Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests praising the cleanliness, amenities, and friendly staff, particularly at the Jade Waters waterpark. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with hidden fees, noise levels, and poor customer service, particularly at the front desk.
- Clean and family-friendly hotel with great amenities, particularly the Jade Waters waterpark
- Friendly and accommodating staff in general
- Hidden fees and extra charges for parking and other services

The people, the staff!!! Everyone we came across during our stay was So refreshingly warm, accommodating, and friendly. We loved the amenities and the fact that there was so much to do on the hotel grounds. The food, delicious especially the breakfast. Shout out to Veronica Mendoza the hostess at Media!!!

The beds were comfortable and the pool was fantastic. Be aware that the drinks at the pool already have gratuity added to the bill.

Such a beautiful hotel! Everything was excellent. The interior design and architecture were absolutely outstanding!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. We ate at two of the restaurants, and both were delicious. The pool area is very crowded, and we were unable to find a chair, so unfortunately, we did not use it, which was disappointing. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. I would recommend getting to the pool very early to secure a chair.

At check-in, the front desk clerk appeared unable to find my reservation and acted as though checking me in was an inconvenience. Eventually, he located the reservation under my maiden name, but the interaction left me feeling unwelcome. As a Hilton Honors member, I later learned from another employee at the water park that complimentary bottled water was available to me, but this was never mentioned during check-in. The most concerning issue occurred in our room when the toilet backed up. The first maintenance employee was unable to unclog it and called for another worker. During the repair, contaminated toilet water splashed across the bathroom floor and was then tracked onto the carpet by the maintenance staff. Although the bathroom floor was cleaned, we were uncomfortable knowing that wastewater had been tracked through the carpeted area of the room. Despite this situation, we were never offered a room change or relocation. I expected better customer service and guest care from a Hilton property of this caliber. Between the poor welcome at check-in and the handling of the sanitation issue in our room, this stay fell well below expectations.

Very beautiful property! Very Asian and Buddha centered, if you're not already aware of that, as we were not. We did enjoy the art and cultural displays, but most of all the hotel itself is just beautiful! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The manager Juan was so gracious and understanding. My husband got very sick and he allowed us to check out early. We really appreciate that! I also watched him de-escalate a few situations with kindness and his costumer service is phenomenonal! Our room was very clean and super stocked with towels and all of the amenities! The bathtub was clogged on our 1st night, but maintenance came right away and fixed it on the spot without leaving a mess. The pools, spa, and water park were just as described and we had a blast. This hotel is very kiddo friendly with only a couple of 16 yrs and up things so adults can get away and relax. I loved that the Cafe area is open 24 hrs and was so accommodating. We had a great experience.

The room was great! Just be ready for a bunch of hidden fees. You have to pay 35$ per night for parking that is charged to your room on top of the 32$ per night for hotel fees. They want 150$ a night for incidentals that’s due at check in. so on top of paying for the room upon check in they wanted another 900$. They did inform us anything we charged to our room and the parking would come out of the incidentals. They will also charge your card randomly. We woke up to a 200$ charge and they said we were 500$ into the 900$ and they just wanted to “make sure we had enough money” they didn’t ask or anything. Room service is an extra 35$ on top of the expensive food with the 10$ delivery fee, 10$ automatic gratuity and all the taxes they add on. The resort is beautiful i just think they should disclose a lot of things that they did not
- 5/5
We paid an extra $80 to get a room closer to the lazy river and pool area. The hotel is big enough where we thought it was worth it. The food was expensive, but some of it was really good. Do NOT get the cucumber sandwich at the pool.

Parking lot in from of the SER tower, there were people smoking marijuana. Jade Waters waterpark is disgusting. There was a child that threw up and the parent told staff and staff did not remove people from the water and did not clean it up. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it now anyone.

