Everything was good Only complaint was against another guest who was mistreating his service dog and reached into the food with his bare hands inside of using the tongs

Very clean property. Night time staffing definitely better than day. I had issues with my room key and when I asked for new key then never asked name or verification for my room just went off my word. That I did not like. Other than that room was nice and clean.

The phone in room didn’t work try to call front desk went to talk to the receptionist there and was ask do you really need a phone I said it would have been nice so I wouldn’t have to come down here and her reply was maintenance is not here today… and I told her that the tv channel that has movies playing we couldn’t see the picture but was just audio she said you have to push input button and if you can’t fix I come up there . So we just didn’t bother pressing the issue.

After calling the hotel to find out more about it, I booked it for a night stay in Dallas. I drove up to the hotel with flashing lights cop cars in the parking lot. I checked in and on my way up the elevator, got stuck in there for a few minutes because the door would get caught on itself when the doors were trying to open. I was able to get to my room, and the key reader on the door would not work

Everything was fine. It was a quick overnight. Stay from my grandson to have a surgery this morning and we got in and got out. All was good. Would stay there again.

The location is very convenient to the UTSW medical complex.

Hotel is decent, pool is fine, hot tub DOESNT work, we walked onto the 4th floor and it smelled heavily of weed. Bedroom was clean. Staff was ok, but usually busy being loud chatting to each other. But the beds are comfortable and clean.

The room was great. Very nice, very clean. Those platform beds in all hotels, including this one is just a little too firm for older people.

The room was filthy, all the cabinets were sticky and had visible splash stains, the walls were dirty with something brown, the pool was unkept and area around full of mold, hot tub was broken, couldn’t get more than 2 towels, and it’s in a very ghetto area. Stay anywhere but here!!!!!

We rented two rooms from them and were traveling with children. One of the rooms lacked a security latch on the door, and the place was dirty and infested with cockroaches. We decided not to sleep there; however, the manager refused to refund our money. I find this completely unacceptable, as we didn't even spend five minutes in that hotel—and despite Expedia speaking with him on multiple occasions, he still refused to issue a refund.😡

Things are well broken in, but most importantly comfortable bed. Slept well. Dark quiet room. Good water pressure 8-) Eggs were the only healthy breakfast option, but that is great for free!

Last time we stayed it was better when we stayed before the carpet was wet and the smell was a very STRONG cleaner. I should have went to the desk and ask for a different room, but I didn't. Next time I will because we did slip a couple times, thankfully neither of us fell.

Someone had vomited in the elevator (around 7am), and the front desk clerk was quick to find someone to clean it up. The only good thing was the shower pressure and how hot/warm the water got.

Our first room locked us out and new keys wouldn't open the door. We were moved to a different room eventually. The pool room was dark, and the hot tub was out of order. The carpets in the hallways were really stained, and lighting in the rooms was cold and blue (not very inviting). Road noise from outside was also very disruptive at night.

I picked this hotel because it wasn't far from downtown and it had a good price however near a liquor store and a gas station and it kind of feels like you're in skid row

Stains on mattress and sheets, tears in comforter and towels, cracks in tile, found gum stuck to the headboard and hair ties scattered throughout the room (like it hadn’t even been vacuumed), our door didn’t shut unless you shoulder checked it, bathroom door didn’t latch and the handle didn’t turn (so you just pushed the door open), we paid extra for a jacuzzi suite and the faucet was loose and swaying while it was filling (seemed like it might pop off at any moment), our front light switch was halfway hanging out of the wall. Parking was terrible and one night we had to park in the next door gas stations parking spots overnight and walk to the hotel. Smelled like weed every time we got in the elevator. Overall not the greatest especially for the price.

Everything was good except I had to reserve 2 nights when I only needed one. Otherwise everything was good.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was good, and most things were fine. The staff was polite, and the room was comfortable. However, I stayed for 2 nights and requested for my room to be cleaned, but no one ever came to clean it. I also asked for extra clean towels, and the staff gave me a hard time before finally providing them. Aside from that, everything else was good, but I think housekeeping service and customer service for simple requests like clean towels should be improved.

I was not there for the breakfast. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the hotel is very near two major highways and it was very noisy until late in the night/ early morning. Air conditioning was excellent and it was not loud.

