I love the property great location near the gallerria mall literally a block away clean and comfortable happy hour is a nice touch Craig was a great bartender friendly guy he told us were we could go to experience some night life for ny husband birthday the pool was fun we got chance to enjoy the hot tub breakfast was nice as well we enjoyed the brisket omelette the cheft was amazing just a great stay we had to change rooms but it was very quick we didn’t have to wait for check in time the concierge at the desk was nice and friendly handled our stay very well im very pleased also we had our pet dog and he had a great stay as well definitely will return Parking, although there is parking you have to pay by the day and its seperate they have signs in parking lots to scan as you stay

The room was ok there was a couple of items due for the trash when we got there, but it wasn’t a big deal. The staff were extremely helpful and nice! Breakfast was great! The parking was extremely high in cost, I didn’t expect to pay for parking but I’m glad I had money for incidentals.

Beds were comfortable, tidy rooms but not clean. The pool was nasty, horrible smell on both days that we stayed. I had seen a review about a vehicle stolen here before I booked and I honestly should have definitely listened to her suggestion on not staying. My vehicle was not stolen but my tail lights were. We were greatly disappointed about the staff not taking our issue seriously nor offering us help on a Sunday on where to go to buy tail lights. No where near helpful. My truck is a new 2026 and there was definitely an attempt to steal vehicle thankfully they were unsuccessful and I also suspect someone in the staff to be involved with outer source for stealing the vehicles. I do not recommend to stay if you have a nice vehicle. You never know if you will be left without your vehicle accessories or just without a vehicle. Staff will be of no help. Finding tail lights on a Sunday was very hectic and we weren't able to drive around in our vehicle so we had to Uber to locations to find trailer tail lights, just to be able to go home.(6hr drive)

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable as well as the sofa in the separate living room in our suite. Our bedroom and the living room huge tvs with multiple apps for streaming including Sirius. The location we were at in Dallas was very centrally located near the Galleria mall and minutes from Addison restaurant row. The free breakfast was cooked to order and delicious! We will be back!

I love the food and happy hour. I called and left a message to have someone call me back about the email referring to an upgrade which included no additional information. I final called and spoke with the property manager and she said there weren't any upgrade and the room i was assigned was provided how much or what it include.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was relaxing and comfortable and the staff was so kind. The food at breakfast and evening reception is so fresh and delicious. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Property was good , but I don’t think I will come back . The shower was cold the bathroom sink was clogged up the AC was not able to regulate and the room was freezing cold , we had to call front desk to get the heater on in the room . Elevator was not working either .

At the time we visited the hotel their was only one elevator working and the hotel was very packed. It took fifteen minutes just to get on the elevator. A lot of families were frustrated. Outside of that, we had a great experience.

One of the elevators broke down during our stay, making it difficult to use the stairway while hauling bags/luggage.

I did not appreciate a freaking $25.00 parking fee that is bullshit

it’s a nice hotel for the price, i’ve stayed here a couple of times and the rooms are amazing, the pool and hot tub are good too! will always stay here for my visits in dallas from now on:) but one of the elevators are broken and it took forever to get to your floor, my only complaint!

Water in the pool seemed murky,rail leading down the stairs was loose and unstable. Our room was nice and the cleanliness was just okay, due to small things like trash already being in the wastebaskets when we arrived. We would probably book again,when visiting the Dallas area,just not this Embassy location.

Favorite part was the breakfast. I think his name was Jorge, he was very nice and served everyone so well will a smile of his face even when the line was super long. I booked the hotel just for the omelet bar. And commentary drinks for the bar each night were a plus too! We had an issue with our from not being cleaned, but we called and it was addressed right away. So we were thankful for that as far as getting new linens and towels.

My room was very cold and turned up the thermostat but it never warmed up but I called the front desk and they came and fixed it.

arriving 20 minutes before the end of breakfast and the hot buffett and coffee were empty. We were told 5 more minutes multiple times and still only part of it was refilled. We were never able to get eggs or coffee. I typically love Embassy suites, but this visit was very disappointing.

When arrived, room smelled like smoke but staff cleaned up immediately. Fast check in and friendly staff.

Breakfast was awesome, omelettes are made to order and fantastic. Everything else is just as great, drinks, cereal, fruit, you name it they have it. 100% family friendly. Definitely a decent volume of families staying there’s and they have everything to accommodate everyone Staff situation was off, somehow this place only employs people who seem 100% happy to be there and go above and beyond to make your stay 5 star. Everyone we came across was friendly and helpful. Pool was great, when towels ran out they quickly got restocked. Kids had a blast. I’m local, just had a mini stay-cation and if I was staying in the area again with my family, I know exactly where to go.

One thing that I was not pleased about was the fact we had to pay for parking each night. I am not sure if this is a common thing in Dallas, but at most hotels, parking is included. The battery to our door needed replaced and the maintenance guy was very prompt and friendly. Despite these small issues, would stay here again.

