Good location, convenient parking, friendly staff, and a spacious, clean room. Unfortunately, we had several issues during our stay. The pool was unavailable for use, which was disappointing. We also had problems with the air conditioning. It was stuck in Auto mode at 68°F, and we could neither turn it off nor adjust the temperature. We reported this to the front desk. A staff member came to our room and tried pressing the buttons, but the issue remained unresolved. Since the system was in Auto mode, it would sometimes stop and sometimes start running again. Unfortunately, our concerns were not properly understood, and the problem was never fixed. Another issue was housekeeping. Before leaving for the day, I requested room cleaning and even reminded the front desk because the housekeeping staff were working in the room next to ours. We were assured that our room would be cleaned. However, when we returned in the evening, the room had not been serviced. I reported this to the front desk again. The staff member on duty was helpful and provided fresh towels, but the room itself was never cleaned. Overall, our main concerns were the closed pool, the malfunctioning air conditioning, and the missed housekeeping service.

The first room I stayed in smelled like mold or mildew. I had to ask to be moved. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and I didn’t have to park.

The location is amazing. It’s right off of a major highway and close to many restaurants. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. My room was very spacious and clean. I didn’t have any issues with the property.

I absolutely adore the proximity of the property. It’s conveniently located near everything we needed, from easy access to food and car washes to shopping centers. The welcoming greetings from the staff were a pleasant surprise, and the room itself is incredibly soundproof, ensuring a very quiet stay. Everything about my stay was just amazing. Check in process was easy. The room, bathroom, and beds were clean. I usually bring my own cleaning supplies and didn’t have to do much which was great. And we did go to the gym one night and that was good too. The manager there made our stay. She made sure my son had the snacks that he preferred because he’s so picky and she was truly hospitable. We felt welcomed the entire time from all of the staff and never had any issues. Will definitely be staying here again.

Thankfully my husband asked the young man at the front desk for an extra towel. He was so kind and polite to us. We will highly recommend hotel to our family and friends. We will return..

Our car wouldn't start. It ended up being a bad battery, but the maintenance guy came and jumped it off for us with his own tools.

Location Same as though the manager, and everybody had attitude when you asked him a questionn .. also upon arrival I had already chosen in my room and a manager took it up on herself and told me she was changing my room for one reason I don’t know didn’t give me a reason. Oh yes, she did. She stated that the room wasn’t clean and the room was clean. I stopped housekeeping in the hallway went up to the fourth floor. The room number I chose was 425 and she put me in 224 224. Seems like an a room that needed to be updated bed was not in good condition. AC unit was falling apart.

It was good. The room was big enough, the bathroom as well, but there was a little noise, like a crunch, that was not constant but it was pretty annoying. Free parking, so important. The little noise I have talked about. The breakfast might be improvable.

Nothing at all Everything was bad. I told the man at the front desk that there was a big spot on our bed and he offered to give ME a sheet to change the bed instead of the housekeeping staff. And might I add he had a huge attitude rolling his eyes as if we were bothering him for expressing our concerns. Claims no one from housekeeping was there which is absurd. I wouldn’t let my dog stay at this hotel needs to be shut down!!

It started it out fantastic but our car was stolen the mast night we were there and the hotel was very unhelpful. It felt like an inside job. A brand new truck stolen with our baby-seat and stroller inside almost 4 hours from home. They would not show us the security footage or the name of the worker who was very suspicious. The first day we just checked in and that same suspicious worker came upstairs and said there was a complaint. She was trying to look in the room but I held it slightly open. Tjat same worker was waiting outside for her ride when we returned Saturday night only for our car to be stolen that night after we retired to our room. Other vehicles similar to ours have been stolen

Overall it was fine. However, I did not like that the clerk at check-in wanted a $25 early check-in fee when the room was already clearly ready. Also, there was no juice at all for my grandchildren to have with breakfast as the machine was broken and no one bothered to get some individual size juices to have available for the hotel guests with their breakfast.

We enjoyed this hotel and will stay again if we come back to the area. The staff was very friendly. The hotel and our room was clean and updated. The breakfast was good! We loved the location. It was only about 20-25 minutes from airport, Grapevine Mills and only 10 from downtown!

They treat you like you work for them if you need anything for the room like towels etc they tell you go look down hallways for a made and asked them for clean towels or come to the front desk doing normal morning business hours of 9:00am just rude and lazy service! If you’re going on vacation don’t stay here they will put you to work like you are renting a Motel not a nice Hilton hotel sister property not your normal Hampton Inn suites that’s for sure !

