Lovely night stay.

Everything great, apart from th wifi, which requires you register with Hilton Honors but then constantly requires you to re-login into and provide the credentials again. That's bad.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and rooms are always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant and Bar option is always nice.

It was a last minute booking to attend a concert at Stanford. The location was very convenient off the freeway and close to good food places. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. There was free coffee at the lobby. It's pet-friendly too! It's a good place to stay and I can recommend to my family and friends.

The staff was great. The room was clean and large enough. Parking was easy. The AC was loud when the fan was on and it then would smell a bit like smoke. Thankfully it was cool enough without that fan on to be able to sleep. The Pillows & the bed were great.

The AC units in the rooms do not function correctly. I set the AC to 63F then as the temperature fell, the heater turned on and drove the temperature up to the mid-70s. I had to fight that thing for hours to get the room to comfortable temperature. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Not even close to what is expected for that price point and level of “quality”…..

Tony at the front desk made us feel very welcome when we arrived. Something we looked forward to doing at the hotel was going in the hot tub, but was unavailable to use during our stay. So he gave us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience and to improve our experience there. Our King suite was amazing and spacious that was comfortable for our little one to run around in and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave for our dinner leftovers and daughters yogurts and snacks. Everything was very clean and furniture was well maintained. The only issue we ran into was our tv in our bedroom didn’t work initially. But we called Tony at the front desk and he sent the maintenance guy instantly and fixed the tv right away. Breakfast the next day was wonderful hosted by the F&B Manager Thomas (I believe was his name) who gave us excellence service and kept our coffee cups filled and served delicious food aside from the buffet with great conversation as well. The banana cream pancakes were amazing! Overall we had an amazing stay and the location was great as well with accessible and easy parking. We will definitely be going back there again in the future. Thank you to the staff for a great experience!

There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer. I was constantly moving one man’s laundry (3 loads) from the washer to the dryer to the folding area. He would leave and not return for 45 minutes. The hotel was great, really clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We purchased the breakfast and they had pre yummy options. Our daughter got a delicious pancake made for her. The staff was also so helpful and had great hospitality. We spent a weekend here thinking it’d be busy but not a lot of people so it was perfect for the pool and gym. Small pool but warm and hot tub was perfect temp. Rooms were a little warm pretty sure AC wasn’t working the best but it was fine. Beds were comfy. We had a fridge and microwave which was helpful!

We checked in late and kids wanted to swim in the pool at around 7pm. All we could smell was weed from a table with young adults sitting in the corner smoking weed and drinking beer. Small outdoor area for pool. Not very good for children at all. Dead flies in the pool also. Also, after check in, I was asked via text if front desk could do anything for me, I asked for an extra towel as we didn’t have enough for the four of us. Towel never came. I let them know the next day, and all they said was sorry.

Everything was amazing! Check in was quick. Rooms clean and stocked. Bummed i didn't have time to try out the hot tub. Staff was professional and nice. I have nothing bad to sad. If anything maybe include hot meal breakfast with the stay.

Location is good, free parking. It was difficult because the room was cold, but with the central heating control, there was nothing we could do. Even as a Hilton member, water was provided only once. Overall, the hotel did not feel very clean.

First room they gave me was a sweltering 76F--though I had a rez apparently they weren't expecting me!--so I moved. Received no housekeeping on day two to replenish Keurigs. That night couldn't use phone to checkin for my flight--their wifi was overloaded. Nothing abysmal, just a lot of hassles.

I enjoyed the location. It was near so many things like restaurants, the airport and the interstate. My room was noisy with the cars outside. Sometimes it would wake me up. Also the room felt warm. The breakfast was confusing. I didn’t prepay breakfast but decided to go down one morning and pay for one. They said there was no chef for the day but they could do a la carte. I thought there was a buffet but was told the next day there was no buffet.

worst hotel experience ever had. Noise is huge from the highway, the doorway, and upstairs. woke up in the middle of the night 10 times, with AirPods Pro noise canceling on.

Location was convenient for what we needed. Shower was great - hot water and high pressure. Heater in the room did not work well consistently, was always defaulted back to 20.5 degrees Celsius after a few hours, so had to get up to change it multiple times throughout the night. Housekeeping also was not available if we did not follow their alternate day schedule. For example, we skipped the second day, so requested it on third day, but it wasn't available, which meant we didn't have housekeeping until the fourth day. Traveling with a baby made that difficult in terms of trash and bedding (was able to get extra towels at the front desk).

Rooms were massive location was spot on. They were so kind enough that they gave us the room a few hours before the check-in time upon request because we were traveling with 2 little kids. Rooms are quiet . We didn’t take the breakfast package so we aren’t sure how’s the food. Parking space is spacious. Overall, excellent stay.

Close to restaurant and shopping! The chargers on my card they were charging me after for things I was not responsible for!!! When we arrived the carpet felt wet on both of our rooms by the bathroom. I told them that there was maybe a leak because it was both of our rooms. But that it wasn’t a big deal since we literally were just using the rooms to sleep in them. Now I wish I would have gotten the heck of out there as soon I notice it and had them switched me rooms! They ended up charging me the deposit and blamed us for the wet carpet and said it needed a special clean. Also charged me for the water bottle of water that we did not used. I’ve been to California several times and I know hotels usually charge for water so I always make sure to take some. Apparently we drank the darn water but when we left both rooms had 2 bottles unopened in each room! I bet they just charge people for this just to make an extra profit. If you do the math it’s a lot of money. I don’t t recommend them just for doing this to me!!!

