hotel, we had a great experience overall. The hotel was very clean, and the parking garage was easily accessible, which made our stay more convenient. There were several food options connected to or nearby the hotel, making it easy to grab a meal without traveling far. We also felt safe throughout our stay. The pool area was well equipped with plenty of seating and towels available for guests to use. Lastly, the views from the hotel were very nice and added to the overall experience.

Nice hotel, Wifi is paid at a premium and very slow.

The staff was very personable and helpful. The property was very well kept. The bedding was very comfortable. Visited the pool area, which was very serene. The bed was not comfortable and too firm, box like, for my taste. The breakfast seemed underwhelming for the fee. Also, had a standard American burger from the onsite sports bar. The burger lack real flavor and the fries were over seasoned. Also with the price of the stay, felt there should have been a better fee structure for guest driving themselves to the property.

I have stayed at several Omni hotels and this one seemed to be more run down and did not seem to care as much as other Omni hotels. The ladies in the gift shop were not friendly. I don’t think anyone from the hotel even spoke to me after check in. Just different than other experiences.

Jazzmin and team went above and beyond to help during my stay! Raymond on the front desk did a great job getting me all set up and checked in when I arrived. Any queries I had were addressed and help was provided immediately when needed. I was travelling for work and had no issues with wifi etc when taking calls/doing other work from the room or in the lobby. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Dallas, whether that's work or leisure.

This was my very first time staying at the Omni Dallas and when I say everything deserved a 5 star rating from me! Chefs kiss! Everything from the check in process to the room availability and selection, the view from my room, the pool and bar experience. I loved every second of my stay and can’t wait to stay there again!

The location of the property was excellent. Located in in downtown with quick access to entertainment. The pool was excellent, the room was excellent, and the staff were most welcoming and helpful. Also check out the brunch at the property restaurant, Texas Spice. Excellent food and service.

The place was pretty overall nice looking, clean, and good for the conference.

They gave me a beautiful top floor view of the city and even made me a little moose cake and a card for my birthday.

Staff and services were great. The lobby bar and pool area were also pleasant surprises. Only qualms were that there was no parking available in the garage under the hotel on our last night and had to park on the restaurant garage as well as a rowdy room below us. Think it was an after-prom party that sounded like fireworks were set off inside the room.

The cleanliness of the facility was nice. The employees were helpful for the most part. I didn’t like the valet pulling up. They were not very attentive. Almost rude. Overall it was a good experience.

Room service was great, and nice view from a high floor. They left us a treat for our 10 year anniversary which was unexpected and appreciated. The room really needed renovation considering the cost per night. Both TVs glitched out the entire time, the bathroom was rough around the edges, and there was a very obvious stain on the carpet. Not worth the four hrd daily rate.

Room had a terrific View, and was very clean, however the shower curtain was only thing that showed any signs of being dirty, with several yellow spots and stains. Pool was excellent, heated and spacious, and the view from the pool was breathtaking. Highly recommend eating at Bob’s and having Brandon as a server. The food was as top notch as you can get (coming from a foodie) without paying 200 a plate. Overall th stay was modern, exquisite and super comfortable, and the staff was extremely accommodating! 4.5/5!

I'm not sure what is going on at the hotel, but clearly they must have major plumbing issues. I was walking into the lobby for 4pm check-in and it smelled like a porta potty at the state fair. It was a disgusting and off-putting stench. Other guests noticed it. I smelled it in the elevators and in the restrooms and lobby and even the spa and bar areas. What in the world? It was super gross and for the price I paid that should most def not have been the case. It smelled the entire time we were there from 2/20-2/22 but thankfully my room on 17th floor didn't smell or I wouldn't have stayed.

The room was nice and the location was convenient. The lobby and elevators though smelled like sewer gas. Need to repair the plumbing and sewer system.

