Staff were efficient and polite. The property was very clean and well kept. Breakfast had several choices and the area was clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, although the bed was too hard and the pillows not supportive enough. Bed and pillows not to the usual Marriott comfort level.

Slight problem checking in but the staff handled it. Room was clean comfortable and quiet except when the trains went by. Breakfast was plentiful varied each morning Nice big walk-in shower. Finish work in bathroom was poor. Looked like a 5 year old had caulked the sink. Shower panel was cracked. Only one packet of in room coffee and no service for 3 days, had to go down to breakfast area for coffee

The location was in a great spot surrounding shopping centers and restaurants . I didn't like that we had to make our our breakfast and that the indoor swimming pool AC wasn't working, so we really couldn't enjoy the pool from the heat and the chlorine burning our eyes from the heat. The staff opened up the door that led inside the hotel. Eventually, it got better, and we were told a ticket would be put in to fix the AC . That's why I gave it an 8 score. Other than that, it was a great stay.

We had a nice stay. Breakfast was very clean, good and organized well. I hardly ever eat breakfast in hotels but did during this stay. Slept well. Only issue was noise. Not that there was a lot but we could hear the people walking/running upstairs. Could also hear people talking nextdoor. Overall though a decent stay. We would stay here again if we came to the city for events and things.

Had an issue with price per night vs Expedia price but they did sort it out. The hotel seems a little older but overall worked for our needs. The pool was pleasantly warm and fun for my toddler.

It was a smooth check in. Bed was comfortable. Room was cold upon arrival. Maybe just have different breakfast items. I don't like ham. Maybe have some sausage and bacon and biscuits.

Hotel was reasonably priced, and had great amenities. Hotel pool was nice and warm and easy to use.

Staff was very pleasant. The room smelled like mildew. In the restroom, the towel rod was broken and covered with a towel over it. I’ve never stayed at a Fairfield Inn in this condition.

It’s in a great location. Close enough to hope on the highway but not hear cars, and plenty of food and gas stations nearby as well. The entire hotel including the room was super clean. The room was the perfect size, and I definitely loved the bathroom! I also really liked the table with wheels. Nothing. I would 100% book here again.

The staff was friendly, the location was okay, the room was clean The room was clean, but the bed was so uncomfortable. It feels like I’m laying/sleeping in the floor. I woke up stiff, hurting. I needed to stay an additional night in Dallas, but there is no way I’ll sleep another night on this brick, hard mattress.

the mattress was very dirty ! I contacted the front in regard to getting a new mattress, I was informed by the representative that it will be a new one put in that day, but they never did it and I went back downstairs to let them know. Also, the elevator was broken and my wife is handicap and that was the purpose of me getting a handicap room. it would have been better if I would have gotten some type of discount off of my room

There was no one at the front desk to greet us. We waited for 20 minutes before someone came from the back to check us in. There was no apology given for taking so long. Staff was not friendly. Very disappointing.

Friendly staff. Elevator did not work for majority of time. Hard for senior citizens using the stairs . Room not cleaned for entire stay, 5 days and 4 nights. Trash piled up in room, no clean towels, no toilet paper or kleenex. Breakfast was mediocre..wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Two hours after check-in the elevator went down and made it impossible to get to our room with my son who is in a wheelchair and needs to use a medical device in the room. I requsted a refund and was told I "should" be refunded the cost; however, I have yet to receive the refund or any communication from the hotel.

Well, save yourself damage to your vehicle and DO NOT stay here. Our vehicle was broken into. So was another vehicle parked two cars over. Didn't help anything that we parked under a light and beside a sign stating the property was protected by cameras.

It was a nice hotel. I booked with because of the indoor pool. However the door to pool didn't work. That was disappointing. The breakfast was good though. Even if they ran out of plates by 7 am.

My husband and I had a trip to Dallas for a concert and we were happy with our stay here! We loved the continental breakfast and the location. Downsides are the check in was strange, no one was there at the counter to greet us at 5 pm so not too late and we had to just wait there for about 10 minutes until someone emerged from the back office even after calling with no answer. Also, the room was fine but the curtains had very strange red stains (not sure what) on them but the rest of the room was clean and ready for us with fresh towels and blankets and such. Overall would definitely stay again, just a couple minor inconveniences.

Needed an easy stay after a long drive and concert. This spot was perfect at a great price! Staff was concise and efficient.

It is clean Staff . Then room key not working on several attempts after I was able to get in room initially. Initially I put important items in room. Such as clothes, phone, and clothes for my event. Went back to car to bring up other items. Long story short. Staff was not able to get me in the room by resetting room key. Maintenance literally had to draw several holes in door and above door to get access to lock to open room door. I was not able to participate in my best friend B-day celebration.

