Little to no Air conditioning in hallways, gym, and common areas. Definitely an older hotel that could use a remodel. Door to the shower was installed backwards.

    Rooms need to be cleaned better. Lots of hair in the bed sheets, light switches were filthy with grime, blow dryer was nasty sticky with all hair stuck to it.

    Decent hotel but shouldn’t have ‘Marriott’ attached to it. Room smelled like mold/mildew, probably coming from the AC. The access door closes to our room didn’t work so either had to walk in from the front, hope someone was walking out, or someone would prop the door open with a rock. Only take cold showers because there’s no vent in the restroom. The lamp shade by the bed was stained really bad but you couldn’t see it unless the light was on. Sketchy area.

    Parking was easy. Checking in is easy. However, the room's toilet was running and the thermostat was dead. The 2nd room's phone was dead and the A/C made hirribke loud noise. There is also a strobe light at night on the fire alarm which is ridiculous. 3rd floor ice machine was dead. The lobby kitchen's cappuccino & coffee machine was dead. The pool was locked up. This was a disappointing stay.

    If you want to stay at a hotel that has hallways that smell like pot and hear rowdy guests, this is the place for you. Also, there are bugs in the room and highway noise is terrible. I will not be staying here again.

The bathroom door was fully opened when we arrived and we had to lift the toilet seat and force it past the toilet to get it closed. After that we just left it partially opened and squeezed into the bathroom past the door. Small things were broken all over the room- soap dish, torn couch, crack in light fixture, chips on the counters and nightstands. Thermostat on the wall has no power. The room was inexpensive and seemed clean and we were just there to sleep, but for a Marriot it was unusually tired and worn.

    The #120 in-room A/C put out a musty, mildewy smell that was very unpleasant. We turned it off and, fortunately, the room was cool enough without it. It was a sickening smell. We won't be returning to this Courtyard.

    Property was full of homeless people looking for handouts and begging to anyone walking through the parking lot. There were also numerous women eliciting paid services in the area. When attempting to check in, the front desk staff and 2 guests were yelling at each other, making the entire experience extremely uncomfortable.

    It was next to a gas station Dirty! Room 108 had pubic hair in the bed, semen on the coffee table and the bathroom door doesn’t shut When I confronted the front desk she said I could not be moved to another room yet there were less than 6 cars in the parking lot.

We tried this Courtyard and, though we could at least get a complimentary coffee in the morning 'til 9:30, you still wanted to sell us breakfast. I guess we'll have to give up on Marriott again for a few more years. Darn.

    There was mold in the bathroom. We didn’t get fresh sheets on the bed. The bed was very hard and the pillows that made up the “headboard” didn’t have sheets that fit them properly. The elevator is definitely on its last legs, as it took well over the appropriate amount of time to open when you got to the first floor. Oh and for an entire day we didn’t have hot water. Everywhere was posted that checkout time was at 12, including inside the room but we almost got charged for extended time for not being out at 11…

    There was mold in the bathroom. We didn’t get fresh sheets on the bed. The bed was very hard and the pillows that made up the “headboard” didn’t have sheets that fit them properly. The elevator is definitely on its last legs, as it took well over the appropriate amount of time to open when you got to the first floor. Oh and for an entire day we didn’t have hot water. Everywhere was posted that checkout time was at 12, including inside the room but we almost got charged for extended time for not being out at 11…

    That it was a store next door First the hotel was being remodeled and we didn’t know. When we arrived we thought it was closed. We got the lady didn’t want to add my reward points to my sisters account. The room smelled of mildew thank goodness for the balcony because we had to keep our door open because the smell was real. The tub filled up with water while showing, the floor had a stain was scared to place our bare feet on the floor. We definitely could have stayed somewhere else. The breakfast sucked they were completely unorganized, everything about the breakfast was wrong. If you stay just avoid it all together

    I enjoyed staying here, I was in Dallas for my last classes of the quarter and I stayed at this hotel with a classmate, the beds are extremely comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, the shower is WONDERFUL only the bathtub took a while to drain the water. The staff was super attentive and kind, the room service was of good quality. They are renovating and there was a little smell of paint in the hallways but nothing that bothered the rooms. It was a good experience.

