My family booked this stay to celebrate my son’s high school graduation and expected a relaxing family getaway. Before going to the pool area, I contacted the front desk after noticing event preparations and was informed that the event was not private and that hotel guests would continue to have access to the amenities. Unfortunately, the atmosphere we encountered was not family-oriented and included excessive drinking, smoking, inappropriate behavior, and overly revealing attire around children. In addition, the pool area appeared to exceed the posted occupancy limit by more than double, creating an overcrowded and uncomfortable environment. My 9-year-old daughter became visibly uncomfortable, and I no longer felt the environment was appropriate for my family. As a result, I chose to leave the hotel and secure accommodations elsewhere that same evening. Had I been informed in advance about the nature of the event, I would not have booked or remained at the property. The only positive aspect of our experience was that the morning front desk staff were friendly and professional.

Hotel room was excellent. There was some sort of event taking place downstairs. Lobby and bar area was packed with loud and obnoxious “people”. Checked out at 0300 to catch a flight and they were still causing a ruckus in lobby.

Room was too dark, especially in the vanity area. There was a disposable glove laying on the floor in the hall on the 8th floor. Check in was not very welcoming. Check out was much more pleasant.

As a senior traveling 4 hours to visit a relative disabled due to head trauma in the Navy it would have been nice to have gotten a better price on the room. We stayed 3 nights. However, if we return be assured Aloft will be where we stay. Our room and treatment by all staff was excellent

The room was quite large and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. There was a cook who made omletes to orders and there were plenty of other items to eat as well. I had supper which was a poke salad that was delicious. Very convenient so close to the airport.

Airport shuttle needs a scheduled time and seat system

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and organized, which made it easy to relax after a long day of getting married. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment felt peaceful and welcoming.The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire stay. They were quick to answer questions, offered helpful recommendations, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. Their positive attitude truly enhanced the experience.

Great location! Literally less than 4 minutes from the airport, Love field. Being that close to the airport you would think you would hear the planes taking off or landing, but I didn’t hear a thing! I would say it’s a very quiet hotel. The sheets were a little rough lol parking is also a little tight. The parking spots are tiny! Not a lot of parking.

The staff was very friendly; which is always a plus. Even when my flight was delayed and arrived at 3AM, they were going to send the driver. It's a nice atmosphere in the hotel. I liked the availability of so many charging ports of varying types for all of my devices. I didn't get breakfast, but it was available. Good job.

The Loft is a great place to stay when I visit Dallas. I really appreciate the Airport shuttle to Love Field and how close it is to where I want to go downtown.

The location is perfect for access to the airport and the shuttle is super helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We checked in at 11pm and waited for 20 minutes for the desk clerk to get off the phone as the line grew behind us. Although we reserved a regular 2 queen room back in October and notified the hotel twice about our late check in, a regular 2 queen was not available when we checked in.

CHECKOUT DISCREPANCY BUT RESOLVED I HOPE

Very clean, layout of room was nice bed was comfortable. Temperature of room was good. Liked we could sign into our Netflix account. Parking!! the spaces were too small and not enough parking. I had rented a car and needed to park to fly out the next morning and it was not good at all.

Lovely place We had noise the entire night I called downstairs and asked could they help or come to my room to hear themselves. They said no and they didn’t have another room because they was fully booked. The next morning I tried to speak with the front desk and when I say rude the rudest I have ever seen. It was still going on come to find out it was a room that they had supply’s in above us and because of the event going that night it was constant in and out. I was totally disappointed

This was, I think, my fourth stay at this hotel and it always is a great experience. The hotel is solid, clean, and with great amenities. But, the thing that always puts it over the top, is the staff.

The location is perfect close to love field. The staff was very helpful the bartender very courteous. No restaurant available throughout the day. The cold food available was very scarce. The lobby feels extremely cold and uninviting. My room was OK although my electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work so I wasn’t able to get ready for my day as needed. I’ve had electrical problems in this hotel a few times.

This is a very loud hotel. The doors all slam shut. The bathroom door slides open, and will not stay closed so there is zero privacy. Outside noise and neighbor/above noise made sleeping nearly impossible, even with 2 white noise machines going. Location is convenient, it misses the mark on comfort.

The shuttle took additional time because I called when they were putting gas in the van apparently. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable, just minor wear on various fixtures. This would be expected for a room at a lesser price, but a little lackluster for the price I paid.

The male at the registration desk was fine with us, but he seemed like he hated his job and was very rude to other people. Thw girl who worked at the bar was too busy talking to regulars to take our order. The pizza "flatbread" came out on bagels, lol. My shower floor was grimey. Like soap scum grimey. The rest of the room was great.