We had a great experience at the Omni for our daughter's birthday sleepover. There was a huge wedding happening that same weekend and after some mixups with the rooms we reserved over a month in advance we were upgraded to suites with adjoining doors. The young lady at the front desk and the manager worked hard and were very empathetic, professional and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and I really Appreciate them. The hotel was Beautiful and the girls had a Blast! :o)

I liked the security of the building. You had to have your room key to get to your room from the elevators, not too just get in your room. I Like the ease of the parking as well which you use your room key to get in and out. So many choices of restaurants without leaving. Full gym with complimentary towels and dry and cold for when done. Heated swimming pool and hot tub. All kinds of attractions also surround the Omni hotel. Its the little extra mile they take for your comfort is what really put a smile on my face. Definitely recommend and if i ever get the chance i Definitely would love to stay in a suite, send me a really good discount Omni so i can review that room lol Thanks!!

Very clean but we didn’t sleep well because of outrageously loud traffic noise.

They failed to clean our room while we were gone during the day, the valet lost our ticket order and delayed our car 20 minutes while everyone else that came behind us left. Once I made mention of this issue, then they went and brought us our car. The front desk was made aware of these problems, and no one has reached out to help us

This hotel and their staff is beyond exceptional. My wife and kids were treated with complimentary desserts and hot cocoa on a cold day. My wife was given complimentary flowers that made her day as well. The staff went above and beyond for my daughter to accommodate her celiac disease diet restrictions. The restaurant, pool, and room were also fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience, and we will absolutely be coming back. Thank you!

The hotel is nice but the guest rooms are severely outdated. They could use an update and modernization. The rooms look like they were last updated in the early 2000’s.

Upon arrival turned AC to the lowest setting but it was not blowing, maintenance was sent out and says AC was not working . Hotel staff moved swiftly to get my room moved but upon arrival to the second room I realized their was mold surrounding the AC vent only had one more day in my stay and did not want to moved again so we just stayed. Additionally complimentary Wi-Fi was not working but as soon as we selected the option to pay it worked. To pay over $1000 was not steadied .

This was one of our favorite hotels for a staycation. They had everything we needed, the concierge team was great as well as the reception staff. There were several restaurants attached to the hotel and self-parking isn’t too far of a walk. Would recommend.

Next time book straight with the hotel. I booked more than one month prior and didn't get what we asked for. The same day we checked in was horrible but the hotel manager did everything to give us the highest level we requested . FYI if you book directly you get free breakfast and free drinks. The third party does not offer anything special nor offer good customer service

Fantastic staff. Wonderful valet staff. The restaurants inside the hotel have excellent menus. Everything we ate was fantastic and the restaurant staff was fabulous. Rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Yes, the room was clean and absolutely perfect because it was connected to the convention center where that your competition was being held.

The dining experience was also very poor. The restaurant had a strong odor that smelled like methane gas or septic issues, to the point that it was genuinely repulsive. The food was served cold, and I had to ask multiple times just to have the food reheated. The coffee shop was out of several items I ordered, so I left with only one item, and when I returned to my room, I realized it was made incorrectly anyway. I shared these service issues and concerns with the front desk during checkout, but overall the experience did not reflect the premium price or the expectations associated with the Omni brand. Unfortunately, this stay was more frustrating than convenient, and I would not choose this hotel again for convention travel.

Restaurant Staff could be more approachable Seemed annoyed. But other than that the hotel had wonderful views and was conveniently located close to everything. A quick uber ride.

Low staffing for on site restaurants. We booked a room for a family of four and were told 3 people were meant to sleep in a king size bed and one person on the couch, which was not a pull out. . The front desk did remedy the situation and we were moved to a room with beds for four people.

The manager informed me the total would be “around $700,” and because I was exhausted, I agreed. It wasn’t until I got home and reviewed my charges that I realized I was billed over $700 for that one night—while the original two-night stay together was only about $500. That means the same exact room cost me over $700 for one night, when the other nights were roughly $250 each. This pricing does not make sense, and I feel I was misled and taken advantage of in a vulnerable moment after a long day of travel. I was not clearly informed that the early check-in would result in such a drastic price difference for a single night. The room was very basic not worth $700 a night.

The hotel room was roomy and clean/well maintained. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. All the restaurants in the hotel were kid-friendly and accommodating. Loved the stay here over Thanksgiving.