Me and my friend decided not to even stay at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX ...for many reasons. 1. Other than the valet drivers ALL THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. 2. THE ROOM 1768 WAS BEYOND OUTDATED AND THE BATHTUB WAS RUSTED AND FALLING APART. 3. PARKING WAS AT LEAST HALF A MILE AWAY FOR THE ENTRANCE. I WOULD OF EXCEPTED THIS FROM MOTEL 6 ...BUT THE HILTON ANATOLE DALLAS, TX ....A $400 ROOM AND TWO $46 BREAKFAST ($92) THAT I DIDN'T EVEN EAT.

I booked this hotel to have access to their water park area for my kids, which closes at 7 in the spring. We arrived just after the check in time and even using the valet, it took 45 minutes to get through check in. It then took almost an hour just to get in to an elevator because of how many people from the convention were trying to use it at the exact same time. We quick changed and ran back to the elevator, and that process took another 30 minutes, with how many people were waiting and the fact the elevator stopped at all 22 floors on the way down. By the time we weaved through the cluster of people and got to the water park, we had an entire 23 minutes to enjoy it. I understand a lot of this is outside the hotels control, but for the cost, I would have expected the organization of everything to be much better.

The check in staff cannot be bothered. They were hanging out chatting while one employee helped a line full of people. When checking in they forgot to put our card in for incidentals as well as parking. This made parking a nightmare our first evening and next morning. They fixed it later after playing phone tag. They had had an attitude about it. The facilities are nice. The rooms are just okay, but any interactions with staff we had were condescending. The place is nice but their people make you regret speaking with them or bothering to ask a question. I won’t go back. This place also added a lot of fees that I thought Expedia did were included. I travel frequently and I’d skip this place.

I have visited twice, my family and I love it here! We stayed during Spring Break and the staff was great. Had breakfast at the Media, enjoyed the pool all weekend. There was some confusion on the pool hours, at check in we were told the pool closes at 7pm, bar staff said 8pm. It was learned that the lazy river and kiddie section close at 7pm, the heated pool lounge area stay open till 10pm. Will definitely be returning. 10/10 recommend, family oriented, clean and great staff.

First they couldn’t find my reservation. Kept saying it was canceled. Girl at front desk was very hard to understand. Her English was not very good. The cost for self parking and for valet both went up magically for the time we were there for a conference from listed cost. We were in the atrium tower. The room was very old and outdated. Beds were supposed to be queen beds but were very small. Also VERY uncomfortable. The A/C would turn off in the middle of the night as if on a motion sensor. The minute you would get up and move in the room it would magically turn on. The automatic 20% gratuity on all checks was not very appropriate. A lot of time it was not deserved at all! others deserved more. But because of the hotels decision to automatically add 20% they didn’t get what they might have deserved. Over all not a very pleasant stay. Will not recommend anyone stay at your property.

Perfect getaway for two nights with the grandkids. Conjoining rooms kept everyone comfortable and close by. The heated pool was a big win! Another plus was kids 9 and under eat free for breakfast. We took advantage of Medievel Times being just a few blocks away and enjoyed the feast and festivities. We can't wait to come back to the Anatole again.

First day water on shower was cold but let them know and it was fixed
- 3/5
My room was a topical room same as any 2 queen room, overpriced. Problem is that I could hear everything going on down in the atrium and the room next door. Every time someone used the bathroom next door, I could hear it. Their flushing their showers their music their laughing. It was the worst. The only reason I give it a 3 star is because it was clean. There is always things going on down in the atrium and you can hear the crowd talking until late at night sometimes.
- 3/5
Juan at front desk had me wait although there was no one in line before me. I told him I had checked in online and only needed the digital key pass. He then gave me water park passes (when it was around 30 degrees outdoors), actual keys to room and a map which took an additional 10 minutes to check in. The room was average (tower room) no window. Hair in the tub and sink. The shower had hot water issues and a slow drain. Overall unimpressive stay. I did appreciate the texts from the hotel that I was able to communicate these issues with and aimed to resolve - may have been AI, but whatever the case at the least they were responsive.
- 2/5
When I booked the room through Hotels.com, it was clearly listed as a king bed room. However, upon arrival, we were given an interior room with a window that faced the hallway instead of outside. This felt misleading and not at all what we had anticipated for a special occasion. When I requested a different room, I was told it would be around a $100 upcharge. Paying an extra $100 just to have a proper window felt unreasonable and very disappointing. Additionally, I was not thrilled about the $38 per day parking fee on top of the $50 resort fee. When I questioned it, I was told it’s because not every guest brings a car but that logic doesn’t really make it feel any better. It’s like ordering a meal and being charged extra for utensils simply because not everyone uses them; it just doesn’t sit right. Lastly, another letdowns was the pool experience. My husband and I were hoping for a relaxing, romantic getaway, but the swim-up bar area allowed children. There were kids splashing, screaming, and even throwing a football, which repeatedly splashed which drinks we paid $15 each. While I understand the hotel is family friendly and offers plenty of great spaces for kids including a full water park and with designated play areas and kid activities. I strongly feel that the swim up bar pool should be reserved for adults, especially for guests looking for a more peaceful atmosphere.