Lobby restrooms were in poor condition probably due to it being Thanksgiving evening and NFL football fans overloading the lobby area…My daughter and her family have all come down with the flu or a virus that those of us who didn’t spend the night in your hotel did not get…we were all together Thursday until 6 pm…after that my daughter, husband & son went to Embassy Suites…she said she had to go up to her room to use the restroom bc those in the lobby needed attention. Breakfast muffins didn’t look so fresh either.

2. Was told there is a full size corner couch that someone could sleep on and two could sleep on the pullout. Pullout yes, corner No. 3.sheets with stains 4.The Hot breakfast was nowhere near hot not even warm. Food was not even over a hot plate or burner’s 5. Two days in a row, didn’t even bother on the third day had to go elsewhere. 6.employees that we dealt with seemed to only want to do the job they was assigned (tried to buy coffee for three days by the front desk and couldn’t bc it was out of water. When asked if they could add water we was told that’s housekeeping job. Checked in again when we checked out and it was still out of water.) 7.So on top of all that they make you pay $30 a night to park in there parking lot. We are frequent customers to Embassy suites and I believe it’s time to move on. We love the one in OKC North West, the last four that we have stayed at in Texas has Not been good.

Loved our stay in this hotel. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. Indoor pool and hot tub area to swim or rest. They offer the best breakfast ever hands down with many options and always refilling when needed. Would love to come back again.

I haven't stayed at an Embassy Suites in years so I was hoping it was still the same. It is! Clean, spacious rooms with updated bathroom and furnishings. There was the Happy Hour and made-to-order breakfast that was what I was really hoping hadn't changed.

Everything was great except the bartender was very unhelpful and terrible attitude. She acted like she didn’t even want to be there! Otherwise our stay was excellent!

The biggest complaint was the paid parking was not expected and was not made clear, as well as very expensive almost 30 a day. When we arrived it was dark and everyone was tired so we did not notice the pay parking signs(they looked like they were just reminding people that this was embassy guest parking only) and when we checked in there was no reminder. A simple question and reminder would have been helpful. When we brought it up the front desk basically said yea that is frustrating but nothing they could do, really indifferent in their response. Since the parking enforcement is outsourced to a third party there really is nothing the staff can do about it, but having a card/poster, text/email or just the front desk clerk reminding at check “did you remember to set up your parking” would have been much better than the following day being asked to pay through a QR code on window.

This particular Embassy Suites was a pleasant surprise. It was nice, clean, and up-to-date. The staff was amazing.

Also, the breakfast food was not as good as in the past. We stayed two consecutive nights and the menu was the same for the hot choices.

This stay met with expectations. The room was clean and tidy, and all issues were addressed. Whatever we asked for, we received. Great breakfast with made-fresh omelets! Hot tub and bar area was enjoyable -- wish it was open past 10 PM.

Nice clean room. Hot water didnt work checked sink and shower so had to take a cold one. elevator was right by my door and you would hear the motor running everytime it was used in room. Had to pay for parking 2 am-6:30 cost me 25 bucks.

Hotel room was antiquated. Very poor air quality in a regular room. I do not have allergies but I was sick the longer I stayed in that room, my eyes were swelling, runny nose, sneezing miserable feeling. Those symptoms did not go away until I got home. They messed up on my reservations. Front desk wasn’t friendly when we checked in. Stay at your own risk.

This was by far the most embassy suites stay I have ever encountered! First it starts with check in! The front desk lady named Patricia needs to find a new field of work. She isn’t very welcoming to guest of color. She gave a welcome bag to the guest that checked in before me that I was literally standing right behind that wasn’t of color. The Buffett options were horrible ! Our toilet kept clogging up, my husband had to plunge it every-time we used it. They have no entertainment. I highly recommend to stay at a different embassy suites when coming to Dallas! Skip this one! Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! They charged my card for double the stay ! Only plus thing was the clean room! Patricia needs to work in cleaning not front desk! I will be going higher!

Was shocked when I learned I had to pay for parking!

Family friendly, clean, quiet. Front desk provided a welcome bag and guest services provided a complimentary snack tray. They also provided two free drink vouchers. Breakfast was included as well. There were some small blemishes that showed the age of the property but overall the stay was great.

Very clean. Employees were nice and courteous. Allowed kids to run on all floors and play on one of the only 2 elevators ending up breaking one.

Shower, toilet, and AC all broke. AC broke twice. We had tonhave maintenance come into the room. It was not ideal.

The chef's omelette is delicious for the breakfast . It is real breakfast with real chef . Very clean and spacious ; budget friendly ; luxury hotel . Loved it .

I think the Embassy hotels are the best all around hotels in the business. They are above par and the most consistent with their policies, amenities and comfort of any chain in existence.

