Location Parking

This was our first time visiting this hotel. Our room was located on the front of the hotel, so the road noise was really loud, even at night. There is not much free parking, and you pay to use parking within their paid space. The code card quit working after the first day in the parking area, and we had to ask to be let in the second day. The beds were smaller than expected.

The main reason I am writing this review is to give a heads up to anyone booking an Accessible Room for handicap reasons. The suites usually have a table with a couple of chairs, a sink inside the bathroom, a door that closes to the bedroom. Because of recent medical events, I requested an Accessible room. I had a choice of a shower with a bench and a handheld sprayer that included a fixed shower head, too, or a room with a tub with the same hand held +fixed head shower. I chose the shower with the bench and wish I had not. The room had no table & chairs, no bedroom door, and sink in bedroom in order to meet handicap requirements. It was actually harder for me to be comfortable in that setting because. I now know to get the handicap with tub and sink in bathroom and a bedroom with door. I will continue to book here…it’s a great place with great staff. But I will be more inquiring about the amenities of the Accessible rooms. It was entirely my fault for not checking because options are available. I just wanted others in my situation to be aware so they can call to be sure the room they book fits their needs.

Breakfast was nice and the amenities at the hotel wasn't bad, just that it's a little older than modern hotels hence the interior of the rooms weren't as recent as some of the other hotels I've used. Staff wasn't bad as well.

On a positive note, the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. However, the layout made it difficult to navigate during busy times, and the coffee machine was not working during our stay. Overall, the staff was pleasant, but the condition of the room and some maintenance issues made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Love how I felt welcome with my name on the T.V...lol...and even tho I didn't get to use my complimentary drink from the bar I really appreciate the thought ..and even though i always bring my own shampoo and conditioner that was a great gesture...I love how its pet friendly will remember that for next time to bring my fur baby. .and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was provided everything was delicious...I will definitely be back and use the Hilton from now on hopefully they are all the same everywhere...and will be putting out a good word to all my friends and family ...and i especially like that there was security on the premises/parking lot Only thing I didn't like was that I had to check out the next day...lol...honestly there was nothing wrong with my stay i felt super relaxed

This establishment is very well managed. The location is ideal. The happy hour was great. The breakfast was ok, there was definitely a wide variety of options, but the made to order eggs tasted like there was something placed in them to make them stretch like milk or something. And you had to request bacon. The bacon was not placed on the line and it was undercooked and bad quality. I did like that there were 2 sets of elevators on each side of the hotel and the private parking. The room was not up to Embassy standards in my opinion. The bathroom needs renovation, the bed and the couch need to be replaced. Overall had a decent stay, not sure I will be back unless issues are addressed. Especially with all the other hotel offerings in the area.

Our room was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The only small issue we had was the AC would not get down to the temperature we set and it took a while to cool down. Breakfast was amazing, lots of options and we loved the omelette station!

Good breakfast. But it was a bit of an older property with some cosmetic issues. They were working on the plumbing and shut off the water to our entire floor for over an hour. We needed to shower before bed so we weren’t able to sleep until after midnight.

The water was out of order for the entire hotel for over 12 hours, without adequate notification (the only notice was a letter on one of the four elevators, the day of). The communication was awful, could not get a hold of reception and would be forced to walk down from the 9th floor to talk to someone. Room service paid no attention to detail, the hotel bath wash and conditioner was completely out for two days. The pool was cloudy and didn't want my children going in there and the jacuzzi was lukewarm at best.

The complimentary breakfast was better than most. I highly recomment the omelets. I was there on a working trip but the room and bed were perfect for me. I slept great and there wasn't much distracting noise at all. I would definitely go back.

The maintenance guy came & put it back together, although housekeeping didn’t arrive but instead sent a towel man to the room & we had to clean it all up. Next morning the carpets on each entrance of the bathroom were still wet. 2nd occurrence, when I was in the shower- a plastic panel that was on the ceiling fell onto the back of my head. I freaked out, my husband immediately called the front desk. He hung up the phone & told me the lady responded “oh my gosh I’m so sorry someone will be right there to fix it”. Maintenance guy (different man than yesterday) comes by 15 minutes later & grabs the panel. Looks all surprised & says he’s sorry then leaves. This was like 40 min before checkout. We don’t see him again. Keep in mind there’s literal dry wall & debris in the shower area & on the floor. Looked like the wall had water rotted out. Now this evening we’re settling in back home, I’m giving my kids baths.. my 4 year old is complaining of itching near his underwear line before taking his clothes off, so I check & he has 4 bites in a straight line. LOOKS LIKE BED BUG BITES!!!!! So I immediately go to check my other children & one of my other toddlers (she’s 3) has a line of bites right under her left buttocks. I have been AT THE LAUNDROMAT since I bathed my babies & have kept my car on with the heater on full blast to hopefully kill anything that is in it!!!!!!! We will not be back to this property after this experience.