All the staff were very friendly. Our room was comfortable. We got to stay on the recently renovated side and it was beautiful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There are a lot of options for dining and even some shopping. We expected to pay $40 for valet parking, as it says online that prices start at $40 for valet. Instead we were charged $60, which was surprising. It's ok to tell people exactly what you charge. It would also be nice if guests could be made aware before arrival which side of the property they'll be on. Or if both valet and check-in could be centralized. I realize that remote options for check-in exist, but not everyone wants to use them.

On the first night of my five night stay, the security team pounded on my door due to a “blaring TV” complaint. I was in the room alone and was frightened by the alarming knocks on my door. I jumped out of bed to answer the door. The security guard was extremely rude until he realized he either had the wrong room or the complaint was nonsense. My TV was playing at a very low level. I received no apology. Instead, I heard his partner say that my room had been cleared and to move on. I called and complained to management the following morning. The manager (Vanessa) was extremely kind and understanding. She did apologize and said this was NOT normal protocol. She told me she would address it and follow up. When we spoke later that day, she said the team was addressing the issue and using it as a learning moment. However, I received nothing but an apology. I’m not one to say… hey give me something, but I didn’t sleep well that first night. I was confused and scared as to why they were sent to my room and how violently they banged on my door. I will not be staying here again, and I do not recommend the hotel. This is the only negative review I’ve ever given a hotel.

WHEN ASKED WHY HE NEEDED OURS AND NOT THE OTHERS AHEAD OF US HE DID NOT GIVE A RESPONSE.

Maintenance said I had one of the oldest tvs in the hotel. Almost no hot water and the food in the restaurant wasn’t good. Sending back my food several times. I remember living in Dallas when those hotel was built and at the time it was very nice. Sad to see it in such disrepair. The good news is the hotel is under renovation. I hope they return to a great place

The Tower king suite was beautiful, we had a view of the city and the hotel is just stunning The self parking charge of $38 , i feel this was excessive...

The lobby/atrium of the hotel was freezing. The beds were too hard and pillows were awful. After running water in bath. The pipes would make noise like a jack hammer.we were asked if we wanted maid service and we said yes. She never came.

The beauty of the facility and the convenience of the location for business I don't care for the inner rooms in the tower. Walls too thin and no view to the outside
- 2/5
The shower shook as the water pressure was not high enough to get the water up the pipes. It made a horrendous sound. At least the water that came out was warm. Pretty disappointing for a hotel. The Christmas decorations were nice but there was minimal things to do for adults. breakfast was only included for kids and was expensive. Limited food options. Parking was expensive.

I was in town for the Dallas convention. We did not have hot water for the first two days. We asked them to fix it and they didn’t come! We had to ask again the next day. The water was really cold and it was a poor start to our long day.

Staff all helpful and friendly Only neg is the sound proofing of the door between lock off rooms. I could hear every word the other room was saying. Luckily they went to bed early. Atrium 10th floor.

I booked this hotel for the indoor pools. I tried to get in and could not find a way into the pool area. All the doors were locked and then a man told me they closed them. My shower was horrible in the room and made a loud noise the whole time. The bathtub filled up with water and did not drain fast. The service at the restaurant was horrible.