The hotel needs a revamp. The carpet was old, bathrooms, old. Our bathroom floor seemed as if it would cave in. It was one of the cheaper options, but you still want to stay in a well kept hotel. Also right next to the gas station and a homeless man was sleeping near the entrance of the hotel.

Do not travel here the service at night sucks unprofessional does not meet any requirements or recommendations or accommodations. The ONLY thing I can say good about it was a lady during the day. Her name was Edna. She was only one sweet and helpful. Anything you asked her she was on point with it. Other than that there’s crackhead people running around the front of the hotel yelling there was one by my window, it is dirty dusty in the rooms and the breakfast food was cold furniture and beds we’re not good at all. Wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay there. Horrible experience I wouldn’t even give them one star.

This is an older hotel and she shows her age. Stayed here as it is close to Ut Southwest hospital. It could use to be refreshed and a good deep cleaning. It has in shower dispensers for shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo was very nice, but the conditioner was empty. Bed was comfy and clean.

The hotel has friendly helpful staff, clean building and rooms with crisp sheets, towels, cups, working AC/Heat, TV, WI-FI. We enjoyed the indoor heated swimming pool, but was dissapointed the Hot tub out of working order and not stated on Booking listing or websites. The breakfast was plentiful with waffle makers, eggs, sausage, various bread options, yogurts and juices. We were very happy to stay here for our first time in Dallas we extended 3 nights more than anticipated. We would absolutely stay here again

Check in time was 3, we arrived at 4. Our card was charged 3 times for a single room. And the room was not ready when we got there. I had to go back and forth with the receptionist to get into another room bc she wanted us to come back later which I explained was not an option due to the fact we had just driven in from hours away and needed to get ready for dinner reservations we had (mind you this information about our room not being ready was not shared with us until after she ran our card) and after finally getting switched to another room, it was not very clean and the ac didn't work well at all (couldn't get the room colder than about 74 degrees even though it read the temperature was lower than that... We didn't get any sleep due to how hot it was. And after how long it took to get into a room, it caused us to be late and miss our reservations for dinner.

Where it was located and the price. The first room the air didn’t work and this is Texas we talking so it was Hot! The second room the door was broke and then once we got in the sheets and pillow case had dirt stains. I couldn’t understand why housekeeping would even put those sheets on a bed. Then it was 1am when me and my kids arrived and we had nowhere else to stay because they had sold out of all the other rooms. No compensation or care just me and my babies in Texas room less. Also the parking was horrible.

Hello my state at this hotel was horribly. When we first got there we were very surprised to see how shabby the front desk and lounge looked for a hotel located in the downtown Medical District of Dallas. We were greeted by a lovely woman who checked us into our rooms. My mother and I were given room 211 second floor. When trying to use the 2 room keys we couldn't get them to work, so i had to go back to examine that the keys weren't activated. The desk clerk reactivated them and had me test it on the gym door. It workes, so i go back to get into my room same thing tried several times thankfully a maintenance worker just happened to see us struggling and to us we had to swipe 💳 it really fast a few times and it would work and it did. When we got into the room we were so disappointed we put our things down and looked a round and found trash on the floor, yogurt and oreo cookie cereal, and spoons used in the mini refrigerator, a toliet that had not been cleaned but with fresh towels in the bathroom.A dirty floor with hair and toliet paper. I usually unpack my baggage, but not this time I was afraid I be bringing back bed bugs. We stayed one night and left. I guess you get what you pay for when its a $100 a night room with 3 *** in Dallas Tx. And on our way out i left my charger went back to get it and the key wouldn't work had to wait 10 mins for a housekeeper to show up and tell me you need to jiggle the key card to get the door open. Don't waste your MONEY HERE.

Location is close enough to most places and people were all respectful of each others stay. AC works really well and blinds help sleep. Your stay isn’t interrupted by staff they give you space and are helpful when needed. Breakfast had a decent All American Variety. Hours were open long enough. Check out time is convenient. Bed sheets didn’t seem clean, they appeared to be stained. Room was clean and everything was stocked well. However the restroom was molded and caused us all to sneeze, you can tell it’s only painted over. Curtain wasn’t long enough and water spilled out all over my floor and felt uncomfortable.

The location off expressway was good. The beds where very saggy, you could hear something scratching in the walls all night, phone was broken and missing buttons, sheets and covers where clean bur torn in places, breafast started at 6am and ended at 9am, juice served in small 8oz containers and limited to one per person. Parking lot was full and had to park at gas station next door. Will not book here ever.Someone backed into our car and cracked the front light.

