Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre by the Galleria

The guy checking me in was confused about linking my Hilton honors and got frustrated.

I enjoyed the outdoor pool! The room was clean also.

This hotel is not worth the hype. Everything looks worn out and rasty. The carpet smell moldy.

I arrived late for check-in and was informed that the king room I had reserved was no longer available. Instead, I was assigned a room with two full-size beds which was disappointing since I specifically requested a king bed. After getting to my room, I noticed there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign. I went back to the front desk to request one and was told that a team member would bring it to my room and hang it on the door. Unfortunately, that never happened and I was awakened the next morning by housekeeping knocking on my door. On a positive note, the room itself was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. While I appreciated the accommodations, better follow-through on guest requests and honoring room reservations would have made for a much better stay.

I liked how friendly the people were from the valet parking workers to the desk workers. It was very clean and had everything I needed. Stay was amazing and hotel was the best so far

It was very limited on the food choices and pretty much whenever you went somewhere to get a snack or something it was not easily accessible. I like the open area where you walk in, and you could easily see where the lobby was and locate all the staff, which were very helpful. The rooms were just right, and the amenities were good overall a good stay.

Legacy took care of us as we checked in. My guy was celebrating his birthday and he got red velvet cake in the room. Everything was very nice.

The overall stay was okay. I wouldn’t say that is a 4 star hotel. The location was the only thing really nice about this hotel.

Everything about the hotel is great. The room is very clean and spacious. The property is very well maintained. The only thing we did not like is that the pool area hardly had any staff members , so people were constantly smoking even though it is prohibited and a couple decided to have sex in the pool while kids were around. I emailed the front desk about that incident but it took a while for the security agent to show and he walked around the pool once and left again.

the restaurant where we had breakfast, 100%, the room super clean , the personal very helpful with my request. didn't like the pool was on the shade all morning, so I didn't have time to enjoying a pool before my late 2pm check out.

This Hilton hotel was absolutely beautiful outside and inside! It was very modern and each part of the hotel was more beautiful than the next. The bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous all around the hotel. The room was really nice and clean. The pool area could’ve been upkeep a little bit better there was food wrappers in the pool etc. but other than that it was still looking very clean and the hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at!

They keep the pool water very cold so that no one gets in, in order to save on maintenance.

No breakfast, Netflix, and everything basic you have to pay for it.

Nice rooms, delicious food at the restaurant, breakfast cafe was really nice, especially David! So attentive and friendly. Amazing staff! Definitely would stay again!

It was hard to even manage walking through the lobby because of how packed it was and they are hosting this all weekend. We checked into our room and it was ok, but the room was a connecting room and the neighbors were so loud we could hear every word of their conversations. We ultimately had to switch rooms at 10pm which ended up being on a lower floor and not as nice as a room. The AC also did not work so it was unbearably hot throughout the night. I never write reviews but the overall experience was so terrible, especially for staying at the Hilton. They really should have made the stays for the weekend exclusive to the people attending the event. It was so strange to be subjected to that and so many people throughout the lobby and amenities which we didn’t feel comfortable using.

Great staff and location. The breakfast food for our convention was outstanding. I had a plumbing issue in my room but they took care of it. The down escalator from the lobby to the lower area broke but it was repaired after a few hours.

House cleaning need to improve tiles need to be mop , bathroom could be clean better .I reported that I found a Roach in the closet coming down from the vent and this was not a baby roach it was a good size roach.The security was very concerned but the customer service lady when I tolled about the roach she said it was the weather no concern at all from her she made it seem it was ok.I was not happy with her .But Security took more interest in this issue.We took pictures on this issue.

I had an outstanding stay at the Hilton and couldn’t be more impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I immediately felt valued as a guest.

Staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. The space was clean and well lit. The elevators are a little fast and can make you feel like you’re on a rollercoaster for the first millisecond.

We were there for a convention, and the entire lobby was taken over with it most days and there were no issues with that; the staff was friendly and welcoming. There's a workout room and an outdoor swimming pool. Some rooms have a microwave, and some don't, so ask if you need one. The elevators with the glass wall overlooking the pool and lake were amazing, and my kids loved them. The hotel seemed kid friendly. The beds were very comfy, and the hot water never ran out. Free wifi for guests worked well. Plenty of charging stations for your phone in the lobby, lots of seating there as well from tables to couches. The elevators stopped working at one point, and we had to walk up nine flights of stairs so that sucked. However, things happen, and it's not the staff's fault. They showed us to a staff elevator so we didn't have to keep climbing the stairs. On the last day of the convention, the cafe was out of a lot of the food it normally served, and I really wanted the butcher's blue sandwich I'd tried the day before. They also didn't have sweet tea. In Texas. But maybe that's a me issue.

Everything was above average other than malfunctioning elevators on the last two days, and a bartender who was less than courteous.

The dining staff at the restaurant were execeptional. The best I have seen. I cannot remember all names, but there was a young African American lady, also a guy by the name Jose, Jessica and Rene Jimenez.

