Very nice property. Clean, several amenities, safe and right outside many retail, entertainment and dining options. Free breakfast, solid internet access in the rooms are nice extras to add to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is always clean quiet. Amazing staff great location there’s no complaints at all five star.

Breakfast seemed limited compared to other Fairfield Inns in which I have stayed. The front desk staff were very nice. I did not deal with other members of the staff.The room was pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend a stay.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. Michael, at the front desk was very nice and took a genuine interest in making sure the team was comfortable and that our rooms were on the same floor. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast was delicious. We definitely would go back.

The staff was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. My only negative comment is that there were no amenities in the bathroom such as shower cap, lotion or shampoo. This is the first hotel I’ve been in that offered none of those.

Convenient location, staff is always nice! I was told I was in a renovated room, however the mattress was very uncomfortable, there was no hot water for my shower or water pressure.

The staff!! They went above and beyond!! So very kind and respectful as well. I also really, really liked the water. As well as the fact it was always available and fresh. ? The bed wasn't as comfortable as I like it to be. But it's better than other places.

Michael helped me and instinctively knew how tired I was from all the travel. He made the whole check-in process a breeze and was a welcoming breath of fresh air so late at night. Thank you Michael.

Very neat and clean. Price was reasonable and they accommodated my family and I to have rooms next to each other.Location was walking distance to shopping, food and entertainment. The pool was upkept and indoors which allowed us to go at anytime despite the weather. Breakfast was served fresh and there was lots of variety daily. I would definitely rebook. Na

Genuinely friendly staff made us feel very welcome. Convenient location. Clean, well-kept property. Styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast buffet. It cheapened the experience and is also bad for the environment.

I liked this Fairfield Marriott. Great location and yet away from the Bustle . Quick to 141 and 400 and right in Forsyth Collection. I read some reviews about the Noise heard easily and was skeptical. There is absolute no need to be concerned. Faint laugh heard just once which is heard occasionally at other hotels I stayed earlier too. Love the serene trees around . Friendly yet unobtrusive staff. Quick check in. Great breakfast. And Coffee. Spacious lobby and room with adequate temperature control. There is extra parking space too, for busy days . Professional touch and pleasant clean place. Would definitely stay here again.

Room could’ve been cleaner and the hotel definitely needs an update. The staff were very welcoming. The gym is nice. The lack of Netflix is a problem.

Hotel is great, service was great. Had issues noise. The people above us were very loud and up late, not the hotels fault but you should pick the 4th floor just in case. The walls side to side are thin too. Guy beside us coughed and it sounded like he was in our room?!?

This is a nice place to stay. However the building is not insulated properly. We were on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot and we dealt not only with outside noises, but could hear guests above and to the sides of our room. The facility was laid out well, clean and the staff were very nice. The breakfast provided was typical.

Very close to my work. This was my second time staying there. My only complaint was my room was on the second floor with a large light outside my window and the dark shades wouldn't close.

Overall the stay was excellent. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of variety, even for vegetarians, which is rare. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Hr only issue I had was we were out right next to the electrical room so I had a humming and shaky walls whenever the machines were on. Not extremely loud but enough to bother a light sleeper.

Definitely a quality hotel, clean, well decorated, lovely lobby. Best was the breakfast. Way above typical hotel breakfast. For some unknown reason, I just didn’t sleep well, which is unusual. Still a wonderful stay

This was a great, comfortable stay. Plenty of amenities! The indoor pool was clean and warm enough to swim in even though it was in the 40's outside. Clean workout room, great breakfast choices, comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

Other than the complimentary breakfast, our stay was FABULOUS!! First of all they had full size products in the shower, extra towels, (and for someone with long hair who always has to ask for more towels that was a BONUS!) a large shower, and a full size hair dryer. The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly!! The breakfast was the usual waffle, cereal, and yogurt stuff. The hot breakfast was microwaved Jimmy Dean sandwiches, or quiches kept in the warmer. 👎 The coffee was really good though.

Food truck was parked in front of the entrance for DAYS… then all 4 of the handicap parking spots were occupied by vehicles of which only 1 had actual handicap plates. Told front desk about it and they said they could do nothing… my boyfriend is a disabled veteran and we were very angry that nothing was done to fix the issue and we had to park in the back of the building. The housekeeping was excellent. The wifi sucked and the front desk was no help.

This hotel is a convenient place to stay with a lot of shopping and restaurants. The hotel needs to get back to real breakfast items. The prepackaged stuff sucks and we had to get breakfast elsewhere.

We stayed for an extended period and had good things to say about employees and the breakfasts were very good. We were close to resturants and shopping. For is it was an ideal location.

Quick overnight stay, room was clean and comfy.

But, I’m not comparing to 5 star facilities in NYC or Paris. There’s no room service, no dry cleaner in house or immediately available masseuse. It’s a hotel in Cumming Georgia with a small business center, located in a high service area. The hotel is clean. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. A King bed with clean sheets, a desk/office/den area, and a clean bathroom with space to move and plenty of clean towels. Staff are professional and extremely accommodating. I’ll likely not pass through Cummings again, but if necessity arises, I’d stay here again. Five star experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The evening front desk person was extremely cordial. She had me checked in and ready to go in no time. I usually have a laptop with me, but needed to use a PC in the business center this time. It featured super clean, modern PC's with zero hassles. I am fairly OCD when it comes to rooms, and I was happy to find the room was clean and fresh. Quiet surroundings made for good sleep. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

My entire room vibrated periodically throughout the day and night. It was explained to me it was the A/C unit on the roof. Also the noise level of doors closing prevented a good nights sleep. D

As always this is a fantastic place to stay. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of our room when we arrived: there was a large sticky substance in one section of the carpet, and the shampoo and conditioner bottles had clearly been used before.

The stay was a great experience. The booking and evening front desk staff at check in was awful. Not sure if she was ready to leave or what but she was not friendly and welcoming at all. In fact she sent me and my partner away when we tried to book saying there was no availability and I went to my car and booked online and it showed multiple rooms available. When I came back in with proof of reservation she was aggravated and was like oh I guess I can check you in now. Definitely not a pleasant welcoming experience I would expect at check in. Every thing else about our stay was amazing.