Everything was great for us on our recent trip.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast, dinner, and bar were very good (2 free drinks and free snacks at happy hour). The only downside was that I had trouble logging on to their wi-fi and had to use my phone as a hot spot the first night. I hope I do not get an extra charge in my next phone bill. The next morning I told the front desk about this, and they gave me an access code that made it work. They should offer that to all guests upon check-in.

The staff was amazing and friendly, but the property is sad and desperately in need of a complete make-over. They offer free drinks because the rooms are from 1980. Lamps were broken, bathroom was rusted, towels were old and worn, duvet was worn through but still on the bed. Great location and the staff is trying hard with what they have but modern this place is not!

The people at the bar all the employees that was very nice. Did I I had to go down multiple times make make a plates that the room was very hot.The air was not working i told them I have fun and have seizures, so he did not sleep was not comfortable, did not enjoy himself. It was his birthday continued with the first shift changed. Nobody got back with me on the first talk to the second shield. Ask for a fan again, they told me OK never hear of nobody had to go back dinner and tell them again about my son asked he told me okay? By the time I got back in the ship was changed again. It was like a maybe 7 o'clock. She wants to ask us. Do you want to change room? S, no, for what my kids was already irritated, I was too Indian. It was already 7 o'clock continued to get told when the manager gets here at 9 speak with her. There's nothing to take me\nIn d, m, my son didn't feel good.The man that was cooking omelets , he was a different race for me, my phone stick did not feel good.So I was trying to get him out after I got mine to multiple people that wasn't the same race as me was also right there you didn't multiple omits c cooked he proceeded to stop cooking when I came up to the line to tell me. Oh, it's only one purpose. I told him I was getting me for my son, but also I saw multiple people getting more than with no kids at I told it was for my son, he was like I will help. We can't make multiple young makes one for each person he has to come down there. That really p***** me off. I walked off just to proceed the issue but it really made me feel bad. So I ask\n Ed him, what could they do to help us? I was also gonna book another night as you can look at it and see, I booked it, but then I decided I'm not gonna pay no money for something. I didn't even be comfortable or my children didn't either so I asked them, could they do anything anything I don't know. She told me since I booked a third party and it's booking. The lady in the front desk - on Sunday night shift - didn’t get her name - she’s AMAZING. She makes your stay so enjoyable! Also the staff on the breakfast area Monday the 27 of April are super nice and super friendly. We were late for breakfast and they still prepared omelets for us ! We are so grateful!

Super hard beds, the air conditioning didnt work in the bedroom only in the front room. There were relaxing chairs outside our room and people were hanging out outside our room and being loud, the shower curtains didnt keep water from going out on the floor, breakfast was very unorganized I had to ask were certain foods were located because unless you have been there before, you didnt know where it was. Staff were a little rude when asking for items. There were only about 8 parking spots in the front of the front if the hotel, if you went passed the barrier area you had to pay 30 a night that they took out of your money that were for the incidental. My family and I will not be staying at this location again.

Well, my room ran out of hot water Saturday night and I had to wait until morning to take a shower.

I was in room 816, and when I first entered, it smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana there recently. I sprayed the room with Lysol air freshener, and the smell decreased significantly! I left my room Wednesday morning with a sign on the door requesting no cleaning service for the day, but when I returned, I found that they had entered the room and made my bed. They also smoked marijuana again in that room while I was away. It was a non-smoking room, but it was clear that the staff was not respecting that rule. I also shared my concerns with the front desk attendant when I checked out on 4/23/2026.

I didn’t like anything about the property The rooms were disgusting. There were stains all over the place, even a fresh stain on the bed skirt. The shower hadn’t been cleaned as there was hair all over the shower. We also paid $30 a night for parking.

