location was central to everywhere we planned to go in the area . ?

Easy access off main road. Floor above me you could hear the footsteps. But it was not bad or annoying.

The breakfast buffet was the best variety we've had. Make your own waffle, egg/cheese taco, fried potatoes, maple sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, pastries, scones, bagels, etc, different each day. Fresh, hot oatmeal and grits with add-ins. Beautiful view from the breakfast room onto a lush wooded area. If the weather had been better, we'd have enjoyed the outdoors patio and the fire pit. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Great trip for a family graduation.

The bathroom and the room in general were smaller than expected. Specially as compared to other hotels in the area. The breakfast was very good. But we could not get a room on the first floor, even though we made a reservation over a month ago. First we were given a room on the fourth floor, but were finally given one on the second floor. The parking area was pretty full too.

Only complaint I had was the AC did not work in my room. Someone did bring a fan up right away and it helped kept the room cool.

Property was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, many restaurants close by to chose from. We would stay here again if needed.

The truth is ..I’m not much of a breakfast person. I like muffins, cranberry juice and sometimes chocolate milk. I don’t do eggs. My husband said it was ok. No complaints

Staff is very friendly. Bedroom carpets are really sticky but other than than it’s pretty clean. Close to a lot of shops, the lake, and tons of restaurants.

My family just stayed one night but it was very nice. Clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

We had to wait on a room to be ready, which was a little annoying since we were well past check-in time and had a reservation to make. But other than that, our stay was excellent. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The air conditioner wasn't working so I went down to the front desk and was told to operate it at the controls on the blower instead of the thermostat. I went back and did that and waited 30 minutes and there was no cold air. I wnet back down hopfully getting a different room and they said they would send a maintenance man to check it out. He can and said he couldn't fix it. I again went back down ato let the front desk know. There was no appology but they did give us a different room.

The breakfast was ok. The basic breakfast meal. The area was clean. Orange juice machine was not working. Attendant focus all questions to my wife and not to guest at the table. The selection was limited. Only 3-4 broken pieces of bacon mixed in with the cold chicken sausage patties. Eggs had gotten cold. Request to speak with the manager but she would not come out to speak with me. The check in system was not working properly when we arrived. It took over 30 minutes to get checked in. The room had a musty smell.

Stayed here this weekend for a softball tournament. The staff was very friendly. I left an outfit in my room and offered to send a UPS label to get it back and they immediately agreed and confirmed the package was ready to be picked up by UPS. I don't normally write reviews, but felt like they went above and beyond and was grateful for that. Well done!

This is the first hotel that is so clean , staff is great, and coffee 24/7. Location Only 3 things. Parking spaces are not wide enough, my fridge didn't stay cold and there are not enough fun channels on tv..few but not all day. These are minor .

Staff was good. Room was clean. Good location There was one guy in the backlot fixing his truck, replacing the muffler. Car parts and tools everywhere. Near him was another guy just hanging out, playing music, smoking and talking on his phone. My wife and daughters didn’t feel safe. And if check-in was at 3:00, I thought rooms would be ready at 3:00 but that wasn’t the case.

I came down a bit late for breakfast, 9:30 (breakfast closed at 10) so the hot portion of breakfast was on the colder/dryer side, but I did enjoy the waffles and other options. Variety of options to choose from, such as yogurts and cereal. The hotel portion at 9:30 was on the dry and cold side. Possibly because it was laying under the heaters so long which is normal. But that didn't take away from enjoying the breakfast.

Location was perfect for our stay before surgery at Northside Hospital. It was clean and comfortable. Loved the blackout shades! Staff was extra friendly and helpful.

The reservation was booked through Expedoa and the site stated that there was a room available. Upon arriving we were told there was not a room available. We were on our way back to Florida and had to find another place to stay. Obviously we were told that we would be getting a refund but this was a major inconvenience and totally unacceptable.

We’ve stayed here several times. It’s super convenient, clean and the staff is always great! The breakfast is pretty good and the rooms are very comfortable.

The property was difficult to enter and leave. The front of the Inn faces the back of another Inn and the highway. The saving graces were the excellent service and the view from our room on the back side of the Inn—the patio and lush wooded area were great to wake up to.

This hotel needs updating. I primarily stay at Hampton Inn's across the country and this one is run down in my opinion and needs attention. Lots of bandaids trying to make it look clean when in fact it just needs to be overhauled. At almost $175/night, it was not worth the money. Has a very dated lobby and amenities are tired and minimal.

Location was good for our needs. Friendly staff but not attentive. Room smelled like a boys locker room. Pool was not clean and had tiles missing.

Staff were great. Lady in reception helped me with directions. She took her time explaining how to easily drive around road construction to get me back enroute.

Had the sleep or do not disturb as sign on my door...however when I got to my room that evening..not only had it been serviced but some very personal ashes that where in a brown bag were gone due to housekeeping

The property is well kept and maintained. The room was spacious with nice comfortable bedding. Centrally located with shopping and many restaurants within a mile. The only complaint is the building is close to a majored roadway and big truck noise was audible in my room.

I've stayed at quite a few Hampton Inns in several cities and this was the best. Clean and well managed, conveniently located to Lake Lanier and downtown Cumming. Jeffrey at the front desk was especially helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Obvious that management takes a lot of pride in this property.

The hotel was nice but my bed was very noisy. Every time I rolled over the bed was creaking. There was some hair still on the bathroom floor. The one light over the bed kept flickering. It wasn’t anything devastating… I would still stay there again.

Arrived to check in and computer system was down. Had to leave for over an hour got dinner and check in when I got back. Wouldn’t allow me to check in without computer system or any kind of work around. It was already 8pm if it was later would have been very upset

Horrible experience!!! I booked 2 queens i get to hotel and they said we don't have 2 queens. So sorry you are out of luck. They refused to refund me or give me a voucher. I had to sleep in my car. The front staff was horrible and awful customer service

I was passing through Cumming amd had made a reservation through Expedia. I found that I would arive after 11:00pm and called the desk to make sure that they would not rent out my roo. Glenda told me that she would hold the room till midnight. I arrived at 11:30pm and was informed that Glenda rented out my room. I was insensed and told Glenda that she promised to keep my room till midnight. She threatened to call the sheriff if I did not leave immediately. I left and found another room at Holiday Inn Express. When I got home, I found out that I had been charged cancellation fee for not showing up. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and a very UNPLEASANT EMPLOYEE, GLENDA.
