I liked the location. I did not like that my door cardreader / lock did not work properly.

Ive stayed at this property numerous times over the past 10-12 years, 3 different brands, and I will say the property is run down, roach infested over-priced accomodations. Pay a few more $, pass this place.

Worst experience ever. Room had multiple leaks, fridge didn't stay cold, room had cock roaches and smelled heavy of smoke.

Everything felt old and worn. The chairs at the small table were badly damaged, with ripped vinyl and exposed foam, making them uncomfortable to sit on. This is a very basic budget hotel and not suitable for travelers without a car or their own equipment, as you’ll need to bring everything yourself. Overall, disappointing and not worth the stay.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I'm not saying this because I'm upset which I am, I'm stating the fact. The room has no privacy, you need to have to close the curtain to make the room completeky dark or show your room to pass y through the window. Fridge doesn't work. Ranch Hood doesn't work. Toilet leaking constantly. The whole kitchen cabinet and drawer have been flooded badly. In the restroom countertop, there was a cockroach running. The bath tub was in ust disgusting condition. The restroom lock was installed wrong way so it could not be closed. I reserve the two nights and paid for them but because my flight was delayed I only arrive on certain day but obvious my room was booked out already. Then there's no bathroom apply, no shampoo or bath gel. No any kitchen supply. Completely empty.

I was checked into a 'Ghost' room, never intended to be occupied by an actual guest. It was terrible. Refrigerator, toilet, and hot water didn’t work. Hair covered the bathroom floor. Denied refund despite manager confirming I was in an uninhabitable room.

Room was clean & staff was great. Room was shabby and well worn. Kitchenette was almost useless because no dishes or utensils of any kind available. Meager maintenance was apparent. Accepable for the price.

Front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. When she heard that i was scheduled for surgery at 5AM at a nearby hospital and needed a 1st floor room, she checked with the maid who said RM 140 was ready. It was not! The window sill above the heater was dirty, refrigerator dirty, rusty, and interior broken, stove and sink dirty, bathroom floor sticky, and a prior guest had dripped red candle was on the bathroom countertop, and a small 5” bush limb had not been swept from the outside edge of the bathtub. We did not address these issues with the front desk clerk because we just wanted to rest and get to an early nearby surgery appointment. The room may have been an extended stay room that had not been completed by the maid or custodian. Plusses: cheap rate, kitchenette if needed, working cable TV, short 4 blocks south on the same road to Methodist Hospital for Surgery.

It was not clean, the microwave was dirty, there was bags of beer cans left in a drawer, there was hair in the bathtub and on top of the covers of the bed that was black and curly, I have blonde hair. There was a cockroach clawing in the wall

Honestly this location is lucky to have snagged a General manager like the one they have. She is without a doubt way too good for that crap excuse of a "hotel" Even the use of Motel is offensive to other motels this place is a dumpster fire. The rooms need renovations and DEEP CLEANS. Honestly its not even an area issue. The homeless people had no sway in my choice to leave and not stay there, but rather the fact I don't even think they should be staying in those rooms. Again the general manager is GREAT the rest of this "organization" should be trashed.

I liked that this was an affordable option. Also, we liked that this was close to the destination we were trying to visit. There was a Sprouts nearby as well which was bonus points. It wasn't the most comfortable place to stay and I didn't feel the safest, but you get what you pay for I suppose. Amenities is not in the room as per description issues with ants. It was also kind of disturbing that you have to bring your own towels and linen up to the front desk to pick up more linen. I understand this is a long-term stay facility, but I also work at one it is kind of unsanitary to be told and linen up to a front desk to exchange for more Landon even if it is a extended stay I feel that it could meet though requirements of every other day housekeeping

The problem I had was with the room. The floors were dirty. The furniture was trash. The furniture was so old and worn and broken that the corners of the dresser were just gone. Picture a piece of furniture by an animal. Thick, hardened stuff all over the table and on the floor. The curtain had white crusty stuff on it. Inense burn marks on the wall by the door. Looked like a bullet hole in the ceiling. And there was what looked like blood on the curtain as well. Hardened stuff on the wall by the bed. And the bathroom counter had 20 to 30 cigarette burn spots all over the countertop. And this was a non-smoking room. 2 packs of soap that were the size of a quarter. No kind of cup or refrigerator parts are stacked on top of the fridge. It felt unsanitary. I couldn't eat a thing in that room. I did stick it out. I hate to make a scene, and it was my first time using an online app to get a room. I couldn't risk not having the money returned right away. So I stayed and didn't say anything to management. Why did they already know and have no problem renting it to me? All the rooms I saw in my row, not occupied with open curtains, looked the same way. I stood watch for roaches the entire night, but I can say there were none at all or rodents. People living there were super nice.