The breakfast was amazing. There was a large variety, and there was plenty of it. Everything was clean and very nice and the staff was very helpful. The jacuzzi was kind of gross. It smelled weird. The pool was fine--chairs were all good and clean, and the towel stations neat and orderly.

Love that the room was clean. My room was right off the elevator but the noise was very low. It never bothered me.

Our room was at the front of the building, on the highway, so quite noisy. The desk agreed to move us to the quieter section but for one reason or another that never happened. Fortunately there was a fan hidden in a cabinet under the sink that provided some white noise. The room itself was fine with some small issues... one of the two TV remotes was dead and the tub spout was barely attached to the wall so pulling the diverter up was difficult and not real effective. The Managers Reception was weak compared to other E.S.'s I've stayed in. Breakfast was fine. Overall a decent stay but not up to the usual E.S standard. I'll find somewhere else next trip.

Front desk were not too friendly and were simply unwilling to assist in any given issue. Property is rundown. I ended up leaving after 1 night and moving to another hotel. This is not what i expected from an Embassy suites and will thonk twice about staying at another Embassy suites in the future.

I will say the location is great in terms the downtown area. The staff was very friendly and professional, from check in to the bar staff. The lobby area and bar areas are nice and clean and up to date. The rooms however, is the reason for my low rating. The rooms did not feel clean and smelled very musty and stale. The bathroom sink had a leak and whenever the water was on, it flooded the sink counter. The tub did not look very clean and the room itself needs a make over, very outdated. For this reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and you can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome. We also really enjoy the complimentary breakfast and the evening reception—it’s such a nice bonus and sets this hotel apart from others. The indoor pool area is another favorite, especially for the kids, and everything is always well-maintained. Overall, this location on North Stemmons is one we keep coming back to because it’s reliable, convenient, and just an all-around great place to stay. Highly recommend!

When we first got in the room the toilet was clogged. Staff swiftly got the situation fixed! But the tool he used dripped on the floor and trailed through the room. I tried to adjust the shower knob, it came off! I’m running water from the sink and it leak all over the floor, not sure why that happen. I love Embassy Suites, but this stay was 4/10. The room took forever to cool off! Not sure if the thermostat was broken.

There was no hot water during my stay. We had to let the shower run for about ten minutes before the water got hot then when it did it was getting cold and hot. We were told that they are workin on it. It didn’t get fix until we checked out Sunday. I know things happen but they didn’t even try to accommodate us. We still paid full price for our stay.

In the bathroom, specifically, there are several areas where you can see things have been removed from the wall but proper repairs weren't made. Also, the pool and spa area needs significant repairs, cleaning, etc. This area seems to be very neglected.

The hotel is very dirty and grimy overall. There was a homeless person relaxing in the main atrium common area on a Thursday evening.

Towel bar came off in our hands, double beds were not comfortable, toilet was disconnected from the floor, cleaning service never came (even though we specifically asked for it), there were no pancakes or waffles (my children don't eat french toast), and at least 1 elevator was not working on both sides of the building. 1. The door would never shut, the only way it would close in a secured manner was that you had to slam it close. 2. The mini fridge didn't work. Bought a lot of milk and yogurt just to watch it go to waste. 3. The phones to call room service are falling apart and literally don't work. 4. The bedsheets had an odor. Seemed as of they were never washed nor changed. 5. The trash can in the wet bar smelt like rotten flesh. 6. The enamel coating in the bathtub is peeling. 7. The sink faucet in the bathroom struggles to turn off, always dripping water. 8. Around the corner, the ice machine was there but upon entering you can smell mold and mildew heavily. 9. Half of the elevators didn't work, which was a tedious hassle and struggle to get to the 9th floor. 10. If you like to smoke indoors, this is your place. The whole indoors smelled like a dispensary. They let people smoke cannabis indoors. Spoke to the maids to complain, they speak Spanish just like me. When I brought these issues to their attention, they told me that these issues have been going on forever since they can remember but management doesn't do anything about it. Again, to reiterate, the staff seemed legit, but to charge exorbitant prices especially for trash on NYE is diabolical. Proceed with caution. You have been warned.