The front windows were boarded up and one of the double glass doors was off and lying there. I stumbled through all of this to get to check in because my reservation was non refundable. Once checked in, I made my reservation at to the room via the stairwell, the stairs flooring was torn up and pieces lying there. Finally, the room was somewhat clean however there was a wet dog smell and what looked like a blood stain on the floor. Overall a horrible experience, save yourself $60 and book a Days Inn for the same quality or maybe even better.

    Once I made it to check in, i was made aware the hotel did not have any rooms. The hotel did not provide any accommodations for the inconvenience or anything. Just said they didn’t have anything available and gave me a refund for not the full amount. Highly unacceptable!

    I just recently got marriied and my name changed. That is why I have two last names!!! My son was on his way home from college tonight from Dallas to Memphis.! His flight got delayed and he can’t come home now until tomorrow. I am in Mississippi. I booked my son a room with your hotel so he can get rest. You Denied him!!!     The room was almost fully dark once the sun went down. It only had a small lamp that I had to find with my phone flashlight. It barely lit the room. The heater was unbelievably loud, but somehow the bathroom was not heated and didn’t have any ventilation that I could find. I had to run the hottest possible shower for 5 minutes to get the bathroom warm enough to use. Overall a very inconvenient stay. I wouldn’t recommend it.

    We visited Dallas for a work trip and I would recommend not staying at this location. We were assigned a room that someone already was occupied in, the hotel was undergoing major renovation that was not told, the bottom floor smelled like smoke, construction materials were left out, and not disposed of, and the overall lobby had a funky smell.

    The room was nice, comfortable beds, clean room. It had microwave and fridge which is always a big plus. My only dislike was the bathroom door, it was slidable since I book and accesible room without noticing. The bathroom door was off its sliding thing and it was very hard to close for us who did not have any physical impairment. That was my only con, the bathroom door, everything else was great, it was close to restaurants and stores, in a quiet place.

    Housekeeping was very poor. First of all, they only do housekeeping if you ask. How was I supposed to know that ? One day I did not get any towels; another day I did not get any coffee; another day I did not get any creamer or any cups; and another day the trash was not emptied. Not much work considering I made by own bed and tidied up every day myself. In what I consider the most dangerous safetyaspect of the hotel that the bathtub controls were so high that you could not turn the water auto off without sitting up or standing up in the bathtub. In what has to be the weirdest hotel experience I've ever had, one entire side of the hotel did not have an elevator that worked. I mistakingly got on that floor with a whole bunch of stuff and then had to walk back down the stairs with that whole bunch of stuff. It's very strange that they could have a hotel that did not have a working elevator on an entire wing. Not the hotel for you if street noise bothers you. Also, there was the weirdest noise in the bathroom that sounded like a fan, and no matter what did I could not turn it off. On the positive side, the rooms are very nice and the colors are very sophisticated and calming. The bed was very comfortable. They have the refrigerator in a closet, which is great for noise

    Alongside these issues, every time we called the front desk, no one answered but when we would come downstairs , there was an employee (male) that was on his phone and only stood up every time we passed by. So unfortunate because this place has a lot of potential to be great - it just wasnt for us. After checking out, there was a person blowing leaves away and once I got into my car, leaf-blew my front window and there were no leaves to even blow. Completely unprofessional. I can see why the prices are low for this hotel. Wouldn't recommend but had to stick it out.

    This location needs some serious updating. I typically expect Courtyards to be consistent and upon entry, this seemed to fit the bill. Once in the elevator and then into my room this was not the case. Not only was there a foreign substance on the desk but the ledge under the TV had a series of cigarette burns on the edge. There was a large space under the room door as well. I ditched the second prepaid night and moved to a different hotel. Also, the restaurant does not open at night, only for breakfast. Service and staff were friendly and great but this location needs some love and attention. I’m generally not a reviewer but buyer beware.
