The room locks looked like they were hot glued on, wires exposed and all. After seeing this, I asked for a new room. They were at least understanding with that. But the second rooms lock was only marginally better. Still glued on, but no wires.

It's a well-located hotel, but very outdated. The room door lock was broken. The bathtub had a big stain and wasn't clean. Only 2 towels were provided, and when asked for more, they said there were none available. It really needs to be updated.

The breakfast was good! And the location was great! Our family of 8 stayed in 2 rooms, 1 room was alright, the only negative were the stained sheets on one bed. The second room we had rented had a problem with the unlocking mechanism. As well as the tv not working. When we requested a refund for the second room since there were problems we were told that we couldn’t receive a refund, then we asked for a room change and was told at first that there was no rooms available. Upon us going to talk to front desk face to face and letting them know we will just dispute the charge through our bank they finally said we could move to a room across from our other room which ended up giving us head lice. It was a 2 thumbs down stay for us.

Currently fighting off bed bug bites from this place. Will be making phone calls. I stayed for 2 nights. I have not stayed anywhere else as far as hotels/motels before or after. Do not stay here!

The facility was very clean. The staff was very nice. My requested check in early was fulfilled. It was close to a lot to places and theatre. Nice view also! Wish the pool was ready but it was under maintenance but it was still a great stay!

Place was clean enough and the staff was great. Breakfast was -meh- first morning all there was available was dry sausage Pattie’s and strawberry waffle mix. Coffee was bitter. Didn’t go to breakfast the second morning because of the first. Other than that it was okay!

I have stayed there before and the staff is always very friendly and thorough. The beds in the room are super comfortable, and the pillows are fluffy and very comfortable as well. The water pressure in the shower is strong. You enjoy your shower. The only thing I didn’t like was the TV wasn’t working or possibl I wasn’t working well, but it didn’t turn on . Hours later I realized I had left an important makeup bag. I had a very expensive perfume and I was worried that somebody had taken it so I called the front office and the gentleman was more than helpful. He went to the room and not only did I leave that bag, but my boyfriend left a T-shirt and I left my dress pants. All in all I really enjoy the hotel. It’s close to 635 and Addison and I will be going back again.

There was hair in my bed . I had to change my linen myself. The pool had caution tape around it and was out of service. The tub had rust in it . The wallpaper was torn off the wall in the restroom .

Hotel is really older and outdated. The furniture in the rooms or nice but the carpet, walls and curtains all out dates. There was a smell in the hallways like old smoke. Breakfast was okay the basic waffles egg sausage and toast. Staff was okay did not see a lot of them I did not see one housekeeper until Sunday morning. The internet was slow kept buffering when trying to watch anything. Would not stay here again

This place is awful and super filthy. No one should be staying here. The photos they posted when booking your stay are super deceiving. Nothing is clean. The shower tub was filthy and the floor was uneven. The curtains had stains. There were several droppings of blood on the carpet and bathroom floor in multiple areas. The ceiling was unfinished. Blow dryer was disgusting. The tv does not work when trying to use Netflix or any other streaming service. The phone was fake, broken, not even plugged in and did not have buttons. The front desk is no help. The hallway smelt like smoke. Everything was awful and filthy.

The outer lock of the room door was damaged. More than half of the rooms on the floor we were assigned were the same way.

There were random hairs around the room. The wall trim/carpet was peeling off. There were random things peeling off the bottom of the bed frame. The key card reader was basically being held by hot glue. It was difficult getting in and out the door. The elevator smelled like it was burning. The pool was out of service. As soon as you walked in a very strong odor slammed into your nose. Not bad but very strong. The cheap price should of been a clue. In part our fault 😂

Pool and hot tub were under maintenance,which is one reason why I specifically picked the location so to come and see it was sad. Restrooms in lobby hallway toilets were not cleaned, went two separate times amd saw the same things in toilets. Breakfast was subpar. Sausage was underdone, and I wish they had more than one waffle maker it slowed down breakfast line. Shower had red splotches in it, looked like possibly dye damage. Water was lukewarm and never got fully hot. Lastly the air conditioner barley worked left it on the full day at 64 and still came back to a warm room. It made a lot of noise throughout the night I did not sleep well nor did my friend. We were both a little let down.

The elevator really needs an upgrade. Someone got stuck in the elevator and the doors would not open. Luckily the staff had a quick response and got the door open but it could have been worse

The smell in the hallways.

The room damage to the walls where molding had come off with spackling, holes with anchors where items hung had been moved, and ripped wallpaper. Bathtub was either damaged or poorly reglazed and the room had not been recently cleaned by the visible dust; also a pill tablet was on the floor/carpet. There was an inoperable thermostat on the wall and no hangers on the rod. Also the wall are extremely think and can hear everything on the other side; I even felt like I could smell cigarette smoke that I did not smell the first night I was there.