Overall it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great by no means. Maybe a fresh coat of paint or a deep clean would help. The hotel isn’t modern, but the staff is was nice. Breakfast was decent . Same menu options both days but fresh fruit made it better.

I will say, the sheets and towels appeared clean, the air conditioner worked well, the lobby was clean, staff was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. However, the overall cleanliness of the room—especially the bathroom—was very concerning. There was hair on the tub spout, visible dirt buildup in the tub, and when I placed the bath mat down, dirt actually rubbed off onto it. The bathroom door was noticeably dirty and dusty, and you could clearly see where someone had written initials in the grime. Also two of the three toiletry broken and just laying around. Parking was also a major issue. There was little to no available parking on-site. My daughter had to park behind the convenience store right in front of the hotel just to find a place, which is not ideal or safe—especially when traveling with family. Overall, while there were a few positives, the lack of cleanliness and inadequate parking made this a very disappointing stay.

Breakfast was great! The hot tub was off when we were there, but otherwise, the staff was wonderful and the location was very clean.

I had a room with a hot tub, which technically worked, but the plug didn’t seal properly and had a slow leak. I started my soak with the water up to my chest, and after about 20 minutes it had drained down to barely covering my legs. That said, I stayed two nights and didn’t have any issues with safety. My truck wasn’t broken into and I didn’t see anyone else having problems either, which is always a plus. Breakfast runs from 6–9am Monday through Friday. They do switch things up a little—Wednesday they had bacon, eggs, and sausage gravy, and Thursday they had sausage links instead of bacon. Overall it’s a bit worn down and could use better cleaning, but for the price and location it wasn’t terrible. I’d probably stay here again.

Well i got room with a jacuzzi, is not working properly, dirty, i have to wash before use, at bathroom 1 wall have mold and is little stinky and the wors part is the parking lot space is terrible to tight spaces, and thats not enought for all the customers....

The breakfast sucks they do not put more breakfast items out. By the time I got to breakfast they ran out of meat and they do not add anything to breakfast once they set it out. The staff is rude. The building is old and our shower head did not work. There is a lot of traffic and noise outside of the hotel.

They were in the middle of remodeling so it wasn’t bad. But it was not as the picture shown. The hot tub was closed and there was no notice on the door to the pool stating this so my daughter and I went down to use the hot tub and we’re disappointed.

I was staying here so I could go to a concert in downtown Dallas. I went to the concert, came back to rest, and could not watch the TV. I went downstairs to ask to maybe switch rooms but was unable to get any assistance for this issue. And the drawers and the microwave was full of trash. Every single drawer had a bag of trash.

The front desk employee seemed unconcerned about the horrific odor and couldn't answer basic questions. Had it not been late for me, I would have left and found other accommodations. In addition, the room was missing items, which is fine, however, I had to go to the desk to ask out of concern that I would be charged for them. I would never recommend this particular location.

The bathroom was especially disappointing. There were sticky spots on the floor (which we ended up cleaning ourselves), residue on the counter, and poorly done caulking around the edges that looked unprofessional and unfinished. The food quality was also very low; the eggs appeared to be powdered and overall the breakfast was disappointing. When I mentioned these concerns, the front desk clerk offered to move us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was in the same condition. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience during what should have been a busy but productive market week. I would not recommend staying here.

They booked us new rooms at a “comparable” location. The new hotel was LESS than comparable….. what a disappointment to be forced out of our confirmed booking into a dump much further away from our desired location. We should have been given a room or at least a more decent second location.

The room looked, nice but upon entering and further inspection was not very great at all. Within 5 minutes, I killed a cockroach by the entrance near the restroom. The shower head was a mess and water shot out everywhere. There was no clock either. The breakfast was ok, mediocre microwaved food buffet style but the fresh waffle option was decent. The room looked, nice but upon entering and further inspection was not very great at all. Within 5 minutes, I killed a cockroach by the entrance near the restroom. The shower head was a mess and water shot out everywhere. There was no clock either. The breakfast was ok, mediocre microwaved food buffet style but the fresh waffle option was decent. The property was in ill repair, but clean. The area felt unsafe and highly frequented by the homeless. The parking lot is incredibly small. The gas station servicing the hotel has a pass thru window overnight.