Room 708, the bathtub - the valve was loose and coming out a little out of the wall. After seeing this, I felt the rooms were all dirty and not cleaned properly. The reason I came to Embassy Suites was to treat my younger two nephews and niece to the indoor pool and it was dirty. The maintenance man came in and threw some stuff in there and left with no signage on the doors. The pool area was dirty. I reported this to the front desk and they shrugged me off and said the pool was clean. UNACCEPTABLE Service!! You need some upgrades too!!

Our stay overall was good but the rooms were a lil outdated and the housekeeping was less than disirable. The couch had some kind of milk stain, the furniture needed a good dusting and if i had a vaccumn I would have done that floor myself. The air return vent was loud and sounded like a truck idling. The price for the rooms, the pool and breakfest were very nice.

Well for one i think you need to make sure that people staying in the hotel really stay there and not have everyone come to the hotel and hang out with the people staying there. The breakfast area i know half the people eating there wasn't staying in the hotel. The same for the managers special. Everyone thought it was free alcohol and a lot of them didnt have a card. I know its hard to police but that was a problem for us. Don't know if we will be back. That problem is to much because it creates a security risk or problem if a guess and someone who doesn't stay in the hotel have a disagreement. Just a FYI.

There is some much needed updates & renovations that need to be done to the hotel. Only one washing machine in the entire building worked. The staff from the front desk to the chefs in the kitchen were phenomenal. The breakfast was great everyday, the facility, again is just dated.

The staff is attentive and helpful. The hotel is clean, however facility felt small. The facility has some updates to room but not like the newer Embassy suites. You are right next to a highway and hear it while sleeping. Gym is small and limited equipment. Breakfast is always a plus at Embassy Suites and is great.

Extra Clean Rooms, Housekeepers are AMAZING and FAST!! Our group went downstairs to eat breakfast early each day and upon returning to our rooms, the rooms were COMPLETELY SERVICED AND CLEAN!! We were thoroughly pleased with our stay!!

Loud noises at night coming from highway, happy hour lines were long, only one bartender. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if u want quiet at night, also the A/C unit every time it comes on and goes off you hear a loud knocking sound,it was so loud that I turn my unit off at night just to sleep.

Main reason we stayed here is 2-bedroom suites--great for travel with family. Hotel was on the nicer side of decent. Was probably quite nice in it's day, but carpet, furniture, fixtures were starting to show their age. Our socks and feet got dirty when we walked around the room without shoes as the carpets really were grubby. There's only so much you can vacuum up after years of spills and mess. Also, 3 of the 4 elevators were out of service during our stay. Not great. But the breakfast was better than average and the staff were very helpful whenever we needed something. Location wasn't scenic but was convenient--right off 35 so easy access to many parts of town. I'd probably stay again, but would check out other options first.

By the next morning, October 3, the situation had worsened, only one elevator was operating for the entire hotel. The wait to go up or down could take as long as 10 minutes, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, one of the elevators malfunctioned while my family and I were inside, and we nearly got stuck. When I reported the issue to the front desk, the representative seemed unconcerned and offered little explanation or assistance. Overall, the elevator situation made our stay very frustrating and uncomfortable, especially for guests with mobility concerns. I hope management addresses these maintenance and customer service issues promptly to prevent future guests from having the same experience.

The room was older, but very spacious. I couldn't get the hot water hot enough in the tub, but the shower could get as hot as you want. The shower area was pretty small and the lighting wasn't great (no overhead light in the shower). But the room was big, the living room was very big for a hotel. I liked the staff at the front desk as well as the woman making the omelets in the morning. I really enjoyed the space and the staff enough to make this 5 stars.

The problems with 908 are as follows: 1. The room is located right near a service elevator so you hear a very loud whirring sound (almost like a power drill) at all hours of the night and morning. It was not a soft whir, it was loud enough to keep us awake and wake us constantly. 2. The cleanliness leaves a LOT to be desired. My 1 year old could not crawl on the floor without his knees, toes, shins, and bottoms of his feet turning BLACK. It literally looked like he crawled in a chimney. The floors to the naked eye look “fine” .. but they need to triple shampoo/deep clean them or better yet, rip the carpet out and start over. It was disgusting how filthy they were. We all wore shoes inside because parts of the carpet felt wet, some felt almost gooey/tacky, but all of it was just absolutely filthy. There’s also a LARGE dark red stain near the pull out couch on the ground, it was a little creepy looking. Couldn’t tell if someone spilled an entire bottle of wine or lost significant blood. 3. The king bedroom air vent does not blow air very well. The room with tbe double beds down the hall (same hotel suite) blows great, you can feel it from 10 feet away. But our kind bedroom you could put your hand in front of it and not feel it. The room was about 78° until 4am. Overall, this hotel needs bedroom updates big time

The Hotel was very nice, room was clean but was shocked to have to pay 29.00 for parking. That is new for me as I have never had to do this. It does state on their website but I overlooked it because that's not something I look for. So with that extra fee it wasn't such a good deal after all.