Excellent staff in general. The1st day there were no fresh fruit, the 2nd day we were too late for breakfast, the 3rd day breakfast was good. Very good location, room with proper amenities.

Our first room the door would not lock they moved us to 2nd room no remote for tv and phone wouldn't work 3rd room tv and phone wouldn't work. They fixed tv. Hot tub and pool were both very cold. Bathtub wouldn't hold water. Property needs some serious maintenance and remodel. Staff was nice.Breakfast was good but thats about all.

Immediately smelled like weed. Safety bars in the bathroom not completely connected. Only one side was attached. Had 4 people in our room but only had 2 towels.

We ended up not staying here. The front desk clerk was very kind and considerate. He understood my concerns and was very willing to cancel our room. Booked this hotel for the pool and Jacuzzi. Arrived and Jacuzzi was broken. Also the card key lock was hot glued together. As were other doors. Front smelled of weed but that's not the hotel's fault.

The whole place is a smoke “house”. The whole place is so smelly and pungent of smoke. The rooms are clean but the odor so strong.

The room was nice, just dont look too closely at anything. My only complaint is that the eggs tasted absolutely nothing like any eggs I've ever had, tossed them immediately.

The 2nd floor hallway didn't smell too good, could be better maybe its the carpet as it looks old and a little damaged.

Woke up to a bug on ground.. also feel like there's hidden bugs (recording devices in rooms) .. I will be booking again and doing a full tech sweep.

I think the only good thing about this place is the location. It is conveniently located close tho the things we wanted to do and has lots of good nearby restaurants. This place was horrible! The elevator was scary and always smelled like Marijuana. The blankets on the bed were ripped up with holes in them. The towels and bathmats had holes. The shower rod was broken so the curtain wouldn't close and water went everywhere. All the soap and shampoo dispensers were broken. Our toilet didnt flush more than half the time! We were provided 2 towels for 4 guest and never got the extras we requested so we had to go take some of the ratty ones by the pool. There was no towel rack by the sink, but instead you could see there and in the bathroom where the racks were no longer on the wall and the toilet paper holder was broken. There was visible rust in places and one of our lights didnt work. I would not recommend.

I like the location. Close to the galleria Dallas mall and other activities we wanted to do. Checking in was fast and easy. The Front desk was very friendly and helpful when asked about the WiFi. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was ok. I'm used to biscuits and gravy or oatmeal available at other places. I know everywhere is different. They did have eggs, sausage, cereal and waffles.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. They must buy their good reviews because there is no way anyone would willingly give them more than a 2/5. They are so dirty and outdated. Their walls are SUPER thin. They definitely do not invest in pest control. Their AC didn’t work. Save your money. Go somewhere else. Not even a shower could make me feel clean there.

The room was full of dirt, hairs everywhere. And there was no hairdryer in the room.

Parking was easy, AC worked well however room had an unpleasant smell it was uncomfortable each time we would renter the room.

If I was you I would never stay in this hotel the staff are rude and it's extremely dirty smells like old sewer

The property was filthy dirty the hotel smell like a sewer carpets are dirty there's always a leak the hot tub never worked and the staff treated people very poorly they have no concern for humankind I stayed in this hotel for over a month this place should be closed down

Our stay was ok. There were things broken or missing but that didnt effect our stay. The hot tub was broken the whole time and all electronics were unplugged in the room but the free breakfast was good. Ok place to stay but dont expect nothing fancy.

I felt safe, good location with places to eat very close. Hotel could use a good deep cleaning. The room was clean itself. Front desk staff was very friendly.

I was extremely tired from driving nonstop from the East Coast and just needed a place to rest, so I fell asleep right after checking in. The next morning, I went to shower before leaving only to find a huge roach crawling in the bathtub. The tub itself looked disgusting and should honestly be replaced altogether. At that point, I went to the front desk to complain, but since I booked through Expedia, I had to contact them directly. Expedia refunded me $6.92 a 10% refund which is almost laughable given the condition of this place. This hotel needs to be inspected and shut down. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It deserves zero stars.

Property not well maintained. Very dirty and disgusting carpets, inside the room with lots of stains. Room carpet was terrible. Walls were peeling off, from room all the way to the elevator.