Unfortunately, we encountered unprofessionalism from the very beginning. The manager who greeted us at the reception was extremely unprofessional, rude to us, and refused to resolve the issue of our check-in. He also refused to call the general manager. Additionally, while he was arguing with us, a line of guests formed in front of the reception, and the manager apologized to the guests, pointing at us like we were causing the line and the problem. This was a very unpleasant experience.

The gym and pool were clean and accessible and enjoyed it. Parking was difficult they were redoing the black top with pant could have been handle better otherwise went well. Staff was pleasant but was not personable. Solid hotel near Apple Park. Some road noise audible in our room and bedding could have been nicer/newer. I’ve definitely stayed in far nicer Hilton Garden Inns, but in Silicon Valley luxury+affordable isn’t a thing.

One elevator for guests and staff. Hallways and elevator waiting areas were hot with no air. The guests upstairs had a couple of dogs that were barking throughout the night and morning. So- it maybe a one off situation but it was not a comfortable and quiet place to sleep.

Everything was nice about the property. We enjoyed all the amenities. The only thing I would suggest is to check on the swimming pool regularly. There were quite a bit of yellowjackets floating in the pool. Staff was nice and breakfast was yummy. It was the perfect place for our overnight stay and in perfect proximity to the Mountain Winery.

The pool was 10 x 16, literally the smallest pool I have ever seen at a hotel. All the pool furniture was sunbaked and un inviting. The ‘Restaurant produced a quality buffet for breakfast but lunch and dinner were a limited affair of prepackaged items in to go containers. One of the two elevators was out of service the entire week we booked. No problem at noon on Tuesday but the weekends were a horrid affair of 5 floors of guests going for breakfast or checking out and in. Spend a buck! The door latch locking mechanisms were so loud that you could hear every guest on the floor come back to their room when the door slammed shut. Beds were comfortable and house keeping was efficient but you had to call the front desk for more toilet paper and drinking cups. Sign posted said housekeeping would not resupply during cleaning? So change the name at least to The Shmilton so I don’t expect a quality you can’t deliver.

Absolutely standard Hilton Garden property. Clean, quiet and comfy. Had problems with a broken elevator and noisy air conditioner, but otherwise exactly what was expected.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cupertino. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and spotless, the location was perfect for all of my scheduled activities, and the price was reasonable.

Overall, my stay was okay. However, I was surprised and disappointed to hear from the front desk that hand soap was not complimentary and would be charged at $1 per bar. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a policy at any hotel, let alone one under the Hilton brand. It felt unreasonable and not in line with the level of service I expect from Hilton.

Great stay in the Cupertino area. Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice fireplace in the lobby lounge area.

This is a beautiful property located within walking distance from shops, supermarket, and restaurants. While rooms are kept clean, the heater was not working during one of our stays. Front desk staff offered a portable heater because maintenance staff are not available afterhours. Overall a pleasant stay.

Our check in did not go as smooth due to reservation mishap with Hotels.com. There were two parties and one event didn't follow through with hotel policy and brought their own band which kept a lot of guests within the vacinity of the party upset. They played loud music until past midnight. Next morning, the Asst. Gen Manager apologized for the inconvenience and took the initiative to take care of us. This shows Monina cres a lot about the hotel guests. She immediately took charge as soon as she got to work, so she can de-escalate the issue with upset guests. She is a solution oriented boss who protects the image of the hotel and cares not only for the guests, but also her employees. Despite, the incident, we would like to try again by booking another stay soon. Hopefully, this time we will have the appropriate room we wanted with two beds, facing the freeway. And not have a band serenading the entire city of Cupertino at 12am!

Pro - free parking - microwave in room - easy highway access - short walk to many restaurants (for those that like Asian food) - pretty cheap rates compared to similar hotels in the area - service is friendly Con - the bed was uncomfortable - the rooms have heat or a/c but you have to call the front desk to switch between the two - free water on first day only (not every day) I would stay here again. The location was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and also lots of food within short walking distance.

Overall stay was good. Would stay again. The only con was the bedframe. It seemed a little bigger than the mattress so the corners stuck out. We would hit our shins on the edges as we walked around.

For example - The fan system was blowing cold air into my room and it was too cool, so I called the front desk to turn on the heat. When it got too hot in the room, I had to call the front desk to turn on the cooling. Unfortunately I was not able to switch to another room because this was a wide-spread problem (I was traveling with a colleague and he had to do the same in room).

It was a quiet hotel with a fantastic staff will definitely come back.

What a wonderful hotel! They checked all my boxes. The hotel is clean, quiet, with up-to-date furnishing, in walking distance of shops and restaurants. The hotel staff, as usual at a Hilton hotel, go the extra mile. The only downside, were black stains in the bottom corner of my mattress. I would suggest the hotel begin inspecting and replacing some of it's mattresses.

Excellent place - always so clean!

The property was fine… the inaccessible/accessible room was challenging…. The beds are too high for a wheelchair guest and have a hard wooden platform that needs to be navigated.. the space between the beds is too narrow for transferring a wheelchair person into the bed also… the room needs less desk space and more space for the wheelchair.. the chair in the room with the high back and arms is on wheels but they do not lock and it is a little too short… otherwise the roll in shower and toilet were appropriate and the space in the bathroom was perfect.

Great rooms Safe, free, and convenient parking

We traveled to Morgan Hill for a soccer tournament. This hotel was so quiet, clean and the room was spacious and updated. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the great jacuzzi. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and very clean. I would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. I highly recommend.