The staff was great. Our room did not have a window, which we didn’t know. Also the shower drain was painfully slow and water pooled to our ankles when we showered.

Room wasn't same as booked, room we did get was't ready until 30-55 min after we're arrived and it was hours after expected check in time. Bell boy was consistently not at desk, called about bar pool being opened before booking, claimed it was but it wasn't. Room was dusty. Toilet made an extremely loud noise when flushed. Had to flush twice to stop it. Overall people were nice but didn't offer much accommodation for the shortfalls.

Room was awsome nice and clean.
- 5/5
The team at the front desk, concierge, restaurants, valet, shops....everyone is so friendly, professional and helpful
- 5/5
Everything was great. Parking is expensive for 38 dollars night.
- 1/5
Had cold water in my shower and it wasn’t draining. The sink either had hot or cold water nothing in between. My hands are still burning from using the hot water. They gave me 30 credit for food but could barely cover dinner. I wanted basic requirements for what I paid for:hot water. They refused to compensate me properly. I paid for a 4 star hotel experience and was very much disappointed.
- 5/5
The BEST staff!!
- 4/5
The hotel was nice. The beds in the tower were hard and a little disappointing I requested a window view and got the interior. The parking was costly just to park but overall was not bad
- 3/5
Water pressure wasn't good and temp was extreme. In need of the updates currently going on
- 5/5

We had an amazing time here, and they're making a new arcade.

It was a nice experience
- 2/5
We had major issues with water in our room. One day the water was turned off for several hours and the next morning we had no hot water. The staff was very friendly, but overall extremely slow to respond and unhelpful. Parking is extremely costly. The renovated rooms have a motion activated overhead light in the entryway that could not be turned off. Any time someone got up to use the restroom in the night the light came on and stayed on for about 5 minutes. We could not turn this feature off and the staff couldn’t fix it. The TV’s had no streaming capabilities.
- 5/5
Each recommendation came with thoughtful insight and genuine enthusiasm. His knowledge, professionalism, and great personality truly elevated our evening. If I return to this resort, it will absolutely be because of his outstanding service and the top-notch hospitality of the restaurant staff. Truly a 5-star experience!
- 5/5
Thank you
- 5/5
The room was clean and the hotel staff were attentive and courteous. I had a great experience at this hotel.
- 5/5
Great as usual.
- 2/5
Too much pet-friendly. I saw at least two people walking their repugnant dogs indoors.
- 5/5
Loved every second of this place and every nice staff we will definitely come back 100/10
- 1/5
For a “luxury” hotel, the Hilton Anatole feels anything but. Parking costs extra, water bottles in the room are $4 each unless you have status, and there’s a $30 daily “amenity” fee that most high-end hotels include in the room rate. On top of that, they place a $150 per night “resort hold” on your credit card — not per stay, per night. It all adds up fast and makes the experience feel cheap and frustrating. The property looks nice, but the endless add-on charges ruin the sense of luxury. You can find much better value (and hospitality) elsewhere in Dallas.
- 1/5
I have started at hotels for less than $150 a night with better rooms.
- 3/5
Barely any staff to be able to assist as if it's non-existent.
- 3/5
The staff was very nice, but the hotel and rooms are VERY dated.
- 5/5
The hotel was espectacular
- 3/5
None of the dining options were open. There are children in the hot tub and swim up bar. We were placed in a room with no windows without prior knowledge and switching rooms was very poorly handled due to the staff only accommodating the conventions happening
- 5/5
Nice room and overall property had so much
- 5/5
The room was clean but it’s outdated
- 5/5
Everything was surreal. We are making the Anatole our staycation destination every year!
- 5/5
Love the Hotel Anatole. The atmosphere, comfort, convenience to AA center for our venue. The hounds at the hotel were amazing. 5 *****
- 5/5
The hotel is nice and huge. We only went to the indoor pool because it was too cold outside. The indoor pool water was too chilly for my 5 years old so we hung out in the whirlpool for a bit while my 7 years old swam in the pool.
- 4/5
Room for improvement: arcade games expensive—wish they were coin-operated instead of having to buy a game card then load. Also water pressure in our room could have been better— not strong enough to wash your hair thoroughly.
- 2/5
The attention from front desk was rude and non personal. They where not willing to listen to my needs or requests.
- 3/5
Friendly staff. Room was very outdated with visible signs of wear ex wallpaper peeling in areas, carpet unraveling. Extremely small bathroom. You have to squeeze next to the toilet and sink, close the door before you have room to get in the shower. Don't forget you get charged $38/night for parking and that's on top of $32/resort fee. For me the hotel wasn't that nice for the price.
- 5/5
Staff was great. Probably could have used one more employee for check in, OU vs TX weekend
- 5/5
Excellent check in and check out. Spacious room.
- 5/5