Great location to Lovefield Airport with a free shuttle and we left my truck there for free while on 3 night trip to Jamaica and they picked us up when we got back! Very nice hotel with a bar and snacks! We had the pizza and it was delicious homemade! Small room but very clean and quiet. Will definatley stay there again

The beds will leave you tossing and turning all night long, the $18 parking fee to park a ridiculous distance from the hotel and have to hope that no one parks beside you because the spots are so narrow that your car fits but you can't open the doors wide enough to get in and out. Not nearly enough handicap spots, it looks like they replaced several HC parking spots with EV charging spots... Employees were friendly, location was ok, but I won't go back.

I appreciate the Customer Service. I made a mistake booking my room thru a 3rd party ands it’s usually a huge hassle, thanks to Douglas for being extremely understanding. I slept like a baby once I finally laid to rest

Once I got up to my room, it was very clean, and comfortable. A little on the smaller side, but I don’t mind. I was traveling alone. Bed was comfortable, and water was hot. That’s all I need!

There was an odd michanical noise that will start befire the AC automatically came on and after - It went on all night it was so loud we barley slept and were too tired to complain about it and get out of bed! But here it is - please fix it for the next guest because i couldnt sleep!!!!

I love the convenience of this location. It's easy to get to from Dallas Love and my office. The staff is always very friendly. However, my past two stays the room smelled a little musty - kind of like old socks. It's a relatively new property I thought and the AC was down to 69 so not sure where this less than pleasant odor is coming from in two separate rooms.

Had a canceled flight and the airport shuttle was convenient

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after a long travel day, we finally get to the hotel and get our room, drag all of our luggage up only to find that our room could only accommodate two, not the four people we had in our party. We had to drag everything back downstairs to request a new room, dragged everything up again, but this time, our television was not working and could not be repaired until the next day. This is not how we wanted to begin our trip to Dallas. Once these issues were resolved, we were fine.

I was there for a business trip and it was super close to the airport and it also provided shuttle service to Dallas Love Field. Check in was super easy and front desk was very friendly. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Great stay. I only stayed one night prior to our early flight the next morning but it was a great stay. Very comfortable.

The electronic lock on the room door failed and I was unable to get into my very small room after I'd walked to bring back a meal from a neighboring eatery. Tired & hungry, I waited by my door ( /- 45 minutes) for a maintenance person to come replace batteries so my key card would work. (They offered a new room, but I declined, as I'd already unpacked.) Generally, the facility was clean, personnel were helpful & friendly, the meeting room used for the event was nice and parking was convenient. However, I expect better for nearly $200 per night (single).

Was here due to a layover. Couldn’t sleep for the few hours I had to sleep bc aloft hotels have such thin walls and the doors don’t touch the floor all the way. For what it’s worth I was able to lay down and catch a shuttle to the airport at 4:30 am wha h was great.

Hotel was nice and staff was friendly, BUT the only thing is, it does NOT say that if you're parking a car here while you stay that it is $19 to park a car in the parking lot during your stay & to top that, the hotel is merged with another hotel company which is fine, BUT the parking lot out front is not super big so you have to park in the back of the hotel which the parking spaces are extremely small ! I parked in about 5 different spots and feared someone hitting my car with their door trying to get in so i moved and parked by a pole so no one could park next to me. Other than that, the staff was nice and friendly, its very quiet especially being very close to the airport. 7/10 stay only because the parking could be upgraded.

The stay was fine, room as expected. Missing some light, when a grey day the room was very dark with dim bed lights and just 1 lamp.

Disappointed that my expensive, brand new face lotion that I accidentally left in the room was thrown out instead of being placed in the lost and found. I mean, isn’t that the point of lost and found. I called a couple of times asking about it. They first said they didn’t see it but to call back again. Then they said they did find it but they threw it away. Why would they throw away a brand new bottle of lotion?

The restaurant had good burgers, and was clean. The room was nice, clean, and the beds were comfortable. At 4 am we went downstairs to catch the van to the airport. Even though it wasn’t supposed to start until 4:30, one of the receptions found help so he could take us!

We hadn't planned to stay there, but a flight cancelling led us there. I picked for proximity. Since it was a flight cancellation, we didn;t have our bags. Fredrick offered us a disposable toothbrush and single use toothpaste. That was pretty surprisingly! I've been in this position once before and it was not offered before. The bar area was quiet and spacious. It was a calming end to a hectic day. Oh, we were offered a bottle of water at check in... nice touch!

Hotel was convenient and clean. Only thing I'd recommend they do is keep coffee station supplied and clean in hotel lobby.

Parking is ATROCIOUS! We had to park in a separate parking in the back of the hotel.

there was an undisclosed charging for parking of $17 per day, the other guests were very noisy and the room service was not good. We were not left a full set of towels.

Excellent except for there was no microwave in the room.

Very cute, modern, hip hotel geared towards the young adult. Kind of a fancy version of a college feel hotel. Beds and rooms were comfortable. Staff very friendly. Located next to Dallas Love airport. Would stay again.

They don’t block off the EV parking so people just park there and then when you show up with an EV you can’t plug in. It has happened to us there twice.

There was a pool party with rap music blaring till 8:15pm. Needed to get some work done and it was impossible to concentrate