Location was good. I was expecting to have a continental type breakfast (self serve), where guests can go get some pastries, toast, eggs, bagels, etc. There was nothing provided. No food, except for Starbucks and a restaurant downstairs where food was an additional cost. There should be breakfast food served to guests for their stay there. Other hotels do it, why doesn't Hilton? My family and I were disappointed in this aspect. Went down to the lobby hungry in the morning and no food.

Upon arriving, noticed parking was $25/night for across the street or $38/ night valet so we chose valet. They were nice the whole weekend. The room service is extremely expensive! The room we were placed in was by the ice machine with a view of the roof and construction. It was so small that you could barely bring the luggage cart in and the bathroom door wouldn’t close with someone on the toilet. Popcorn ceilings and a squeaky office chair. Housekeeping was good about making our bed and fresh towels. The room was very dusty and when we woke every morning, our throats were scratchy. The pool was a mess with large pool furniture and leaves in the pool. I will not return to this hotel.

We were using the work trip as a vacation as well so it did not feel like a vacation - felt more corporate based ... would have preferred better dining options other than a cafeteria in the building for employees or the mall food courts across the freeway.

The clean room! The wonderful courtesy staff, especially the elder gentleman who is the concierge! The driver who took us to the Galleria! The perfect lady who checked us in! She also gave us a great suggestion on BBQ and she was spot on! Austin’s near the airport! Oh and the persons who waited on us at breakfast!!!!

The shower was clogged and there was water on the floor when we arrived. It wasn’t obvious until we used the shower and it backed up in minutes. Then the hvac wouldn’t switch correctly and the tech had to come fix it. Several times the elevators were very slow, only one or two appeared to be operating despite there being many more available. The front desk staff were not as friendly as I’d expect and valet was understaffed and slow despite calling ahead. The shuttle to and from the Galleria didn’t run late enough for even a reasonable dinner reservation, so we drove ourselves and had to park during peak holiday traffic. For the price and prestige I expected a lot more from this hotel.

The meals were great along with our interactions with all the staff. Disable parking. I am a disabled veteran and sometimes have trouble walking. This is not all the time but having to walk from the parking garage might be a problem when I do have a flare up.

I really love the location of the property. It gave me a chance to experience different venues and restaurants in this area. I was waiting on the shuttle from the galleria for over 4 hours and that was unacceptable. I was told that they would come every hour on the hour but was express that they had became extremely busy during that time frame.

For some reason our room was not cleaned. I expected that service. Also didn't think we would be charged to park. The parking fee was $25 per day. Otherwise, great hotel.

The staff is friendly. The restaurant was hard for me to locate even with the verbal instructions from the staff. I did find a cafeteria styled kitchen in the hotel but the food looked terrible, not something you wish to indulge in on vacation. For example the burger patties were sitting there already cooked and not made to order, plus served with a cold slice of cheese. The heat setting in the room is mid. I put the heat all the up and still felt a bit chilly. The restaurant and Starbucks hours in the hotel are so inconvenient. For example the Starbucks closes at 1:30pm and opens back up at 4:30pm. It's not a luxurious stay but it works for somewhere to rest on a low budget. The bed is not comfortable at all.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln, the hotell staff were very kind and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and had the most suggested toilet tree's needed. I have one back experience with Erica with valet parking there separately contracted from the hotel however the hotel valet parking service. Erica the manager for "Towne Park" valet service was very rude and unprofessional when an incident was being looked into regarding my rental vehicle and potential damages that could have occurred during the time the SUV was in the hands of the valet service. Erica laughed in mine and my husband's face she was very rude and sarcastic and just overall unpleasant and unprofessional. Outside of the interaction with Towne Park's valet Manager Erica the rest of our stay was execellent!

self-parking garage is quite difficult and awkward to get in and out. going in, it requires a very sharp right turn that many vehicles have a hard time doing. exiting, the card reader is (1) easy to miss since it's on a curve before the exit and (2) the reader is very low to the ground so you can't reach it from the car window (i and many others had to put the car in park & open the door to scan the card).

The parking and construction made it very difficult to maneuver with someone that needed accessible accommodations. The elevators did not work and traveling with someone that cannot use steps and cannot walk far distance this made this a true inconvenient hassle and very difficult at times

The room was extremely hot. The air was not working. Also the shutter service was a big disappointment. Did not return to pick us up from the Galleria so we had to use Uber service. Ms. Majorie at the front desk was very nice. This was a bit disappointing as i hold Hilton to a high standard. Beautiful property but needs some improvements.

One downside is there is very less sound isolation between adjacent rooms. You can hear when people talk.

I booked a room and it was mistakenly for the following night and not the night I needed. Was told by agent on chat to go ahead and book for correct night and they would reach out to property to try to resolve booking. Booked again this time thru Hilton app. Front desk the next morning acted like it would be no problem to refund me but since it was 3rd party booking they couldn’t do it directly. I was later informed a few days later that hotels.com couldn’t get me refund. Myself and all of my family will never use site again. Pretty sad that they would lose all future business for less than $300

Not one issue the staff was amazing and turned my negative day into a positive as soon as I walked in. Very happy with this place!