The staff were super helpful. The room was clean, and the food was great!! The only problem I had was I had a wheelchair accessible room, and the bathroom floor filled up with water when I took a shower and it was hard to clean up. I suggest putting squeegees in the rooms for easier cleanup.

Everything was beautiful however our room started to flood and when notifying the front desk all they did was have us come down to pick up a key to a new room that was already completely flooded out. Then we had to again go down to notify front desk that that room was also flooded and they again gave us a key to a new room that had the shower handle fall off in the bathroom. During all of this time no one ever showed up to help us move to the other rooms nor come to check on us. This all occurred at 12:30 am while we were already in bed trying to go to sleep. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service rendered.

The front desk service was very good. But the maintenance guy that was sent to fix the toilet had a horrible attitude! The toilet and shower got clogged up as soon as they were used. Towels didn’t seemed or smell like they had been washed.

Didn't see when I booked that I would be charged $29 daily to park. It was FREE two nlocks away at the Hilton. It was $5 daily at the hospital I was visiting and where my car was most of the time. I won't book this Embassy again. I am disappointed at how outdated the decor and room was. Staffing was fine.

I was excited to stay at The Embassy Suites Dallas Mkt center for its proximity to the DMC. I was in room 622. After returning to my hotel on Tuesday 12 I was perplexed by the fact that house keeping had been in my room, even after I had placed the sign on my door. They came in, left new towels that I didn’t need, restocked my coffee bar, and left without making the bed or taking a dirty wine glass. Why were they in my room? Then, the next night Wednesday 13 ,when I was coming back to my room I noticed that my rooms door was ajar!!! This really scared me and shocked me. I carefully entered my hotel room because I have all my personal belongings and then I carry hundreds of dollars of Jewelry for my line. I quickly called the front desk and told them what had happened. He let me know that the manager would be in at 9am. After sleeping a sleepless night… I spoke to the manager who I felt was not prepared as a manager to acknowledge my situation. Didn’t offer me her card, didn’t write it down and then most importantly didn’t follow through with a call or email.

This hotel site is very convenient for Fallas Love Field and not so far from DFW. It a nice facility, I will say it could use some TLC in areas, but overall our stay was comfortable. The staff was lovely! The breakfast was very nice with lots of options including made-to-order eggs. We recommend.

We stay in a family suite which include a king bed and a separate room with double beds for the kids and two separate bathroom. Market Center is a very good area. It’s at the center of Dallas.

The staff here is amazing and nice but the hotel is just outdated. We checked out two days sooner and went somewhere else. It really does not love up to the standard i expect from a hilton hotel

Advertised free parking. Not from Dallas went to stay at embassy since we have stayed before. Was told at checkin that i would have to do 100 dollar deposit for incidentals and would be refunded back. I have always received full amount back and wven though it was higher than im used to i still paid and was told it would be refunded in 3 to 5 days. I didn't receibe the money back and called today to inquire andnwas told you should have reveibed it back minus the 67 plus for parking....are you kidding me? If you want to rip.people off or are going to charge for parking then let them know. will never stay there again and was planning to next month for another concert.

Check in was seamless. This hotel met our needs perfectly. Loved the breakfast and kind staff.

The custodian came in and replaced the refrigerator but it still not working well.

Clean, safe property. Great location with restaurants. Unnecessary to charge for parking. What else am I going to do with my vehicle?.

I would give the service an excellent rating except that housekeeping checked on us one day. We had a tough time getting toilet paper because they didn’t come back a second day. The staff in the dining bar area and front desk staff are 10/10z

Huge shout to our check in receptionist. She was so amazing to my 2 yo grandson. He was cranky and tired and she went the extra mile to make sure he felt important too! Great people person!!
