Residence Inn by Marriott San Jose Cupertino

The size of the room gave us everything we needed, it felt like a studio apartment with the kitchen. There was a vanity area with a mirror outside the bathroom with shelves and space to put your things and do your hair. The shower was large and bathroom vanity was spacious too. Bed was comfortable and there were two kinds of pillows. The air there is filtered as well. Staff was kind, helpful and quick to support. I’d love to stay longer next time. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. Loved the kitchen essentials, like colander and knives. The shower has an open glass design which shoots water everywhere. Ask for extra bath mats when you arrive.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The room was phenomenal, and we enjoyed the kitchenette that came stocked with flatware and dining supplies, as well as a dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast options were fantastic.

We love to stay here. The area is so nice, and the room (1BR suite) is very clean and spacious. Breakfast is free and delicious as well. There are lots of places to hang out and dine in right outside the hotel.

While a key attraction to this hotel is its location and the facility, the true reason I keep coming (every few weeks) is because of the team. Every single one is great, and the manager is superb; to say the least. That is what makes this property unique and every single stay a home away from home.

We know the area well but I quickly booked a hotel on our way down to Santa Cruz trains so that we wouldn't need to drive so much over the weekend. Well, I love going to this plaza when we're meeting up with friends in Cupertino! There's a somisomi and ippudo among other great dessert spots and restaurants. There's a nice courtyard and a grassy space in front of the hotel for the toddler to get his wiggles out. And there's included parking and breakfast (which was also solid with waffles for the little one and a croissant sammy for me). We'd definitely stay here again if we needed a quick overnight.

my plane was delayed , front desk was very helpful allowing my brother to check in to the room rhat was only in my name parking is difficult if you have a larger vehicle, i understand most of the people in the area drive teslas so they fit anywhere but it is what it is. i didnt ask if they possibly had a are for larger trucks (ive found places in seattle that do accommodate if inquired) so that's my 1 thought after the fact

Pretty clean. Not exceptionally clean, but not dirty either. The free breakfast is decent - pretty standard fare. The waffles were good. The gentleman who checked me in did not let me know that he wasn't giving me a room near the elevators like I asked for if possible. I only found out once I got to my room. Smelled pretty unpleasant when I first got up to my floor off the elevator. Room smelled too. Thankfully, you can open the windows, which helped.

The indian guy at the front desk said everything is new, 1 year old. It’s just absolutely unbelievable for the guy to lie like that to customers. Seriously! The furniture looks like grandma's antique furnitures and they are NOT 1 year old. Never ever come back again!

Of the many Residence Inns I’ve stayed at, this one is the best. Every amenity was well above the rest. It is modern with plenty of comfortable spaces to lounge, gather, or work. The patio area was pretty and great for entertaining or relaxing. Every staff member I came in contact with was welcoming and aimed to please. The biggest plus of all was the exceptional cleanliness of the well-appointed rooms. There was ample storage, charging outlets, and kitchen and bath space.

Super love this hotel especially the location. You feel so safe being here. The only downside is u can hear the people above you but it’s 95% normal in any hotel. U just have to hope that the people above u will be more considerate but it’s not the hotel’s fault. Will definitely stay in this hotel again whenever we visit north.

The room was super cute. We got a suite and I was very surprised to see a mid size fridge, 2 burner stove, small dishwasher and dishes. Everything was nice and clean and we had no issues with anything. We loved the convenience of being right at Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying here.

Loved our stay here. Room had all the amenities we needed for a family of 4. Internet was excellent. Only negative for me was the rooms are not sound proof. We could clearly hear the conversations in the next room. Other than that, it was great.

I love this place. So convenient. We had a wedding in Saratoga & it was close by. The room has a nice kitchen. Late night, I found snacks in the lobby to cook in the kitchen in this mini suite. I was promised 2 bedroom suite, got 1 bedroom. I got charged TWICE ONCE $241.00 by EXPEDIA, second time $320.00 DIRECTLY by the property. Probably MOST DISAPPOINTING VISIT EVER. We WON'T BE BACK.

This place is located right in the heart of an area with lot of restaurants and coffee/dessert place to try so you won't have to drive anywhere to eat if you don't feel like it. Lots of choices are here in walking distance. There is a Target Express in walking distance too, in case you need to pick up some essential items you forgot. As for the room itself, it was very clean and modern design appealed to us very much. Our room had full kitchen with Fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and cooktop and all the kitchen essential to cook yourself a quick bite if you don't feel like eating out. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was bright and spacious too. There is a parking structure behind the hotel to park your car overnight-they suggest parking on 2nd or above floors- and there's no ticket to be validated which I found nice. All in all, I really enjoyed staying here while I was in San Jose and will definitely be returning next time I'm in town.

The need better Hotel only parking. Since it’s part of “Main Street” there is allot of other people taking up spots. Hard sometimes to find a spot near the hotel. Definitely need a pool/spa. Such a nice place but not having a spa is disappointing. Breakfast is mediocre at best. The excuse of “well it’s because of covid” is getting old.

Loved the hotel. It was very secure as you need to scan you room card to even get into the building and it next to many placed to eat. The staff were quick and informative.

Security, location, proximity to my favorite restaurant Lazy Dog, much easier parking than nearby Santana Row all make this a great place stay.

All of the workers were welcoming and kind. The room and property was clean and secure. The only problem was that while we are in the bedroom, we could hear the loud people in the room across from us. The noise may have been coming through the vent.

After we were evacuated from the Santa Cruz fire, we stayed here as it was pet-friendly (for our cat) and close to family. The rooms were beautiful and had full kitchens, the staff was extremely helpful and the internet was great! Being able to stay in such a welcoming, friendly environment was a HUGE help for us!