Very quiet and friendly hotel. It provides what I needed as mentioned in the amenities. Enjoying with my friends in the hot tub and pool; so excited the buffet breakfast and afternoon refreshments daily. We can take a walk in a few minutes to nearby restaurants. Highly recommended!

Convient location and friendly staff

We came in late and the front desk personnel was very nice and very helpful. The room was also great. It was very comfortable. The next morning breakfast was great, their personalized omelette chef was great. It was delicious.

I feel like paying $25 a day for parking is a little much. It should be included in nightly rate with a pass or ticket to put in your vehicle to verify you're stsying there.

The hair and skin care products are on the wall— there was no conditioner in the bottle. The toilet would not flush unless the plunger was wiggled. The morning buffet was very good and well put together. I requested a late checkout and was excited to learn that I could check out at 1 PM. I have medically complex children, and we had a full day of appointments and I was hopeful that we could come back to the room to unwind before heading home. I arrived at 12:27pm and my key was deactivated. I could tell that housekeeping has been in my room, despite leaving the do not disturb sign on the door because the curtains were open. The front desk re-keyed my access. I noted that my AirPod box was on the desk but nothing else was there. The housekeeping staff threw away all of my children’s clothes. As I typed this message, they are rummaging for the trash, trying to find my children’s clothes. I wish that I was making this up. If I could’ve given zero stars that would’ve been appropriate.

My only complaint was for one of the pillowcase looked like there was mold on it. Other than that one of my favorite locations! Not sure when they started charging for parking but $20 a day is ridiculous! Who charges their patrons for parking?

When I checked into the hotel with a prepaid reservation, they told me my reservation for a king suite was not available. All I could have is a double queen room that the beds were full size not even queen made for a very uncomfortable night on top of the air conditioner having one speed of full blast cold thermostat did not work so it would not cut off had to sleep without air conditioning, and there was only hot water no cold water in the shower I advised the lady that checked me in several times about the issue and with an attitude she told me she would have maintenance check it out but maintenance never showed up then at 5 AM. The people down there preparing breakfast was chopping on a chopping block very loudly for about 35 to 40 minutes could not go back to sleep after that the entire experience at this hotel was very unpleasing

Newly renovated! New modern furniture in rooms. Used to stay here a lot back in the day, glad they fixed it up as it was getting really outdated.

Great surprise! Nestled in the Galleria Area this could be The Best Hotel to stay in! Friendly staff, quiet, clean and comfortable. Easy to navigate streets make for an enjoyable experience. Breakfast served hot and fresh, coffee was good and welcomed!

The hotel and breakfast were fantastic. The only problem was check in. They did not have my Expedia reservation online, but luckily had available rooms and they were able to make a new reservation. It just took quite a while.

Front desk staff was great check in was easy. Walking in my room was clean But later that night we sat down on the couch to watch a movie and my daughter ended up getting ate up by a bug or bugs on that couch. My stay was pleasant except for that. The only thing I wish that they would change is The fact that They should always have paper plates for breakfast For the people that don't want to sit down there For breakfast. The parking is super expensive, especially for a basic parking lot. I paid almost $90 for 3 nights. It's ridiculous.

Everything was great except for having to pay for parking. Seemed a bit unnecessary for this location. But it was only $23, so very reasonable as far as overnight parking goes. The hot tub was overly chlorinated and caused a burning sensation after exiting, after about 1 minute inside. 😳

Pros: staff were nice and friendly, good location if you want to be north of the city and near the mall, rooms updated for the most part. Smooth check in. Cons: 29.00 per night for self parking is INSANE! I choose embassy for the breakfast and typically they have vetted GREAT COOKS. Ordered food from restaurant (the Reuben was twice slices of something that wasn’t corned beef but made like a French Dip). The breakfast (poor quality, gnats all over the baked goods) the omelette was worth eating. I stayed 4 nights and only had coffee the following mornings. The pool hmmm didn’t seem inviting area to hang in. It was dark and outdated. Certain areas need updating (fixtures, elevator had an ongoing odor).

The staff got more than a A+. They done their job like no other hotel. I was impressed with my experience. Embassy Suites has delivered great stays on every occasion.

It was relaxing I've stayed at one before but air conditioning was not working so i was skeptical about staying this one was great the only problem is no one stayed at the front desk always had to wait for someone to come from back or someone had to go get someone

This place was great! We booked it last minute because our flight got into Dfw pretty late and we didn’t want to drive back home. It was clean, beds were comfy, the gentleman at the front desk was super friendly, and I had one of the best made to order omelets I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back if we need to stay overnight in Dallas again.

If you are going to have adjoining rooms I would suggest investing in sound proof doors between the rooms. Unfortunately our family got put next to a party room our first two nights. Two different sets of loud people there enjoying themselves. They deserve a great stay as much as we did. We could hear every word of every conversation, every loud laugh, every word to the music they played. For a family needing to get up early it was not ideal. Tried to switch rooms and just seemed like a bother. Frustrating.