This hotel is great!! I loved staying here and walked the hall of fame outside and threw a few footballs on the little field outside. The staff was more than friendly! The only downside was that the gym in the actual hotel had a few bad treadmills but there's another gym that guests can use across the field.

The property condition does not justify the cost- the service was at best poor- was there for a wedding- booked rooms outside the wedding block and the wedding was a 700 guest several day event- the concierge staff could not navigate and understand this and were not helpful to me or other guests who were part of the wedding block (atleast 150 guests were staying at this hotel for the wedding) Raymond one of the front desk staff was particularly rude even to his own staff

This was an exceptional stay. Staff was courteous, polite and extremely professional. Rooms were clean and the view was awesome.

Room was nice & clean. Had a stale smell but overall fine. Neighbors were loud and woke me up around midnight our first night. Second night there was a celebration of some sort going on in the ballroom area and the music was so loud I could hear the bass over my sound machine.

My entire stay was a 10/10! Early check in was accommodated. Provided free drink coupons for my birthday. Staff at Owner's Box was amazing and fun! Breakfast at Texas Spice was so good, I had it twice during my 4 day trip. Will definitely book again.

A very nice room and helpful staff; the only issue was that my bathroom door got stuck easily - someone needs to look at that.

The shower draining system was not up to par, it needs to checked throughout the hotel for the rates the Omni charges.

Things to know: - Bring cash to tip the Bellboys (unless you are a dirtbag). Omni doesn't allow guests to use luggage carts without the presence of a Bellboy. So if you need a luggage cart there wil be a Belvoy present....so tip. - If you Self park, you will need your room key to enter AND exit the parking garage. Areas to improve: - There should be at least 1 additional sauna in the pool area. Such a nice view from the pool area and unfortunately if 3-5 people are in the sauna, no other guests can enjoy the views in the sauna. Overall: Great place, Great view (city view), Great staff, Great food options. Huge shoutout to Hector and Mr Leon (Bellboys). Comfortable linen. Refrigerator did not cool well so we continued to use our cooler and added ice. The shower had no door so we pointed the shower head down to avoid splatter on the bathroom floor.

The Omni Dallas is a very well done hotel. Tons of great food options on site or within a couple minutes of the hotel. The valet service was excellent - very efficient and friendly. Wish they'd turn down the air conditioning (the lobby was freezing!) but otherwise everything was good. Comfortable room, lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Close to the DART station.

The room view was beautiful and so is the hotel. Its not in the best location, so you aren't able to stray far. Its about a 5 minite walk to reunion tower. Our room was just ok, the light on the right side of our bed was broken ($400 a night that's unacceptable) the carpet also seemed to be very dirty and outdated. They charge for absolutely everything and told us about none of the perks like a free coffee voucher when we got there. The valet also was not explained to us as well. Also parking is not free no matter what you do, self park($30 night) or valet ($40 night). That should've been included in the $400 a night stay. All in all, i dont think we would stay again. Service was just mediocre and so was the hotel

First time at this hotel, would stay here again.

The front staff was not helpful. My daughters were there for an event and I paid the room back in July. They were told at the front they could not find their reservation (I put my daughter name on the reservation as well) and were they sure they were at the right hotel. It was embarrassing and I’m 3 hours away from them. They had to call the manager to resolve. Very disappointing.

Hotel was beautiful. Ran into a few issues upon arrival but the staff was very attentive in making sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

This is was my second time staying here and the first time was a work trip. It was such a nice hotel with great staff and really good places to eat on-site. It was so good that i brought my fiance the second time and she l9ved everything about it, especially the tv in the bathroom. So we'll definitely be back.

I didn’t like the hotel! The bar at the pool closed at 7pm, they charged me twice, never came to do the room service and I had to pay extra for WiFi!!!!

They claim to have multiple restaurants on site, but nowhere did I see that on Sunday only 1 is open. The cool ones they display are actually NOT connected to the restaurant, but next door. The front desk girl was extremely rude when I asked what restaurants were opened and handed me a paper saying to “look there”. They charged me for 2 nights of parking when I checked in at 4:30 pm and checked out by 10:45 the very next morning. The outside is NOT safe if you are alone or have children. Be very mindful of your surroundings after dark.