No toilet paper rolls besides the half used one on the roll. The bedside lamp/phone charger combo had a glitch and would not charge my device nor would the light stay on. This hotel needs renovation and a better cleaning staff.

The first room they gave us smelled like marijuana. So they gave us another room and the rooms just look worn out is the best way to describe it. The hot tub was ice cold too

While sleeping somebody came in the room at 3:00 AM meaning the person at the front desk gave somebody a key to my room upon that my friend started itching and we put the covers back. There were blood stains all on the bed and pee stains not happy at all I want a refund. Rm 217!!!

The staff was very nice. Always greeted with a smile. We did have a problem with our keys working. Had to have them reprogrammed everyday. There was limited parking due to large trucks parked in the very small parking area. Luckily we got back to our room around 6:30PM to grab the last open spots every night. The price was the best part.

For the rates especially the suite the jacuzzi was outdated, the furniture old, dirty looking and hard. Pillows flat and miss matched, not the correct size for king size bed. One of our rooms shower area dirty. This is why i sanatize and bring my cleaning supplies at hotel stays. Also, bring disposable linen. Over all the staff was awesome. Customer service goes along way

To start the girl at the front desk was very helpful when Expedia dropped the ball with our reservation. The restrooms were nasty, the plan was for the kids to spend the evening in the pool but due to how dirty the restrooms were we were not gonna risk it in the pool. It’s next to a busy gas station and a liquor store if that tells you anything. Definitely do not recommend for anyone that has kids.

The room smelt of weed, the floor was sticky & nasty. The towels smelt mildewy. There was redish brownish stains on the ceiling and walls like someone slung a drink. The refrigerator in the room wasn’t even working. I had a Dr appt at the Breast Cancer center in the morning and came from 5 hrs away had it not been 11pm when we checked in I would have gone else where.

My trip was terrible. On my first night of checking in, woke up to bed bugs biting me.😡This was the most horrific experience I have ever had in my life. I immediately notified Hotel management to this matter, and personnel came to the room & took pictures of the bed bugs crawling on the beds, and issued another room for our stay. My guest and I had to throw away our clothes we had on to prevent contamination with any other belongings. Hotel management was very apologetic to this experience and only issued a full refund for our stay. No refund was issued for the clothes that had to be thrown away due to the bed bugs.😡

The hotel itself was not terrible, but the area around it was not great and the room we were in smelled musty. We could clearly see where the walls were bubbling from water damage and where they had painted or caulked over the mold /mildew. There was a crowd of people in the liquor store parking lot next to the hotel that were being incredibly loud and partying from 12:30-2:30am. Not the fault of the hotel property, but this gives a feel for the location.

Entrance is bring torn apart and its a mess. Sure they tried to renovate rooms but they are still traces of old furniture and vandalism around the hotel. Doors are peeling off and really dirty. My bed sheets were obviously not washed and stained with food. Everything is dusty and dirty. Our bathtub was broken with a sad attempt to glue it together. Will not stay here again. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

We have been staying here frequently while my husband is getting cancer treatments. The rooms have been nice, comfortable and clean. This last room was the best one yet.

First issue was the locks. It didn’t seem like they fully locked, so that was a bit concerning and that made it a bit hard to sleep at night. Second issue, the hot tub, or should I say lukewarm tub. I booked this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub and it was barely even warm, it was about the same temperature as the pool. Third and final issue is safety in the parking lot. If you want to risk your car having its window smashed and broken into overnight this would be a great parking for you. My last night staying there we woke up to leave and two people had their windows smashed. None of my issues were staff related all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Const workers staying at the hotel loitering in the back parking lot drinking, unsafe for women alone walking all the way to the front of the hotel alone. Unsafe lighting in the only available parking spaces for women walking alone. My wife and daughter had to abandon their stay and go to another hotel that was safer. Refund my money is what Expedia should do. Expedia greatly misrepresented this hotel visually online.

Everything was good except for the leaking bath tub facet. And the inconsiderate noisy people in the hallway that were talking loud and letting doors slam all hours of the night. Bit, not hotel’s fault.

Our fridge in the room never worked. Turned the knob to get to cool down for our beverages and it never changed temperature, had to throw a couple things out as we didn't trust them after being in that fridge all night not cold.

