This is a great hotel w a great staff. 5 stars and Kyla was the best at check in!

The room was nice and very clean. I wish there was a microwave in the rooms. There was a slight smell in the halls; not really sure what it was. We notice the first level smell nice with the candles burning.

Location was good Staff was unable to find reservation and we hand to keep asking them to help and find it and after an hour of me finally calling booking .com and then booking calling them they found it and they only rec a $26 dollar credit was unacceptable. Everyone blaming each other and making us wait over an hour at 2 in the morning before we got to our room. Just terrible

Great location and friendly staff. Great place to pick up a hire car. We were allowed to check in early. WiFi was not included with the room, and the Room was quite expensive.

From the valet/front desk that helped us get our oversized truck parked in front lot to friendly maid service to staff at the front desk receiving retrieving two Amazon packages I ordered to the friendly bar staff and the person who directed me to the business center so that I can find a quiet place or a Zoom meeting, you ALL truly went above and beyond! WELL DONE!

The hotel accommodated us to satisfy our needs. Switched our room 3 times to accommodate my husband’s handicap. Valet was quick and prompt. Clean rooms. Breakfast was sketchy. Told us it was free, but it wasn’t. Confusing, but the overall stay was good. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. It was clean and quiet and so relaxing. The staff were friendly and the pool was quiet and relaxing. We were so close to so many dinning options, it was so convenient. It made our anniversary stay so relaxing. Would highly recommend.

We had issues from the very moment we got to the hotel. Starting with the front desk telling us that out hotel room was not paid for in advance and that we had to pay an additional $400. It was so bad that we ended up leaving Saturday instead of Sunday.

We didn’t have breakfast. The location was great for us. The price was much more than I expected to pay.

We love Marriott products but the bed was very uncomfortable we ask the hotel to give us diffrent mattress or change our room but they could not help. My husband was going to have surgery we needed acomfortable bedding.

The pool closes at 10:00 p.m. not 11:00 p.m. like in the advertisement. Just be aware that if you're looking for a late night pool they will ask you to get out at 10:00 p.m. to clean. The bartender was great. Made us drinks and was able to go sit out in pool after 9:00 p.m. overall good location and rate.

We have stayed here many times before. The hotel was packed! But somehow the front desk was able to accomodate our needs and found us a quiet spot. This location is central to all we do when in Dallas.

Loved it until I got a $250 extra bill for saying I smoked in there non smoking room. I didnt smoke in their room and I beleive they know I didnt smoke in their hotel they have the advance smoking detectors everywhere in which I stated on the phone. If I did yall would know right when I started from the detectors. She said ma’am it could’ve malfunction. As if Im lying!! They said they found evidence in my trash. The evidence dont mean i smoked in the room it means I had it CLEARLY! I called and they were very rude and told me regardless Texas is not a legal state and they were no refunding my money. I wouldnt be upset if I truly did smoke in the room the part that hurts is I was charged for something I didnt do and they were rude and accused me. If I did it the charge would be fine. Thats the part that hurts the worse. Dont lie to charge me a extra charge. My room was supposed to be $388 my final bill in which they charged my card was $750 , I didnt see it until the next day after I was already checked out and gone. They also kept my deposit. The music was too loud in all public places, even outside at the pool.

The room is great and the front desk staff were very friendly. The lobby has a nice place to gather but if it cold outside it’s cold in that area. Also very loud which can be nice so people can’t listen in on conversations but it was leaning toward the distracting side.

When arriving at the hotel we were told the system to assign the keys to the hotel rooms was down.. This meant anytime we needed to leave our room and get back in we had to go down to the lobby and ask to be let into our room. In the elevator ride to be let into our room one of the hotel staff casualty mentioned that if our shower wasn’t getting hot water run the faucet for a few minutes first. After letting it run for almost 20 minutes all the way to the hot side, our shower never got hot water during our stay. The hotel itself looked nice and was kept very clean, but to say this was a very disappointing stay is an understatement and will look for other hotels next time we are in the area.

pros: There are conference rooms that are suitable for recreation retreat, training or formal conference. The restaurant inside is of high quality.

Great staff so friendly. Clean well maintained environment with good customer service for a reasonable price. My only real complaint is that I had to pay for parking. $20 per day. Not happy with that inconvenience. But as i was a little confused about it the receptionist said she would try to waive a day She did. So cool of her

The room was clearly not turned down properly before our arrival. Lots of hair in the tub, used toiletry products in the bathroom, and popcorn on the bed. The hotel was actively going through renovations so there was construction in the lobby. There was a high school girls lacrosse team that stayed in every room on our floor and they didn’t even have to be loud to hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The bathroom has a sliding door which gives no privacy. The air conditioner was incredibly loud and made all kinds of odd noises. The hotel is relatively close to a shopping center but doesn’t offer a shuttle. Not worth the amount of money spent to stay here.

Listings for rooms on Expedia mostly all say shower/tub combo but we only had shower. Rooms most away from highway should be priority for those with children because the sounds traveled so easily. Second time staying. Nice hotel.

I asked several times for wash cloths, but was told “it was a shortage”, and all they had was hand towels. The pool had so much “stuff” in the water so we utilize that. I had to ask each day to come in and clean the room. Would I stay here again…No!

Loved the surroundings and location. Loved the staff. Did not like housekeeping left no toilet paper or bath gel soap. Discovered late wanted to take a bath and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get it.