- 5/5
The fitness center, pool, outdoor areas, etc were all amazing. Over the top was the private beehive. We had such an amazing time. Staff were all very, very kind. We will absolutely be back!!!
- 5/5
great stay and enjoyed the hotel
- 1/5
Worse experience ever! Both nights had people in the hall till 5 in the morning hollering and stomping and just being extremely loud. Notifed front desk and problem was not fixed. Will not stay again
- 4/5
Interesting atmosphere with arts, limited access to elevator.
- 1/5
Worse my family has stayed at in along time. We listen to drunk feat kids yell and party all night long throughout the hotel towers. Absolutely horrible. Don't take a family here. They just have a full blown college frat party
- 4/5
Good stay. The room had a few issues though. Phone was disconnected and the main LED strip light didn't have a switch to turn it off, so the room swas lit all night.
- 3/5
The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. But the college students slamming doors and yelling at 2 am ruined the night.
- 3/5
Tx ou weekend- tx kids were so rude 1:30 in morning yelling profanities from balcony. Everything very overpriced. Police were there but didn’t do much.
- 3/5
Staff could use some training
- 4/5
Pool was great, room was clean and spacious
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Very nice property.
- 5/5
Front desk receptionist was great. Hotel is very clean.
- 2/5
Room would not cool below 73 degrees. Issue could not be solved by maintenance. Totally unacceptable that the room couldn't get any cooler than that. The common areas of the hotel were much more comfortable.
- 4/5
Other than that, the facility was pretty impressive. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel. Definitely worth 5 stars . Will be staying here again in the future
- 5/5
Overall my family had a great time.
- 5/5
Easy check in, great accommodations, kids loved the water park.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
This was a great and relaxing stay for my wife and I for her birthday.
- 5/5
Amazing staff. Clean beautiful room. Beautiful pool area !
- 5/5
Overall, it was a great experience to stay at this hotel. Always a great time. Be careful when checking out. There was a movie charge that I caught and also remember that you have to pay for parking daily, which is a shame cause it seems like there’s a lot of parking. I don’t think the hotel needs that revenue source but I guess it is what it is. Clean room, amazing staff and a great waterpark.
- 4/5
The staff was very welcoming and service was great.
- 2/5
The hotel is fine but overpriced. The main attraction is the lazy river but you need to go very deep in the hotel website to check that this is open only on weekends. We booked the hotel just for the lazy river but we didn’t read the fine print. So no lazy river and without that the RESORT is not the worth of $$$
- 5/5
Dreamy stay for a work event. Will be back for sure!
- 5/5
Absolutely loved this hotel. We had a 2-day conference here, and I am so glad that we did. The hotel itself is beautiful! All of the staff that we encountered are friendly and ready to help with any questions. The hotel is big and has a resort-type feel, but nothing felt like a long walk to get to. The fitness center is the best hotel fitness center I've ever been to. It is huge and has a lot of machines of all kinds, as well as 2 separate spaces for weight benches and for dumbbells. There is a small running track, and below it is a gym set up for basketball and pickleball. The locker rooms are beautiful with a whole area filled with mirrors, hair tools, and products to use. The hotel not only has a pool, it has a lazy river, water slides, and a swim up bar. The conference we attended provided the most delicious (and healthy) lunches. If you like to walk (or take a short Uber), there are a number of restaurants within a mile. We walked and always felt safe in the area even at night. I've stayed in a lot of places, and this place is now one of my favorites!! Absolutely loved our stay.
- 5/5
Nicole at the front desk was very helpful
- 5/5
Accommodating staff
- 3/5
Also has mandatory resort fee above daily rate.
- 2/5
Was there for the TNP conference so reserved a room at the resort thinking it would be more convenient. Room was dusty, AC was not working well did report to resort. Guests were in the Atrium being very loud at 2-3 am. One night upon returning to resort from going out to eat there were certain guests at the front door of the resort smoking an illegal substance and the odor was very strong. Could have had a nicer room for the price at the Holiday Inn up the road.
- 3/5
Water park closes too soon. The pool was supposedly heated did not feel like that at all. Our covers for the bed were stained and we stayed up with heater HVAC noise all night however front desk was nice and extended our check out time which was kind. Its a gorgeous property but pool could be better and service at the bar too.
- 4/5
Arrived at 745am and checked in. No rooms were available until12:
- 1/5
Double booked the room someone walked in on me showering
- 1/5