I booked our room well in advance for my family of six (two adults, four children) as part of a long road trip from Indiana to Texas. About three hours before our arrival, after driving for over 10 hours, I got a call from the hotel asking if we could switch to a room with one king bed. I explained that wasn’t possible due to our family size and the fact that I chose the room for a reason. The person on the phone said their manager would follow up with me. No one ever called back. Instead, I received an email stating that our reservation was canceled. I immediately contacted Hotels.com, who reached out to the hotel. That’s when I was told the room had a leak, something the hotel staff never mentioned during the original call. Had they been honest and upfront about the issue, it would’ve made more sense and I could’ve at least prepared or made other arrangements. But they didn’t. They left us stranded, with four kids and no room, and my money tied up in a pending refund (which, of course, takes time, especially over the weekend). All Hotels.com could say was “sorry.” So no, I can’t rate the hotel itself. But I can say this: The customer service was unacceptable, inconsiderate, and poorly handled. The people working there clearly lack professionalism and compassion. Do better.

I stayed three nights, overall it was good. I had issues with the restroom because the restroom smell funny and I kept sneezing each time I was taking a shower or using the toilet, not sure if it was mold, also the tub faucet didnt close correctly and water kept coming out. The room was really clean and it was nice, all the staff was friendly and I loved the all day water and coffee for free at the lobby. I will stay here again, I will just need a working faucet.

I am a 55 yr old woman and stayed here because location was convenient to the hospital in which my son was getting surgery. Big mistake. Police arrested people in middle of night… at TWO different times. Woman was pounding on her door at 7:00 am cuz she was locked out. Bathrooms dirty and sloppily caulked… gross! Vending machine advertised $2 but charged $5. (When I told front desk, they said “it did that sometimes” and didn’t offer a refund.). Cleaning “staff” unprofessional wearing a wife beater and droopy jeans. Hotel next to a liquor store so you can imagine the varmfranrs lurking about. The fact that you ranked this property as “good” makes me seriously doubt your rating system.

The beds were very comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave worked well. The hotel smelled like strong chemicals. There were cereal and chip crumbs in the room when we arrived. The TV barely worked. It mostly advised that it was "out of range" The hotel is right by the highway, so you hear everything outside. It could have been a lot cleaner. It was not as shown on the pictures.

Got up to take a shower, and the water was cold; it never warmed up. 4. The blow dryer in the bathroom did not work. So they sent me across the hall to blow dry my hair there.

I have been at many Comfort Suites and this by far was the worse. Be aware, people pay for homeless people to sleep here to get them off the street for a night. While they don’t bother people too much, I think this lends itself to why the rooms and property aren’t kept up to par. Just not a great experience at all and the room was very poorly kept up and felt like I was in a pay by the hour motel

The elevator smelled like it was buring fire and it smells when you go in and it was loud from the other people ataying there. It just looks so dirty everywhere inside.

The chair was actually pretty disgusting and needs to be removed all together. The plug for the desk for working was not working correctly. The pillows on the bed were not full size pillows, they looked like square throw pillows covered in tucked standard pillowcases - thankfully I had brought my own.

I would not recommend this hotel. The road noise was incredible, not their fault, but not pleasant. The unsavory people who roamed the parking lot made me a little uncomforable, especially the panhandler who was upset that I did not give him money. The room was in terrible condition - broken floor tiles with a piece of rubber that was not swept up, caulked up shower tiles, slow draing sink, and a chair with the foam exposed that you'd find in a garage sale for $10. The elevator had a sign telling you that if the door didn't open, to call a number, which had been there for a long time. The hallway on my floor was never vacuumed during my entire stay. The breakfast was consistent with other Comfort Inns, but the condition of the hotel was not. The hotel is close to downtown and the convention center.

Elevator seems to have some issues with not wanting to open as there was a sign inside the elevator. Housekeeping does not clean your room if you stay 2 or more days so you have to go down to the front desk for any towels or toiletries you may need. The comforter on one of the beds has holes on both sides definitely needed to be trashed.

This hotel is really sliding down hill. The bathroom was not clean and seriously needs some maintenance care. Silicone peeling in multiple places in the bathtub and around the bathtub. Sink is cracked. Only 1 tollet paper holder, the other just sits there with no job. The fridge rattles twice an hour every hour! The dresser drawers will not close. I mean come on guys, do better.
