It is not legal to rent property that has no aceptable plumbing. Managment was intentionally evasive on this and wanted to argue even though the shower can not be used and the pipes not attached to the sink.

The hotel itself is in a sketchy area. The clerk was nice. The lights outside of the rooms are all broken. You walk into the room and the carpet was soaked with some unknown substance. It reeked. There was broken glass by the tub which also had broken pieces. The sink didn’t have a mirror and only had hot water. The hotel itself needs lots of repairs. It seemed more like a pay by the hour hotel than a $110/night room. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap to stay that’s close to the city...and don’t mind having to clean up after the maids...this is the hotel for you. There also wasn’t a do not disturb sign.

I ordered a non-smoking room and got a smoking room...he said even if i got non-smoking room, people smoke in them anyway!!

I wasn’t expecting a lot but when I go to take a shower, control handle on the shower faucet comes off in my hand. Front desk guy informs that no one can come until the morning and he was allowed to put me in another room. I protest and then threatens to charge me for breaking the plumbing.

Costumer service is terrible. I have an emotional support animal. My boyfriend is a vet with sever PTSD. They guy repeatedly told us we couldn’t have a service animal, but proceeded to charge us $30. The room was beyond dirty. The tub had melted wax from candles everywhere, mold everywhere, the bathroom had toothpaste running down the shower wall from previous guest, the blankets had cigarette burns we did not stay and the manager wouldn't refund us.

Very rundown. Lots on dead bugs in the ceiling light. Smoke doctor was missing and shower faucet was not attached to the wall. I'm not picky but the room just felt dirty and creepy.

It was the worst place I've ever been to we didnt even end up staying more than 10 minutes. They refused to give a refund even though we didnt stay. The staff are the rudest worst people that you'll ever meet, and shouldn't be in the customer service industry if I could I would give them a -5. I wouldnt suggest this place to a traveling gofer.

it is is a play that i would not take my family to live at. Well we tend to come here often but it seems as if they are letting things kinda go down hill. Plus when you are unloading your car the people watch you and when its 30 mins before check out the lady there calls and yells at you to check out she is very rude.

First of all the pictures are deceiving , and the property has the worst WiFi which never connects, and the sheets and covers are old and very worn. Looking at their pictures would would think yes , but trust me it’s a no. At any price.

Not in the best area. Power went out of the whole motel from 12:30 midnight till 1am, so not much sleep after driving all day. Bed was comfe. No light bulbs in over half of the lights. Tub / Shower combo was nasty, the whole plumbing was loose.

Very small room. Worn tub (stains). Remotes must get stolen because you get handed the Ronnie with your room key and when you check it you must return it with the key. You have to pay for your ice. My toilet handle did not work. (No flushing)

It was an experience to say the least. Quite interesting in fact. Pretty certain I wouldn't stay there again by choice. However, given the prices other places for the game weekend it was okay. P.S. At least, we didn't die!!!

When we learned that mom got sick on the plane, had to get off the plane till next morning I obviously told her she could come sleep in our motel. Upon returning to the motel I got a call from the owner. He stated that they don't allow three people in the room. I told him the situation and he kept on telling "No, we don't allow. If you want third person it will be $20 extra or leave" . Not being able to find another motel at 2 am and having ill mom on hands I paid extra. When we started settle in that's when I started noticing things. 1 - black hair on the pillow- It was gross. 2 - toilet bowl had brown smears in the bottom of it. 3-There was only a single, partially used roll of toilet paper available in the room. 4- The shower was dripping water, the AC was abnormally loud. And the worst part is, I woke up with a bed bug bites! I've travel enough to know those bites! Stay in Apple Innn was the worst experience I had in a while.

The smell of smoke was far more intense than acceptable for a smoking room. A coat of paint and new carpet would help rid the room of the strong ash tray like odor. While browsing the channels on local TV, an X rated movie appeared. It had no parental controls or warning that this content is being included, so children should NOT be taken to this location! The shower had not been cleaned very well for some time, and mold was present in areas. The toilet was installed about 6" off center, making it difficult not to touch the wall when used. The sink faucet leaked badly when turned off. The refrigerator had no freezer door, causing items in the refrigerator to get cold enough to freeze. The hot tub overflow was disconnected and uncovered, leaving a gaping hole for water to pour into when a wave occurred. Mold will certainly become an issue under the tub if this continues to be neglected. Numerous "No Loitering, No Drugs" signs are posted on the buildings, indicating this is a rough part of town. The reviews for this hotel are very misleading. This is DIVE that is poorly maintained. Dallas is a big town, look for a better hotel!!

Called front desk to get an iron and ironing board as i had a corporate event in the morning - no iron/board available - checked out immediately and went to another hotel about 10 miles north to get something i could stomach staying in - second worst hotel I've ever stepped foot in - didn't stay at the worst for the record....avoid unless you need a heart shaped tub/Jacuzzi

Check in took less than 3 minutes. They were prepared for me and very organized. Room was clean, bug free and decorated well. Nice flat screen on the wall. Bed was very comfortable as well.

I would've given them a 3.5 only because the phones didn't work, so the person's car I left my phone in, I couldn't notify them of my phone being in their vehicle nor give them a room to return it to... The check in was not pleasant, didn't know i was coming through hotels.com. I was dressed professionally for an event and they staff seemed to profile me and think i was a resident there for a one night stand. The room is extremely cramped, the room has no amenities even no iron or ironing board. Cable TV not fit for family, shockingly graphic. Bath water ran all night in tub. Bed seemed unkempt. They should work to improve their facility and customer service. Price not bad, but facility needs major work.