Amenities not available- water park closed, no free snacks, have to pay just to park. You have to use bell service to get luggage to and from room. They charge for everything. Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn is much better for the money and amenities
- 5/5
Very nice lobby and design inside. Rooms were clean but not very good with sound proof
- 5/5
Well kept and awesome staff
- 5/5
Everyone was very respectful, helpful, and considerate
- 5/5
Everything was great. The only issue was the bathroom sink had low water pressure.
- 5/5
We had the best experience staying here celebrating our daughter’s birthday. From front desk to restaurants they
- 5/5
My husband and I came for a "staycation" away from the kids and had a great time. The waterpark is so fun, the gym is huge and very well-equipped, and the room we stayed in felt luxurious and comfortable.
- 5/5
It was perfect for my birthday stay!
- 1/5
I have paid for one room and they gave me a completely different room much inferior it smell terribly
- 5/5
Kind of an interesting vibe but it's a great all in one spot, you don't need to leave.
- 4/5
Property staff were very helpful. Answered questions and were willing to assist. I loved the outside area to sit and relax, also loved the pool.
- 5/5
Best customer service very clear
- 5/5
Quiet rooms.
- 3/5
Room was very outdated. Bed and pillows were not good. Bathroom was very small.
- 5/5
The staff was also very friendly and attentive making you feel at home. I also loved that they provided towels at no charge or without credit card. The property was very clean as well! Only thing I wish it had more restaurants and maybe a kids park. But other than that we loved it we will be coming soon again.
- 5/5
I love the Hilton Anatole. This was my 3rd time staying there. There have been a lot of upgrades since the last time I stayed. There are more restaurants and different types of restaurants. I didn't get in the waterpark, but it was definitely a very nice addition. The interior as a whole was upgraded and very nice. My favorite part is the exercise facility. It is very nice. Has a lot of current machines, towels, water etc. The lap pool is very nice. I love the steam rooms which includes one in the women's locker room. The lockers and powder room is luxurious. The showers are very nice and clean. The spa makes this facility exceptional. I didn't get to get a massage this time, but I have had them in the past. The only part I didn't like this time was the location of the room. I didn't have a window and I could hear a dog barking every now and then. I absolutely love the Anatole and would highly recommend it!
- 5/5
Excellent get away for family. Lazy river was so much fun!
- 4/5
Enjoyed the outdoor areas. Large facility with a lot of walking. Problem with noise in the middle of night - both nights of stay in Atrium II. Previous stay in Tower very quiet
- 5/5
We just had a staycation and had a great time. Easy check in, breakfast buffet was good. We had dinner at SER, our service was top notch. My favorite part was the lazy river and my son loved the pool basketball. We will definitely be back! Very clean and beautiful hotel and property. Plenty of restaurants around for plenty of food options. The candy store was a big hit as well as Starbucks in the morning.
- 3/5
Unexpected cost like parking
- 5/5
Thinks to consider before staying: If you like cocktails, they will be about $20 a piece. The room was slightly damp. It was better once we turned down the air conditioning, but some are sensitive to that, so thought it was worth a mention.
- 4/5
Check-in at the front desk went smoothly, and our room had a beautiful view of the waterpark. The elevators were impressively quick, which was convenient given the size of the hotel. That said, there were a few downsides. Our room stayed pretty warm, even with the AC running, and the bathtub kept backing up with water. The lack of a microwave in the room was also a little inconvenient, especially for families. At $150 per night plus the hold, it felt a bit pricey considering those issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially for the family-friendly amenities, but I do wish there had been a little more acknowledgment of our special occasion.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect.
- 5/5
Beautiful property
- 5/5
The Anatole is a fabulous property and a family friendly destination with the addition of Jade Waters. Beware, parking is $37 per day and more for valet. I thought my package included parking so I was surprised. Expensive, but a great stay!
- 5/5
The food was overpriced! Hard to feed little kids and enjoy it.
- 5/5
Staff was super kind hotel has so much to do
- 4/5
We pay a lot of money, & we were disappointed in those things.
- 3/5
None
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Exceptional service from the valet, desk and restaurants, bellman service. The pool attendants. We had an amazing experience during our stay !
- 5/5
Great hotel. Job well done.
- 5/5
Quiet room, I was able to work and the had no issues with the internet being slow or being down.
- 3/5
