The staff was amazing!! She was extremely helpful, we ran into some issue and she did everything she could to help us!! We did have stain but other than the room was spotless, easy parking. Overall amazing stay

I had a very disappointing stay at this property. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that it was not maintained to acceptable standards. Cleanliness was non-existent — surfaces were dusty, floors felt dirty, and the bathroom was particularly unpleasant. It seemed like basic hygiene and upkeep were not priorities at all. The overall environment made it uncomfortable to relax or feel at ease. The property also felt poorly organized and not suited for someone who values comfort, tidiness, or a sense of care from the host. If you are a traveler who prioritizes cleanliness and a pleasant, welcoming space, I would strongly advise considering other options. This experience made my stay stressful rather than enjoyable, and I found it difficult to spend time there. Future guests should know what they are getting into and set expectations accordingly.

Upon walking into my room I noticed a sour smell in the room like a dirty mop was used. Also when going to take a shower, I noticed cracked floor tile and cracked shower tile. Shower handle was also very loose.

Room was by a highway. You could hear traffic all night long. Hotel has foundation problems. 1st room had a huge wide crack from ceiling to floor in closet. We moved to another room due to noise and we had problems closing the door to get into room. Bathroom floor had loose and cracked tiles. When we came into room we found a pillow with lipstick markings on it.

Yes, there was a flag football team with young men that did not know manners or how to act in a hotel. Was running the halls, screaming and door slamming until after 2 am

The key card did not work every time we left the room. The front desk staff was no help and couldn't help with anything room-related. We even had to plunge the toilet by ourselves and go get a plunger.

When I check into a room I always check everything. I found things broken off like the smoke alarm to the tile on the restroom floor. It was a non-smoking room. Yet there was paraphernalia inside the drawer take me to believe why the smoke alarm was taken off. I reported it immediately.

My bed had stains and the lobby was really shabby looking- the lobby chairs had stains - they need to get new furniture- I would not recommend . Homeless people on the outside of hotel - felt unsafe .

Location was convenient and the price was reasonable Was booked for two days and could not sleep in with lots of slamming doors and traffic on the 1st. Floor.

How spacious the room was and the bed was super comfy. The toilet was clogged up last when we first got in the room then the last day our bathroom ceiling by the light fixture was leaking water.

Was there for a 5 days stay. Asked the room to be cleaned after 2 days but they said they can only do it after the third day and I was that’s fine and they would do it but they didn’t even clean it after the third day. Disappointing service

For the most part my stay was good..My room was good.. But the ladies at the desk do not have good customer service skills...They didn't talk to me like I was a guest ..They were not polite at all and not one of them said have a good day or hello ..I always had to speak first .I stay in hotels Alot and I'm always greeted when I walk in even sometimes I'm greeted by my name ..One of the morning ladies even questioned if I was staying there when I asked about the lobby bathroom .. I work overnight so I stayed there for three nights but I went to work at 9:00pm and I got off work at 6:00am and I came back to the hotel at 6:00 a.m. I just wanted to go in the bathroom and wash my hands so that I could get breakfast ..She asked if I had a room there and I felt it very disrespected. I will say the breakfast lady was very nice.. But all the other ladies need some serious customer service training..espcially the one with the tattoos on her arm who works in the mornings ...She is very unprofessional.... I asked for a late check out and one of the girls just told me no I had to leave at 11:00.. no consideration for the fact that I had worked overnight... And you can't tell me that she wasn't able to give me a late check out I'm just one person... I checked out but I still ended up coming back checking in for two more nights because I was trying to stay within my budget and a lot of rooms in the area were in the $200 range but price wise this location was more affordable for me .

Would not recommend. The elevator and our entire hallway smelled like weed. There was hair all over the carpet (not ours). The entire place felt humid and dank and my kid’s asthma would get worse any time we’d be in the room for a long period of time. We were supposed to stay there on the way back from our trip but decided on canceling that stay due to our experience being so subpar.

Front desk Was always a challenge to get someone to show up. They charged us an early check in fee because we were 5 hours before 3pm. However the rooms were ready for us so there was no additional service involved. If we would have arrived 5 hrs later than 3pm there would have been no refund. Not a fan.

While the hotel overall was not necessarily “dirty” the bathroom had lose tile around the tub from chronic water exposure and there was dirt and grime where the bathroom tile met the entry carpet. The a/c was not very efficient, it cooled well enough bit was very noisy when starting and operating. The hotel is located on a very narrow piece of property with few parking spots, many of which appear to be shared with a convenience store and gas station just steps from the hotel entrance. Finally the hotel is bordered by HWY 30 and a very busy road where traffic noise was loud and frequent throughout the night. Finally the staff seemed very unmotivated and lacked any real customer service experience, the front desk seemed sullen and disinterested. Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience and we would not chose to stay here again.

While in the pool employees sat outside the pool fence to smoke and it smelled so bad we left. Not a good experience at Theo’s location.

The staff is friendly - convenient to Interstate going east and west - Parking is easy and the room was spacious and clean. No issues with anything. Only problem we had was they ran out of breakfast on the third day we were there due to a late delivery. They were very apologetic.

The location is really great, minutes from globe life park. The only issues were the housekeeping were yelling when we checked in complaining about having to do too much. Made us feel uncomfortable. Also there were several people sitting in the parking lot in their vehicles that made us feel unsafe to leave our cars parked there.

I have stayed at a comfort suites a few times at the same location because each time was great. This is the first time we have been greatly disappointed with them at a different location. Desk people were not too friendly, Mre and my husband were at a volleyball tournamnet all day and my older teenagers stayed in the room and when my daughter wanted to shower there was water going all over, then the shower head fell off. My daughter told the desk and they said they would have maintenance come fix it. A few hours later and nothing so my daughter went to ask again because she was needing to shower and she was told they were on their way and they were coming in from a distance, finally another hour and it got fixed. Room was humid and smelled. It just wasn't the same experience.