Suffice to say, housekeeping needs a major intervention from mgt. The shower had body hairs present from a previous occupant, and the desk/work surface was visibly dirty with marks from spilled brown liquid. I didn't discover these concerns until after returning from a long day of work, but I was pretty disgusted so I proceeded to take a closer look. The closet doors had a broad smear of some type, and the interior surface of the room's door also appeared to have vestiges of something unsavory. Look, I get it...hotel rooms are used for parties from time to time. That's 100% fair. I happen to travel on business, and I pretty much work all day & evening only spending a couple of waking hours in the room before I fall asleep. I think the most disappointing aspect here was that I gave housekeeping the benefit of the doubt because times are so tough for hourly employees & low skill/low wage resources these days. I walked out of the room, found a housekeeping cart, borrowed some paper towels and some disinfectant, and then went to my room to clean the areas of the desk which I needed to use. I left the short & curlies in the shower as a litmus test for the following day's housekeeping effort to prove against. Day 2, pubes still present, wet washcloth clumped in the sink, bed not made, trash was emptied. Underwhelming.

I visited for my husbands birthday and along with my job and we really had a great time service was great and efficient Id definitely come again only thing I’d recommend is that whoever works the bar at closing has more energy the guy with the man bun was very dry and didn’t smile Made us feel like he was just there and ready to go home

Toilet flushed so poorly I avoided using it because it seemed certain it would clog. No pillows were firm despite my default preferences. Burger was meh, ok. Not worthy of the high Marriott price though.

Our room had dirt where it had been swept up under the headboard. In our bathroom there was water damage and the floor tile was lifting.

I liked the fact that the hotel is tucked away from the city of Dallas, has room service,valet parking,dining area and free breakfast. The hotel view was amazing at night. The room is very spacious and I will be returning.

We had a room for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday). We did not have cable TV service from Friday evening until mid-afternoon Saturday. Also, when we returned from dinner Saturday evening our room had not been cleaned. We had to call the front desk for fresh towels and other toiletries. Disappointing stay.

I didn't like anything, but in particular the fact that there were two kinds of rooms for the same price, one that appeared to be remodeled, the other one that appeared to be from a DaysInn Motel. Terrible.

We really enjoy this property it is nice, and well kept. We had excellent customer service provided by the assistant manager. She was very friendly, and deserves recognition for her dedication and for going above and beyond. Our wedding Anniversary stay was more than excellent. The only disappointment we had was that our room was not as clean as it should have been.

I was very disappointed that after booking the place. I was traveling with my self and 4 children. I requested a roll away bed upon booking because they said they were available, however when I arrived they said they could not accommodate the request because it was a fire hazard. I had to pay $15 to park my car.. no complementary anything in this place. I will never go to a Marriott again. It is over priced and you are nickel and dimed for everything. I will continue to Stay at Holiday Inn hotel and suites. They provide breakfast (for free) and ample space for all!!

There seemed to be a boys soccer tournament during our stay. With this in mind, it was busy. It was a getaway weekend and was look for some low key time. Overall, I am impressed with the services. Pool staff, bar staff and breakfast staff was incredible. It my stay feel as wanted. Big thank you too all who served us, waited on us and made our trip special. I do have to say that when I checked out front desk seemed a bit frustrated with me but that won’t ruin my ratings. Just be patient with us customers who seem to be a little uncertain.

There seemed to be a boys soccer tournament during our stay. With this in mind, it was busy. It was a getaway weekend and was look for some low key time. Overall, I am impressed with the services. I didn’t realize I would need to pay $16 per day for parking prior to booking. The breakfast buffet and service is certainly not worth $20 and my room was just ok.

Next time I will not book a property that requires a payment in advance. Apparently you pay for your room regardless if your trip is canceled or not. I was notified that my air flight was canceled, and I would not get to Dallas until the next day.. I had to pay for the room regardless of the canceled flight.

Gore was rated 4 stars but it was definitely a disappointment. The lobby was in good condition but the elevators and our room left much to be desired. Tried calling the front desk and “at your service” multiple times over the course of 2 days and not once got an answer. Our room did not have enough towels for a 2 person stay. And we had to go find someone with a cart to get more towels. We also had to pay to park our vehicles and pay for WiFi. No breakfast was also a bummer.

This hotel was dirty. I cleaned the room and picked up so much dirt and dust. Not acceptable especially during covid. Lots of people in lobby partying without masks. Was not what I was looking for. Had to pay for parking which wasn’t disclosed at booking.

One of the best hotel stays I've had in quite awhile. The staff in great and the facility is top notch.

The hotel is very nice and close to everything we enjoy in this part of Dallas. We always stay here when coming to this part of town.

Sick of their restaurant not being open and the Starbucks kiosk with such limited hours. Every business keeps using a 16 month old “pandemic” as the reason for their poor service. Sick of it. Enough! I will stay elsewhere going forward that is fully operational.

It was easy access to the highway and was very nice.

The rooms ac barley worked we put the temperature on 62 and it was still so hot. When we arrived we only had one big towel and one small towel. We had to wait for towels to be delivered to our room after my husband had to go all the way downstairs to the lobby because they never answered the phone. We switched rooms due to this issue and the new room was still hot. We left around 8 am and returned about 4 and our room wasn’t even cleaned no new towels or anything. Was not worth 4 stars that we thought it would be

Con: Smaller room and a little highway noise.

I liked that the property was less than 2 miles from the Galleria.

Overall the stay was pretty good, however ... we were only given 4 face towels the entire weekend visit. Didn’t get towels til 12 hours later . There was a big cockroach in our room and I have a huge phobia of cockroaches, asked for discount if possible & were denied.

Had a Geeat Stay! Will definitely stay again!!!!!!!

Elevator took forever, only seemed like two were working, they didn’t tell us we had to ask them to clean room and get clean towels.