I thought the property was very clean very beautiful. Everything was wonderful except for the parking I was charged $150 for two days of parking and it was very hard to get a refund.
- 5/5
Great experience and the service is phenomenal.
- 5/5
The water park
- 5/5
Nice property.
- 2/5
The hotel is nice, clean, and the staff is friendly, but there are a lot of hidden fees. When I booked, I was told the room included access to everything like the spa and waterpark, but that wasn’t true. At checkout, I was charged $155.18 in extra fees (daily fees, taxes, parking $37/night, etc.). Drinks and food are also very expensive ($12 for a beer) and a 20% tip is automatically added. My biggest issue is transparency — they should clearly explain all costs and what’s actually included before booking, not after checkout.
- 1/5
2) We set the room temp to 69 the moment we walked in, never got cooler than 72. 3)charging $25 extra for an added hour for late checkout is a joke, especially after spending close to $700 in less than 20 hours. 4)$20/drink at the pool resort is sad and pathetic, $17 for chicken tenders that were worse than fast food. Just sad.
- 5/5
I really like all the gratitud of this Hotel great service
- 5/5
Option to add personal streaming service account
- 3/5
The beds were not comfortable, it was hot in the rooms and the customer service was weird
- 5/5
Amazing hotel and art galleries
- 5/5
Excellent overall
- 5/5
Our stay at the Hilton Anatole was absolutely fantastic! The highlight for us was the incredible JadeWaters lazy river and water park — such a perfect mix of relaxation and fun for all ages. The lazy river was peaceful and scenic, while the water slides and splash areas kept the energy high. The staff was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with great amenities. The entire property felt vibrant and welcoming, and there were so many spaces to explore beyond the pool area. Whether you’re traveling with family or just looking for a getaway with a little extra excitement, I highly recommend the Hilton Anatole. We can’t wait to come back!
- 5/5
The water park was not kept up. Cups, straws, and trash were accumulating all over the park. It does not seem that anyone was clearing items. Napkins and food were blown into the water. The girls' bathroom smelled like an outhouse.
- 5/5
Went for Jade Waters. Enjoyed walking around and looking at the art
- 5/5
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, AND STAFF WAS FRIENDLY.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our weekend trip. We look forward to staying here again.
- 3/5
The king bed was wonderful. The pull out couch had crumbs in it and the covers in the room were not sufficient for my daughter warmth
- 5/5
Room was what you would expect. Great fitness facility and small waterpark
- 5/5
Dolores made the trip for us! She works at your breakfast Buffett and she was lovely! She remembered my children and made them feel so loved and welcome! We will be returning because of her. Your facilities and the Jade Water Park are amazing, but personal interactions are really what makes a stay special and she made our stay special!
- 3/5
Nice place bit older stay in the newer renovated hotel or the tower.
- 5/5
Comfortable! Clean! However the WiFi and cable was not working during most of our stay.
- 5/5
It was a solid stay
- 5/5
Everything about this property was absolutely amazing. The kids loved it and so did I! Dog friendly, perfect for the summer time, H U G E gym facilities AND spa?! Seriously. They have everything. You shouldn’t have to leave the hotel for a single thing. It’s several restaurants available, bars, even shopping! Inside the hotel! I will be booking with them again. The best hotel by far !
- 1/5
Nothing, falsely accused of urine on mattresses our hotel rooms Red 78° and was towed today by a manager. She didn’t believe that didn’t get housekeeper until nearly 8 PM. The second day I was there I can go on and on this place is ridiculous and very unacceptable. I’m a Hilton rewards carrier and I will never say again ever.
- 5/5
Perfect staycation for family with small kids!
- 1/5
I will never stay at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas ever again!! it was such a horrible experience. It read 84 in our room all weekend I called to get our beds changed at 7 AM and did not see a housekeeper until 8 PM. My husband stayed behind and could not enjoy the pool waiting on a housekeeper to come I could not even speak to a manager Because they kept giving me the runaround and finally when I talk to a manager it was the next day after 6:30 PM I was charged pet fees which I should not have been charged. They are support animals. I was never reimbursed for my $150 deposits for two rooms And I am still trying to talk to someone a human and either I get hung up on and no one calls me back or they wanna text me and still a human never contact me back. This experience has been horrible. I have a granddaughter that has asthma as I explained. They knew the floor was hot and the rooms were hot but still running those rooms wanting to take peoples money. I am seriously disgusted.