The stay was cool!! It's very quiet in the area. The only issue I had was the amount of towels in the room. There was 5 people and only 3 towels. When we asked housekeeping for more we had to give the used towels to them to get more.

Messed up our whole valentines. they refused to switch room or a refund. The hotel was perfect for what I wanted. A comfortable bed and a quiet hotel. The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness was ok. There were a few little things but nothing major. It was a good value.

It was nice to have a gym to work out in but disappointing that the water cooler was broken and there was not another place to fill a water bottle up with filtered water.

My room had black mold in the closet, I had to ask for my room to be cleaned twice. There were cockroaches in my room, the front desk was alerted. There were huge cockroaches in the lobby, I refused to eat there and had to go to my own expense to get breakfast. Pierre, the night clerk was awesome and wrote down my complaints and was very pleasant. Otherwise I was put on hold for 15 minutes - just trying to get someone to clean. I was there for 8 days, worst experience ever. Room 314

• Black mold was observed in the closet. • Baby ants were observed in the room. While not immediately alarming, Pierre (their absolute BEST employee) mentioned that maintenance is not allowed in rooms unless the guest is present. This policy seems impractical, as it would delay urgent maintenance requests (e.g., a malfunctioning AC on a hot day). • This morning, I was shocked to find several cockroaches inside my closet when I removed my (thankfully sealed) suitcase. Two attached themselves to the outside of my suitcase and ended up on the unused bed. While I attempted to catch and kill them, they were too quick. The following has already happened or is happeninig now as a result of the non-response. • File a complaint with Dallas County Health & Human Services regarding the presence of cockroaches, ants, and black mold. • Submit a formal complaint to Choice Hotels corporate. • Report the issues to Hotels.com. • Initiate chargebacks for the charges billed through Hotels.com, which will result in additional costs for your hotel. • Publicly document my experience on social media platforms. • Contact local news media regarding the conditions observed. • Pursue additional legal actions as warranted. Conclusion: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I do not THINK this is part of Corporate, rather a franchise, but it is in bad shape.

This was the worst, the tv didn’t work and I call to ask for someone to fix the tv the lady at the desk lied and said housekeeping knocked on my door which they didn’t, I paid for 2 days and only stayed 1 night and they didn’t want to refund my money for the night I didn’t stay. I will never come back to this hotel it was the worst and it smell like someone was smoking weed. Lusender I guess that’s her name is the worst, Never again!!

Once we finally got checked in, the room was ok, although the layout was a little weird. There were also a few bugs in the room. We found a massive roach in the morning, but he was dying. The bathroom in our room was a handicap bathroom which is OK, even though we did not request it, but the way the shower was setup it got the entire floor of the bathroom wet. The showerhead was pointed directly at the shower curtain with no way to point it any way other than that. There was no tub or edge to stop the water, so the water just went everywhere. The breakfast was OK, but nothing special. The door at the end of the hallway near our room did not lock at night so that was a bit concerning since the hotel was right next to a convenience store and had lots of random people walking through the parking lot. Pretty sketchy. Overall, not a great experience for what we paid, but I guess I should expect that in Dallas.

The stay was awesome the clerk at night was friendly and very helpful. He definitely made the stay worth it I forgot his name

Could use more parking

When i arrived, it was later than the check-in time and my room wasn't ready. I had to wait thirty plus minutes. One of the staff members had to go check the room to make sure it was clean. When I got to my room, I noticed living bugs on the desk. I used my clorox wipes and clean them up.

Roaches

This place is noisy. The staff needs training. They totally screwed up the check in still not sure things are straightened out. How they get your name wrong when they copy your drivers license and run your credit card after you’ve given them your name and spelled it out is beyond me.

I only stayed one night and they didn’t even try to accommodate me or my family with a better room! Gave me a bogus number to call for the manager and email .. haven’t heard anything yet .. This place is a joke ..

The day staff was very nice and sociable. The night staff was decent. Not rude, but not overly freindly either. They just did their job.

Overall stay was decent. Breakfast was good, beds SUPER comfy. Problems: Wi-Fi would let you login and use for 2ish mins and kick you back out for both my wife and I. So entire stay did not get to use it at all. TV had a then black line down the middle of it , still very watchable. Small roach found dead. Front desk said there was nothing they could do for the Wi-Fi issue. So not a lot of help there, but front desk service are very nice.

My stay was great and the room was clean however there were no face towels in the restroom.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. First floor room facing the freeway had traffic noise which could be overcome by keeping the fan on.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel room was very clean. This is my second visit and will be returning again.

Rooms have been good clean and quiet. Ive stayed here as a family wife and 3 kids multiple times. We stay here everytime we visit my family in Dallas. Never have had an issue and knock on wood i wont in the future. Parking is a bit tight but still should steer you away from this hotel.

Best Place on the block

Check in took longer than normal, and there was a dirt mess on carpet outside the elevator, but room was huge and beds were very comfortable. Overall a very nice stay.

I guess I was so disappointed in our stay here after we had just had 2 amazing nights at the same chain in Carlsbad New Mexico.

Staff was excellent and room clean. The hot tub could use more upkeep but the pool was very clean! I personally don’t like the multi use soap dispenser in the bathroom but it just my personal preference. There was police presence that night and something was going on and lots of lights but very little noise! Overall we slept good and enjoyed our stay!

Everything was pretty decent and good room size when traveling with kids. However the ac did not work properly and kept the room just cool enough but felt stuffy. Would have been great if room was cold and comfortable