I had to go down to the lobby THREE times: my keys didn’t work the first two times and when I finally did get to my room, the toilet was running. They originally wanted to call a technician — it was 10:30. I just wanted to go to bed. So I asked to be given a new room altogether and I ended up in a room smaller than I originally reserved and paid for and there was no adjustment to my price.

This property was great.I enjoyed the location. Very clean & friendly staff. The biggest downside was that parking totaled to almost $29 a night.

The hotel was exceptional—immaculate rooms, stunning views, and top-notch service. Staff were warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast. Perfect location for both relaxation and exploration. Highly recommend!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, though I did find the pillows weren’t ideal for everyone—they may be too soft for those who prefer more support. A solid choice for both business and leisure travelers, and I’d be happy to return.

Dining options seemed VERY limited. Really was told only real option for anything on property in the evening was the bar, that’s wild to think there isn’t a dedicated restaurant. A lot of people can’t swipe certain work credit cards which they’re using on this trip at a bar, even if it is for food. Firm pillows should already be in the rooms, although I did ask for some and quickly got them so I appreciate that quick service. I also appreciate valet not being a ridiculous price.

Great location 10-15mins from everything we pre-planned to do. Friendly staff, great view of the city and will book again in the future!

The bathroom was tiny. You had to shut the door to get in the shower and you had to stand between the sink and the toilet to shut the door.

The self parking was very easy and always available spots. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The beds were comfortable after driving all day. The water pressure in the shower was pretty high and only had one temperature: HOT. But other than that great stay and would stay again.

Beautiful place

Walking up to the (Self Parked) you are first greeted by the Valet's. Nice and courteous. Checking in the staff is courteous and inviting. Hotel Suite was very clean and nice. Loved it. Received a couple of texts inquiring about our stay which we were impressed. On one I responded and commented wish we had a microwave in the suite. Received a text within minutes an order was placed. Received a microwave within minutes after that. We truly loved our stay.

Everything was great minus the only parking available being 25 bucks and every time you leave the garage you have to pay. Never been to a hotel that charges you every time you leave the garage.

Our adjoining rooms were VERY cold. Turning on the heat didn't help. The thermostat in one room didn't work at all. We had to request additional blankets and ended up just turning the thermostat off. Our first night sleeping was miserable.

Great hotel, everything was clean, organized, parking was no issue, you do have to park in front in the parking garage. Only issue we had was the AC was in 60 and it was not as cold as it was supposed to be, but other wise no issues.

The staff were very friendly and the location is very close to everything.

It's location is not walkable, but everyone there was completely kind and welcoming.

The room was extremely hot and walls are paper thin. Rooms are very large which is a plus.

This hotel is always our go to in the Dallas area. The staff is so friendly and are always helpful to whatever questions we have. We previously went on valentine's day weekend and it was so sweet how they went above & beyond to make it special for all guests not just couples. The hotel is always clean and well kept.

I had a wonderful time staying at the property!

Room and service is good. Bathroom is where I had issues. The shower curtain was drooping and water got everywhere but worst of all of the 3 showers I had there was no hot water on one of them. Called service and an engineer fixed it by the next time is showered. Microwave is in lobby in a far off room, it's not advertise that microwave is in room so it's not a con just wanting to let others know.

We really enjoyed this property. The bed and the rooms were very clean! As well as the bathroom. They have nice shampoos/conditioners, soap and lotion in the bathroom which is a really nice touch! Valet parking was wonderful and friendly! Staff were all nice and it’s pretty close to the mall and other food places! 10/10 would definitely stay again

Everything was excellent, except i was glad I brought my blackout mask as the blackout curtains didn't cover the window. I spotted one lonely silverfish in the bathroom, which, for being on the 15th floor, was curious There was no paper around so new clue what he might have been chewing on.

I liked the glass look of the building. Looked very nice, but is kind of an old building. I did not like that on Sunday when we returned to the room there was no running water. We were not informed of the inconvenience, and it was quite disturbing. They inly offered water bottles which we knew would not flush a toilet, so we asked for a bucket which we had the hardest time getting due to them stating it was a hazard. We thought that if they can provide a ice bucket why can we get a bucket for the toilet. They also gave me the option of wAlking to another building to use the toilet. Being a senior i have to often get up in the middle if the night which I thought that was not going to work. Then to top off. We get an announcement on the intercom in the room of a possible Tornado. We just went in to panic mold. Once subsided we were offered a 1 day off of bill and a complimentary breakfast. That was nice and the food was delightful. We he stay ended up being nice!

I don’t like the parking fee.

Check in / check out was fast and courteous. Self park was extremely easy. Bar added support staff as room filled so no long waits for food or drinks.

Would be nice to have more food options for dinner, but everything else was great.

Great Property. Very upscale and has many amenities that although I didn't use this trip would definitely use upon coming again. The Starbucks in the Hotel was a plus and came in the clutch upon checking out to head to the Airport for my flight. Room was spacious and parking garage was close if not wanting to pay for Valet although I would recommend that as it would be a Great convenience.

We stayed at the hotel for an Investor Expo training for our business. The front desk folks need more training in the area. We were given wrong information from staff. I do want to give a Shout-out to Crystal that works at the bar. She was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff should take some training from her.