We asked the receptionist to change the sheets as soon as we arrived at the room because they were filthy and had yellow spots and what appeared to be makeup. It took a long time, and she claimed she didn't know how to do it and that she was the only employee in the entire hotel.

If I didn’t have to return to work on the following day, then I would’ve definitely stayed an additional night. Most hotels are rated from 0-5 stars, however, I give this hotel 10 stars. This hotel is clean/spotless and well kept/without blemishes from the exterior to the interior. The front desk clerks are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable of their job. The check in/check out process is quick and hassle free, which is always a plus. The rooms are amazing. Kudos to the housekeeping, and maintenance staff. They’ve done an amazing job beautifying and maintaining this property. This hotel is conveniently located near many eateries, retail stores, and the interstate. Even though it is near many attractions, this property is extremely quiet. My stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was delectable! The food was hot and fresh. This was my first stay at this amazing establishment, and it definitely won’t be my last. I would recommend this hotel to anyone whose searching for a quality hotel, that isn’t overly expensive. Somewhat a new location. Room is normal size, bed is hard, good for those who have bad back. Room comes with microwave. The shower curtain could be a little longer, the quietness allows for a late wake up. Overall I give it a 7.

The stay was Great and the Hotel was Fabulous.The only drawback that we found is that there is a smoking patio right next to the entry door for the hotel.It would be better at the back of the property so that Non-Smokers aren’t subjected to that every time you enter the building.

I like the location of this hotel. 10-15 minutes to AT&T stadium & globe life park. The rooms are not the biggest or most luxurious but they get the job done & you will feel safe.

Overall my stay was ok. The property was well-kept, however, the rooms smelled very moldy and closed in. For the most part, my room was ok as far as cleaning, there was hair in the shower from a previous guest. The housekeeper came and cleaned my room and put dirty sheets on my bed, there was light brown curly hair all over the sheets and a dirt stain. (I have braids) I removed the sheets and slept on the blanket after. I reported to the night agent who was from New Orleans, he was amazing. But, he didn't offer new sheets after i showed him the video. He agreed that 1, the hair didn't belong to me, 2, it was nasty. But he told me to speak to the manager who was coming in after him, now remember i was checking out at 3 am, and i returned back to the room at 12 am. So we didn't have long before we left to get to the airport. I returned back to the desk to check out and the night auditor just looked at me with a blank stare and stated oh, you have to speak to a manager in the morning its nothing i can do about that. Now i work in the hospitality industry and my expectations were for someone to take ownership of the situation, and offered new sheets since it was so late and no one was there to clean the room. but no one took the opportunity to make the situation better. I didn't bother calling the manager because the employees are a reflection of their manager.

It was excellent enjoy staying at the Fairfield Inn there in Crocker hill. Nice it’s clean. Always have a good breakfast. Never had a problem checking in or checking out.

This property was close to where I needed to be with easy access to the freeway. I felt safe in the area. The people at the desk spoke English, but none of the housekeeping staff seemed to, thus they couldn't hand me a box of tissues that I needed off their cart. The day I was checking out, housekeeping came into my room without knocking, two hours before checkout. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 on the week-end, but when I went down at 9:30, they were already cleaning up. The outlets in my bathroom did not work. The microwave was missing the part that fits under the turntable, thus it was wobbly. The walls were thinner than any I have experienced in a hotel. I could hear conversations and phone calls next door.

Everything was great until we had a very hard time getting in contact with the hotel about a smart watch that was accidentally left behind, were told that they did not find nothing, but would get a call back if they did, once I tracked the watch, it was at the hotel and I never received a call back letting me know it was located, when I called I received push back about it not being there, when I knew (for a fact it was) very disappointing and unprofessional.

Heater in room not working; they allowed us to move quickly. Near industrial properties; train noise. Must be short staffed - all public trash cans overflowing for 24+ hours. BFast was good. Was expecting newer/cleaner/nicer hotel for the $$$.

Hotel it’s self is nice. Rooms clean, standard free breakfast, good location, plenty of parking. However I left something in our room. Totally my fault! Called the desk the same day of checkout and arranged for me to drive back and pick up item because they do not ship. Which I get I am sure it happens everyday. I showed up at time I was told and that’s where the issue started. Housekeeping is the only one who can access lost and found and they where not there. Front desk refused to help and refused to give me managers phone number said they where out of cards.

The check in was so easy and frint desk clerk was super nice and helpful. The room was nice we came for the mavericks game and we will definitely stay here again

4th floor Nice king bed, at first I thought the mattress was too firm, but eventually got used to it and fell fast asleep. Pool was open I enjoyed swimming alone! Breakfast was ok, ran out of bacon. Would stay again. The body wash smells amazing! maybe that’s why I slept so good!
