    Highly recommend staying here, our car was broken into at a different location and they went above and beyond to help. They definitely made a difference in making the situation less stressful for us. We will definitely be staying here every time we are in town.

    Don’t expect a 4-star hotel, if you book this hotel. The property is old and NOT well-maintained. The room was very dim, and lights were insufficient. Sheets and the towels were dirty, old and smelly! Faucets were leaky and shower head was very rusty and calcified to a point that the water was just dripping. Bathroom floor tiles were cracked and broken. Countertop in the bathroom was cracked and the sink had a lot of mildew build ups. But the staff were very helpful and courteous.

    The breakfast was too expensive for my taste but there was a Denny's just around the block. We were close to the hospital and that’s what really counts. The staff were nice and bi-lingual very helpful for my husband!

    This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time that actually has daily maid service. I was shocked and very pleasantly surprised. Easy access to everywhere. Close to downtown. Daily parking rate is expensive.

    When I arrived the lady was polite and allowed me to check in early. She could not answer any questions I had asked her about which breakfast was included with the room. She said no breakfast. I told her that's what I read It said I can add breakfast for $21.00 because the room I reserved didn't come with free breakfast. She said no. I don't think she understood English either. I pulled out my phone to show her then she agreed. My worst complaint is when I called the front desk and no worker did not answer. I had to go back down to the desk and also when they asked if I had any accommodation when you were reserving the room I said yes I am Disabled and I would like a room with a tube. I also have mobility issues. The evening front desk worker did offer me one but I told him it was too much to move again. When the Maintenance man named Ray I think that's his name he was very attentive and concerned about the issues about the phone He brought a different phone to see if it was the problem. I told him I was disabled. I have Lupus and Lung disease. My God woke me up in my sleep at 5:45 I could breathe, wheezing sounding like a whistle. Luckily a friend came to meet me back in Dallas for the concert. She rushed me to the hospital They admitted me I think all the workers on the Friday night shift need more customer service training. The Marriott is a beautiful and elegant place .The front area, bar and restaurant is so clean and beautiful. The housekeeping lady Friday and Saturday shift she was sweet but she could not understand anything I asked her about the room, where the washer or how to get ice. She said I don't know she couldn't understand English but she cleaned that room. Overall I will come back. I had to delete some of my pictures I was sending my family and friends to show them the room when the storage was full.

    Thank you for responding the experience I had was less than ideal as stated, my room was cold and dirty, when I told the front desk associate she was not concerned, She just told me that there was no engineering staff there, and looked at me as though that was an acceptable response, security came after I yet again went down to see what could be done mind you I work 2nd shift at a hospital and it was now around 3am, he was nice and assisted me to my room and verified that the heater was not blowing, as though I was lying. The front desk did not offer me another room until after 5am, so now I have been awake for almost 20 hours, I am tired, aggravated, and very unhappy, I will make sure to tell my job never to book with your hotel. She didn't offer me anything for my troubles, no breakfast, no free parking, no nothing. I expected to have better service; this was the worst experience I have ever had from a hotel.

    Marriott has offered no help or communication regarding this. We were not the only vehicle involved in this theft. Every 2024-2025 GMC or Silverado was robbed of their tail lights. These are 3-4k to replace. You certainly don’t expect to have a group of vehicles broken into in a parking lot you’re paying for that has a gate and security who clearly are not securing anything. I would not stay here as you may be leaving with less than you came with.

    That they wanted to charge for the microwave, the room didn’t had microwave. Selling water bottles for $7, breakfast was not included like other hotels, they had lunch and dinner but they were asking for $21 per person per night. And it’s too expensive. Trash cans didn’t had trash bags either

Whoever is running this location is just looking for a way to add $$$ to your stay. Please do me a favor and just charge a slightly higher room rate and don’t insult me by charging to park. You aren’t downtown where space is a premium and you aren’t offering any suggestion of protection for my property or vehicle so what are you charging for? You aren’t near the airport or any transit so all guest must drive in. Seems like a decision made in the accounting dept not from the front lines.