I had a truly awful stay here. The customer service was poor. The room itself was unacceptable. It was old, smelled terrible. Worst of all, I saw multiple roaches crawling on the floor and walls. The appliances were stained and old. Ac made a terrible noice.

My room was not ready, even though I arrived well after the check-in time. The room was not in good condition (Examples: Broken towel rack, the door locks required multiple swipes of the key card every time). Plenty of cockroaches, though. To be fair, none of them were large. The room's smoke alarm malfunctioned, causing it to beep constantly, making it impossible to sleep. That was the last straw, so I checked out early, and found another place in the same price range that's much better. Despite a week passing, neither the management of the location nor Red Roof Inn's corporate office has responded to my complaints.

I was given a do not extend the day that I went to pay my rent and not told why. They did not give me a reason why they could not rent to me anymore would not give me a reason. And I had 20 minutes to get out of there. And they known for 2 days and didn't say anything to me.

Drug deals in the parking lot, some future felon I have to pay for, offered me crack in the parking lot. Pot smell was so bad that we left, people sitting in cars in the parking lot. If I weren’t armed, I would not have walked to the room…. It’s that bad.

It was a last minute booking and i ddnt get to check the reviews of the place qhich ive come to regret, i requested a non smoking room,but when I walked in the room was stinking marijuana,there was no door in the bathroom,and the bathroom blocked the first time I used it and i had to ask for a plunger..everything was old and filthy, all outlets were not working except for the ones on the bed lamp...they had pretty warm water though and tgr tv was working pretty fine

Staff was nice. Toilet had to be fixed, killed at least 6 roaches while there. It just looked bad. Car alarm going off for over 5 minutes in the middle of night then heard people talking kinda loud. This place is in a decent location but it roach infested and just straight up dirty. Food left in the fridge. No cooking utensils even tho it has a cooking top. Just wouldn’t recommend this place.

This is literally, a roach hotel. Bugs everywhere! Outside of the building looks pretty good. Inside very dirty, roaches running all over. had to leave and be refunded nothing against the staff more so the owners the place is literally roach infested and I mean to the point the roaches are crawling in the walk ways at their own capacity and at a very rapid rate I mean they cringed having to even walk around the facility let alone being stuck in the room on which they tried to leave the same day and they told that the would still take my money so was forced to basically stay the night because the money wouldn’t be given back which felt they should’ve done a total refund of the stay based on the condition of the room was put in….

I have never seen as many species of roaches in one night. I could not sleep at all. They were coming out of everywhere. People who had been evicted, were outside hanging out all night yelling at each other and blaming each other on why they got kicked out and lost the place. It was a mess.

Externally the apartments look safe because they have a fenced property and nice because the builds look like they are painted and cared for. The room internally was a major disappointment.

The whole room was covered in nice film of dust. The night as a whole still makes me itch.

Just so everyone knows, this hotel has been around for decades. Room was clean. Bed was solid firm, if you like that, and check in and out was easy. Room unfortunately smelled of cigarette smoke mixed with pot. I went and bought some air fresheners to mask the smell. Besides that, I knew I was staying at a very inexpensive place so I got what I paid for.

I signed up for two days. Because of the Dallas weather. I was there for three hours and I checked out no refund whatsoever. I will never stay at your place ever again. The Dallas independence school district sent me there.

Don't like the hard drug activity and I have been here over 6weeks but have yet to have my room cleaned or even the floor just mopped. Part or the convenience of renting would be because there are housekeepers but the only cleaning for turn arounds.

If I could award zero stars, I would certainly do so. To begin, the presence of roaches pervades the entire premises. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit leaks Freon both inside and outside the room. Thirdly, the manager, Jessica, subjected me to verbal assault that left me feeling scared and uneasy. Instead of acknowledging her mistake, she opted to use profane language toward both my husband and me, even resorting to racial slurs. Eventually, Jessica agreed in front of law enforcement to refund us for the day, as she chose to ask us to leave the premises. However she has now gone back on her word. I plan on filing criminal charges as well.

Roaches inside and fights outside at 3am. This property also kept my cash deposit. I asked them to check the cameras from when I checked in but they refused and laughed at me saying they don’t collect cash deposits from people.

Do not stay at the roach infested property, save your money. I was bit 3 times on my body, horrible place. We have made a request to Expedia to have our money refunded.

There are roaches here, some of the items didn’t work like the kitchen light, or hot water. My fridge light was also out as well as the tv remote was missing a battery. Most of all I paid a deposit at check-in and when I went to get it, they tell me they waived the deposits but yet I paid $100 and been waiting for the return of it.

Some lady in the reception canceled my reservation before I got there, and their system wouldn’t allow her colleague rebook me cause it was slightly after midnight.