The hot tub didn’t work. The pool was cold. Vent in bathroom didn’t work. Room door was hard to open. The tv didn’t work could only use Netflix. Would never stay again

The staff was not helpful the internet was slow and the rooms were outdated and not properly cleaned with mold as well, I had to check out early and did not stay the whole trip and get another property

Hot tub didn't work but I should've called to confirm that, floors felt damp, the air conditioner was loud and didn't work super well for Texas heat. The walls were chipped with paint and there was nasty gunk in the windows. The whole place smelt funky and only one elevator. Staff was nice

The room was ok should be a 2star hotel because it had a weird odor to it, and on top of that i saw 2 or 3 roaches in my room, the toilet barely flushed, the experience was not top quality

This property is fair if you are looking to cut costs. The town the hotel was in was wonderful, Addison felt very safe and had a variety of good dining options, nightlife and retail shops. Upon entry to the hotel the staff was nice, easy to work with, and helpful. We had no issues with the staff who helped us our trip. One morning we were even late to the breakfast time and the staff was more than willing to help us out and let us grab some food to take to our room. When we got in our room however we noticed a few issues, crickets in the room along with other flies/ small bugs. We also noticed the bathroom/ walls were starting to peel and hallways had some missing light fixtures that were not kept up. The hallways smelled smokey for a majority of our trip. Lastly we were quite disappointed that the hot tub was closed, as that was one of our main amenities that we were looking for with a hotel. Overall, it was affordable, the room was comfortable but if your looking for much more than that you might want to continue searching.

Staff was courteous. My room had a leaking AC unit which I only realized the next morning after I had gotten out of bed to a wet floor. Place needs updates to the rooms. Old carpets. Hallways looked bad. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a 1 at best. Very limited choices. Pool area and gym facility were nice.

The linen and towels were clean and bed was comfortable. The hot tub was not working and staff blamed Expedia for not showing correct information.

Room service did not come and replace sheets! New towels were not given! The whole place looked under construction

The hotel site states they have rollaway beds. However the desk claims they are only for suite rooms..? Our room was adequate to fit one in. Then the room keys kept demagnetizing. Overall it was a nice visit.

Room 238 had mold over by the air conditioning unit and the bathtub had stains that would not come up. The carpet smelled old. I had to go buy cleaner for the tub and Febreze for the carpet. Very disappointed, we stayed as we had already checked in and paid.

The rooms had a terrible odor.

The stay was nice and convenient. I love the area that it is in, we stay in Addison often. I would say the cleanliness could use some attention. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The room was a newer remodeled room. The lobby was not nice, the pool area was a dump with broken doors and broken hot tub and the outside didn’t seem safe. I will not stay here again.

During check-in we were given wrong room key which was already occupied by someone, when I informed it to the owner he allocated me new room . In the room water was dripping in the room the carpet making it wet . Breakfast was the worst the pancake batter smells and seems very old taste funny and they do not refill it on request.coffee has no taste in it . Only white bread was available in bread .2nd floors smells like someone is smoking in there .

Great stay in the perfect area! Cigar shop & lounge, pizza, tacos and deli restaurants surround it. Not far from interstate and plenty ofback roads to get around traffic jams.

Everything in the unit was clean, staff was nice, the area is safe and walkable. The room smelled very good. Breakfast is simple but a nice touch for something quick. Highly recommended for simplicity.

The hotel carpet (hallways) was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The room was the same way. The room we booked had a rollout bed. I noticed there wasn't any bedding so I went to the service desk and the only thing he had was a sheet. I asked do you have a blanket, he said that's all they have right now. When we went to check out there wasn't a bell or anyone at the service desk. I knocked on the employee only door and finally someone came out.

Nice quiet place tucked in off the main roads. Super close to lots of nice restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Got a good quiet nights rest.

The check in process was slow, they had two people at the desk and only one computer. My wait was around 10 minutes and there was a line of people behind me. It was frustrating because it was after 10:00 pm and I was very tired. The parking was not great either. They need more prking. Other than that , it was a good experience and i would stay again.

Was not able to access the Internet with any codes that were given. TV In the room did not work nor did the majority of electric outlets. Phone did not work so was unable to contact front desk. Temp in room went back and forth from extremely hot to extremely cold. Horrible experience.

They ran my card for $100 deposit when I was on the highway driving there and we checked in at the correct time. Then told me they ran it before I arrived to ensure that I got a room because they were sold out. Put us in the 3rd floor where there was hardly another soul staying.

The bed smelled like pee. We removed the blankets and the mattress had a big pee stain. We were tired from driving 12 hours and the phone didn’t work. We ended up sleeping on top of the blankets and towels.

This is a three star hotel, staff was good. breakfast was ok, area is ok and safe.

Really the only thing negative was the tub had rust on the drain plug lever and the tub itself. Everything else was fine for a 3 star hotel. Would stay here again if I needed to come back to this area.

It rained all night but the kids didnt mind because of indoor pool and hot tub.. also loved the gym.. we will definitely be back!