    Staff was friendly, room was average, pool no lights at night, charged for parking when we didn't park overnight or stayed longer than an hour at the most (stayed at the children's hospital all day and overnight) $94.17 to be exact and it was a 2 day booking!! We rushed downstairs only to learn it was triggered by someone burning bacon in the kitchen—a disruptive and disappointing start to our vacation. Checking out was a nightmare: the porte cochere was crumbling (with a car parked unsafely beneath), the front entrance was blocked, and the side entrance was locked from both sides. We struggled to find an accessible entrance just to return our keys. Overall, this hotel’s poor maintenance, unexpected fees, and operational failures made our stay deeply disappointing. It does not deserve its 4-star rating, and we will not return to this Marriott—or any Marriott—after this experience. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a pleasant stay.

They just told us to try reset the thermostat and see if it works. Totally a waste of money! The trolly was so small like mini carts. Even small hotel chains have way bigger luggage cart transporters but never did we expert that a Marriott hotel in such a big city would have such mini luggage carrier. We drove 10 hours for an important event and never did we expect such horrible experience. One of the most critical part of our travel was to be able to get some good night's rest before driving back home for another 10 hours. Never again with Dallas Marriott Suites.

    We didnt realize we had to pay for parking on top of the hotel room. $30 a night seems pretty high. When we checked in I didnt feel like the front desk woman was super helpful. We had already paid for our room online but when we checked in she charged our card an additional $243.76. She claimed incidentals were $75 a night and parking was $30 a night. Thats $210. Not sure where the other $33 came from. She didnt really explain anything. Hopefully we get some of that back. Our air conditioning in our room wasnt great but not horrible. Couldnt get the room to cool down past 73⁰ but it was muggy outside so i know that plays a part. I did love that the TVs had netlfix, that was a nice perk.

We had 1 bed suites, perfect layout, bed and pillows very comfortable and we are very picky on that. Some complained about the highway noice, we live out in the quiet country and it didn’t bother us at all. Definitely would stay again

    I had a very comfortable one bedroom suite. It was immaculately clean. I was impressed with even the toiletries! The face bar, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were exceptional. I ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. It was very low and sank while the sofa pillows separated as we sat on it. I will say though, the leather upholstered bar chair in the room was super cute and comfortable. I wanted to purchase it but I don’t think it was for sale lol. There’s a little fridge and coffee maker in the room but no microwave. Two large TVs and a big shower with consistent hot running water. Parking is $29 per day but mine was deeply discounted to $5 daily. Perhaps it was because of my Bonvoy membership which is normally not honored with third party stays. There is a restaurant and bar and a very spacious lobby to sit and relax but we didn't indulge ourselves in the food though. Overall, I enjoyed it and Alexis was the best during check in. He was exceptionally attentive and friendly. Kudos to Alexis!!!

    Loved the convenience of being off the freeway and so close to restaurants, gas stations and shopping. The restaurant onsite has absolutely great menu choices. The staff at the front desk along with in the restaurant area are wonderful and very accommodating to your needs.

    Did that get your attention? Here's my story: I reserved 3 nights for medical visit to UT Southwestern. I got done early and left on the second day, called the hotel desk from DFW and checked out. Through Expedia I contacted the hotel and asked for a refund of the 3rd night. That was denied. Cost me $250. Taxes and fees were $120. Filthy carpet... White socks don't lie. Oh yeah... Parking $29.00 per night. How is this place in business?

    We stayed in one of the suites. The pillows were of the lowest quality possible. They were thin and unsupportive, even with two stacked. The suite has two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living area with the couch. No remote could be found for the living room TV, and when we used the TV in the bedroom the cable constantly buffered and made it impossible to even watch tv. We tried to use the Netflix or YouTube app on the TV and it wouldn’t connect to the internet. To top it off there is construction going on and was woken up at 7 a.m. on a Saturday by loud banging outside my window. I will never stay at another Marriott, $250 down the drain for the most uncomfortable night.