Roach motel, the place is infested. There were also multiple that people tried opening my door when I slept, one even tried to enter my window.

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. However I killed about 10 to 15 cockroaches during my week long stay.

People sold drugs

The only complaint I had is the TV didn't work. It was stuck on the HG channel. I could not change the channel or the volume. But every other thing was really outstanding.

Ive stayed her at this hotel before and it was some what decent. But when i went this last time i was sent to 5 different rooms. One room had someones personal belongings still in there. One of the rooms had blood and looked to be bed bugs on the sheets. I hate i had this experience because the front desk clerks were nice. Its the cleaning ladies fault for not making sure that the room is ready for the next guest.

This place is dirty as can be. Holes in the wall. Paint splashed in the room, looks like had not been cleaned in ages. Assistant manager very rude and could not care less about the state of the property. Please run and don’t stay here. Had to book another property for the night.

Staff was super friendly and nice . I was woken multiple times with the police coming onto the property not sure what was happening that night. They also have a roach issue. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

There were Roaches EVERYWHERE. An infestation. The sheets were dirty. There was a hole in the curtains. The bathtub was full of hair. The night guy does not answer the phone so checking in after dark is almost impossible. We checked out after 30 minutes.

Well I was going to pay the room again in the morning and the lady up front was having a hard time telling me that I needed to pay in cash and as I was walking out the hotel to get cash the black manager yelled and said I have no common sense even though the card scanner wasn’t working and they still made me swipe so I told her she was kinda being a b word so she kicked me and my boyfriend out barely gave us time to move our stuff said she was going to call the cops this is a terrible hotel plus the roachs crawling all over us at night.

The wall joints / caulking / sealing fully compromised. Rotten wall/floor seams and all kinds of pockets for insects intrusion. Later at night further confirmed with multiple roaches sighting. Toilet placement nonsense under sink countertop. Air ventilation very rusty. Glad that it was only 1 night stay. I will NEVER come back again to this property.

2/ Full of cockroaches - all sizes that were crawling on us too! 3/Only one of the two stoves and one bulb from the table lamp work. 4/For a week they didn't offer us another soap and another toilet paper, they didn't change the sheets, they didn't clean! 5/We used to throw the garbage at each other ​

Good location, but terribly run down and dirty, roach-infested, dirty, holes in the wall, no smoke detecter (ripped out) Not even a disposable cup or glass. I have stayed in worse, but that hotel was in the rural part of South Korea in the 1976-77 era.

Not close to public transit

They need to refurbish those rooms. Paint peeling off the walls, and tub, and the placement of the toilet in the middle of the bathroom, not against the wall like regular rooms but in the middle, in front of the sink. That was a horrible design for the bathroom. Yeah, I don't think I'll be reserving anything there anytime soon.

Rooms was dirty feel like roaches was crawling all over me when I step into the room I didn’t even stay I left and found a better hotel they need to upgrade everything in them rooms toilet not even position in the right spot they have it under the sink just weird and nasty 😷 pictures are lies

The hotel is in bad shape and not like the photos. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to sleep, this is not the place. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke, stains all over the toilet, counters, and bath tub. There were cigarette ashes in the toilet. I saw small roaches on the floor and thought, damn. An hour later, I saw them on the bed and left early. You know those movies that depict drug and sex hotels. This totally had that vibe. As I walked to the room, there were bags of trash outside several doors, several people just sitting out and smoking, leaked water on the walkways, thin walls and people literally yelling. So if that's your thing, this is the place. If you're looking for a comfortable place to rest, this is not the place. This hotel was like 30 min from central Dallas anyway.

I’ll start with Konye the front desk clerk. She’s due a raise for her exceptional service. The rooms however were traumatizing for me and my kids. We had to change original rooms as it was filthy. Shaved men’s hair and burn marks on sinks walls etc, roaches in the refrigerator, bed had white residue all over it, etc. I was booked for 4 days Thursday through Monday, I checked out Saturday morning. I was never refunded for the remainder of my unused time. I was told to come back after the holiday to speak with a manager. I was out on hold for 20 mins before I had to disconnect. The kids and I never slept in the room, I just left a couple of boxes there Thursday and Friday, I came back got the boxes and checked out. My 12y/o said she’d rather sleep in the car she was so uncomfortable.

No Wi-Fi no laundry room…. First five days no stove no microwave

There was no Wi-Fi the entire two week stay as it was down. Then no hot water the last three days. And no guest laundry at the end of my stay because their washing machines run off Wi-Fi.

Just what i needed. At 5he right time too.

It wasn't too bad for price as far as looks. However they had no tissue, no dishes, no wifi, no nothing. Place could look a lot better with the right cleaner and maintenance person.

Smelled like cigarettes, shower curtain was super short so water was everywhere, roaches everywhere!!!!!!