Room service food was terrible, especially for the price .

I had a nice stay, but was not happy about not having a microwave in the room. Also the water in the shower was not getting hot.

Comfortable hotel with many amenities. I was not impressed with the inability to access food easily at the pool, especially since the walk to pool from the hotel was lengthy.

The water park is so packed. There’s no chairs everyone’s fighting for somewhere to put their things. They gave us a room on the opposite of the water park. Room was outdated. Valet is $60 a night. Our room air conditioner didn’t work… someone came and attempted to fix it but they ended up having to bring me a fan. The fridge inside our room didn’t work either. They gave me 10 k points for hotel honors points as a “sorry” After checking this is only equivalent to $52. We paid $378 for one night plus $94 for parking and hotel fees. Not worth it in my opinion. NEVER AGAIN

There were several of us there for the apparel market at DMC. We all asked about the resort fee since we would not be using the spa nor the water park. we were told at check in we would not be charge for it. At check out we were charged $27 a day for that fee. That was wrong on all levels. We are all Hilton honors members and we frequent all of the DMC apparel shows. We will not stay there again.

Our check in experience for a Friday afternoon was not great. We got our room assigned and ready an hour past the expected check in time. Thankfully a family member paid for early check in and got their room so we were able to store our stuff somewhere that wasn’t the bell stand. The room we got into was extremely hot because housekeeping leaves the black out shades open for your arrival and the hot late July sun helped increase the temperature in our room. It did not reach a comfortable sleeping temperature until the following day around noon after keeping the heavy shades closed. Our room had visible mold, and thankfully, we did not spend a lot of time in the room, but naturally and given the price that was a little discernible. All four of us woke up feeling unwell. We noticed it the second evening but hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. Overall, I’m not sure we will come back just due to the value for our experience.

I loved the facility! It was a family friendly and a very massive facility. The pool area was amazing, and they had staff waiting when you left the pool to give you a warm towel. The only issue I had was the tub in the room drained slowly. The water had built up while taking a shower. It was an unpleasant feeling. Other than that, it was a nice family-friendly place to stay.

I don’t know what they were thinking about how to accommodate four people on a king bed. I paid premium dollars and got terrible service.