Donna from the front desk made my stay completely horrible. She made us sit in the lobby for at least 3 hours because she swore up and down they did not accept debit cards per the owner. Mean while my mom and I are showing her the company website for this exact location stating they accept debit / Visa cards. She agrees with the website but still says she has to go with the owners rules. We ask for the manager on duty she told me she was gone for the day… 3 minutes later here comes Anne i believe her name was the dang on manager! I told her what happened and she fixed it and got us in a room within 15 minutes. The manager Apologized and told Donna to handle it. Donna handled it but before she gave me the keys said “yeah she’s doing this because you guys are from out of town” like no she’s not .. she was so difficult to work with and lacked empathy. The other staff were nice and my stay was pleasant! No bugs or anything.

The front desk was great. The room was large and beautiful. The provided a Nice complimentary breakfast, Great gym, for a hotel, and a Nice pool. The only problem was that the cleaning person replaced the towels, but nothing else ( no replaced coffee, and did not remake the bed ). I just thought these things are standard, since they only come every other day.

I was just there for the weekend. Booked 2 rooms. I was arriving late and call to allow my mom check in since she was already in town. Glad she able to do that even though the rooms were under my name. The staff that took my call was so courteous and helpful.

Total experience was very disappointing when we were expecting at least average .The night before stayed at the a different hotel in the same chain and it was really enjoyable.

I have stayed in this hotel in the past and I love staying here. Its so convenient to everywhere I need to get to while I'm in Dallas. And the room is always relaxing, the bed is comfortable and the bathrooms are always so clean. I still wear my sandals but you know what I mean.

I have stayed at this facility before and it is my favorite place to stay. The staff and clean environment is appealing to me. Thank you for your service.

The tv was broken

No shampoo or body wash in the shower. Other than that everything was ok.

It was ok - beds were on the side of a double not a queen and the TV never played what it said . The channel would say football, but kept jumping to Hallmark channel - my husband was so frustrated he could watch the sports it said it had on.

We stayed for 2 days. The motel did not enter the room to clean it up, empty trash, or provide clean towels.

My only complaint…. Handicapped accessible rooms did not have a shower chair for my disabled spouse to shower….we had to go out a buy one to make sure he could shower :( Otherwise the hotel was great and front desk was very apologetic.

Checking min was told check out was 1130 cleaners are knocking over n over come to find out check out was at 11. Communication is key here people and check out receptionist what a B***th

We checked into our room late after traveling in the evening. The staff seemed like it was an inconvenience that I was there to check in. Once we got to our room we saw that the thermostat for the air conditioning was hanging off the wall and it was really warm in the room. I went to the air conditioner and turned down the temperature to realize that it was not working and blowing warm air in the room. I went to the front desk and the staff said that they were full and cannot move me to another room. She went into a room for housekeeping to get a fan but never returned. After sweating all night upon checkout the manager said that she was aware and that I should have been moved to another room. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 8am to clean the room. This has been the most uncomfortable and unpleasant stay in a hotel I have ever had. I booked the hotel based on the ratings but I am very disappointed.

Place was nice and clean also across the street from breakfast place line ihop and ojos locos

I wasn't in the hotel very much over the weekend but everything was fine there. No complaints.

I reserved the non smoking king suite for my husband and I little get away and we had a very nice stay. The bed was nice comfortable room was very clean and the staff was very friendly

No view - we got to look at an industrial park - but the hotel was excellent and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We weren’t there for the view. We stayed 3 nights, awaiting our electrical service to be restored after a storm. Facility is very nice and the pool looked great, but storms kept us from trying it out. Breakfast was so so, but there is an IHOP across the street.

Slept well, king suite was very nice.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

I would recommend hotel for family and friends when they come to the DFW area

Clean, comfortable, and safe.

We stayed in room 105 and The ceiling in the shower had mold and was half painted white like they tried to cover it up but ran out of paint then the bed and mattress were very unstable and uncomfortable aside from those details the kitchen area is very small and need another waffle maker to accommodate so may guest specially during summer weekends.

Check in was easy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean! The breakfast was really good!

Our 3rd stay within the last year. Has always been a great stay. Will continue to be back.

FYI!! The mexican restaurant across the parking lot is not suitable for families with small children.
